本申请通过在存储的事件数据中提取到目标对象的通讯信息,根据预设规则对该通讯信息进行处理,获取对应各目标对象的通讯关系表和基础展示数值,根据所述基础展示数值确定各目标对应的展示图形,在各展示图形的基础上结果各目标对应的通讯关系表,生成包含各目标对象的可视化关系图;数据展示分散化、单一化的问题,使得不同目标对象的数据关联展示,提高了数据展示效果。

实施例一
图1是本发明实施例一提供的一种数据可视化方法的步骤流程图,本实施例可适用于数据可视化的情况,该方法可以由数据可视化装置来执行,可以包括如下步骤:
步骤101、获取存储的事件数据,提取各目标对象的通讯信息。
需要说明的是,事件数据可以是预先存储的与事件相关的数据,可以是淘宝、贴吧、微信、短信、通讯记录和嫌疑人个人信息等,目标对象可以是与事件相关的人,可以包括嫌疑人、受害人和报案人等相关人员,通讯信息可以是目标对象进行通讯而产生的记录数据,可以包括微信聊天记录、QQ聊天记录、短信和通讯记录等信息。
在一些实施例中,可以在预存有事件数据的数据库中,以目标对象为关键字搜索其中存储的微信聊天记录、QQ聊天记录、短信和通讯记录等信息,例如根据嫌疑人的手机号码搜索短信记录。
步骤102、根据预设规则处理所述通讯信息,确定对应各所述目标对象的通讯关系表和基础展示数值。
需要说明的是,预设规则可以提前预设的用于处理通讯信息的规则,可以包括数据清洗、数据集成、数据变换和数据规约等,还可以包括获取通讯关系表和基础展示数值的操作规则;通讯关系表可以是存储有目标对象和通讯对象联系关系的数据表,可以包括通讯双方的标识号和对应通讯权重,通讯权重可以目标对象和通讯对象联系程度决定,通讯时长越长和通讯频率越大,对应通讯权重可以越大,例如,通讯关系表可以存储目标对象二元组和对应目标对象二元组的通讯权重的形式存在,目标对象二元组中可以分别是目标对象和通讯对象的电话号码或称呼,其中目标对象可以为接收方也可以为发送方,可选的,通讯关系表还可以分别存储发送方和接收方及其对应的通讯次数;基础展示数值可以是各目标对象的展示图形的生成参数,可以分别由各目标对象的通讯信息确定,例如,各目标对象之间的通讯次数越多,则目标对象对应的基础展示数值则越大。
在一些实施例中,可以根据预先设定的规则对通讯信息进行处理,获取通讯双方的标识号和通讯次数等相关数据,依据通讯双方标识号和通讯次数分别生成对应的通讯关系表和基础展示数值。
步骤103、根据各所述基础展示数值确定对应目标对象的展示图形。
需要说明的是,展示图形可是用于表征目标对象的图形,可以包括规则图形和不规则图形。
在一些实施例中,可以根据获取到的各目标对象的基础展示数值,根据展示数值的大小生成不同大小的图形,例如目标对象的展示数值越大,则其对应的展示图形可以以展示数值为半径生成圆形,生成的圆形则为目标对象对应的展示图形。可以理解的是,根据各目标对象的基础展示数值可以对应不同大小面积、不同形状的展示图形,即不同的基础展示数值对应不同面积的展示图形、不同形状的展示图形或者是不同面积且不同形状的展示图形。
步骤104、根据所述通讯关系表结合所述展示图形,生成包含各所述目标对象展示图形的可视化关系图。
需要说明的是,可视化关系图可以是用于展示各目标对象之间关系的可视化图形。
在一些实施例中,可以根据各目标对象生成的通讯关系表,在其对应的通讯关系表中查找目标表对象和其他目标对象的唯一标识号获取对应的通讯权重,根据已经生成的对应展示图形,将目标对象的展示图形和其他目标对象的展示图形使用线段进行连接,通讯权重越大,那么目标对象展示图形和其他目标对象展示图形之间的线段越宽。
一种可选的实施方式,可视化关系除包含各目标对象的展示图形外,还可以包括各目标对象进行通讯的通讯对象的展示图形,可以针对目标对象的通讯关系表获取各通讯对象的唯一标识号和对应的通讯权重,根据通讯对象的唯一标识号生成通讯展示图形,其图形面积或形状可以为固定值,可以根据通讯权重将各通讯展示图形和目标对象的展示图形使用线段连接,以生成可视化关系图。
本实施例的技术方案,通过在存储的事件数据中提取到目标对象的通讯信息,根据预设规则对该通讯信息进行处理,获取对应各目标对象的通讯关系表和基础展示数值,根据所述基础展示数值确定各目标对应的展示图形,在各展示图形的基础上结合各目标对应的通讯关系表,生成包含各目标对象的可视化关系图;数据展示分散化、单一化的问题,使得不同目标对象的数据关联展示,提高了数据展示效果。
实施例二
图2是本发明实施例二提供的一种数据可视化方法的步骤流程图,本实施 例是在上述实施例的基础上的一种可选方案,参见图2,本实施例提供的数据可视化方法包括:
步骤201、获取存储的事件数据,提取各目标对象的通讯信息。
步骤202、根据所述通讯双方标识号,确定与所述目标对象进行通讯的其他目标对象,并确定所述目标对象与各所述其他目标对象的联系权重。
在一些实施例中,所述通讯信息包括:通讯双方标识号、通讯时间、通讯次数、通讯时长和通讯内容,针对每个目标对象的通讯信息,通讯双方标识号可以是参与通讯双方的唯一标识号,可以是手机号、姓名、身份证号和软件账号等,通讯时间可以是发生通讯的时间,通讯次数可以是同一通讯双方标识号的通讯总次数,通讯时长可以是同一通讯双方标识号进行通讯的时间总长度,其他目标对象可以是除针对的目标对象之外的步骤201中获取的其他涉及事件的目标对象,联系权重可以是根据通讯次数确定数值,体现形式可以包括字母、数字和特殊字符等,通讯内容可以是通讯过程产生的记录,可以包括微信聊天记录、QQ聊天记录、短信、贴吧聊天记录和电话记录等。
在一些实施例中,可以针对每个目标对象的获取通讯双方标识号,获取其他目标对象的唯一标识号,判断其他目标对象的唯一标识号是否出现在目标对象的通讯双方标识号中,若存在根据通讯双方标识号确定双方之间的通讯次数,可以根据通讯次数确定对应的联系权重,例如通讯次数越多对应的联系权重越大。
步骤203、关联存储所述其他目标对象及对应的联系权重,形成标识所述目标对象与各所述其他目标对象通讯关系的通讯关系表。
需要说明的是,通讯关系表可以是存储有目标对象和其他目标对象唯一标识号和对应联系权重的数据表,可选的,通讯关系表除存储和其他目标对象的唯一标识号外还可以存储有未在步骤201中选定为目标对象的通讯联系人的唯一标识号。
在一些实施例中,可以将目标对象的唯一标识号和其他目标对象的唯一标识号对应的联系权重进行存储,存储形式可以是目标对象二元组的形式,即一个目标对象二元组对应一个联系权重,示例性的,通讯关系表中的一条关系数据可以是[张三,王五]:15。
步骤204、根据所述通讯信息,确定所述目标对象与各所述其他目标对像的通讯频次和通讯关键字。
需要说明的是,通讯频次可以是目标对象与其他通讯对象一段时间内发生通讯的总次数,例如,张三和王五在一天内通讯的次数为五次、张三和刘二在一天内通讯的次数为三次,则张三的一天的通讯频次为八次。可以理解的是,通讯频次中的时间段可以是较短时间段如一天和一周,也可以是较长时间段如一年和一季度,通讯关键字可以是根据用户经验确定或者根据神经网络算法在通讯内容中确定的与事件相关的字词,获取通讯关键字之前可以合并较短事件内的通讯内容,例如将五分钟内的短信进行合并,降低提取通讯关键字的时间复杂度,通讯关键字可以是表征目标对象通讯信息内容的字词,例如,偷和抢等。
在一些实施例中,针对步骤201中选取的每个目标对象,获取其通讯信息中的与其他目标对象进行通讯的通讯时间,每获取到一个通讯时间,可以将目标对象对应的通讯频次加1,获取对应目标对象的通讯频次,根据用户经验确定或者根据神经网络算法在通讯内容中确定的与事件相关的字词。
步骤205、根据各所述其他目标对象的通讯频次、通讯关键字及对应的通讯时长,确定所述目标对象的基础展示数值。
需要说明的是,基础展示数值可以是用于各目标对象生成展示图形的参数,可以分别由各目标对象的通讯信息中的通讯频次、通讯关键字和通讯时长确定,例如,各目标对象之间的通讯频次越大,则目标对象对应的基础展示数值则越大。
在一些实施例中,可以针对各目标对象,获取其对应的通讯频次、通讯关键字及对应的通讯时长,可以为通讯频次、通讯关键字和通讯时长设置对应的阈值,根据其对应的不同阈值确定基础展示数值,示例性的,通讯频次大于15则其对应的阈值为15,通讯关键字出现盗抢,则其对应阈值为20,通讯时长超过15分钟,则其对应阈值为8,那么结合通讯频次、通讯关键字和通讯时长的基础展示数值为43。
步骤206、根据各所述基础展示数值确定对应目标对象的展示图形。
步骤207、基于各所述目标对象的通讯关系表,生成目标通讯关系表。
需要说明的是,目标通讯关系表可以是汇总各目标对象的通讯关系表生的数据表,目标对象通讯关系表可以包括目标对象二元组和对应的有效联系权重。
在一些实施例中,可以将各目标对象的通讯关系表按照参与通讯的双方标识号进行汇总,对应加减联系权重以生成有效联系权重,可选的,各目标对象 通讯关系表中重复的数据,可以直接将有效联系权重设置为其中一目标对象的联系权重,示例性,目标对象甲和目标对象乙进行通讯,甲和乙的通讯关系表中均存在该通讯,若直接将甲和乙的联系权重相加会存在重复计算的问题,因此在汇总甲和乙的通讯关系表时,通讯双方标识号为甲和乙的对应联系权重可以将甲通讯关系表中或乙通讯关系表中的联系权重作为有效联系权重。
步骤208、确定所述目标通讯关系表中具备通讯关系的目标对象二元组及对应的有效联系权重。
需要说明的是,目标对象二元组可以是包括存有参与通信双方唯一标识号,示例性的,若参与通信的双方的唯一标识号分别为张三和王五,那么目标对象二元组可以是[张三,王五],有效权重可以根据各目标对象的通讯关系表中具有同一通讯双方标识号对应的联系权重通过计算得到,示例性的,可以将各目标对象的通讯关系表中具有同一通讯双方标识号对应的联系权重相加得到有效权重。
在一些实施例中,针对每个目标对象。可以在其目标通信关系表中根据该目标对象的唯一标识号查询其所在的目标对象二元组,根据目标对象二元组确定对应的有效关系权重。示例性的,若目标对象张三的唯一标识号为张三,那么包括张三的目标对象二元组可以为[张三,刘四]和[王七,张三]。
步骤209、连线各所述目标对象二元组中各目标对象的展示图形,并将对应的有效联系权重作为相应连线的连线权重,生成包含各所述目标对象的可视化关系图。
需要说明的是,展示图形可以是步骤206中生成的对应各目标对象的展示图形,可以具有不同的面积和形状,连线权重可以是标识连线宽度的参数,连线权重越大连线宽度可以越宽。
在一些实施例中,可以根据获取到的目标对象二元组内的唯一标识号和对应的有效权重,根据唯一标识号确定展示图形和连线权重,使用连线将目标对象对应的展示图形进行连接,连线的宽度可以与连线权重呈正相关,连线权重越大,连线宽度越宽,一种可选的方式,连线箭头的方向可以由目标对象二元组内的唯一标识号先后顺序确定。
示例性的,将通话次数作为连线权重,获取的目标对象二元组为[李四,张三]、[李四,王红]、[王红,张三]、[吴图,王红]、[张三,王二],[王二,张飞],[张飞,刘备],[刘伟,刘备]、[刘伟,张飞]、[刘伟,王红],那么生成的可视化关系图可以如图2a所示,连线箭头代表方向代表通讯方向,王红的展示图形连线 到张三的展示图形,那么代表王红主动向张三进行通讯。
步骤210、图像化展示与目标对象关联的通讯双方标识号、通讯时间、通讯次数、通讯时长、通讯频次和通讯关键字。
在一些实施例中,可以使用饼图、折线图和条形图对获取到的各目标对象的通讯双方标识号、通讯时间、通讯次数、通讯时长、通讯频次和通讯关键字等通讯信息基于各目标对象进行图形展示,示例性的,如图2b所示,可以将同一目标对象的通讯双方标识号、通讯时间、通讯次数、通讯时长、通讯频次和通讯关键字使用不同的饼图、折线图和条形图等展示图展示在同一页面,以通讯关键字展示为例,展示方式可以包括按照预设时间段统计通讯关键字词频,预设时间段可以是年、月、周和小时等,并根据预设时间段将通讯关键字词频进行展示,可选的,可以剔除通讯关键字中属于停止词的关键字,不对该类通讯关键字进行展示。
在一些实施例中,可以获取目标对象的通讯数据,获取其中存储的通讯对象的通讯归属地,可以将该通讯归属地标记在卫星地图中,卫星地图存在不同的缩放级别,不同缩放级别的卫星地图可以标记不同数量的通讯归属地,卫星地图越大,标记处对应的通讯对象的数量越多。
本实施例的技术方案,通过在存储的事件数据中提取到目标对象的通讯信息,提取通讯双方标识号、通讯时间、通讯次数、通讯时长和通讯内容等内容,根据通讯频次、通讯内容和通讯时长确定基础展示数值,根据通讯双方标识号生成通讯关系表,依据基础展示数值生成对应各目标对象的展示图形,通讯关系表生目标通讯关系表,结合各目标对象的展示图形和目标通讯关系表中的目标对象二元组和有效联系权重确定各展示图形的连接关系和连线线宽,最终形成包含各目标对象展示图形的可视化关系图,通过对各目标对象通讯信息的处理,确定可视化图形的面积和连接关系,使得各目标对象之间的通讯关系直接呈现,便于用户理解可视化图形所展示的内容,提高了数据的展示效果。
在上述实施示例的基础上,所述根据各所述其他目标对象的通讯频次、通讯关键字及对应的通讯时长,确定所述目标对象的基础展示数值,包括:
根据所述通讯频次、通讯时长和通讯关键字确定通讯信息的关系标签;
根据所述关系标签在预置基础数值关系表中确定目标对象的基础展示数值。
在一些实施例中,关系标签可以是用户根据经验或者使用人工智能算法生成的数据标签,关系标签可以预先设置好不同标签内容,可包括亲密、陌生、 重要、一般、不重要等,关系标签可以分别根据通讯频次、通讯时长和通讯关键字生成,也可以根据通讯频次、通讯时长和通讯关键字共同生成;预置基础数值关系表可以是预先设定好的存储有关系标签和基础展示数值对应关系的数据表,例如,数据标签为重要,那么该数标签对应的基础展示数值可以为20。
在一些实施例中,针对各目标对象,可以获取对应的通讯频次、通讯时长和通讯关键字等通讯信息,用户根据经验或者使用人工智能算法生成对应通讯信息的数据标签,根据数据标签可以在预设的存储有关系标签和基础展示数值对应关系的数据表查找对应的基础展示数值,将获取到的基础展示数值作为各目标对象对应的基础展示数值。

图3是本发明实施例三提供的一种数据可视化装置的步骤流程图,本发明实施例所提供的数据可视化装置可执行本申请任意实施例所提供的数据可视化方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。参见图3,本实施例提供的数据可视化装置包括:通讯信息获取模块301、信息处理模块302、展示图形确定模块303和关系图生成模块304。
其中,通讯信息获取模块301,被设置为获取存储的事件数据,提取各目标对象的通讯信息。

存储器71作为一种计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储软件程序、计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中的数据可视化方法对应的程序模块(例如,数据可视化装置包括:通讯信息获取模块301、信息处理模块302、展示图形确定模块303和关系图生成模块304)。处理器70通过运行存储在存储器71中的软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行设备的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述的数据可视化方法。

  1. 一种数据可视化方法,包括:
    获取存储的事件数据,提取目标对象的通讯信息;
    根据预设规则处理所述通讯信息,确定对应每个所述目标对象的通讯关系表和基础展示数值;
    根据每个所述基础展示数值确定对应目标对象的展示图形;
    根据所述通讯关系表结合所述展示图形,生成包含每个所述目标对象展示图形的可视化关系图。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述通讯信息包括:通讯双方标识号、通讯时间、通讯次数、通讯时长和通讯内容;
    相应的,所述根据预设规则处理所述通讯信息,确定对应每个所述目标对象的通讯关系表和基础展示数值包括:
    针对每个目标对象的通讯信息,根据所述通讯双方标识号,确定与所述目标对象进行通讯的其他目标对象,并确定所述目标对象与每个所述其他目标对象的联系权重;
    关联存储所述其他目标对象及对应的联系权重,形成标识所述目标对象与每个所述其他目标对象通讯关系的通讯关系表;
    根据所述通讯信息,确定所述目标对象与每个所述其他目标对像的通讯频次和通讯关键字;
    根据每个所述其他目标对象的通讯频次、通讯关键字及对应的通讯时长,确定所述目标对象的基础展示数值。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述通讯关系表结合所述展示图形,生成包含每个所述目标对象展示图形的可视化关系图,包括:
    基于每个所述目标对象的通讯关系表,生成目标通讯关系表;
    确定所述目标通讯关系表中具备通讯关系的目标对象二元组及对应的有效联系权重;
    连线每个所述目标对象二元组中每个目标对象的展示图形,并将对应的有效联系权重作为相应连线的连线权重,生成包含每个所述目标对象的可视化关系图。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    图像化展示与目标对象关联的通讯双方标识号、通讯时间、通讯次数、通讯时长、通讯频次和通讯关键字。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述根据每个所述其他目标对象的通讯频次、通讯关键字及对应的通讯时长,确定所述目标对象的基础展示数值,包括:
    根据所述通讯频次、通讯时长和通讯关键字确定通讯信息的关系标签;
    根据所述关系标签在预置基础数值关系表中确定目标对象的基础展示数值。
  6. 一种数据可视化装置,包括:
    通讯信息获取模块,被设置为获取存储的事件数据,提取目标对象的通讯信息;
    信息处理模块,被设置为根据预设规则处理所述通讯信息,确定对应每个所述目标对象的通讯关系表和基础展示数值;
    展示图形确定模块,被设置为根据每个所述基础展示数值确定对应目标对象的展示图形;
    关系图生成模块,被设置为根据所述通讯关系表结合所述展示图形,生成包含每个所述目标对象展示图形的可视化关系图。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述通讯信息包括:通讯双方标识号、通讯时间、通讯次数、通讯时长和通讯内容;
    相应的,所述信息处理模块包括:
    联系权重确认单元,被设置为针对每个目标对象的通讯信息,根据所述通讯双方标识号,确定与所述目标对象进行通讯的其他目标对象,并确定所述目标对象与每个所述其他目标对象的联系权重;
    通讯关系表生成单元,被设置为关联存储所述其他目标对象及对应的联系权重,形成标识所述目标对象与每个所述其他目标对象通讯关系的通讯关系表;
    通讯信息统计单元,被设置为根据所述通讯信息,确定所述目标对象与每个所述其他目标对像的通讯频次和通讯关键字;
    展示数值确定单元,被设置为根据每个所述其他目标对象的通讯频次、通讯关键字及对应的通讯时长,确定所述目标对象的基础展示数值。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述关系图生成模块包括:
    目标关系表生成单元,被设置为基于每个所述目标对象的通讯关系表,生成目标通讯关系表;
    有效权重确定单元,被设置为确定所述目标通讯关系表中具备通讯关系的目标对象二元组及对应的有效联系权重;
    关系图生成单元,被设置为连线每个所述目标对象二元组中每个目标对象的展示图形,并将对应的有效联系权重作为相应连线的连线权重,生成包含每个所述目标对象的可视化关系图。
  9. 一种设备,所述设备包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储器,用于存储一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述的数据可视化方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述的数据可视化方法。
