具体地,液晶显示面板在组装过程中,为了保护玻璃基板上的电极层不受腐蚀,此时需要使用涂胶机在电极层的表面涂装一层塔菲胶或者UV胶(无影胶),为了保证显示面板产品的质量,应及时发现涂胶机的胶筒的胶是否用完,故在涂胶机的胶筒的出胶口处设置所述出胶管10,胶水首先存储在涂胶机的胶筒中,在电极层处涂胶时,胶水经过所述出胶管10后移动至电极层处,在出胶管10上设置检测传感器,由检测传感器检测出胶管10中是否有胶存在,然后输出检测信号发送给单片机模组,单片机模组在接收到所述检测信号时,单片机模组对检测信号进行分析判断后,确定出胶管10中是否还有胶,即涂胶机中的胶筒内的胶是否被抽空,避免通过采用称重计算的方法来判断胶筒是否被抽空时容易出现误判的问题,提高检测涂胶机的胶筒中是否有胶的准确性,避免显示面板出现批次性不良的现象,提高显示面板的生产质量。可以理解的是,出胶管10与涂胶机胶筒的出胶口可以直接连接在一起,或者是,出胶管10设置在涂胶机胶筒的出胶路径上,结构简单,便于在不改变原机台的情况下进行检测。
在本实施例提供的技术方案中,通过在涂胶机胶筒的出胶口处设置所述出胶管10,并在出胶管10上设置检测传感器,检测传感器将检测到的结构通过检测信号传递至单片机模组,单片机模组对检测信号进行分析判断后确定出胶管10中是否有胶水存在,避免通过称重的方式判断胶筒是否有胶时会出现误差的现象,从而及时发现胶筒抽空的现象,避免出现显示面板生产质量不良的问题,提高液晶显示面板的品质。
可选地,所述检测传感器为光电传感器。本申请中,所述光电传感器为欧姆龙的光电传感器,型号为EE-SPX613,可以理解的是,光电传感器还可以为其他型号,在此不做限制。在本申请中,光电传感器利用空气与液体中光的折射率不同来检测出胶管10中是否有液体。需要说明的是,所述检测传感器还可以为电容式传感器,电容式传感器通过检测出胶管10中压力值的变化来达到判断出胶管10中是否有胶的目的。在本申请中,所述光电传感器装设在所述出胶管10的径向上,且在所述出胶管弯曲时装设在所述出胶管的外弧上,从而检测出胶管10的径向截面中是否存在空孔部分。需要说明的是,所述光电传感器装设在出胶管10的外弧上,例如,在出胶管10水平设置时,此时出胶管10的外弧指的是出胶管10的上半部分,此时若出胶管10中存在气泡,气泡比较容易出现在胶管的上半部分,将所述光电传感器设置在出胶管10的外弧上,便于准确的检测出出胶管10中是否有气泡;在出胶管10处于弯曲状态时,此时所述出胶管10的外弧是指所述出胶管10弯曲凸出的部分,将光电传感器设置在所述出胶管10外环位置处的径向上,便于准确的检测所述出胶管10中是否存在气泡。可以理解的是,所述出胶管10可以在不同位置处设置有所述光电传感器,通过检测所述出胶管10不同位置处是否有气泡存在,来判断所述出胶管10的工作状态,提高检测结果的准确性。
可选地,所述光电传感器包括发光元件201和与所述发光元件201匹配的收光元件202,所述发光元件201与所述收光元件202相对设置,所述收光元件202接收不到所述发光元件201发出的光,以使所述检测传感器输出第一检测信号;所述收光元件202能接收到所述发光元件201发出的光,以使所述检测传感器输出第二检测信号,其中,所述单片机模组在接收到所述第一检测信号时判断所述出胶管10内存在胶,所述单片机模组在接收到所述第二检测信号时判断所述出胶管10内不存在胶。所述光电传感器包括发光元件201和与所述发光元件201匹配的收光元件202,所述发光元件201与所述收光元件202相对设置,所述收光元件202根据所述收光元件202与所述发光元件201之间的光路是否被阻断而发出不同的检测信号,所述单片机模组根据接收到的检测信号判断所述除胶管10是否存在胶。在本申请中,利用空气与液体的折射率不同,在所述收光元件202与所述发光元件201之间的光路被阻断时,所述发光元件201发出的光在液体的传导下不会传递至所述收光元件202,此时光电传感器向单片机模组发送第一检测信号,单片机模组在接收到第一检测信号时,认为出胶管10内存在胶,涂胶机可以正常使用;在所述收光元件202与所述发光元件201之间的光路连通时,所述发光元件201发出的光在空气的传导被所述收光元件202接收到,此时光电传感器向单片机模组发送第二检测信号,单片机模组在接收到第二检测信号时,认为此时出胶管10中存在气泡或者此时认为所述出胶管10中不存在胶,需要人工检测出胶管内是否存在气泡,以确保涂胶机正常工作。在本申请中,所述出胶管10为无色透明胶管,便于发光元件201所发出的光穿过所述出胶管10以及便于员工后期判断出胶管10中是否存在气泡,便于达到检测涂胶机的胶是否被抽空的目的。
可选地,所述涂胶机的检测装置还包括信息提示件(图未示),所述信息提示件与所述单片机模组连接,所述信息提示件设置为在所述单片机模组判断到所述出胶管10内不存在胶时发出提示信息。在所述出胶管10内存在气泡或者出胶管10被抽空时,所述单片机模组驱动中间继电器使所述信息提示件发出提示信息,便于工作人员查看确认所述出胶管10中是否存在气泡,所述信息提示件可以向工作人员的终端发出提示信息;或者所述信息提示件发出提示声音,例如,滴~滴~声;或者所述信息提示件发出提示光信息,例如,控制红灯进行闪烁。本申请中,所述信息提示件为蜂鸣器(图未示)。在所述出胶管10中存在气泡或者不存在胶时,所述单片机模组控制蜂鸣器提示声音,提醒工作人员去查看确认所述出胶管10的工作状态,确保涂胶机正常工作。
基于上述涂胶机的检测装置,提出本申请涂胶机的检测方法的实施例。
参照图3,本申请涂胶机的检测方法第一实施例的流程示意图,检测传感器设置为输出出胶管内是否存在胶的检测信号,单片机模组与所述检测传感器信号连接,所述涂胶机的检测方法包括:
步骤S10,实时或定时获取检测传感器输出的检测信号;
步骤S20,根据检测信号判断出胶管中是否存在异常情况,所述异常情况包括出胶管中存在气泡或抽空;
步骤S30,在存在异常信息时,单片机模组控制信息提示件发出提示信息。
本申请实施例中,单片机模组实时或定时获取到检测传感器输出的检测信号时,根据接收到的检测信号判断出胶管中是否存在异常情况,例如,检测传感器为欧姆龙的光电传感器,型号为EE-SPX613,检测传感器的发光元件向出胶管中发射检测光线,在出胶管内有胶时,在胶对检测光线的折射下,检测传感器的收光元件收不到发光元件发射的检测光线,此时检测传感器不输出检测信号;在出胶管内无胶时,在空气对检测光线的折射下,检测传感器的收光元件接收到发光元件发射的检测光线,此时检测传感器输出检测信号。在预设时间段内,若单片机模组断续接收到所述检测信号时,此时单片机判定出胶管处存在异常情况,所述异常情况为出胶管中存在气泡;在预设时间内,若单片机模组持续接收到所述检测信号时,此时单片机判定出胶管处存在异常情况,所述异常情况为出胶管中被抽空。例如,预设时间段可以为5s。在单片机模组判断出胶管中存在异常情况时,控制信息提示件发出提示信息,以便工作人员查看确认出胶管的工作状态,提高检测涂胶机中胶是否被抽空的准确性。
可选地,本实施例提供的技术方案还交待中,所述异常情况不同,所述单片机模组控制所述信息提示件发出的提示信息不同。例如,在出胶管中存在气泡时,单片机模组控制蜂鸣器发出滴~滴~滴~的提示音;在出胶管中的胶被抽空时,单片机模组控制蜂鸣器发出滴滴~滴滴~滴滴~的提示音。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者系统不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者系统所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者系统中还存在另外的相同要素。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种涂胶机的检测装置,其中,包括:
    出胶管,与涂胶机胶筒的出胶口相连接;
    检测传感器,所述检测传感器装设在所述出胶管上,设置为输出检测信号;以及
    单片机模组,与所述检测传感器电连接,设置为接收检测传感器输出的检测信号,所述单片机模组根据所述检测信号以判断所述出胶管中是否有胶。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的涂胶机的检测装置,其中,所述检测传感器为光电传感器。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的涂胶机的检测装置,其中,所述光电传感器装设在所述出胶管的径向上,且在所述出胶管弯曲时装设在所述出胶管的外弧上。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的涂胶机的检测装置,其中,所述光电传感器包括发光元件和与所述发光元件匹配的收光元件,所述发光元件与所述收光元件相对设置,所述收光元件接收不到所述发光元件发出的光,以使所述检测传感器输出第一检测信号;所述收光元件能接收到所述发光元件发出的光,以使所述检测传感器输出第二检测信号,其中,所述单片机模组在接收到所述第一检测信号时判断所述出胶管内存在胶,所述单片机模组在接收到所述第二检测信号时判断所述出胶管内不存在胶。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的涂胶机的检测装置,其中,所述出胶管的不同位置设置对应的光电传感器。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的涂胶机的检测装置,其中,所述检测传感器为电容式传感器。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的涂胶机的检测装置,其中,所述电容式传感器输出的信号为所述出胶管的压力值。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的涂胶机的检测装置,其中,所述出胶管为无色透明胶管。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的涂胶机的检测装置,其中,所述涂胶机的检测装置还包括信息提示件,所述信息提示件与所述单片机模组连接,所述信息提示件设置为在所述单片机模组判断到所述出胶管内不存在胶时发出提示信息。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的涂胶机的检测装置,其中,所述光电传感器包括发光元件和与所述发光元件匹配的收光元件,所述发光元件与所述收光元件相对设置,所述收光元件接收不到所述发光元件发出的光,以使所述检测传感器输出第一检测信号;所述收光元件能接收到所述发光元件发出的光,以使所述检测传感器输出第二检测信号,其中,所述单片机模组在接收到所述第一检测信号时判断所述出胶管内存在胶,所述单片机模组在接收到所述第二检测信号时判断所述出胶管内不存在胶,所述涂胶机的检测装置还包括信息提示件,所述信息提示件与所述单片机模组连接,所述信息提示件设置为在所述单片机模组判断到所述出胶管内无胶时发出提示信息,其中,所述信息提示件为蜂鸣器。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的涂胶机的检测装置,其中,所述信息提示件为红灯。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的涂胶机的检测装置,其中,所述出胶管设于所述涂胶机的出胶路径上。
  13. 一种涂胶机的检测装置,其中,包括:
    出胶管,与涂胶机胶筒的出胶口相连接;
    电容式传感器,所述电容式传感器装设在所述出胶管上,设置为输出检测信号;以及
    单片机模组,与所述检测传感器电连接,设置为接收检测传感器输出的检测信号,所述单片机模组根据所述检测信号以判断所述出胶管中是否有胶。
  14. 一种涂胶机的检测方法,其中,检测传感器设置为输出出胶管内是否存在胶的检测信号,单片机模组与所述检测传感器信号连接,所述涂胶机的检测方法包括:
    实时或定时获取检测传感器输出的检测信号;
    根据检测信号判断出胶管中是否存在异常情况,所述异常情况包括出胶管中存在气泡或抽空;以及
    在存在异常信息时,单片机模组控制信息提示件发出提示信息。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的涂胶机的检测方法,其中,所述单片机模组驱动中间继电器使所述信息提示件发出提示信息。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的涂胶机的检测方法,其中,所述根据检测信号判断出胶管中是否存在异常情况的步骤包括:
    在预设时间内,单片机模组断续接收到所述检测信号时,则所述异常情况为出胶管中存在气泡;
    在预设时间内,单片机模组持续接收到所述检测信号时,则所述异常情况为出胶管中被抽空。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的涂胶机的检测方法,其中,所述异常情况不同,所述单片机模组控制所述信息提示件发出的提示信息不同。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的涂胶机的检测方法,其中,所述信息提示件为蜂鸣器,在所述异常情况不同时,所述蜂鸣器发出的提示音不同。
