一种拧螺丝机构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种拧螺丝机构。
背景技术
拧螺丝时常遇到这样的情况,螺丝所在的位置在两块垂直隔板之间,由于螺丝刀是直柄结构,无法绕过螺丝头部前方的隔板,从而导致拧螺丝不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种拧螺丝机构,旨在解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种拧螺丝机构,包括基座、弯折块、螺杆、螺杆齿轮、电动机齿轮、电动机、螺丝刀头;所述弯折块为“L”形的结构,弯折块设置在基座中央,弯折块上设有用于螺杆穿过的螺孔;所述螺杆一端连接螺杆齿轮,另一端连接螺丝刀头,螺杆穿过弯折块上的螺孔;所述电动机设置在基座一端,电动机的转轴连接电动机齿轮;所述电动机齿轮和螺杆齿轮的齿啮合。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本实用新型一种拧螺丝机构能够绕过螺丝所在轴线上的隔板而对螺丝进行拧紧。

实施例:
如图1,一种拧螺丝机构,包括基座1、弯折块2、螺杆3、螺杆齿轮4、电动机齿轮5、电动机6、螺丝刀头7;所述弯折块2为“L”形的结构,弯折块2设置在基座1中央,弯折块2上设有用于螺杆3穿过的螺孔;所述螺杆3一端连接螺杆齿轮4,另一端连接螺丝刀头7,螺杆3穿过弯折块2上的螺孔;所述电动机6设置在基座1一端,电动机的转轴连接电动机齿轮5;所述电动机齿轮5和螺杆齿轮4的齿啮合。
如图2,被上螺丝的板8由一个水平板和两个垂直设定在水平板两端的板构成,螺丝9需要固定到其中一个垂直的板上。将被上螺丝的板8平方到基座1上,使得被上螺丝的板 8的水平板一侧边紧靠弯折块2,此时垂直的板、螺丝9、螺丝刀头7、螺杆3、螺杆齿轮4在同一轴线上,启动电动机6,通过电动机齿轮5传动螺杆齿轮4,螺杆齿轮4传动螺杆3向前运动。
