长期以来,空调器的清洁及维护一直是行业内不易解决的问题。特别是落地式空调柜机,由于其自身体积较大,且空调柜机的壳体与整块面板之间通常采用固定连接。
发明内容
发明人经研究发现,在对空调柜机内部的风道组件及电控组件进行清洁或维护时,需要将面板整体拆下。如需对风叶进行拆洗,还需将风道组件整个拆下。整个过程费时、费力,通常需要专业人员进行操作,不便于用户自行对空调柜机的内部组件进行清洁和维护。
有鉴于此,本公开提供一种空调器,能够解决空调器的内部组件进行清洁和维护的问题。
在本公开的一个方面,提供了一种空调器,包括:风道结构,包括前风道组件和后风道组件;前面板组件;和后面板组件;其中,所述前风道组件可拆卸地安装在所述前面板组件上,所述后风道组件可拆卸地安装在所述后面板组件上,前面板组件可拆卸地安装在后面板组件上,以使前风道组件随前面板组件运动以进行拆装。
在一些实施例中,前面板组件上设置有第一卡扣部,后面板组件上设置有第二卡扣部,第一卡扣部被配置为与第二卡扣部卡接。

本公开实施例提供了一种空调器,请参考图1至图9,该空调器包括:风道结构10、前面板组件20和后面板组件30。风道结构10包括前风道组件11和后风道组件12。前风道组件11可拆卸地安装在前面板组件20上,后风道组件12可拆卸地安装在后面板组件30上。前面板组件20可拆卸地安装在后面板组件30上,以使前风道组件11随前面板组件20运动以进行拆装。
在本公开的一些实施例中,空调器包括风道结构10、前面板组件20以及后面板组件30。如图4所示,该风道结构10包括前风道组件11和后风道组件12;前风道组件11可拆卸地安装在前面板组件20上;后风道组件12可拆卸地安装在后面板组件30上。前面板组件20可拆卸地安装在后面板组件30上,以使前风道组件11随前面板组件20运动以进行拆装。这样,当需要对前风道组件11和后风道组件12进行清洗时,可以将前面板组件20从后面板组件30上拆卸下来。此时,将前风道组件11与前面板组件20一起拆卸下来,可对位于前面板组件20上的前风道组件11和位于后面板组件30上的后风道组件12进行清洗,解决对空调器的内部组件进行清洁和维护的问题。
根据实际情况,可以将前风道组件11相对于前面板组件20单独拆卸,可以将前面板组件20连同前风道组件11相对于后面板组件30拆卸,也可以将后风道组件12相对于后面板组件30拆卸。在需要对空调器进行拆卸时,可先将前面板组件20从后面板组件30上拆卸下来,再将前风道组件11拆卸下来,以分别对前面板组件20和前风道组件11进行清洗和维护。
为了实现前面板组件20和后面板组件30之间的拆装,如图1所示,前面板组件20上设置有第一卡扣部21,后面板组件30上设置有第二卡扣部。第一卡扣部21可与第二卡扣部卡接,以使前面板组件20和后面板组件30通过第一卡扣部21和第二卡扣部的卡接实现连接。后面板组件30包括进风面板部件31。
在一些实施例中,第一卡扣部21具有插设部,第二卡扣部具有插设槽,插设部可插设在插设槽内,以使第一卡扣部21与第二卡扣部卡接。
为了便于前面板组件20的安装,在一些实施例中,插设部沿竖直方向延伸,以使插设部沿竖直方向插入插设槽内。
第一卡扣部21的具体结构为,如图1所示,第一卡扣部21为由第一板段和第二板段构成的L形结构,第一板段与前面板组件20的前面板主体22连接,第二板段与所述第一板段连接并朝向第一板段的下方延伸,以使前面板组件20沿竖直向上的方向从后面板组件30上拆离。可选地,前面板主体22上设置有WIFI线81。
在本实施例中,前面板组件20通过第一紧固螺钉安装在后面板组件30上。当实现前面板组件20和后面板组件30之间的卡接后,为了保证前面板组件20和后面板组件30之间的固定效果,再将前面板组件20和后面板组件30之间通过第一紧固螺钉紧固在一起。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,空调器还包括:蒸发器组件40,蒸发器组件40安装在后面板组件30上,后风道组件12可拆卸地设置在蒸发器组件40上。
在一些实施例中,如图8所示,空调器还包括走线结构,走线结构包括电加热线、板间连线、蒸发器地线、环境感温包线以及管路感温包线。走线结构环绕蒸发器组件40设置,走线结构的至少部分位于蒸发器组件40的周向外侧。在一些实施例中,空调器内的走线结构(例如电加热线,板间连线等)先汇总在蒸发器组件的左侧(以前面板组件为前方为参照),然后顺利导入蒸发器组件下方的电器盒组件中。外部电源线则从接线盒一侧出线后,跨过电器盒组件的顶部进入电器盒组件的线圈。
为了实现后风道组件12与蒸发器组件40之间的组装,在一些实施例中,后风道组件12通过第二紧固螺钉安装在蒸发器组件40上。这样,可以保证后风道组件12与蒸发器组件40之间的紧固效果。
在一些实施例中,如图2和图6所示,空调器还包括:底盘组件50,后面板组件30可拆卸地安装在底盘组件50上;前支撑架60,前支撑架60安装在底盘组件50上,用于对风道结构10进行支撑。此时,底盘组件50、前支撑架60、后风道组件12以及后面板组件30共同组成后面板结构。
在一些实施例中,如图6和图8所示,前支撑架60上设置有第一接水盘61,空调器的蒸发器组件40的底部设置有第二接水盘62。第一接水盘61和第二接水盘62分别通过排水管排出其内的水。
在一些实施例中,第二接水盘62设置在第一接水盘61的上方。在此处,第二接水盘62用于承接蒸发器组件40上滑落的液体,第一接水盘61用于承接从第二接水 盘62流下的液体。
在一些实施例中,空调器还包括:电器盒组件70,电器盒组件70可拆卸地安装在后面板组件30上,电器盒组件70位于蒸发器组件40的下方或上方,即位于空调器整机的底部或顶部区域。

在一些实施例中,顶盖组件90通过至少两个第三紧固螺钉与前面板组件20连接,并通过另外的至少两个第三紧固螺钉与后面板组件30连接。
在顶盖组件90与前面板组件20和后面板组件30之间的另一种连接方式中:顶盖组件90可转动地设置在前面板组件20的上方,以通过旋转顶盖组件90避让前面板组件20。顶盖可设计成旋转打开结构,通过弹簧或磁性结构固定前面板部件。在拆洗时,只要按下顶盖开关,即可旋转打开顶盖,最后提取出前面板部件。
在具体拆卸过程中,顶盖组件90可以单独拆卸,也可以使顶盖组件90与前面板组件20连接在一起,并使顶盖组件90同前面板组件20一起相对于后面板组件30被拆离。
在一些实施例中,所述前面板组件20包括前面板主体22和设置在前面板主体22上的出风框组件100,前风道组件11与出风框组件100进行固定连接。前风道组件11包括扫风叶片结构114以及用于驱动扫风叶片结构114运动的风叶驱动机构。在一些实施例中,出风框组件100通过螺钉和卡扣与前面板主体22固定连接。扫风叶片结构114位于邻近出风框组件100的一侧,且通过销结构固定连接在出风框组件100上,能够方便地相对于出风框组件100上进行拆卸和安装。
在一些实施例中,后风道组件12包括贯流风叶121和用于驱动贯流风叶121运动的贯流电机结构。在一些实施例中,贯流电机结构装配在空调器整机的下部。在另一些实施例中,贯流电机结构装配在整机的上部。后风道组件12包括用于与该贯流 电机结构连接的风叶电机线115。

通过上述本公开的空调器实施例,克服了风道和扫风叶片不易拆洗的问题。
通过将相关技术中空调器的风道设置成分拆式的前风道组件和后风道组件。前风道组件可以随前面板部件整体往上提出,从而实现了风道的易拆洗功能。本公开可拆洗的空调器可以彻底清洗空调器中聚集污垢最多的部位,从而达到最终的清洗效果,为室内输送更加清新的气流。
在本公开空调器上述的实施例中,可实现以下技术效果的至少一种:
1、将立式空调中位于前侧的前面板组件通过卡扣形式固定在后面板组件上,并将风道结构拆分成前风道组件和后风道组件。前风道组件固定在前面板组件上,后风道组件固定在后面板组件上,拆洗时前风道组件可随前面板一并取出,从而在拆出后可以对前风道组件的扫风叶片进行清洗。后风道组件和蒸发器组件固定在后面板上,可在拆除前面板组件后,对后风道组件、蒸发器组件等部件进行清洗。
2、将前风道组件中的扫风叶片部件所用的负责左右扫风的两个驱动电机设置成位于所述扫风叶片结构在水平方向的同一侧,使得前风道组件的内部空间更紧凑,且方便走电机线。
3、将前支撑架的第一接水盘与蒸发器的第二接水盘共同构成空调器整机的底部接水结构,保证了整机的水路实验合格,并且,前支撑架还起到支撑整机的前半部分结构重量作用。
4、将扫风叶片部件通过销结构装配在出风框组件上,出风框组件通过螺钉和卡扣装配在前面板主体22上,然后前风道组件通过螺钉和卡扣装配在前面板组件上,从而形成空调器整机的导风结构在外观上呈现闭合的效果。
与发明人知晓的一些的空调器中的风道结构相比,本公开的一些实施例中风道部件被拆分成两个部分,即前风道组件和后风道组件,前风道组件和后风道组件分别包括蜗舌结构和切除蜗舌结构的剩余部分,蜗舌结构包括实现上下扫风功能的扫风叶片结构及风叶驱动机构,剩余部分包括贯流风叶和贯流电机结构等。
当需要进行清洗时,将顶盖和底盘螺钉拧开,并将前面板组件整体往上提起并取 出,这样就完成了前面板组件的拆卸,此时可对风道组件及叶片进行清洗。在进行空调器整机的拆卸时,在一些实施例中,将顶盖单独装配,在拆洗前面板组件时,将出风框组件与顶盖作为前面板组件的一部分,与前面板组件一起拆洗,这样既不影响生产效率,也不会增加额外成本。
在一些实施例中,空调器整机的具体装配过程包括:将前风道组件通过螺钉固定在出风框组件上,并将后风道组件通过螺钉固定在后面板组件内的蒸发器组件上。然后,将前面板组件(顶盖没有装配)与后面板组件通过卡扣,从上往下配合装配,然后再装配顶盖,最后打上顶盖和底盘的螺钉(具体可视结构而定),从而完成整机装配。
参考图7,前面板组件20的装配过程具体包括:将显示板组件80安装在前面板组件20的前面板主体22上,再将出风框组件100通过螺钉和卡扣安装在前面板组件20的前面板主体22上,并在然后将前风道组件11通过销结构装配在出风框组件100上。在安装出风框组件100和前风道组件11时,可将驱动前风道组件11中的扫风叶片结构114的第一驱动电机和第二驱动电机设置在扫风叶片结构114在水平方向的同一侧,并分别连接扫风电机线112和扫风电机线113。这样可使得前面板组件20内的排布空间更紧凑,且方便布置电机走线。
参考图8,后面板组件30的装配过程具体包括:首先组装进风面板部件31,再通过螺钉固定装配精简的蒸发器组件40,然后通过螺钉固定或其他卡扣方式装配后风道组件12。接下来,依次装配电器盒组件70、底盘部件50和前支撑架60。、在装配过程中,根据装配顺序一一理线。在装配电器盒组件时,图8中将电器盒组件70装配在整机底部,即蒸发器组件40和后风道组件12的下方。在另一些实施例中,将电器盒组件70设置在整机顶部。
空调器整机的排线先汇总在精简的蒸发器组件40的左侧,再导入下方的电器盒组件70中。外部电源线则从接线盒一侧出线后,跨过电器盒组件70顶部进入电器盒组件70的线圈。
在装配前支撑架60时,使前支撑架60的第一接水盘61与蒸发器组件40的第二接水盘62共同构成空调器整机底部的接水装置,从而保证整机的水路实验合格,且利用前支撑架对整机前半部分结构的重量起到支撑作用。
在一些实施例中,当对空调器进行拆洗时,具体的拆洗过程包括:将前面板组件20与底盘组件50配合的两侧螺钉和顶盖组件90与进风面板部件31配合的螺钉(一 般2到3颗螺钉)松开,再将前面板组件20整体往上提,以拆下前面板组件20。此时,可以对前面板组件20所连接的扫风叶片结构114、出风框组件100等进行清洗,还可以对后面板组件30所连接的后风道组件12、贯流风叶121、蒸发器组件40等脏堵部件进行全面清洗。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本公开上述一些实施例实现了如下技术效果:
本公开中的空调器包括风道结构10、前面板组件20以及后面板组件30,如图4所示,该风道结构10包括前风道组件11和后风道组件12;前风道组件11可拆卸地安装在前面板组件20上;后风道组件12可拆卸地安装在后面板组件30上;其中,前面板组件20可拆卸地安装在后面板组件30上,以使前风道组件11随前面板组件20运动以进行拆装。这样,当需要对前风道组件11和后风道组件12进行清洗时,可以将前面板组件20从后面板组件30上拆卸下来,此时,前风道组件11与前面板组件20一起拆卸下来,进而便可以对位于前面板组件20上的前风道组件11和位于后面板组件30上的后风道组件12进行清洗,解决了难以对现有技术中的空调器的内部组件进行清洁和维护的问题。
以上所述仅为本公开的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本公开,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本公开可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本公开的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本公开的保护范围之内。
Claims (18)
- 一种空调器,包括:风道结构(10),包括前风道组件(11)和后风道组件(12);前面板组件(20);和后面板组件(30);其中,所述前风道组件(11)可拆卸地安装在所述前面板组件(20)上,所述后风道组件(12)可拆卸地安装在所述后面板组件(30)上,所述前面板组件(20)可拆卸地安装在所述后面板组件(30)上,以使前风道组件(11)随所述前面板组件(20)运动以进行拆装。
- 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,其中,所述前面板组件(20)上设置有第一卡扣部(21),所述后面板组件(30)上设置有第二卡扣部,所述第一卡扣部(21)被配置为与所述第二卡扣部卡接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的空调器,其中,所述第一卡扣部(21)具有插设部,所述第二卡扣部具有插设槽,所述插设部被配置为插设在所述插设槽内,以使所述第一卡扣部(21)与所述第二卡扣部卡接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的空调器,其中,所述插设部沿竖直方向延伸,以使所述插设部沿竖直方向插入所述插设槽内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的空调器,其中,所述第一卡扣部(21)为由第一板段和第二板段构成的L形结构,所述第一板段与所述前面板组件(20)的前面板主体(22)连接,所述第二板段与所述第一板段连接并朝向所述第一板段的下方延伸,以使所述前面板组件(20)沿竖直向上的方向从所述后面板组件(30)上拆离。
- 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,其中,所述前面板组件(20)通过第一紧固螺钉安装在所述后面板组件(30)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,还包括:蒸发器组件(40),安装在所述后面板组件(30)上;其中,所述后风道组件(12)可拆卸地设置在所述蒸发器组件(40)上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的空调器,还包括走线结构,所述走线结构包括电加热线、板间连线、蒸发器地线、环境感温包线以及管路感温包线,所述走线结构环绕所述蒸发器组件(40)设置,所述走线结构的至少部分位于所述蒸发器组件(40)的周向外 侧。
- 根据权利要求7所述的空调器,其中,所述后风道组件(12)通过第二紧固螺钉安装在所述蒸发器组件(40)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,还包括:底盘组件(50);和前支撑架(60),所述前支撑架(60)安装在所述底盘组件(50)上,用于对风道结构(10)进行支撑;其中,所述后面板组件(30)可拆卸地安装在所述底盘组件(50)上。
- 根据权利要求10所述的空调器,其中,所述前支撑架(60)上设置有第一接水盘(61),所述空调器的蒸发器组件(40)的底部设置有第二接水盘(62)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的空调器,还包括:电器盒组件(70),可拆卸地安装在所述后面板组件(30)上,且位于所述蒸发器组件(40)的下方或上方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,还包括:显示板组件(80)可拆卸地安装在所述前面板组件(20)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,还包括:顶盖组件(90),可拆卸地安装在所述前面板组件(20)和所述后面板组件(30)中的至少一个的顶部。
- 根据权利要求14所述的空调器,其中,所述顶盖组件(90)通过第三紧固螺钉与所述前面板组件(20)和所述后面板组件(30)中的至少一个连接。
- 根据权利要求15所述的空调器,其中,所述顶盖组件(90)可转动地设置在所述前面板组件(20)的上方,以通过旋转所述顶盖组件(90)避让所述前面板组件(20)。
- 根据权利要求1至16中任一项所述的空调器,其中,所述前风道组件(11)包括扫风叶片结构(114)以及用于驱动所述扫风叶片结构(114)运动的风叶驱动机构;所述后风道组件(12)包括贯流风叶(121)和用于驱动所述贯流风叶(121)运动的贯流电机结构。
- 根据权利要求17所述的空调器,其中,所述风叶驱动机构包括第一驱动电机和第二驱动电机,所述第一驱动电机和所述第二驱动电机分别位于所述扫风叶片结构(114)的上端和下端;其中,所述第一驱动电机和所述第二驱动电机位于所述扫风 叶片结构(114)在水平方向的同一侧。
