智能型玫瑰花高杆灯 技术领域
本发明涉及LED路灯技术领域,具体涉及智能型玫瑰花高杆灯。
背景技术
LED路灯(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)即半导体照明灯。它是一种基于半导体PN结形成的用微弱的电能就能发光的高效固态光源,在一定的正向偏置电压和注入电流下,注入P区的空穴和注入N区的电子在扩散至有源区后经辐射复合而发出光子,将电能直接转化为光能。它是一种固态冷光源,具有环保无污染、耗电少、光效高、寿命长等特点,因此,LED路灯将成为道路照明节能改造的最佳选择。
现有的LED路灯样式繁多,功能多样,但由于各种结构功能的添加,使得LED路灯失去了对城市的美化功能,从而降低了城市面貌的观赏性。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明公开了智能型玫瑰花高杆灯,造型美观,观赏性和智能化程度高,大大降低了能源的消耗。
具体技术方案如下:
智能型玫瑰花高杆灯,包括底座、灯杆、支架、灯叶、开合控制机构和LED模组,所述底座顶端固定设置有灯杆,所述灯杆的顶端固定设置有支架,所述支架顶端的左右两侧对称设置有灯叶,所述灯叶与支架顶端转动连接,所述灯叶与支架之间设置有开合控制机构,所述灯叶底端固定安装有LED模组;
优选的,所述底座为玫瑰叶造型;
优选的,所述灯杆采用希腊古典造型;
优选的,所述灯杆的顶端于支架的周围设置有装饰叶片,所述装饰叶片呈花瓣形;
优选的,所述灯叶呈玫瑰花瓣形;
优选的,所述灯杆内部设置有CPU智能控制芯片、WiFi连接单元和定时单元,所述CPU智能控制芯片分别与WiFi连接单元、定时单元、开合控制机构和LED模组电性连接,所述WiFi连接单元通过无线信号与远程控制终端无线连接。
有益效果:
本发明灯叶采用玫瑰花瓣形,灯杆采用希腊古典造型,底座采用玫瑰叶造型,且支架的周围社会只有花瓣形的装饰叶片,整体灯型美观具有复古艺术气息,大大提高了城市整体的观赏性;同时设置有CPU智能控制芯片,能够智能操控开合控制机构的开启与关闭,使得灯叶展开与闭合,并智能控制LED模组的启闭,使得装置整体智能化程度高;设置有定时单元和WiFi连接单元,使得本装置能够进行远程控制,同时定时单元的设置大大降低了装置整体的能源消耗,符合绿色节能型城市的建设标准。

参看图1-3:智能型玫瑰花高杆灯,包括底座1、灯杆2、支架3、灯叶4、开合控制机构5和LED模组7,底座1顶端固定设置有灯杆2,灯杆2的顶端固定设置有支架3,支架3顶端的左右两侧对称设置有灯叶4,灯叶4与支架3顶端转动连接,灯叶4与支架3之间设置有开合控制机构5,灯叶4底端固定安装有LED模组7。
其中,底座1为玫瑰叶造型,灯杆2采用希腊古典造型,灯杆2的顶端于支架3的周围设置有装饰叶片6,装饰叶片呈花瓣形,灯叶4呈玫瑰花瓣形,底座1、灯杆2、灯叶4结合装饰叶片6的造型设计,使得装置整体具有复古艺术气息,大大提高了城市的美化程度与观赏性;
其中,灯杆1内部设置有CPU智能控制芯片、WiFi连接单元和定时单元,CPU智能控制芯片分别与WiFi连接单元、定时单元、开合控制机构5和LED模组7电性连接,WiFi连接单元通过无线信号与远程控制终端无线连接,具体的,定时单元通过程序编制对时间进行定时,其定时的时间包括控制开合控制机构5开启与闭合的时间段,如:白天时间早上6:00—晚上6:00灯叶4闭合,晚上6:00以后灯叶4打开;具体的,LED模组7的光照强度通过远程控制终端分时段进行设置。
工作原理:本装置使用时,先将定时单元的定时时间进行程序编制,并通过WiFi连接单元无线连接远程控制终端,当达到预定设 置的时间时,CPU智能控制芯片控制开合控制机构5打开,从而将灯叶4撑开,同时,CPU智能控制芯片控制LED模组7打开,进行照明,照明后,工作人员可通过远程控制终端对光照强度进行设置,并发送信号由WiFi连接单元接收,之后发送至CPU智能控制芯片内,由CPU智能控制芯片控制LED模组7的光照强度,从而达到节能的目的。
本发明造型美观,具有复古艺术气息,增加了装置整体的观赏性,同时智能化程度高,具有自动开合与闭合功能,趣味性高,值得大力推广使用。
