Description

A LACE CONNECTION STRUCTURING Technological Field:
Invention is to present a new lace connection structuring which enables the lace ends to be connected each other and separated, for being used in all products which contain all lace elements, notably shoes.
Known State of Technique:
As is known, the shoelaces are generally tied by knotting in shape of butterfly. In such way, the knot is untied by itself for several times in a day and it leads to the laces to be dispersed right and left while walking and the users to fall down by coming under the shoes. Besides this, after the shoelaces are tied, the remaining long parts of the lace always create an aesthetic pollution and users try to find a temporary solution by hiding such remaining long parts into the shoe. In such lace type, particularly pregnant women, elderly people and children have difficulty, thus, tying a lace takes up time and requires effort. In the known technique, a set of lace apparatus was developed in order to facilitate the tying laces as well as prevention of easy untying of the laces. In the commercially available model, laces are fixed with a bracelet havig an adjustable plastic lock which is attached to the laces. In this model, the ends of the laces remain out of the shoe, these excess parts swing and thus, they do not appeal to the eye aesthetically.
In another existing model, there is a lace apparatus in the shoes with lace which provides the user to put on and put off the shoes easily; its feature is to having a magnet which connects the left and right parts with each other and a hole in which the laces are positioned during the adjustment of shoelaces. The other shoelace is related with a contact element fixed to at least one of the lace ends which enables the lace ends to the combined each other. The above- mentioned contact element preferably contains a female component being contacted to the said lace end; a female component lace housing formed onto the said female part, in which the lace end is positioned; a male component being contacted to the other lace end and being contacted to the said female part for providing the said lace ends to be combined; a female component lace housing formed onto the said male component, in which the other said lace end is positioned. The invention in this technique was developed for the purpose of preventing the lace ends from contacting with the dirty ground, groveling and becoming deformmed by contacting the free lace ends to each other through the contact elements after tha laces are tied. The above-mentioned invention includes a male component contact protrusion and a female component assembly housing that can be contacted with each other through a magnet for this purpose and whose contact may be easily disconnected, if required. In the said invention, the male component contact protrusion extends outwardly through the lateral edge of the male component, enters into the assembly housing structured onto the lateral surface of the female component assembly housing and is fixed to each other through their magnets.
In the technique that has been already known, in the above-mentioned invention, even if the lace ends are attached to each other by means of magnet after the laces are knotted in shape of butterfly, the laces are automatically untied too easily since they are tied with a knot. In short, the said invention does not prevent the laces from loosening, it only prevents particularly the long lace ends from groveling on the ground. With this invention, the aim is to separate the magnet ends and reunite the laces after being tied in order to retie the loosened laces.
The models mentioned in the known technique, do not have the features in which both the shoelace are easily tied without tying a knot and the laces are fixed without drooping and they have an aesthetic appearance in an integrity with the laces. Thus, there is no lace apparatus where the desired results are provided in only one model.
In the patent document numbered TR2016/01043 and mentioned in the records of Turkish Patent and Trademark Organization, it is expressed as follows "This invention is related with a magnetic lace which may be used for putting on and off the shoes easily in a single action without needing the processes such as tying of the shoelace, untying of its knot, tightening and loosening of the shoelace, its feature is to be consisted of a magnetic body (1 ) consisting of a right component (1.1 ) on which there is a hole for passing the lace through for the right component (1.1.1 ) and a left component (1.2) on which there is a hole for passing the lace through for the left component (1.2.1 ).".
In the above-mentioned patent document numbered TR2016/01043, two plates featuring magnetic are tying to the shoe by passing the lace through hole. In conclusion, there will be still drooping in the end part of the laces. Also, spontaneous drooping may be experienced when there is a magnetic connection. The connection is not easy and practical.
Eventually, a lace connection structuring in which the known state of the technique for combining the ends of the lace to each other is overcome, its disadvantages are eliminated, is needed.

Description of Invention:
In this detailed description, the seat belt which is the subject of the invention (1 ) is described for only better-understanding of the matter, with the examples which will not form any restrictive effect. In the description book, a new lace connection structuring (1 ) which enables the lace (10) ends to be connected each other and separated, for being used in all products which contain all lace (10) elements, notably shoes, is described. In the Figure 1 , perspective view of the lace structuring (1 ) that is the subject of the invention is shown. In the perspective view, it is seen that the lace (10) is combined from the male connection component (20) and female connection component (30) located in the end parts of the lace (10). The said male connection component (20) and the female connection component (30) are united by rotating in directions A-B and seperated again by rotating in directions A-B. The lace (10) ends are mounted into the male connection component (20) and the female connection component (30) with gear bolt connection through the lace mounting components.
In the Figure 2, exploded view of the lace connection structuring (1 ) that is the subject of the invention is given. According to the Figure, the lace connection structuring (1 ) is consisted of a lace (10), a male connection component (20), a female connection component (30), each one lace mounting component (40) for providing the connection between lace (10) ends and connection components (20,30). The lace mounting component (40) is a component in the form of hollow cylinder, containing a bolt surface in the external surface (42) and a lace hole (41 ) in the form of slot in the rear surface. In the assembly of the invention, the lace (10) is firstly passed though the lace hole (41 ) into the lace assembly component (40). Then, the lace (10) ends are knotted (1 1 ) and since the lace hole (41 ) is smaller than the knot (1 1 ) volume, the lace (10) ends cannot be released from the assembly component (40). And then, the lace assembly component (40) through which the lace (10) ends are passed are mounted into the male connection component (20) and the female connection component (30) through the bolt surface in the external face (42). There is a male component gea (22) in the internal side of the male connection component (20) for mounting the lace assembly component (40) into the male connection component (20); there is a female component gear (32) in the internal side of the female connection component (30) for mounting into the female connection component (30). After the male connection component (20) and female connection component (30) are mounted with the lace assembly component (40), the male connection component (20) and the female connection component (30) are fixed by establishing contact between the fastener protrusion (23) on the male component (20) and fastener cove (33) on the female component (30) and applying compression. Then, the locking clamp in the male connection component is locked into the locking housing (31 ) in the female connection component by rotating the male connection component (20) and the female connection component (30) with a degree of 90° in direction A- B. Thus, it is not allowed the male connection component (20) and the female connection component (30) to be seperated from each other automatically. In the Figure 3, top view of the lace connection structuring (1 ) that is the subject of the invention, is given. In top view, the lace (10), male connection component (20), female connection component (30) and lace mounting component (40) may be seen clearly. In the Figure 4, view of A-A section is given. According to the figure, the lace (10) ends are fixed by passing them though the lace hole (41 ), fitting into the lace assembly component (40) and tiying a knot (1 1 ). Then, one of the lace mounting components (40) is mounted into male connection component by passing through the bolt surface (42) and rotating within the male component gear (22); the other is mounted into the female connection component (30) by passing through bolt surface (42) and rotating within the female component gear (32). And then, the fastener protrusion (23) in the male connection component (20) is fixed into the fastener cove (33) in the female connection component (30) by applying compression. This mechanism functions in the same way particularly with the fastener connections used in the textile sector. Afterwards, the female connection component (30) and male connection component (20) are rotated for degree 90°in direction A or B for the purpose of preventing the fastener mechanism from being seperated from each other automatically (Figure 1 ). In such case, the locking clamp (21 ) in the male connection component (20) is fitted into the locking housing (31 ) in the female connection component and locking is provided. The user may inactivate the lock by rotating the female connection component (30) and male connection component (20) for degree 90° in direction A or B (figure 1 ) and disconnect the female connection component (30) and male connection component (20) connected each other with the fastener.
In the Figure 5, the perspective view of the male connection component (20) is given. The fastener protrusion (23) and locking clamp (21 ) components may be seen more clearly in the figure. In the Figure 6, the perspective view of the female connection component (30) is given. Flere, fastener cove (33), locking housing (31 ) and female component gear (32) components may be seen more clearly. The components providing the lace connection structuring (1 ) that is the subject of the invention are male connection component (2), female connection component (30) and lace mounting component (4), these components may be manufactured from plastic or metal materials. The component constituting the lace connection structuring (1 ) may be already used in laces (10) in different type and lenghts. The lace (10) component is not included into the structruing (1 ). Any user who has male connection component (20), female connection component (30) and lace mounting component (40) may apply the lace connection structuring (1 ) onto any lace he/she has already held. The user may supply the lace connection structuring (1 ) without lace (10), he/she can use it on different types of shoes or products containing lace (10). The user can select the laces (10) by himself/herself. He/she may use the lace connection structuring (1 ) by adjusting the lenght of laces he/she has already held or in other shoes.
