本发明的有益效果在于:封装天线模块包括第一天线模块,第一天线模块包括第一天线单元和第二天线单元,第一天线单元包括第一馈电部和第二馈电部,第二天线单元包括第三馈电部和第四馈电部,第一馈电部和第三馈电部的相位差为180°,第二馈电部和第四馈电部的相位差为180°,第一天线单元和第二天线单元的相位差为180°,从而改善封装天线模组的隔离度,且空间覆盖能力更好。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后、顶部、底部……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
还需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件上时,该元件可以直接在另一个元件上或者可能同时存在居中元件。当一个元件被称为“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的电子设备包括封装天线模组100和壳体200,封装天线模组100设于壳体200内,用于发射和接收信号。
如图2-3所示,封装天线模组100包括基板10、第一天线模块21、第二天线模块24、集成电路芯片30、电路40以及隔离组件27。第一天线模块21和第二天线模块24设置于基板10的同一侧,集成电路芯片30位于基板10的与第一天线模块21相背的一侧,电路40设于基板10内连接第一天线模块21和集成电路芯片30。隔离组件27位于第一天线模块21和第二天线模块24之间用于对第一天线模块21和第二天线模块24进行隔离,隔离组件27接地,可以减小天线单元之间的耦合。
第一天线模块21包括第一天线单元22和第二天线单元23,第一天线单元22包括第一馈电部221和第二馈电部222,第二天线单元23包括第三馈电部231和第四馈电部232,第一馈电部221为第一天线单元22的垂直极化馈电部,第二馈电部222为第一天线单元22的水平极化馈电部,第三馈电部231为第二天线单元23的垂直极化馈电部,第四馈电部232为第 二天线单元23的水平极化馈电部,第一馈电部221和第三馈电部231的相位差为180°,第二馈电部222和第四馈电部232的相位差为180°,第一天线单元22的馈电方向和第二天线单元23的馈电方向的相位差为180°。相邻的两个天线单元之间采用水平极化方向等幅反相馈电或者垂直极化方向等幅反相馈电,实现天线阵列的交叉极化达到-40dB,从而改善天线单元之间的隔离度,且可以覆盖毫米波段n257。
本发明的一个实施例中,第一天线单元22包括与第二天线单元23邻接的第一侧边223、与第一侧边223相对设置的第二侧边224、分别连接于第一侧边223与第二侧边224之间且相对设置的第三侧边225和第四侧边226,第一侧边223、第三侧边225、第二侧边224和第四侧边226依次首尾连接;其中,第一馈电部221和第二馈电部222邻近第一侧边223和第三侧边225的连接处,第一馈电部221靠近第三侧边225且与第三侧边225的中心位置相对,第二馈电部222靠近第一侧边223且与第一侧边223的中心位置相对。
第二天线单元23包括与第一天线单元22邻接的第五侧边233、与第五侧边233相对设置的第六侧边234、分别连接于第五侧边233与第六侧边234之间且相对设置的第七侧边235和第八侧边236,第五侧边233、第七侧边235、第六侧边234和第八侧边236依次首尾连接;其中,第三馈电部231和第四馈电部232邻近第六侧边234和第八侧边236的连接处,第三馈电部231靠近第八侧边236且与第八侧边236的中心位置相对,第四馈电部232靠近第六侧边234且与第六侧边234的中心位置相对。
如图4所示,本发明的一个实施例中,第一侧边223、第二侧边224、第三侧边225和第四侧边226分别为第一天线单元22的右侧边、左侧边、上侧边和下侧边。第五侧边233、第六侧边234、第七侧边235和第八侧边236分别为第二天线单元23的左侧边、右侧边、上侧边和下侧边,可以理解地,第一馈电部221和第二馈电部222设置于第一天线单元22的右上角,第三馈电部231和第四馈电部232设置于第二天线单元23的右下角。
如图5所示,本发明的另一个实施例中,第一侧边223、第二侧边224、 第三侧边225和第四侧边226分别为第一天线单元22的下侧边、上侧边、左侧边和右侧边。第五侧边233、第六侧边234、第七侧边235和第八侧边236分别为第二天线单元23的下侧边、上侧边、右侧边和左侧边,可以理解地,第一馈电部221和第二馈电部222设置于第一天线单元22的左下角,第三馈电部231和第四馈电部232设置于第二天线单元23的左上角。
如图3所示,第二天线模块24与第一天线模块21关于一中心轴50对称对称设置,第二天线模块24包括第三天线单元25和第四天线单元26,第二天线单元23与第三天线单元25相邻且关于中心轴50对称设置,第一天线单元21与第四天线单元26关于中心轴50对称设置。
如图6所示,本发明的一个实施例中,隔离组件27包括一个第一隔离部271、四个第二隔离部272和两个第三隔离部273,第一隔离部271设置于第二天线单元23和第三天线单元25之间;其中一个第三隔离部273设置于第一天线单元22和第二天线单元23之间,另一个第三隔离部273设置于第三天线单元25和第四天线单元26之间;其中两个第二隔离部272设置于第二天线单元24未设置有第一隔离部271和第三隔离部273的两端,另外两个第二隔离部272设置于第三天线单元25未设置有第一隔离部271和第三隔离部273的两端;第一隔离部271的厚度大于第二隔离部272的厚度,第二隔离部272的厚度大于第三隔离部273的厚度。其中,厚度为第一隔离部271、第二隔离部272和第三隔离部273在于基板10平行方向的长度。
同时,还需要说明但是,在本实施例中,第一天线单元22、第二天线单元23、第三天线单元25和第四天线单元26均包括叠设的上层贴片A和下层贴片B,上文所述的各馈电部设置于所述下层贴片B上,上层贴片A与所述下层贴片B耦合馈电。
在本发明的其它实施例中,封装天线模组100包括两个第一天线模块21和一个第二天线模块24,两个第一天线模块21设于第二天线模块24的两侧,且均与第二天线模块24对称设置,隔离组件27布局于第二天线模块24的两侧。封装天线模块100也可以包括两个第一天线模块21和两 个第二天线模块24,第一天线模块21和第二天线模块24间隔设置,隔离组件27布局于每个第一天线模块21和第二天线模块24之间。
本发明的一个实施例中,第一隔离部271、第二隔离部272和第三隔离部273上均设置有若干通孔274。
本发明的另一个实施例中,第一隔离部271、第二隔离部272和第三隔离部273均为栅栏结构。其中,栅栏结构包括多条相互交错设置的金属条275,通孔274贯通金属条275之间。
本发明实施例提供的封装天线模组100设置于壳体200的侧边,面向左边或右边。

图7(a)为本发明提供的封装天线模组在28GHz频段时,水平极化扫描角为45°的辐射方向图;
图7(b)为本发明提供的封装天线模组在28GHz频段时,水平极化扫描角为0°的辐射方向图;
图7(c)为本发明提供的封装天线模组在28GHz频段时,水平极化扫描角为-45°的辐射方向图;
图7(d)为本发明提供的封装天线模组在28GHz频段时,垂直极化扫描角为45°的辐射方向图;
图7(e)为本发明提供的封装天线模组在28GHz频段时,垂直极化扫描角为0°的辐射方向图;
图7(f)为本发明提供的封装天线模组在28GHz频段时,垂直极化扫描角为-45°的辐射方向图。
可以看出,本发明实施例提供的封装天线模组扫描性能良好。
图8为本发明实施例提供的天线模组的S参数曲线图,其中S11和S22分别为封装天线模组水平方向和垂直方向的反射系数,S12为封装天线模组水平极化和垂直极化的隔离度曲线,可以看出,本发明实施例提供的封装天线模组具有较好的隔离度。
图9为本发明实施例提供的天线模组在28GHz频段时,水平极化的覆 盖效率曲线图,对于50%覆盖,相比于峰值增益,下降8dB;图10为本发明实施例提供的天线模组在28GHz频段时,垂直极化的覆盖效率曲线图,对于50%覆盖,相比于峰值增益,下降10dB,可以看出,本发明实施例提供的天线模组具有较好的空间覆盖能力。
本发明提供的封装天线模组和电子设备,封装天线模组100包括第一天线模块21,第一天线模块21包括第一天线单元22和第二天线单元23,第一天线单元22包括第一馈电部221和第二馈电部222,第二天线单元23包括第三馈电部231和第四馈电部232,第一馈电部221和第三馈电部231的相位差为180°,第二馈电部222和第四馈电部232的相位差为180°,从而改善封装天线模组100的隔离度,且空间覆盖能力更好。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种封装天线模组,其特征在于,包括基板、设于所述基板相对两侧的第一天线模块和集成电路芯片以及设于所述基板内连接所述第一天线模块和所述集成电路芯片的电路,所述第一天线模块包括第一天线单元和第二天线单元,所述第一天线单元包括第一馈电部和第二馈电部,所述第二天线单元包括第三馈电部和第四馈电部,所述第一馈电部为所述第一天线单元的垂直极化馈电部,所述第二馈电部为所述第一天线单元的水平极化馈电部,所述第三馈电部为所述第二天线单元的垂直极化馈电部,所述第四馈电部为所述第二天线单元的水平极化馈电部,所述第一馈电部和所述第三馈电部的相位差为180°,所述第二馈电部和所述第四馈电部的相位差为180°。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的封装天线模组,其特征在于,所述第一馈电部和所述第二馈电部设置于所述第一天线单元的右上角,所述第三馈电部和所述第四馈电部设置于所述第二天线单元的右下角。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的封装天线模组,其特征在于,所述第一馈电部和所述第二馈电部设置于所述第一天线单元的左下角,所述第三馈电部和所述第四馈电部设置于所述第二天线单元的左上角。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的封装天线模组,其特征在于,所述第一天线单元包括与所述第二天线单元邻接的第一侧边、与所述第一侧边相对设置的第二侧边、分别连接于所述第一侧边与所述第二侧边之间且相对设置的第三侧边和第四侧边,所述第一侧边、所述第三侧边、所述第二侧边和所述第四侧边依次首尾连接;其中,所述第一馈电部和所述第二馈电部邻近所述第一侧边和所述第三侧边的连接处,所述第一馈电部靠近所述第三侧边且与所述第三侧边的中心位置相对,所述第二馈电部靠近所述第一侧边且与所述第一侧边的中心位置相对;
    所述第二天线单元包括与所述第一天线单元邻接的第五侧边、与所述第五侧边相对设置的第六侧边、分别连接于所述第五侧边与所述第六侧边 之间且相对设置的第七侧边和第八侧边,所述第五侧边、所述第七侧边、所述第六侧边和所述第八侧边依次首尾连接;其中,所述第三馈电部和所述第四馈电部邻近所述第六侧边和所述第八侧边的连接处,所述第三馈电部靠近所述第八侧边且与所述第八侧边的中心位置相对,所述第四馈电部靠近所述第六侧边且与所述第六侧边的中心位置相对。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的封装天线模组,其特征在于,所述封装天线模组还包括第二天线模块,所述第二天线模块与所述第一天线模块设置在所述基板的同一侧且关于一中心轴对称,所述第二天线模块包括第三天线单元和第四天线单元,所述第二天线单元与所述第三天线单元相邻且关于所述中心轴对称设置,所述第一天线单元与所述第四天线单元关于所述中心对称轴对称设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的封装天线模组,其特征在于,所述天线模块还包括隔离组件,所述隔离组件包围于所述第二天线单元和所述第三天线单元。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的封装天线模组,其特征在于,所述隔离组件包括一个第一隔离部、四个第二隔离部和两个第三隔离部,所述第一隔离部设置于所述第二天线单元和所述第三天线单元之间;其中一个所述第三隔离部设置于所述第一天线单元和所述第二天线单元之间,另一个所述第三隔离部设置于所述第三天线单元和所述第四天线单元之间;其中两个所述第二隔离部设置于所述第二天线单元未设置有所述第一隔离部和所述第三隔离部的两侧,另外两个所述第二隔离部设置于所述第三天线单元未设置有所述第一隔离部和所述第三隔离部的两侧;所述第一隔离部的厚度大于每个所述第二隔离部的厚度,每个所述第二隔离部的厚度大于每个所述第三隔离部的厚度。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的封装天线模组,其特征在于,所述第一隔离部、所述第二隔离部和所述第三隔离部上均设置有若干通孔。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的封装天线模组,其特征在于,所述第一隔离部、所述第二隔离部和所述第三隔离部均为栅栏结构。
  10. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括壳体以及如权利要求1-9任一项所述的封装天线模组,所述封装天线模组位于所述壳体内。
