背景技术

洗碗设备100进一步配备有控制器137,以调节洗碗设备100的操作。控制器137可以包括存储器(例如,不可转移介质)和微处理器,比如可操作为执行与清洗操作相关的编程指令或微控制代码的通用或专门用途的微处理器。存储器可以表示随机存取存储器(比如DRAM),或只读存储器(诸如ROM或FLASH)。在一个实施例中,处理器执行存储在存储器中的编程指令。存储器可以是与处理器分开的部件,或者可以被包括搭载在处理器内。替代地,可以在 不使用微处理器的情况下来构造控制器137(例如,使用分立的模拟或数字逻辑电路的组合,比如开关、放大器、积分器、比较器、触发器、与门等)来执行控制功能而不是依赖软件。

如上所述,集液槽170沿着竖直方向V定位在桶104(图2)的底部部分112处。集液槽170限定了轴向方向A,该轴向方向可以,例如平行于竖直方向V。可选地,集液槽170与桶104的底壁142一体地形成。然而,在其它实施例中,集液槽170可以替代地与桶104的底壁142分开地形成,并且以任何合适的方式附接至桶104的底壁142。附加地,集液槽170可以具有任何合适的取向。

当组装时,一个或更多个弹性体立柱222在腔室泵壳体234和集液槽170的底壁204之间大体上竖直地或以其它方式平行于轴向方向A。更具体地,对于所描绘的实施例,一个或更多个弹性体立柱222从腔室泵壳体234穿过凹陷腔室206延伸至集液槽170的底壁204。如所示的,腔室泵壳体234可以保持或支撑在弹性体立柱222上。例如,腔室泵壳体234可以包括围绕腔室泵壳体234周向定位(例如,相对于引导管236径向向外)的一个或更多支撑管子250。每个支撑管子250可以大体对应并选择性地接收弹性体立柱222中的一个。当被接收在支撑管子250中时,弹性体立柱222可以提供与腔室泵壳体234的支撑性接合。特别地,腔室泵壳体234的基本上全部质量或重量可以引导至弹性体立柱222或以其它方式由其承载。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种洗碗设备,其限定了竖直方向,所述洗碗设备包括:
    桶,所述桶限定清洗腔室;
    集液槽,所述集液槽沿着所述竖直方向定位在所述桶的底部部分处,所述集液槽包括限定凹陷腔室的底壁,所述集液槽限定了轴向方向;以及,
    流体泵,所述流体泵与所述底部壁的凹陷腔室流体连通,以用于在启动时促进来自所述集液槽的清洗流体的流动,所述流体泵包括:
    流体叶轮,所述流体叶轮可旋转地定位在所述凹陷腔室内,
    电马达,所述电马达与所述流体叶轮机械连接以促使所述流体叶轮的旋转,所述电马达定位在所述流体叶轮上方,
    壳体,所述壳体将所述电马达封闭在其中,以及,
    涡形盖,所述涡形盖安装到所述壳体并且沿着所述轴向方向定位在所述电马达与所述流体叶轮之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗设备,其中,所述涡形盖包括绕着所述轴向方向设置的径向凸缘,并且其中,所述流体泵进一步包括沿着所述轴向方向定位在所述径向凸缘与所述凹陷腔室之间的弹性体密封件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗碗设备,其中,所述弹性体密封件包括被定向为朝向所述径向凸缘的界面表面,并且其中,所述界面表面限定了相对于所述轴向方向的非正交角度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗碗设备,其中,所述非正交角度在相对于所述轴向方向的30°与80°之间。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的洗碗设备,其中,所述弹性体密封件包括环形支撑主体和从所述环形支撑主体径向向内设置的界面表面,其中所述界面表面被定向为朝向所述径向凸缘,并且其中所述环形支撑主体从所述涡形盖径向向外定位。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗设备,进一步包括竖直延伸的多个弹性体立柱,其中,所述壳体被保持在所述多个弹性体立柱上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗碗设备,其中,通过所述多个弹性体立柱中的至少一个弹性体立柱形成了与所述电马达的电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗设备,其中,直接在所述流体叶轮下方的底壁的一部分包括实心连续表面。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗设备,其中,所述流体叶轮为第一叶轮,并且其中,所述洗碗设备进一步包括:
    轴向轴,所述轴向轴将所述电马达连接至所述第一叶轮;以及
    第二叶轮,所述第二叶轮安装在所述涡形盖的上方并安装在所述轴向轴上以与所述轴向轴一起旋转。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗碗设备,其中,所述第二叶轮沿着所述轴向方向定位在所述电马达与所述第一叶轮之间。
  11. 一种洗碗设备,其限定了竖直方向,包括:
    桶,所述桶限定清洗腔室;
    集液槽,所述集液槽沿着所述竖直方向定位在所述桶的底部部分处,所述 集液槽包括限定凹陷腔室的底壁,所述集液槽限定了轴向方向;
    弹性体密封件,所述弹性体密封件安装至所述集液槽并且沿着所述凹陷腔室的周边延伸;以及
    流体泵,所述流体泵与所述底壁的凹陷腔室流体连通,以用于在启动时促进来自所述集液槽的清洗流体的流动,所述流体泵包括:
    流体叶轮,所述流体叶轮可旋转地定位在所述凹陷腔室内;
    电马达,所述电马达与所述流体叶轮机械连接以促使所述流体叶轮的旋转;以及,
    涡形盖,所述涡形盖沿着轴向方向在所述电马达与所述流体叶轮之间可移除地定位在弹性体密封件上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的洗碗设备,其中,所述弹性体密封件包括被定向为朝向所述径向凸缘的界面表面,并且其中,所述界面表面限定了相对于所述轴向方向的非正交角度。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的洗碗设备,其中,所述非正交角度在相对于所述轴向方向的30°与80°之间。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的洗碗设备,其中,所述弹性体密封件包括环形支撑主体和从所述环形支撑主体径向向内设置的界面表面,其中,所述界面表面被定向为朝向所述径向凸缘,并且其中,所述环形支撑主体从所述涡形盖径向向外定位。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的洗碗设备,进一步包括竖直延伸的支撑所述电马达的多个弹性体立柱。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的洗碗设备,其中,通过所述多个弹性体立柱中的 至少一个弹性体立柱形成了与所述电马达的电连接。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的洗碗设备,其中,直接在所述流体叶轮下方的底壁的一部分包括实心连续表面。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗设备,其中,所述流体叶轮为第一叶轮,并且其中,所述洗碗设备进一步包括:
    轴向轴,所述轴向轴将所述电马达连接至所述第一叶轮;以及
    第二叶轮,所述第二叶轮安装在所述涡形盖的上方并安装在所述轴向轴上以与所述轴向轴一起旋转。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的洗碗设备,其中,所述第二叶轮沿着所述轴向方向定位在所述电马达与所述第一叶轮之间。
