再如,酒店规定最晚的退房时间点为12点,若仅住宿一天,前一天的入住时间也在12点之后,且正常退房的情况下,在这一天的住宿的时间段里不包含一个特定计算时间点,包含的特定计算时间点的个数为0;通过特定计算时间加1,获得住宿产品数量为1晚。进一步的,住宿每增加一天,就会在住宿的总时间段里多一个特定计算时间点;故所述特定计算时间点数量加1与实际住宿产品数量相同。
进一步的,若所述退房时间晚于当天的特定时间点,且退房时间与所述特定时间点间的时间差小于预设阈值时,在所述发票信息中增加数量为1的超时住宿产品;此时所述特定时间点的数量即为所述住宿产品数量;
根据所述时间差按预设规则计算超时住宿产品对应的超时房费单价;
将所述超时住宿产品以及对应的超时房费单价更新所述发票信息,并生成至税局服务器。
接上例说明,若退房时间晚于当天的特定时间点,一般这种情况酒店会按超出时间加收超时房费,根据时间长短确认加收费用;而当超出一定时间时,会加收一天的房费(即如上所述所述时间差大于了预设阈值时,不进行该步骤的计算,住宿产品数量仍为特定时间点数量加1);当加收了超时房费时,在同一张发票中补充超时房费的信息和金额。
上述的住宿产品数量计算,考虑到了所有存在的情况,根据入住时间和退房时间,获得准确的住宿产品数量。
步骤140,在游客确认退房时,根据所述发票抬头、预设的酒店开票方信息、所述住宿产品及住宿产品数量以及所述房费单价自动生成发票信息并上传至税局服务器;
步骤150,接收税局服务器反馈并获得发票,根据预设方式将所述发票向游客进行交付。
进一步的,所述向游客交付的方式包括纸质发票交付以及电子发票交付。
进一步的,所述方法还包括:
将所述酒店业务信息发送至税局服务器,所述业务信息包括一段时间内入住房间数量以及各房间的入住时间、退房时间以及金额;
所述税局服务器通过对预设的相同时间段内所述房间入住信息以及发票开具信息进行对比,判断总金额的误差是否在预设范围内,确认是否存在异常情况。
图2为本发明具体实施方式的一种酒店行业的税控系统的结构图,如图2所示,所述系统包括:
发票开具信息获取单元,所述发票开具信息获取单元用于在游客入住酒店进行身份信息录入时,同步采集游客身份信息中的姓名;
进一步的,所述发票开具信息获取单元用于获取游客提供的发票抬头及税号,替换原有的游客姓名作为发票开具信息与酒店入住信息进行关联存储。
关联存储单元,所述关联存储单元用于将所述游客的姓名作为发票开具信息与酒店入住信息进行关联存储;所述酒店入住信息包括房费单价、入住时间以及退房时间;
产品数量计算单元,所述产品数量计算单元用于根据所述退房时间以及入住时间获得住宿产品数量;
进一步的,所述产品数量计算单元用于统计所述入住时间至退房时间的时间段间包含特定时间点的数量;所述特定计算时间点为根据酒店规定的一天内的最晚退房时间点;若所述入住时间早于当天的最晚退房时间点,则在将所述入住时间调整为入住当天晚于退房时间点的预设时间;将所述特定时间点的数量加1获得所述住宿产品数量。
进一步的,所述产品数量计算单元用于比较所述退房时间与当天的特定时间点;若所述退房时间晚于当天的特定时间点,且退房时间与所述特定时间点间的时间差小于预设阈值时,在所述发票信息中增加数量为1的超时住宿产品;所述特定时间点的数量即为所述住宿产品数量;
所述产品数量计算单元根据所述时间差按预设规则计算超时住宿产品对应的超时房费单价;
所述发票开具单元将所述超时住宿产品以及对应的超时房费单价更新所述发票信息,并生成至税局服务器。
发票开具单元,所述发票开具单元用于在游客确认退房时,根据所述发票抬头、预设的酒店开票方信息、所述住宿产品及住宿产品数量以及所述房费单价自动生成发票信息并上传至税局服务器;
发票交付单元,所述发票交付单元用于接收税局服务器反馈并获得发票,根据预设方式将所述发票向游客进行交付。
进一步的,所述发票交付单元向游客交付的方式包括纸质发票交付以及电子发票交付。
进一步的,所述系统包括业务信息汇总单元;
所述业务信息汇总单元用于将所述酒店业务信息发送至税局服务器,所述业务信息包括一段时间内入住房间数量以及各房间的入住时间、退房时间以及金额;
所述税局服务器通过对预设的相同时间段内所述房间入住信息以及发票开具信息进行对比,判断总金额的误差是否在预设范围内,确认是否存在异常情况。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种酒店行业的税控方法,所述方法包括:
    在游客入住酒店进行身份信息录入时,同步采集游客身份信息中的姓名;
    将所述游客的姓名作为发票开具信息与酒店入住信息进行关联存储;所述酒店入住信息包括房费单价、入住时间以及退房时间;
    根据所述退房时间以及入住时间获得住宿产品数量;
    在游客确认退房时,根据所述发票抬头、预设的酒店开票方信息、所述住宿产品及住宿产品数量以及所述房费单价自动生成发票信息并上传至税局服务器;
    接收税局服务器反馈并获得发票,根据预设方式将所述发票向游客进行交付。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在游客确认退房前,所述方法还包括:
    获取游客提供的发票抬头及税号,替换原有的游客姓名作为发票开具信息与酒店入住信息进行关联存储。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述退房时间以及入住时间获得住宿产品数量,包括:
    统计所述入住时间至退房时间的时间段间包含特定时间点的数量;所述特定计算时间点为根据酒店规定的一天内的最晚退房时间点;若所述入住时间早于当天的最晚退房时间点,则在将所述入住时间调整为入住当天晚于退房时间点的预设时间;
    将所述特定时间点的数量加1即为所述住宿产品数量。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:若所述退房时间晚于当 天的特定时间点,且退房时间与所述特定时间点间的时间差小于预设阈值时,在所述发票信息中增加数量为1的超时住宿产品;此时所述特定时间点的数量即为所述住宿产品数量;
    根据所述时间差按预设规则计算超时住宿产品对应的超时房费单价;
    将所述超时住宿产品以及对应的超时房费单价更新所述发票信息,并生成至税局服务器。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    将所述酒店业务信息发送至税局服务器,所述业务信息包括一段时间内入住房间数量以及各房间的入住时间、退房时间以及金额;
    所述税局服务器通过对预设的相同时间段内所述房间入住信息以及发票开具信息进行对比,判断总金额的误差是否在预设范围内,确认是否存在异常情况。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述向游客交付的方式包括纸质发票交付以及电子发票交付。
  7. 一种酒店行业的税控系统,所述系统包括:
    发票开具信息获取单元,所述发票开具信息获取单元用于在游客入住酒店进行身份信息录入时,同步采集游客身份信息中的姓名;
    关联存储单元,所述关联存储单元用于将所述游客的姓名作为发票开具信息与酒店入住信息进行关联存储;所述酒店入住信息包括房费单价、入住时间以及退房时间;
    产品数量计算单元,所述产品数量计算单元用于根据所述退房时间以及入住时间获得住宿产品数量;
    发票开具单元,所述发票开具单元用于在游客确认退房时,根据所述发票抬头、预设的酒店开票方信息、所述住宿产品及住宿产品数量以及所述房费单价自动生成发票信息并上传至税局服务器;
    发票交付单元,所述发票交付单元用于接收税局服务器反馈并获得发票,根据预设方式将所述发票向游客进行交付。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于:所述发票开具信息获取单元用于获取游客提供的发票抬头及税号,替换原有的游客姓名作为发票开具信息与酒店入住信息进行关联存储。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于:所述产品数量计算单元用于统计所述入住时间至退房时间的时间段间包含特定时间点的数量;所述特定计算时间点为根据酒店规定的一天内的最晚退房时间点;若所述入住时间早于当天的最晚退房时间点,则在将所述入住时间调整为入住当天晚于退房时间点的预设时间;将所述特定时间点的数量加1获得所述住宿产品数量。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的系统,其特征在于:所述产品数量计算单元用于比较所述退房时间与当天的特定时间点;若所述退房时间晚于当天的特定时间点,且退房时间与所述特定时间点间的时间差小于预设阈值时,在所述发票信息中增加数量为1的超时住宿产品;所述特定时间点的数量即为所述住宿产品数量;
    所述产品数量计算单元根据所述时间差按预设规则计算超时住宿产品对应的超时房费单价;
    所述发票开具单元将所述超时住宿产品以及对应的超时房费单价更新所述发票信息,并生成至税局服务器。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于:所述系统包括业务信息汇总单元;
    所述业务信息汇总单元用于将所述酒店业务信息发送至税局服务器,所述业务信息包括一段时间内入住房间数量以及各房间的入住时间、退房 时间以及金额;
    所述税局服务器通过对预设的相同时间段内所述房间入住信息以及发票开具信息进行对比,判断总金额的误差是否在预设范围内,确认是否存在异常情况。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于:所述发票交付单元向游客交付的方式包括纸质发票交付以及电子发票交付。
