Abstract

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing coated steel sheet welds having good corrosion resistance and fatigue properties. The method for manufacturing coated steel sheet welds comprises the steps of: preparing a galvanized steel sheet having a welded lap splice; and spraying a mixed powder composed of a zinc or Ni powder having a diameter of 5-50㎛ and a hard particle powder having a diameter of 10-100㎛ at supersonic speed on the surface of the welded lap splice.
