附图1-2显示了本发明具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚的第一实施例的结构示意图,其可安装于沙发、床等下方,作为家具支撑脚使用,本发明主要包括主体1和控制电路,控制电路设置在主体1内,本实施例中,控制电路主要包括控制单元、音响单元、语音识别模组和电源模组,音响单元连接在控制单元上,控制单元输出音频信号给音响单元,音响单元上连接有扬声器,通过音响单元驱动扬声器发声,语音识别模组连接在控制单元上,输入语音识别信号给控制单元,电源模组用于供电,本实施例中,电源模组用于给控制单元、音响单元以及语音识别模组供电。
本实施例中,在主体1内部固定安装有支撑架4,支撑架4内固定安装有电路板6,控制电 路设置在电路板6上。支撑架4上嵌装有扬声器5(即为连接在数字音频功放U2上的扬声器),主体1对应于扬声器5位置处开设有发声孔(图中未示出),本实施例中,发声孔朝下设置。主体1上方固定安装有盖板3,可通过盖板3保护主体1内的电路板6。
在第一实施例中,主体1下方固定安装有支脚2,可起到主要支撑作用,支脚2底部固定安装有垫脚7,可增大本发明与地面之间的摩擦,保持本发明与地面之间的相对稳定。
本实施例中,控制单元包括有单片机U1和执行部件接口,单片机U1采用型号为SJBTM371的单片机,其具有RF无线通信功能,单片机U1的RF引脚上连接有RF天线ANT,用于与相邻的支撑脚进行无线通信。本实施例中,单片机U1的USB引脚上连接有USB接口USBSMD,可通过USB接口USBSMD连接U盘,播放U盘内存储的音乐等,也可通过USB接口USBSMD进行通信,对固件进行升级等。执行部件接口连接在单片机U1上,执行部件接口可用于连接智能家具上的推杆、发热布以及灯光等,通过单片机U1对其进行控制。
本实施例中,音响单元主要采用数字音频功放U2,数字音频功放U2采用型号为STA5711的数字音频功放芯片,内部集成有音响处理器和功放模组。数字音频功放U2的OUT_B引脚上连接有扬声器SP1,数字音频功放U2的OUT_C引脚上连接有扬声器SP2,用于音频播放,本实施例中,在具体使用时,扬声器SP1设置在主沙发脚内,扬声器SP2设置在相邻的副沙发脚(即另一个沙发脚)内,副沙发脚内只设置扬声器SP2,不设置其他电路模块。数字音频功放U2通过I2S总线与单片机U1的通用I/O引脚连接,单片机U1可通过I2S总线将音频信号输出给数字音频功放U2,在通过数字音频功放U2驱动扬声器,进行音频播放。数字音频功放U2的RESET引脚上与单片机U1的一个通用I/O引脚连接,通过单片机U1输出复位信号给数字音频功放U2,维持其正常运行。
本实施例中,语音识别模组主要采用智能语音芯片U5,智能语音芯片U5采用型号为CI1006的芯片,智能语音芯片U5的MIC引脚上连接有麦克风MIC,通过麦克风MIC采集语音信号,输入智能语音芯片U5进行语音识别,智能语音芯片U5的SPK引脚上连接有扬声器SP3,可通过扬声器SP3播放识别情况,智能语音芯片U5通过串行接口与单片机U1连接,将语音信号传输给单片机U1。
本实施例中,电源模组包括稳压芯片U4、稳压芯片U5和稳压芯片U6,稳压芯片U4为+5V稳压芯片,可将外接电源转换成+5V电源进行供电,稳压芯片U5和稳压芯片U6为+3.3V稳压芯片,可将稳压芯片U4输出的+5V电源转换呈+3.3V电源,进行供电。本实施例中,稳压芯片U4采用型号为IP6503S的稳压芯片,稳压芯片U5采用型号为1117的稳压芯片,稳压芯片U6采用型号为6206的稳压芯片。本发明上设置有供电接口,供电接口与电源模组连接,使用时,将电源适配器插接在交流市电上,再将电源适配器插接在供电接口上,通过电源适配器给本发明供电。
附图3至附图6为本发明具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚的第二实施例的结构示意图,该支撑支脚同样包括主体1和控制电路,控制电路设置在主体1内,图3显示了第二实施例中,控制电路主要包括音频处理及控制模组、功放模组、语音识别模组和执行部件,功放模组连接在音频处理及控制模组上,音频处理及控制模组输出音频信号给功放模组,功放模组上连接有扬声器,通过功放模组驱动扬声器发声,语音识别模组连接在音频处理及控制模组上,输入语音识别信号给音频处理及控制模组。
本实施例中,音频处理及控制模组包括有单片机U1和输入输出口,单片机U1具有射频无线通信功能,单片机U1的射频引脚上连接有射频天线。本实施例中,单片机U1的USB引脚上连接有USB接口,可通过USB接口连接进行充电、播放USB设备内存储的音乐等,也可通过USB接口进行通信,对固件进行升级等。执行部件连接在单片机输入输出口上,执行部件可用于连接智能家具上的线性驱动器、按摩、发热布以及灯光等中的一种或几种(线性驱动器、按摩、发热布以及灯光等并非本发明所指执行部件,本发明所指执行部件为上述部件的接口,线性驱动器、按摩、发热布以及灯光等为连接在本发明中的外接部件),通过单片机U1对其进行控制。
本实施例中,功放模组主要采用数字音频功放U2。数字音频功放U2的OUT_B引脚上连 接有扬声器SP1,数字音频功放U2的OUT_C引脚上连接有扬声器SP2,用于音频播放,本实施例中,在具体使用时,扬声器SP1设置在主沙发脚内,扬声器SP2设置在相邻的副沙发脚(即另一个沙发脚)内,副沙发脚内只设置扬声器SP2,不设置其他电路模块。数字音频功放U2通过I 2S接口与单片机U1连接,单片机U1通过I 2S接口将音频信号输出给数字音频功放U2,再通过数字音频功放U2驱动扬声器。
本实施例中,语音识别模组主要采用智能语音模块U5,智能语音模块U5的MIC引脚上连接有麦克风,通过麦克风采集语音信号,输入智能语音模块U5进行语音识别,智能语音模块U5通过串行接口与单片机U1连接,将语音信号传输给单片机U1。
本发明支撑脚的第二实施例结构示意图中,主支撑脚和副支撑脚的结构结构基本相同,副支撑脚内不设置音频处理及控制模组以及语音识别模组等,仅设置有扬声器,音频处理及控制模组以及语音识别模组等均设置在主支撑脚内,副支撑脚是通过连接线与主支撑脚连接,通过主支撑脚控制副支撑脚内的扬声器发声,结构上,仅是主支撑脚和副支撑脚的接口部分不同,下面将以主支撑脚结构为例,对其进行具体说明。
在第二实施例中,主体1和支脚2一体设置,人为将其定义为2个部件,具体实施时,主体1和支脚2也可以分体设置。支脚2底部有垫脚7,可增大本发明与地面之间的摩擦,保持本发明与地面之间的相对稳定,但根据主体及支撑脚的材质可省略。
上述实施例为主支撑脚结构,副支撑脚结构基本上与主支撑脚结构相同,只是副支撑脚内部不设置控制电路,只设置扬声器,以及电路接口有所不同,此处不再正对副支撑脚结构单独赘述。
上述实施例为本发明优选实施方式,具体实施时,也可以仅在支撑脚内设置有音频处理及控制模组和语音识别模组,通过语音识别模组识别语音输入,然后输出给音频处理及控制模组,将扬声器、线性驱动器、按摩、发热布以及灯光等作为外部部件,通过本发明对其进行控制。
本发明同时保护一种家具,家具包括家具主体和如上述的具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,家具支撑脚固定安装在家具主体上,家具主体内安装有执行机构,执行机构与家具支撑脚连接,接收家具支撑脚发送的语音控制信息,可通过家具支撑脚接收到的语音控制命令对其进行控制,执行机构为线性驱动器、按摩器、发热布以及照明灯中的一种或几种。
本发明在使用时,将其安装在沙发、床等家具的底部,对其起到支撑作用。当需要进行音乐播放时,可通过语音对其进行控制,智能语音模块U5采集到语音后,对其进行语音识别,然后输出给单片机U1,单片机U1根据语音信息控制音频播放及其他执行部件。
本发明将语音识别模组和音频播放及控制模组设置在家具支撑脚内,可实现语音识别和音频播放及控制等功能,采用隐藏式结构,使整个家具整体性更好。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,其特征在于,所述的家具支撑脚包括主体和控制电路,控制电路设置在主体内,控制电路包括控制单元、音响单元、语音识别模组和电源模组,音响单元连接在控制单元上,音响单元上连接有扬声器,语音识别模组连接在控制单元上,语音识别模组上连接有麦克风,电源模组用于供电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,其特征在于,所述的控制单元包括单片机和执行部件接口,执行部件接口连接在单片机上,单片机的RF引脚上连接有RF天线ANT。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,其特征在于,所述的单片机的USB引脚上连接有USB接口USBSMD。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,其特征在于,所述的音响单元采用数字音频功放,数字音频功放的一组音频输出引脚上连接有扬声器SP1,数字音频功放的另一组音频输出引脚上连接有扬声器SP2,数字音频功放通过I2S总线与控制单元的通用I/O引脚连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,其特征在于,所述的数字音频功放的RESET引脚上与控制单元的一个通用I/O引脚连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,其特征在于,所述的语音识别模组采用智能语音芯片,智能语音芯片的MIC引脚上连接有麦克风,智能语音芯片的SPK引脚上连接有扬声器,智能语音芯片通过串行接口与控制单元连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,其特征在于,所述的电源模组包括+5V稳压芯片和+3.3V稳压芯片,+3.3V稳压芯片的输入端与+5V稳压芯片的输出端连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,其特征在于,所述的主体内部固定安装有支撑架,支撑架内固定安装有电路板,控制电路设置在电路板上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,其特征在于,所述的支撑架上嵌装有扬声器,主体对应于扬声器位置处开设有发声孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,其特征在于,所述的主体下方固定安装有支脚,支脚底部固定安装有垫脚。
  11. 一种具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,其特征在于,所述的家具支撑脚包括主体和控制电路,控制电路设置在主体内,控制电路包括音频处理及控制模组、功放模组、语音识别模组和执行部件,功放模组连接在音频处理及控制模组上,功放模组上连接有扬声器,语音识别模组连接在音频处理及控制模组上,语音识别模组上连接有麦克风。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,其特征在于,所述的音频处理及控制模组包括单片机和各种输入输出口,执行部件通过输入输出口连接在单片机上,单片机内部有射频处理电路,通过射频天线引脚连接外部天线。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,其特征在于,所述的单片机的USB引脚上连接有USB接口。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,其特征在于,所述的功放模组采用数字音频功放,数字音频功放的一组音频输出引脚上连接有扬声器SP1,数字音频功放的另一组音频输出引脚上连接有扬声器SP2,数字音频功放通过I2S接口与音频处理及控制模组连接。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,其特征在于,所述的语音识别模组采用智能语音芯片,智能语音芯片的MIC引脚上连接有麦克风,智能语音芯片通过串行接口与音频处理及控制模组连接。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,其特征在于,所述的主体内部有支撑架,支撑架内有电路板,控制电路设置在电路板上。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,其特征在于,所述的支撑架上嵌装有扬声器,主体对应于扬声器位置处开设有发声孔。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,其特征在于,所述的主体下方固定安装有支脚或垫脚。
  19. 一种具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚,其特征在于,所述的家具支撑脚包括主体和控制电路,控制电路设置在主体内,控制电路包括音频处理及控制模组和语音识别模组,语音识别模组连接在音频处理及控制模组上,语音识别模组上连接有麦克风。
  20. 一种采用如权利要求1至19中任意一项所述的具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚的家具,其特征在于,所述的家具包括如权利要求1至19中任意一项所述的具有语音识别功能的家具支撑脚和家具主体,家具支撑脚固定安装在家具主体上,所述的家具主体为沙发、座椅、床或电视柜,所述的家具主体设有与沙发脚内执行部件连接的执行器,执行器为线性驱动器、按摩器、发热布以及照明灯中的一种或几种。
