现有技术中的框架结构多为一体式,其保障了框架的稳定性,但在安装尺寸较大的部件时,框架本身可能对部件的安装形成遮挡,导致部件难以被装配入框架内部,对此,相关技术中公开了一种框架结构,其包括基座以及位于基座前侧且向上延伸至干衣筒上方的竖梁,在与干衣筒装配时,基座的后侧不设置竖梁,这样,在装配过程中,位于前侧的竖梁不能对干衣筒进行很好地固定,容易发生晃动而影响装配效果。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种支撑框架,所述支撑框架的结构简单、结构强度高。
本申请还提出一种具有上述支撑框架的衣物处理装置。
根据本申请第一方面实施例的支撑框架,包括:基座;竖梁,所述竖梁自所述基座向上延伸,所述竖梁为多根,且至少部分所述竖梁由至少两个子单元可拆卸地连接而成。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面参考图1-图42描述根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100。
如图1-图12所示,根据本申请实施例的支撑框架11包括:基座111和竖梁,竖梁自基座111向上延伸,竖梁为多根,且至少部分竖梁由至少两个子单元可拆卸地连接而成。
根据本申请实施例的支撑框架11,通过将至少部分竖梁由至少两个子单元可拆卸地连接而成,因此,在两个子单元拆开后,即形成无遮挡的较大的安装空间,从而便于部件的安装,例如,若将支撑框架11应用到衣物处理装置100中,在竖梁的子单元拆开后,可以通过支撑框架11限定出较大的安装空间,用于安装衣物处理模块,待到衣物处理模块安装完毕后,再将其余子单元进行组装,组装方便。并且,与相关技术中的支撑框架11相比,本实施例在不影响部件安装的情况下更提高了支撑框架11的强度。
根据本申请的一个实施例,基座111成型为方形基座111,竖梁为四根,即第一竖梁115、第二竖梁114、第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113,四根竖梁形成为自方形基座111的四个角向上延伸,从而利用四根竖梁之间限定出容纳空间。
在一些实施例中,位于方形基座111一侧的两个角分别设有第一竖梁115及第二竖梁114,所述第一竖梁115和/或第二竖梁114由至少两个子单元可拆卸连接而成。也就是说,第一竖梁115和第二竖梁114中的其中一个由至少两个子单元可拆卸连接而成;或者,第一竖梁115和第二竖梁114中的每一个由至少两个两个子单元可拆卸连接而成。
根据本申请的一个可选的实施例,第一竖梁115由两个子单元可拆卸地连接而成,其中,第一竖梁115的两个子单元分别为第一下竖梁1151和第一上竖梁1152,第一下竖梁1151自方形基座111向上延伸,第一上竖梁1152自第一下竖梁1151向上延伸,第一上竖梁1152的下端与第一下竖梁1151的上端可拆卸连接。
具体地,如图5-图9所示,竖梁包括两根短竖梁和三根长竖梁,两根短竖梁和三根长竖梁均沿上下方向延伸,其中一根短竖梁和三根长竖梁的下端分别连接在方形基座111的四个角,从而利用三根长竖梁的下部与该短竖梁限定出位于下部的第一容纳空间1101,而由于短竖梁高度较低,因此,在安装上部部件时不会形成干涉作用,即第四竖梁113和第二竖梁114之间形成较大的安装空间,上部部件可方便地通过该安装空间被装配至第二容纳空间1102内。待部件装配完成后,再将第二根短竖梁的下端与第一根短竖梁的上端连接,极大地提高了组装效率和结构稳定性。
根据本申请的另一个可选的实施例,第二竖梁114由两个子单元可拆卸地连接而成,其中,第二竖梁114的两个子单元分别为自方形基座111向上延伸的第二下竖梁1141和自第二下竖梁1141向上延伸的第二上竖梁1142,第二上竖梁1142的下端与第二下竖梁1141的上端可拆卸连接。
具体地,如图10至图12所示,竖梁包括四根短竖梁和两根长竖梁,其中四根短竖梁和两根长竖梁均沿上下方向延伸,其中两根短竖梁和两根长竖梁的下端分别连接在方形基座111的四个角,从而利用两根长竖梁的下部与这两根短竖梁限定出位于下部的第一容纳空间1101,而当第一上竖梁与第一下竖梁拆开,且第二上竖梁与第二下竖梁拆开后,框架上方即形成较大的安装空间,即第三竖梁及第四竖梁的后部形成该较大范围的安装空间,衣物处理模块可方便地通过该安装空间并被装配至支撑框架11内,待部件装配完成后,再将最后两根短竖梁的下端分别与两根短竖梁的上端连接,极大地提高了组装效率和结构稳定性,从而本实施例可以更加便捷地将衣物处理模块装配至第二容纳空间1102内。
在一些示例中,第一上竖梁1152的下端设有朝下延伸的竖梁连接片11421,第一上竖梁1152的竖梁连接片11421通过紧固件与第一下竖梁1151的上端连接,第二上竖梁1142的下端设有朝下延伸的竖梁连接片11421,第二上竖梁1142的竖梁连接片11421通过紧固件与第二下竖梁1141的上端连接,例如竖梁连接片11421上设有适于紧固件穿设的穿孔,连接方便。
在一些示例中,第一上竖梁1152的竖梁连接片11421相对于第一上竖梁1152先朝外弯折后朝下延伸,以使第一下竖梁1151的上端外侧的至少一部分被竖梁连接片11421覆盖,第二上竖梁1142的竖梁连接片11421相对于第二上竖梁1142先朝外弯折后朝下 延伸,以使第二下竖梁1141的上端外侧的至少一部分被竖梁连接片11421覆盖,不仅方便连接,而且可以保证二者的连接可靠性和稳定性。
根据本申请的一个实施例,方形基座111具有底板1111以及连接在底板1111侧部的四个侧围板1112,相邻设置的两根竖梁的下端之间通过侧围板1112实现连接,从而保证支撑框架11的连接可靠性和结构稳定性。
根据本申请的一个实施例,支撑框架11还包括多个连接横梁117,相邻设置的两个竖梁的中部之间通过连接横梁117进行连接,进一步保证支撑框架11的连接可靠性和结构稳定性。
在一些实施例中,位于方形基座111另一侧的两个角分别设有第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113,第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113的外侧表面的中部分别具有内凹的第一容纳凹部1131,至少一个连接横梁117的两端分别设置在第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113上的第一容纳凹部1131内,避免连接横梁117占用过大的空间,并且还可以实现定位安装,有利于提高支撑框架11的组装效率;同时,第一容纳凹部1131的设计还增强了竖梁的强度,减少其变形损坏。
在一些示例中,第一容纳凹部1131的底壁具有卡孔11311,连接横梁117的两端分别设有卡舌1171,卡舌1171朝竖梁弯折(如图5和图6所示的朝后弯折),卡舌1171朝下插接至卡孔11311内,从而将连接横梁117安装至第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113上。在一些具体示例中,卡舌1171可以形成卡钩状,从而将连接横梁117挂设在两根竖梁上。
根据本申请进一步的实施例,支撑框架11还包括:顶部连接架118,顶部连接架118与竖梁的上端连接。其中,顶部连接架118的至少一部分与竖梁的一个子单元采用同一板材经折弯成型工艺一体成型。
参照图5和图10,顶部连接架118与第一上竖梁1152、第二上竖梁1142、第三竖梁112以及第四竖梁113中的每一个的上端连接。
可以理解的是,顶部连接架118的至少一部分由第一竖梁115和/或第二竖梁114的一个子单元弯折形成。
具体地,在图5中的示例中,顶部连接架118的沿前后方向延伸的横梁与第一上竖梁1152采用同一板材经折弯成型工艺一体成型,第一上竖梁1152与第一下竖梁1151连接之前,通过第三竖梁112、第四竖梁113以及第二竖梁114的上部限定出具有较大敞开口安装空间,从而方便将待装配部件安装至第二容纳空间1102内,待到装配完成后,再将连有顶部连接架118的第一上竖梁1152与第一下竖梁1151连接,操作简单,利于提高组装效率。
在图10中的示例中,顶部连接架118的沿前后方向延伸且位于右侧的一根横梁与第一上竖梁1152采用同一板材经弯折成型工艺一体成型,顶部连接架118的沿前后方向延伸且位于左侧的一根横梁与第二上竖梁1142采用同一板材经弯折成型工艺一体成型,第一上竖梁1152与第一下竖梁1151之间以及第二上竖梁1142与第二下竖梁1141之间 连接之前,仅依靠第三竖梁112、第四竖梁113以及四根连接横梁117为待装配部件提供支撑,由于其不是封闭结构,装配过程中不会对待装配部件产生干涉以及遮挡,更有利于待装配部件的安装,待到装配完成后,再将连有顶部连接架118的第一上竖梁1152、第二上竖梁1142分别与第一下竖梁1151和第二下竖梁1141连接,操作简单,利于提高组装效率。
在一些实施例中,位于方形基座111另一侧的两个角分别设有第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113,第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113中的至少一根的上端具有向下凹陷的缺口11331,顶部连接架118具有朝外弯折的插片11821,插片11821插接在缺口11331处。
具体地,如图5以及图7-图8所示,第四竖梁113的上端具有向下凹陷设置的缺口11331,对应地,顶部连接架118的位于右前方的一个角具有朝外弯折的插片11821,通过插片11821与缺口11331的配合,将顶部连接架118的位于右前方的一个角与第四竖梁113的上端实现卡接。进一步地,第三竖梁112的上端与顶部连接架118的位于左前方的一个角也通过插片11821与缺口11331的配合实现卡接,连接可靠、稳定。
在一些实施例中,第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113中的至少一根的上端具有呈预设角度布置的第一连接片1133和第二连接片1134,顶部连接架118具有朝下延伸的第一连接翻边1182和第二连接翻边1183,且第一连接翻边1182和第二连接翻边1183呈预设角度布置,上述的预设角度可以为90度等。
如图7和图8所示,第四竖梁113的上端具有第一连接片1133和第二连接片1134,顶部连接架118的位于右前方的一个角具有第一连接翻边1182和第二连接翻边1183,第一连接翻边1182和第二连接翻边1183间隔布置,第一连接片1133设在第一连接翻边1182的外侧,第二连接片1134从第一连接翻边1182和第二连接翻边1183之间的间隙插入,从而设在第二连接翻边1183的内侧,使得第四竖梁113与顶部连接架118进一步卡接,进而保证二者的连接可靠性和稳定性。
在一些示例中,缺口11331设于第一连接片1133,插片11821设于第一连接翻边1182,即通过第一连接片1133与第一连接翻边1182之间、第二连接片1134与第二连接翻边1183之间、缺口11331与插片11821之间的相互作用,可以保证顶部连接架118与第一竖梁115的连接可靠性和稳定性。
在一些具体示例中,第一连接片1133具有第一穿孔11332,第一连接翻边1182具有第一通孔11822,第一通孔11822与第一穿孔11332位置对应,且第一穿孔11332的数量与第一通孔11822的数量相等。其中,第一连接片1133和第一连接翻边1182通过穿设于第一穿孔11332和第一通孔11822的紧固件实现连接,进一步保证顶部连接架118与长竖梁的连接可靠性和稳定性。
在一些具体示例中,第二连接片1134具有第二穿孔11341,第二连接翻边1183具有第二通孔11831,第二通孔11831与第二穿孔11341位置对应,第二通孔11831的数量与第二穿孔11341的数量相等。其中,第二连接片1134和第二连接翻边1183通过穿设于第二穿孔11341和第二通孔11831的紧固件实现连接,进一步保证顶部连接架118 与长竖梁的连接可靠性和稳定性。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100包括第一衣物处理模块20、第二衣物处理模块30以及上述实施例的支撑框架11,其中,支撑框架11内形成有供第一衣物处理模块20放置的第一容纳空间1101以及供第二衣物处理模块30放置的第二容纳空间1102。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100,通过采用上述支撑框架11,可以限定较大的安装空间,从而可以方便将第二衣物处理模块30装配至第二容纳空间1102内,待第二衣物处理模块30装配完成后,再将其余子单元进行组装,组装方便,有利于提高组装效率,不仅可以减少部件数量,省去多余的连接件,而且有利于提高支撑框架11的结构强度。
下面结合附图1-图42,详细描述根据本申请的衣物处理装置100的一个具体实施例。
如图1-图4所示,衣物处理装置100包括箱体10、门体组件15、第一衣物处理模块20和第二衣物处理模块30。
箱体10作为衣物处理装置100的框架结构,箱体10包括支撑框架11,支撑框架11包括方形基座111、多个连接横梁117、顶部连接架118、四根竖梁,即第一竖梁115、第二竖梁114、第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113,四根竖梁分别自方形基座111的四个角向上延伸,第一竖梁115和第二竖梁114设于方形基座111的位于后部的两个角,第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113设于方形基座111的位于前部的两个角。
方形基座111包括底板1111以及围设在底座32侧部的四个侧围板1112,相邻设置的两根竖梁的下端之间通过侧围板1112实现连接,相邻设置的两根竖梁的中部之间通过连接横梁117实现连接,每根竖梁的上端与顶部连接架118的四个角连接。
顶部连接架118、多个连接横梁117以及四根竖梁的下部之间限定出供第一衣物处理模块20装配的第一容纳空间1101,顶部连接架118、多个连接横梁117以及四根竖梁的上部之间限定出供第二衣物处理模块30装配的第二容纳空间1102。
如图5至图9所示,在一些可选的示例中,第一竖梁115包括两根短竖梁,即包括自方形基座111向上延伸的第一下竖梁1151和自第一下竖梁1151向上延伸的第一上竖梁1152,其中,第一上竖梁1152与顶部连接架118的沿前后方向延伸且位于右侧的一根横梁采用同一板材经弯折成型工艺一体成型,即本实施例中,第一上竖梁1152与顶部连接架118的一部分一体加工成型,二者不需要采用连接结构进行连接,而第一上竖梁1152的下端与第一下竖梁1151的上端可拆卸连接,并与连接横梁117连接,第二竖梁114、第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113均为长竖梁。
第二衣物处理模块30在装配前,第一下竖梁1151、第二竖梁114、第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113通过方形基座111以及多个连接横梁117组装,使第二竖梁114、第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113的上部限定出无遮挡的较大的安装空间,方便第二衣物处理模块30的装配,装配完成后再将连有顶部连接架118的第一上竖梁1152与第一下竖梁1151连接。
如图10至图12所示,在另一些可选的示例中,第一竖梁115和第二竖梁114分别 包括两根短竖梁,即第一竖梁115包括自方形基座111向上延伸的第一下竖梁1151和自第一下竖梁1151向上延伸的第一上竖梁1152,第二竖梁114包括自方形基座111向上延伸的第二下竖梁1141和自第二下竖梁1141向上延伸的第二上竖梁1142。
其中,顶部连接架118的沿前后方向延伸且位于右侧的一根横梁与第一上竖梁1152采用同一板材经弯折成型工艺一体成型,顶部连接架118的沿前后方向延伸且位于左侧的一根横梁与第二上竖梁1142采用同一板材经弯折成型工艺一体成型,即本实施例中,第一上竖梁1152与顶部连接架118的一部分一体加工成型,第二上竖梁1142与顶部连接架118的另一部分一体加工成型,二者不需要采用连接结构进行连接,而第一上竖梁1152的下端与第一下竖梁1151的上端可拆卸连接且分别与连接横梁117连接,第二上竖梁1142的下端与第二下竖梁1141的上端可拆卸连接且分别与连接横梁117连接,第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113均为长竖梁。
第二衣物处理模块30在装配前,第一下竖梁1151、第二下竖梁1141、第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113通过方形基座111以及多个连接横梁117组装,然后将第二衣物处理模块30与第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113以及连接横梁117进行装配,最后将连有顶部连接架118的第一上竖梁1152、第二上竖梁1142分别与第一下竖梁1151和第二下竖梁1141连接。
关于上竖梁和下竖梁的连接方式,下面以第二上竖梁1142和第二下竖梁1141为例进行说明。如图11和图12所示,第二上竖梁1142的下端设有朝下延伸的竖梁连接片11421,第二上竖梁1142的竖梁连接片11421相对于第二上竖梁1142先朝外弯折后朝下延伸,以使第二下竖梁1141的上端外侧的至少一部分被竖梁连接片11421覆盖,第二上竖梁1142的竖梁连接片11421通过紧固件与第二下竖梁1141的上端连接,连接方便,保证二者的连接可靠性和稳定性。
关于竖梁与连接横梁117的连接方式,下面以第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113为例进行说明。如图5和图6所示,第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113的前侧表面的中部分别具有内凹的第一容纳凹部1131,每个第一容纳凹部1131的底壁具有卡孔11311,连接横梁117的两端分别设有朝下弯折的卡舌1171,连接横梁117的两端分别设置在第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113上的第一容纳凹部1131内,且卡舌1171朝下插接至卡孔11311内,从而将连接横梁117安装至第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113上。
关于竖梁与顶部连接架118的连接方式,下面以第四竖梁113为例进行说明。如图5以及图7、图8所示,第四竖梁113的上端具有呈90度布置的第一连接片1133和第二连接片1134,第一连接片1133上设有缺口11331和第一穿孔11332,第二连接片1134上设有第二穿孔11341,顶部连接架118的与第四竖梁113位置对应的一个角设有朝下延伸的第一连接翻边1182和第二连接翻边1183,第一连接翻边1182和第二连接翻边1183间隔布置,第一连接翻边1182上设有朝外弯折的插片11821和第一通孔11822,第二连接翻边1183上设有第二通孔11831。
组装时,将第一连接片1133设在第一连接翻边1182的外侧,第二连接片1134从第 一连接翻边1182和第二连接翻边1183之间的间隙插入,然后将插片11821与缺口11331的配合,将第一连接片1133和第一连接翻边1182通过穿设于第一穿孔11332和第一通孔11822的紧固件实现连接,将第二连接片1134和第二连接翻边1183通过穿设于第二穿孔11341和第二通孔11831的紧固件实现连接,从而保证顶部连接架118与第四竖梁113的连接可靠性和稳定性。
如图32至图42所示,框架结构还包括多个面板,即前面板12、两个侧面板13、后背板以及顶板14。前面板12覆盖在支撑框架11的前部区域,并且前面板12具有两个沿上下方向间隔布置的开口1201,两个开口1201的位置与第一衣物处理模块20和第二衣物处理模块30的衣物取放口311位置对应,后面板覆盖在支撑框架11的后部区域,两个侧面板13覆盖在支撑框架11的左侧区域和右侧区域。
下面详细描述前面板12、位于左侧的侧面板13与支撑框架11的连接方式,其中,第三竖梁112设于方形基座111的位于左前部的一个角,第三竖梁112的前侧表面设有框架连接孔1104、框架定位孔1106和框架穿孔1105,前面板12的左侧具有相对于前面板12的外表面凹陷设置的面板安装部121,面板安装部121上设有与框架连接孔1104位置对应的面板连接孔1211、与框架定位孔1106位置对应的面板定位孔1213、与框架穿孔1105位置对应的面板穿孔1212,位于左侧的侧面板13的前侧具有朝前面板12弯折的面板覆盖部131,面板覆盖部131的内侧设有卡槽1311。
面板安装部121通过穿设于面板连接孔1211和框架连接孔1104的面板连接件122与第三竖梁112相连。其中,面板连接件122包括面板连接部1221、定位柱1223和连接柱1222,面板连接部1221上设有连接凸起1224以限定出向下凹陷设置的凹槽1225,连接柱1222包括两个间隔布置的支脚12221。
组装时,可以先将前面板12的面板安装部121通过螺钉固定在第三竖梁112上,然后压紧面板连接件122的两个支脚12221,使连接柱1222依次穿过面板连接孔1211、框架连接孔1104,之后松开两个支脚12221,达到防脱效果,并将定位柱1223穿设框架定位孔1106和面板定位孔1213,将紧固件穿设于连接穿孔12211、面板穿孔1212和框架穿孔1105,从而进一步保证面板连接件122与面板安装部121以及第三竖梁112的连接可靠性;最后安装侧面板13,使侧面板13的面板覆盖部131覆盖前面板12的面板安装部121,然后向下推侧面板13,或者利用侧面板13的重力作用,使面板覆盖部131上的卡槽1311的上边沿卡入面板连接件122的凹槽1225内,如此,侧面板13的面板覆盖部131将前面板12的面板安装部121以及面板安装部121上的螺钉、面板连接件122遮挡,不影响框架结构的外观。
如图9和图33所示,位于第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113之间的连接横梁117的前表面设有第一铰链安装座1172,位于第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113之间的侧围板1112的前表面设有第二铰链安装座1113,以及顶部连接架118的上表面设有第二铰链安装座1184。前面板12的中部具有安装凹部1202,安装凹部1202的底壁具有与第一铰链安装座1172上的穿孔位置对应的安装孔3325,前面板12的下部也设有一个安装凹部1202, 该安装凹部1202的底壁设有与第二铰链安装座1113(1184)上的穿孔位置对应的安装孔3325。
如图13至图17所示,衣物处理装置100的门体组件15包括第一门体151和第二门体152,第一门体151位于第二门体152的下方,第一门体151的上端和第二门体152的下端分别通过中间铰链153连接在支撑框架11,具体地,中间铰链153包括中间安装部1531和中间连接部1532,中间安装部1531设于安装凹部1202内且通过紧固件与第一铰链安装座1172实现连接,从而固定在安装支撑框架11的前部,中间连接部1532与中间安装部1531连接,中间连接部1532的上表面具有朝上延伸的上固定轴1533,上固定轴1533与第二门体152配合,中间连接部1532的下表面具有朝下延伸的下固定轴1534,下固定轴1534与第一门体151配合。
第一门体151的下端通过第一端部铰链154连接在支撑框架11的下端,第一端部铰链154包括第一端面安装部1541和第一端面连接部1542,第一端面安装部1541设于安装凹部1202内且通过紧固件与第二铰链安装座1113实现连接,从而固定在支撑框架11的下部,第一端面连接部1542与第一端面安装部1541连接,第一端面连接部1542具有朝上延伸的下连接轴1543,下连接轴1543与第一门体151的下端面配合。
第二门体152的上端通过第二端部铰链155连接在支撑框架11的上端,第二端部铰链155包括第二端面安装部1551和第二端面连接部1552,第二端面安装部1551通过紧固件与顶部连接架118的上表面的第二铰链安装座1184实现连接,从而固定在支撑框架11的上部,第二端面连接部1552与第二端面安装部1551连接,第二端面连接部1552具有朝下延伸的上连接轴1553,上连接轴1553与第二门体152的上端面配合。
其中,如图13所示,第二门体152的朝内的一侧设有安装口1521,操控面板1523经安装口1521被安装至第二门体152的安装腔1520内,盖板1522适于可拆卸地封闭安装口1521,从而将操控面板1523封闭在第二门体152的安装腔1520内。
第一衣物处理模块20包括第一衣物处理筒21,第一衣物处理模块20可以为洗衣模块且安装在位于下方的第一容纳空间1101内,第二衣物处理模块30包括第二衣物处理筒31,第二衣物处理模块30可以为干衣模块且安装在位于上方的第二容纳空间1102内。干衣模块内设有与操控面板1523通讯的控制板,干衣模块的工作环境水分相对较少,不会对控制板造成损坏。
如图18至图26所示,干衣模块包括干衣单元和设于干衣单元的底座32下方的加强板33,干衣模块通过预装在干衣单元上的加强板33与支撑框架11实现连接。底座32与前面板12之间具有间隙。
其中,干衣单元的底座32内包括用于安装冷却风扇的吸风区321、风机安装腔322以及热泵安装腔323,加强板33具有多个与风机安装腔322导通的第一通风孔3311、多个第二通风孔3321以及与吸风区321位置对应的避让缺口336,加强板33的外周沿设有朝上弯折的第一安装翻边334,用于与连接横梁117连接,加强板33的外周沿还设有朝上弯折且位于第一安装翻边334内侧的第二安装翻边335,用于连接干衣单元的底 座32。
加强板33大致形成方形板件且包括第一板部331以及相对于第一板部331凹陷设置且环绕第一板部331的第二板部332,第二板部332的前部形成超出底座32外周沿的延伸部,多个第二通风孔3321设于延伸部,多个加强凹部3313设于第一板部331且沿前后方向间隔布置,每个加强凹部3313沿左右方向延伸,多个加强凸部3323设于第二板部332且沿第一板部331的周向间隔布置,加强板33的外周沿还设有朝上弯折的固定翻边333,固定翻边333上设有固定孔3331,固定翻边333还具有沿其厚度方向贯通的插孔3332,加强板33的邻近插孔3332的位置设有安装凸台3324,安装凸台3324的顶部设有安装孔3325,例如,支撑结构312具有适于从插孔3332插入的插接部,以与安装凸台3324连接。
干衣模块工作时,位于洗衣模块的一部分空气从避让缺口336通过吸风区321与前面板12之间的间隙流入吸风区321,用于冷却热泵系统,并且干衣模块与洗衣模块之间的空气还可以通过多个第二通风孔3321实现流通。
如图27至图31所示,干衣单元包括干衣筒以及设于干衣筒的前端和后端的支撑结构312,其中,位于干衣筒的前端的支撑结构312通过两个框架连接件313与第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113连接。
框架连接件313包括连接本体3134和两个连接臂3135,连接本体3134沿第三竖梁112或第四竖梁113的长度方向延伸,两个连接臂3135连接在连接本体3134的两端且朝支撑结构312延伸,连接臂3135相对于连接本体3134朝第二容纳空间1102内凹陷设置。其中,每个连接臂3135设有第一连接孔3131,连接本体3134设有朝向第三竖梁112或第四竖梁113弯折的第一固定凸起3132和第二固定凸起3133。
支撑结构312具有与第一连接孔3131位置对应的第二连接孔3121,框架连接件313与支撑结构312通过穿设于第一连接孔3131和第二连接孔3121的紧固件实现连接。
第三竖梁112和第四竖梁113中的每一个的前侧表面设有内凹的第二容纳凹部1132,第三竖梁112上的第二容纳凹部1132的底壁设有第一固定穿孔11321,第四竖梁113上的第二容纳凹部1132的底壁设有第一固定穿孔11321,框架连接件313设于第二容纳凹部1132内,设在第三竖梁112上的框架连接件313的第一固定凸起3132配合至第一固定穿孔11321内且第二固定凸起3133配合至第二固定穿孔11322内,从而实现第三竖梁112与框架连接件313的连接,设在第四竖梁113上的框架连接件313的第一固定凸起3132配合至第一固定穿孔11321内且第二固定凸起3133配合至第二固定穿孔11322内,从而实现第四竖梁113与框架连接件313的连接。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置100的其他构成例如干衣模块、洗衣模块等以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种支撑框架,其特征在于,包括:
    基座;
    竖梁,所述竖梁自所述基座向上延伸,所述竖梁为多根,且至少部分所述竖梁由至少两个子单元可拆卸地连接而成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑框架,其特征在于,所述基座成型为方形基座,所述竖梁为四根,且四根所述竖梁形成为自所述方形基座的四个角向上延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的支撑框架,其特征在于,位于所述方形基座一侧的两个角分别设有第一竖梁及第二竖梁,所述第一竖梁和/或所述第二竖梁由至少两个子单元可拆卸连接而成。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的支撑框架,其特征在于,所述第一竖梁由两个子单元可拆卸地连接而成,
    其中,所述第一竖梁的两个子单元分别为自所述方形基座向上延伸的第一下竖梁和自所述第一下竖梁向上延伸的第一上竖梁,所述第一上竖梁的下端与所述第一下竖梁的上端可拆卸连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的支撑框架,其特征在于,所述第二竖梁由两个子单元可拆卸地连接而成,
    其中,所述第二竖梁的两个子单元分别为自所述方形基座向上延伸的第二下竖梁和自所述第二下竖梁向上延伸的第二上竖梁,所述第二上竖梁的下端与所述第二下竖梁的上端可拆卸连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的支撑框架,其特征在于,所述第一上竖梁和所述第二上竖梁中的每一个的下端设有朝下延伸的竖梁连接片,
    其中,所述第一上竖梁的竖梁连接片通过紧固件与所述第一下竖梁的上端连接,所述第二上竖梁的竖梁连接片通过紧固件与所述第二下竖梁的上端连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的支撑框架,其特征在于,所述竖梁连接片相对于所述第一上竖梁或所述第二上竖梁先朝外弯折后朝下延伸,以使所述第一下竖梁或所述第二下竖梁的上端外侧的至少一部分被所述竖梁连接片覆盖。
  8. 根据权利要求2-7中任一项所述的支撑框架,其特征在于,所述方形基座具有底板以及连接在所述底板侧部的四个侧围板,相邻设置的两根所述竖梁的下端之间通过所述侧围板实现连接。
  9. 根据权利要求2-8中任一项所述的支撑框架,其特征在于,还包括多个连接横梁,相邻设置的两个所述竖梁的中部之间通过所述连接横梁进行连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的支撑框架,其特征在于,位于所述方形基座另一侧的两个角分别设有第三竖梁和第四竖梁,所述第三竖梁和所述第四竖梁的外侧表面的中部分别具有内凹的第一容纳凹部,至少一个所述连接横梁的两端分别设置在第三竖梁和所述 第四竖梁上的所述第一容纳凹部内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的支撑框架,其特征在于,所述第一容纳凹部的底壁具有卡孔,所述连接横梁的两端分别设有朝所述竖梁弯折的卡舌,所述卡舌朝下插接至所述卡孔内。
  12. 根据权利要求3-7中任一项所述的支撑框架,其特征在于,还包括:
    顶部连接架,所述顶部连接架与所述竖梁的上端连接,
    其中,所述顶部连接架的至少一部分与所述竖梁的一个所述子单元采用同一板材经折弯成型工艺一体成型。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的支撑框架,其特征在于,所述顶部连接架的至少一部分由所述第一竖梁和/或所述第二竖梁的一个所述子单元弯折形成。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的支撑框架,其特征在于,位于所述方形基座另一侧的两个角分别设有第三竖梁及第四竖梁,所述第三竖梁和所述第四竖梁中的至少一根的上端具有向下凹陷的缺口,所述顶部连接架具有朝外弯折的插片,所述插片插接在所述缺口处。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的支撑框架,其特征在于,所述第三竖梁和所述第四竖梁中的至少一根的上端具有呈预设角度布置的第一连接片和第二连接片,所述顶部连接架具有朝下延伸且呈预设角度布置的第一连接翻边和第二连接翻边,
    其中,所述第一连接翻边和所述第二连接翻边间隔布置,所述第一连接片设在所述第一连接翻边的外侧,所述第二连接片从所述第一连接翻边和所述第二连接翻边之间的间隙插入以设在所述第二连接翻边的内侧。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的支撑框架,其特征在于,所述缺口设于所述第一连接片,所述插片设于所述第一连接翻边。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的支撑框架,其特征在于,所述第一连接片具有第一穿孔,所述第一连接翻边具有与所述第一穿孔位置对应的第一通孔,
    其中,所述第一连接片和所述第一连接翻边通过穿设于所述第一穿孔和所述第一通孔的紧固件实现连接。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的支撑框架,其特征在于,所述第二连接片具有第二穿孔,所述第二连接翻边具有与所述第二穿孔位置对应的第二通孔,
    其中,所述第二连接片和所述第二连接翻边通过穿设于所述第二穿孔和所述第二通孔的紧固件实现连接。
  19. 一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,包括第一衣物处理模块、第二衣物处理模块以及权利要求1-18中任一项所述的支撑框架,
    其中,所述支撑框架内形成有供所述第一衣物处理模块装配的第一容纳空间以及供所述第二衣物处理模块装配的第二容纳空间。
