Description

一种扬声器 技术领域
本发明涉及电声换能器件技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
背景技术
现有的扬声器的振膜与前盖通常采用胶合的方式连接,而前盖与振膜胶合的位置为平面,这样在用胶水将前盖和振膜连接时,如果胶水的量较少,会出现局部位置断胶现象从而导致振膜和前盖的胶合不牢固;如果胶水的量较多,胶水会从前盖与振膜连接处溢到振膜的折环上,造成扬声器的失真,从而降低产品的质量。
技术问题
现有技术中前盖和振膜胶合时胶水溢到振膜的折环上造成扬声器失真。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案如下:一种扬声器,包括盆架和前盖,盆架内设有磁回路系统和振动系统,前盖与盆架连接以实现扬声器的组装,其中,振动系统包括振膜,振膜与前盖胶合连接,振膜包括位于中央位置的球顶部以及环绕球顶部的折环部,前盖包括与振膜胶合的第一表面、靠近折环部的内侧面以及远离折环部的外侧面,内侧面设有第一容纳槽,第一容纳槽自内侧面向远离振膜折环的方向凹陷,第一容纳槽的靠近第一表面的壁槽向振膜方向延伸且延伸至第一表面。
进一步地,外侧面设有第二容纳槽,第二容纳槽自外侧面向靠近折环部的方向凹陷,第二容纳槽的靠近第一表面的槽壁向振膜方向延伸且延伸至第一表面。

本发明提供的一种扬声器,通过在前盖的内侧面设置第一容纳槽,第一容纳槽自内侧面向远离折环部的方向凹陷,第一容纳槽的靠近第一表面的壁槽向振膜方向延伸且延伸至第一表面,当前盖与振膜用胶水胶合时,使得多余的胶水可进入第一容纳槽并且储存在第一容纳槽中,避免了胶水溢到折环部上造成扬声器失真,还能提高前盖和振膜胶合的牢固度。

具体的,振膜3还包括由折环部32向外延伸形成的连接部33,连接部33与第一表面2a胶合固定,且第一容纳槽21和第二容纳槽22在连接部33上的正投影完全落在连接部33上。
进一步地,外侧面2c设有第二容纳槽22,第二容纳槽22自外侧面2c向靠近折环部32的方向凹陷,第二容纳槽22的靠近第一表面2a的槽壁向振膜3方向延伸且延伸至第一表面2a。在外侧面2c设置第二容纳槽22,使得多余的胶水可以溢入第二容纳槽22内,避免胶水溢出前盖2外部,影响前盖2的尺寸以及外观,通过增加第二容纳槽22,使得前盖2和振膜3之间的胶水容纳量更多,进一步的提高了前盖2和振膜3胶合的牢固度。

其中,第一容纳槽21可以是沿内侧面2b的周向连续结构或者间隔设置结构;第二容纳槽22可以是沿外侧面2c的轴向为连续结构或者间隔设置结构。第一容纳槽21和第二容纳槽22的结构设置,只要保证在安装过程中使得胶水既不会溢出前盖2的内侧面2b和外侧面2c同时又能够保证前盖2和振膜3之间胶合牢固即可。
参见图6-9,为本发明提供的一种扬声器的第二实施例 ,前盖2除了设置上述的第一容纳槽21和第二容纳槽22之外,还可以在第一表面2a上设置第三容纳槽23,第三容纳槽23自第一表面2a向远离振膜3方向凹陷,第三容纳槽23与内侧面2b和外侧面2c间隔设置。设置第三容纳槽23,可以增加前盖2和振膜3胶合处内部的容纳胶水的空间,进一步提高前盖2和振膜3胶合的牢固度。其中,第三容纳槽23可以为多个,多个第三容纳槽23间隔设置。
在本实施例中,第三容纳槽23可以是沿第一表面2a的轴向为连续结构或者间隔设置结构,第三容纳槽23可以设置为方形槽,也可以设置为弧形槽,其中,当第三容纳槽23为弧形槽时,其经过扬声器的中心线的横截面上为弧形。需要说明的是,第三容纳槽23的尺寸以及数量同时需要合理设置,避免第三容纳槽23的尺寸过大或者数量过多而影响前盖2和连接部33之间的有效胶合面积。
在第二实施例提供的扬声器中,除了前盖2的结构之外,其余部件的结构均与第一实施例的相同,在此不再重复赘述。
