当再次接收到遥控器发送当前用户控制指令的语音数据时,解析遥控器通过压缩数据的方式传输的语音数据,执行当前控制指令的操作。

预先接收多个用户录入的声音数据并进行存储,当接收到语音进行身份识别时与存储器中的声音数据进行匹配,以确认当前用户的身份。

本公开公开了一种基于语音的数据传输控制方法、智能电视及存储介质,所述方法包括:当通过语音识别来确认当前用户的身份时,接收遥控器通过采用不压缩数据的方式传输的语音数据;根据所述语音数据进行语音识别,确认当前用户的身份后,根据当前用户的爱好特征进行资源的推荐;当再次接收到遥控器发送当前用户控制指令的语音数据时,解析遥控器通过压缩数据的方式传输的语音数据,执行当前控制指令的操作。本公开根据执行不同功能的语音数据,控制遥控器在传输语音数据时在不压缩数据和压缩数据的传输方式之间进行切换,解决了音频压缩损伤导致无法准确识别用户的问题,提高了遥控器的声纹识别质量,同时将数据量大的音频进行压缩传送,保证遥控器省电以及抗干扰的能力。

为使本公开的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本公开进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本公开,并不用于限定本公开。
实施例一
本公开较佳实施例所述的基于语音的数据传输控制方法,如图1所示,所述基于语音的数据传输控制方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S10、当通过语音识别来确认当前用户的身份时,接收遥控器通过采用不压缩数据的方式传输的语音数据。
具体地,预先接收多个用户录入的声音数据并进行存储,当接收到语音进行身份识别时与存储器中的声音数据进行匹配,以确认当前用户的身份。
例如,预先录入多个用户的声音数据,假设A用户、B用户、C用户以及D用户(例如一个家庭中的四个家庭成员)将自己的声音数据录入到智能电视的存储器中进行识别保存,通过对声音数据进行声纹分析得出每个用户的声音特点,下次再接收到某一个用户的声音时即可与存储器中预先存储的声音数据的特点进行匹配识别,即可知道当前用户是哪一个用户,如果是新用户就可以提示新用户录入自己的声音数据,便于下次进行身份识别。
具体的过程请参阅图2,其为本公开提供的基于语音的数据传输控制方法中步骤S10的流程图。
如图2所示,所述步骤S10包括:
S11、当检测到遥控器在预设时间内未使用时,控制遥控器进入省电待机状态;
S12、当检测到遥控器开启语音接收功能时,控制遥控器进入正常工作状态,接收遥控器进入工作状态后第一次采集到的语音数据,所述语音数据通过不压缩数据的方式传输。
也就是说,遥控器在长时间不使用(例如预设时间设置为1小时)时,为了 节省电量,可以控制遥控器进入待机省电状态,为了避免其他声音(例如杂音)对遥控器的影响,可以在遥控器上设置一个开启语音接收功能的按键,当用户按下这个按键之后,遥控器开始进行语音接收,并且遥控器从待机省电状态进入正常工作状态,那么这时候用户对遥控器发出的语音就相当于第一次使用语音,这时候如果采用压缩数据的方式传输语音数据时,由于音频压缩有损伤,可能会导致智能电视无法识别出当前用户的身份,因此,为了克服这一缺陷,第一次的语音数据通过不压缩数据的方式进行传输。
此处,所述遥控器采用不压缩数据的方式传输语音数据通过蓝牙5.0实现,可以直接传输不压缩的数据,例如大小为16K*16bit或48K*16bit的数据,蓝牙5.0的带宽是完全可以支持的。
步骤S20、根据所述语音数据进行语音识别,确认当前用户的身份后,根据当前用户的爱好特征进行资源的推荐。
具体的过程请参阅图3,其为本公开提供的基于语音的数据传输控制方法中步骤S20的流程图。
如图3所示,所述步骤S20包括:
S21、将接收到的所述语音数据与预先存储在存储器中的声音数据进行匹配,确认当前用户的身份;
S22、获取当前用户的爱好特征,根据所述爱好特征获取多个资源,并依据匹配度进行排序后生成资源推荐列表提示当前用户进行选择。
具体地,所述爱好特征的形成包括:在录入用户的声音数据后,弹出多个资源类型提示用户进行选择,当完成选择后与用户的声音数据进行关联保存;根据用户的行为习惯和操作习惯获取用户关于资源的兴趣爱好,通过大数据分析生成用户的爱好特征,并与用户的声音数据进行关联保存。
进一步地,那么在智能电视识别出当前用户的身份后,可以根据当前用户的爱好特征直接进行个性化节目(资源)的推荐,例如A用户喜欢的是综艺节目,可以推荐A用户长期观看的综艺节目进行显示,A用户确认即可,同时,用户可以直接在资源推荐列表中选择观看自己喜欢的节目,资源推荐列表从上至下排列多个适合当前用户观看的资源,从上至下的资源的匹配度逐渐降低,这个匹配和排序的过程可以通过相关算法实现,这样可以便于用户识别和选择,为用户的 操作提供方便。
步骤S30、当再次接收到遥控器发送当前用户控制指令的语音数据时,解析遥控器通过压缩数据的方式传输的语音数据,执行当前控制指令的操作。
具体过程请参阅图4,其为本公开提供的基于语音的数据传输控制方法中步骤S30的流程图。
如图4所示,所述步骤S30包括:
S31、在确认当前用户的身份后,当再次接收遥控器发送当前用户控制指令的语音数据时,所述语音数据通过采用压缩数据的方式进行传输;
S32、解析遥控器通过压缩数据的方式传输的语音数据所包含的控制指令,并执行当前控制指令所对应的操作。
具体地,在确认当前用户的身份后,智能电视已经给用户推荐了相关匹配的资源,但是用户可能在观看一段时间后并不想再看当前推荐的资源,用户可能想直接切换到其他的电视节目或者想查找自己想要观看的节目(例如所述控制指令可以包括:切换节目、查找资源、调节音量以及关机操作,此处不限制,只要是智能电视可以完成的指令即可),那么,就可以通过遥控器再次发送用户的语音数据到智能电视进行识别,此时为了节省遥控器的电量,就需要通过压缩数据的方式传输的语音数据,而不是依然再采用不压缩数据的方式(毕竟长时间不压缩数据传输数据会导致耗电量很大,且抗干扰能力弱),因此遥控器通过压缩数据的方式传输的语音数据所包含的控制指令到智能电视,智能电视解析当前控制指令后,执行当前控制指令所对应的操作,例如切换节目、查找节目、调整音量,或者关机等操作。
实施例二
进一步地,如图5所示,基于上述基于语音的数据传输控制方法,本公开还相应提供了一种智能电视,所述智能电视包括处理器10、存储器20及显示器30。图5仅示出了智能电视的部分组件,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。
所述存储器20在一些实施例中可以是所述智能电视的内部存储单元,例如智能电视的硬盘或内存。所述存储器20在另一些实施例中也可以是所述智能电视的外部存储设备,例如所述智能电视上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,所述存储器20还可以既包括所述智能电视的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。所述存储器20用于存储安装于所述智能电视的应用软件及各类数据,例如所述安装智能电视的程序代码等。所述存储器20还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。在一实施例中,存储器20上存储有基于语音的数据传输控制程序40,该基于语音的数据传输控制程序40可被处理器10所执行,从而实现本申请中基于语音的数据传输控制方法。
所述处理器10在一些实施例中可以是一中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),微处理器或其他数据处理芯片,用于运行所述存储器20中存储的程序代码或处理数据,例如执行所述基于语音的数据传输控制方法等。
所述显示器30在一些实施例中可以是LED显示器、液晶显示器、触控式液晶显示器以及OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)触摸器等。所述显示器30用于显示在所述智能电视的信息以及用于显示可视化的用户界面。所述智能电视的部件10-30通过系统总线相互通信。
在一实施例中,当处理器10执行所述存储器20中基于语音的数据传输控制程序40时实现以下步骤:
当通过语音识别来确认当前用户的身份时,接收遥控器通过采用不压缩数据的方式传输的语音数据;
根据所述语音数据进行语音识别,确认当前用户的身份后,根据当前用户的爱好特征进行资源的推荐;
当再次接收到遥控器发送当前用户控制指令的语音数据时,解析遥控器通过压缩数据的方式传输的语音数据,执行当前控制指令的操作。

本公开还提供一种存储介质,其中,所述存储介质存储有基于语音的数据传输控制程序,所述基于语音的数据传输控制程序被处理器执行时实现如上所述的基于语音的数据传输控制方法的步骤。
综上所述,本公开提供一种基于语音的数据传输控制方法、智能电视及存储介质,所述方法包括:当通过语音识别来确认当前用户的身份时,接收遥控器通过采用不压缩数据的方式传输的语音数据;根据所述语音数据进行语音识别,确认当前用户的身份后,根据当前用户的爱好特征进行资源的推荐;当再次接收到遥控器发送当前用户控制指令的语音数据时,解析遥控器通过压缩数据的方式传输的语音数据,执行当前控制指令的操作。本公开根据执行不同功能的语音数据,控制遥控器在传输语音数据时在不压缩数据和压缩数据的传输方式之间进行切换,解决了音频压缩损伤导致无法准确识别用户的问题,提高了遥控器的声纹识别质量,同时将数据量大的音频进行压缩传送,保证遥控器省电以及抗干扰的能力。
