Description

一种旋转物位开关 技术领域
本发明涉及纺织机械领域,尤其涉及一种旋转物位开关。
背景技术
物位开关又称料位开关或料位计,是指对容器中固体物料高度的变化进行实时检测的仪表,在现代工业中有着广泛应用,对于各种物料(粉状,颗粒或者块状等)的料位检测工作,现有的大多数料位开关是一种采用机械转动的方式检测料位的装置,通常将电动机减速后,采用传动轴与离合器直接连接,带动连接轴以低转速旋转,轴端带有叶片。当物料超过叶片时,叶片转动受阻,便围绕主轴产生旋转位移。该位移使微动开关动作,检测装置输出有料信号,同时切断电源使叶片转动停止;当物料下降时叶片不再受到阻力,检测装置依靠扭力弹簧又恢复到原始状态,微动开关动作发出无料信号,接通电源使电机旋转,叶片转动恢复。
这种物位开关是全金属的,驱动器放在电机后面,而后完全密封,散热不好,容易导致驱动器或电机损坏;且这种物位开关有一个离合结构,转不动的时候,离合器会触发一个微动开关,但是微动开关又是机械性的,经常不稳定,会出现离合触发了,但是微动开关没有信号,或者离合没触发微动开关又有信号等误报警情况。
对于纺织配料机而言,配料机通过长螺杆连接后部纺织机,长螺杆将棉料输送至纺织机,一个丝柄要做几十公斤的线,一旦配料机没有棉料没报警,而螺杆又一直处于送料状态,会造成螺杆空转发热,将螺杆内残余的棉料烧黑,螺杆清理困难,而再次重新送料时,只能通过用新棉料将残余烧黑棉料挤出的方式对螺杆进行清理,由于螺杆很长,这种挤出清理方式非常浪费棉料,一次故障停机就可能损失过万,因此对配料机的料位判断报警要非常准确,这就要求物位开关的稳定性要非常高。且配料机内是高温环境,传统物位开关在这种环境中使用容易损坏,故障率高。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有高稳定性,高耐热性的旋转物位开关,能够准确发出信号,且体积小巧,成本低。
技术解决方案
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种旋转物位开关,其特征是:包括叶片、电机和传感器,所述叶片的转轴和电机输出轴相连,二者之间设有联轴器,所述叶片的转轴与联轴器之间还设有轴承座;所述电机为步进电机,安装在电机安装座上,所述轴承座安装在固定座上,所述联轴器位于固定座和电机安装座之间,所述固定座和电机安装座通过支柱相连;
所述传感器包括接近开关和一个感应头,所述感应头安装在叶片的转轴上、固定座和联轴器之间,所述接近开关安装在开关座上,所述开关座固定在电机安装座或固定座上,所述接近开关连接外部驱动器。
优选的,所述感应头与接近开关处于同一水平面上。
优选的,所述感应头为螺母。
优选的,所述支柱有4根,分别设置在固定座和电机安装座的四个角上,形成开放框架式空间。
优选的,所述支柱和开关座为塑料材质。
有益效果
本发明通过传感器计数,结合叶片受阻造成步进电机失步的现象,判断配料机内是否有料,根据计数量得出结论,及时报警,其结构原理简单,采用塑料支柱,开放的框架形式,代替原有全金属封闭形式,有效隔热,使用寿命更长,且大大降低成本。同时将驱动器和传感器分开安装,可保证驱动器不会因为高温影响而损坏,稳定性更高。

本发明的实施方式
以下结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做详细描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
图1是本发明的优选方案,包括叶片1和电机2,叶片1的转轴11和电机2输出轴相连,二者之间设有联轴器3,叶片1的转轴11与联轴器3之间还设有轴承座4(内设有轴承)。电机2为步进电机,叶片1在电机2的带动下旋转。
电机2安装在电机安装座21上,轴承座4安装在固定座41上,联轴器3位于固定座41和电机安装座21之间,固定座41和电机安装座21通过支柱5相连,本实施例中,支柱5有4根,分别设置在固定座41和电机安装座21的四个角上,通过螺丝连接固定,支柱5为塑料材质,隔热效果较好热,4根支柱5将固定座41和电机安装座21撑开,形成开放框架式空间,与传统物位开关的密闭空间相比,这种结构散热快,内外空气流通,不会局部过热。支柱5上还设置有扳手固定的槽。
本实施例通过传感器6计数的方法判断是否有料,传感器6是由一个接近开关61和一个感应头62组成,本实施例中感应头62为螺母,感应头62安装在叶片1的转轴11上,固定座41和联轴器3之间,接近开关61则安装在开关座63上,开关座63固定在电机安装座21上,也可固定在固定座41上,开关座63也是塑料材质,隔热效果好,感应头62与接近开关61处于同一水平面上,接近开关61连接外部驱动器(图中未示出),感应头62随转轴11运动,转动至靠近接近开关61时,驱动器就会记一下。接近开关61的驱动器设置在外部,不怕热的地方,通过线路与接近开关61相连,这样驱动器就不容易损坏。
把物位开关放入配料机中,(根据配料机形状放置物位开关),当配料机内没有料时,叶片1无阻力,步进电机2以同一速度一直旋转(即连续地输入控制脉冲,电机2就相应地连续转动),此时感应头62随转轴11按同一速度转动,接近开关61则周期性收到固定频率的信号。当配料机内有料时,叶片1会受到阻力,步进电机2会产生失步现象(或叫丢步,即转子前进的步数小于脉冲数),配料机中料很多时,步进电机2的失步现象就会很严重(即转子停留在一个位置上或围绕一个位置振动),失步对步进电机2不会造成损害。此时感应头62也不转动或转动不规律,接近开关61则无法周期性收到信号或者没有信号,即可得知配料机中有料。但是当感应头62在靠近接近开关61的位置,叶片1受阻,步进电机2失步抖动,此时接近开关61会一直接收到信号,驱动器会不断计数。因此判断的依据是驱动器计数在某一区间范围内无料,少于或大于这一区间都是有料的。例如,配料机中无料时,接近开关61在2秒内可接收到1~3个信号,驱动器计数大于等于1个或小于3个,即一个两个都是没有料,超过这个范围之内,一直没有信号或者信号太频繁,都认为是有料。
本发明的物位开关通过螺丝锁在料罐上,电机2在料罐外,料罐内的整个部分都是机械的,不怕高温。比起传统物位开关,结构更加简单,更稳定。
