Abstract

The inventive product is a method developed to scan the violation detections of mobile phone use in the images by processing image data collected from images of near infrared or visible camera positioned at the fixed platforms on roads. Accordingly, a model for various stages is formed by processing the images with the deep learning model-based algorithms and the detection process is carried out by means of running images on said models.
