Description
本发明涉及一种新型的照明配电箱,属于配电箱技术领域。
照明配电箱是将剩余电流动作保护器和空气断路器等在其内部合理组合装配起来,从而实现对家庭电源集中控制,以及接地、过载、短路等保护功能的基础配电装置。其内部还分别设有保护接地线和中性线的汇流排,以方便各种低压配电系统的接线。照明配电箱广泛用于各种楼宇、广场、车站及工矿企业等场所,作为配电系统的终端电器设备。
现有的照明配电箱往往采用封闭式设计,导致内部容易发热,不能够及时散热,从而产生安全隐患;照明配电箱内部线路一般复杂,维修时往往需要技术人员开手电筒,维修不便利;照明配电箱内部电器元件比较多,但是用户常用操作的电器元件比较少,非技术人员用户不容易分清楚具体的用途,容易产生使用错误问题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种维修方便、散热效果好、防灰尘、用户使用便利的照明配电箱。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种新型的照明配电箱,包括箱体和箱门,所述箱门的左侧与所述箱体的左侧铰接,所述箱门上设有视窗,所述箱体的左右两侧设有散热孔,所述散热孔外侧具有外翻的挡板结构; 现有的照明配电箱的散热孔一般都设在照明配电箱的上端,这样箱体内非常容易落入灰尘,而且水滴也非常容易从上方落入,此处将散热孔设在侧面,再设有外翻的挡板,则可以防止灰尘和水滴的落入,而且还可以有效散热。
所述箱体内部的上端设有LED灯,所述箱体外部右侧设有所述LED灯的开关,技术人员维修检查时,可以通过打开LED灯直接观察内部线路情况,而不用配带手电筒,非常便利;另外用户的照明出现问题时,也可以打开LED灯通过视窗直接观察是否有跳闸情况。
所述箱体内部左侧固定连接所述总断路器,所述总断路器的下方设有电流分线端子,在所述箱体内部,所述总断路器的右侧设有上下两排底座,所述底座上设有卡规,所述卡规上卡接电器元件;卡规的设置方便相关电器元件的安装与拆卸,而且电器元件通过卡规安装更加牢固、整齐。
所述底座下侧设有若干标卡,每个标卡对应一个电器元件,照明配电箱中的电器元件往往比较多,里面往往有很多断路器控制不同的照明器件,用户使用过程中往往无法分清照明器件都是通过哪一个断路器控制的,此处设置标卡,方便进行标记,便于用户使用,也方便技术人员的检修。
所述两排底座之间设有风扇和温度传感器,所述箱体内部的下侧设有蓄电池和继电器,所述温度传感器与所述继电器连接,所述继电器和所述蓄电池连接,所述蓄电池与所述风扇连接;蓄电池为风扇提供电能,当照明配电箱内的温度超过预设温度时,继电器就会根据温度传感器的感应,接通蓄电池与风扇,风扇开始工作给照明配电箱的内部降温,当温度降到预设温度以下后,继电器也会根据温度传感器的感应断开蓄电池与风扇的接通,风扇停止工作;所述蓄电池也连接所述LED灯和所述LED灯的开关。
进一步的,所述箱门上设有箱分门,所述箱分门的位置对应于所述箱体内部所述总断路器的位置,日常用户使用过程中,如果照明电路中出现问题,大多数是总断路器出现跳闸显现,所以总断路器的使用对用户来说是使用最 为频繁的,此处的箱分门相当于是对总断路器单独设置了一个门,当总断路器跳闸时,用户只需打开箱分门即可,而不用将整个箱门打开,整个箱门打开,照明配电箱内所有的电器元件就会显露出来,用户往往会感觉很乱,而且可能出现操作失误,导致其他电器元件出现问题。

进一步的,所述视窗在箱门上的位置对应于所述箱体内所述总断路器和所述电器元件的位置,通过视窗既可以直接观察总断路器和电器元件是否存在跳闸等问题,更加直观方便,而不用反复打开箱门查看。
进一步的,所述箱体内部的右下角处设有收纳盒,收纳盒中存放例如电笔等常用的检修小工具,方便常规的检修。
进一步的,所述箱体的下端固定连接支撑架,当照明配电箱需要落地安装时,支撑架可以防止箱体直接接触地面,起到防潮的作用。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)散热孔的设计即可以防止灰尘和水滴的落入,而且还可以有效散热;(2)LED灯、开关和视窗的设置方便用户观察及技术人员的检修工作;(3)箱门和箱分门的设置有利于对箱体内电器元件的保护,也可以使用户 清晰明了;(4)卡规的设置方便电器元件的安装与拆卸,便于维修;(5)标卡的设置使繁杂的照明配电箱内的电器元件功能控制更加清晰,便于用户使用,也便于技术人员的检修;所以本发明提供的照明配电箱具有维修方便、散热效果好、防灰尘、用户使用便利的优点。
