Abstract

본 발명은 텀블러에 관한 것으로, 분리가능한 내컵과 자석을 이용하여 외컵과 내컵을 고정시켜 외컵과 내컵의 결합형태를 유지하여 음료 음용시 음료의 유출이 없도록 하고, 세척시에는 내컵을 외컵에서 분리할 수 있어 용이하게 세척이 가능하게 하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.

Description

[규칙 제26조에 의한 보정 10.04.2019]　자석을 이용하여 세척이 쉬운 텀블러
본 발명은 자석과 내컵을 활용하여 세척이 쉽도록 고안한 텀블러에 관한것이다.
본 발명의 텀블러는 분리가능한 내컵과 자석을 이용하여 외컵과 내컵을 고정시켜 음료 음용시 내컵 외부로 음료가 새지 않게 한다.
세척시에는 내컵을 외컵과 분리할 수 있어 위생적인 세척이 가능하다.
일반적으로 텀블러는 바닥이 납작한 큰 잔을 일컫는 것으로 다량의 음료 등을 담아 보관하여 음용할 수 있도록 개폐가능한 이중컵 구조를 갖는 컵이다.
텀블러는 일반적인 컵이나 머그컵 등에 비해 높이가 높고 용기의 폐쇄성이 높아 직접 손을 이용하여 세척을 하기 어렵고, 이러한 문제점으로 일반적으로 텀블러 세척시 솔을 이용하는 등의 불편함이 있다.
상기의 텀블러는 내컵을 외컵과 분리하고 자석을 이용하여 음료 음용시 내컵 외로 음료가 유출되지 않도록 할 수 있어, 개선된 형태의 텀블러라 할 수 있다.
상기한것과 같이 일반적인 텀블러는 높이가 높아 직접 세척이 어렵고, 세척시에는 기구를 사용해야 하며 세척시 세척상태를 육안으로 확인하기 어렵다.
본 발명은 내컵과 자석을 이용해 내컵을 분리하여 직접 세척이 가능하기 때문에 기존 문제를 해결할 수 있다.
상기한 바와 같은 본 발명의 목적을 달성하고, 후술하는 본 발명의 특징적인 효과를 실현하기 위한 본 발명의 특징적인 구성은 다음과 같다.
본 발명은 내컵이 있으며 하단의 내컵이 움직여 음료가 유출되는 것을 방지하기 위해 내컵에 자석 또는 철제 소재를 부착/함유하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
손잡이가 있는 경우 손잡이에 자석 또는 철제 소재를 부착/함유하여 내컵과 손잡이 사이에 자성을 발생시켜 음용시 음료가 유출되지 않도록 하고, 손잡이가 없는 경우에는 대신 외컵에 자석 또는 철제 소재를 부착/함유하여 외컵과 내컵 사이에 자성을 발생시켜 음료의 유출을 방지하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
내컵은 분리하여 만들수 있고, 내컵을 외컵에서 분리하는 경우에 내컵도 분리되기 때문에 세척을 쉽게 할수 있는 것을 그 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 외컵의 하단에 구멍을 내어 외컵의 세척을 손쉽게 하는 것을 그 특징으로 한다.
본 발명을 통해 텀블러 세척시 일반적인 텀블러보다 손쉬운 세척이 가능하여 위생적인 텀블러 사용이 가능하다.

평소에는 내컵 및 외컵을 결합하여 사용하고, 세척시에는 내컵과 외컵을 분리하여 사용한다.
손잡이가 있는 텀블러의 경우 음용시, 음료 보관시 또는 운반시 등 평소에는 손잡이와 내컵 및 외컵을 결합하여 사용한다.
세척시에는 손잡이를 분리하면 내컵과 외컵이 분리되므로 내컵과 외컵을 따로 세척할 수 있고, 손잡이를 분리하지 않더라도 내컵과 외컵을 같이 세척하는 것이 가능하다.
손잡이가 없는 텀블러의 경우 음용시, 음료 보관시 또는 운반시 등 평소에는 내컵 및 외컵을 결합하여 사용한다.
세척시에는 내컵과 외컵을 분리하여 따로 세척할 수 있고, 내컵과 외컵을 같이 세척하는 것도 가능하다.
이하 본 발명의 텀블러의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 구성과 작용을 첨부도면에 의하여 더욱 자세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명의 실시 예의 설명은 한정적인 의미로 설명하는 것이 아니며, 도면의 각 부분은 여러 측면에 걸쳐서 동일하거나 유사한 기능을 수행하는 부분을 지칭한다.
본 발명의 텀블러는 컵의 외부를 구성하고 있는 외컵, 외컵의 액체가 쉽게 외부로 유출될 수 있도록 하는 외컵 구멍, 내컵 중 하단을 구성하고 있으며 자석 또는 철제 소재를 부착/함유한 하단 내컵 자석면이 있는 하단 내컵, 그리고 자석 또는 철제 소재를 부착/함유하고 있어 외컵의 자석면에 부착시 하단 내컵 자석면을 통해 하단 내컵을 당겨주어 액체가 유출되지 않도록 하는 손잡이로 구성되어 있다. 손잡이를 사용하지 않는 경우에는 외컵에 자석 또는 철제 소재를 부착/함유하여 내컵을 당겨주도록 한다.
상기 외컵, 내컵 및 손잡이는 일반적인 텀블러의 특성상 원형을 이루고 있을 수 있으나, 원형을 제외한 다른 형태로 제작가능함은 물론이다. 또한 일반적인 텀블러의 특성상 상단부는 넓게 하단부는 좁게 제작하는 것이 일반적이나 그 또한 본 발명의 특성을 활용하는 경우 다른 형태로 제작 가능함은 물론이다.
또한 도면에서는 사용의 편의상 외컵 하단에 구멍을 내서 액체가 외컵의 외부로 쉽게 빠져나올 수 있도록 고안하였으나, 손잡이와 내컵, 또는 외컵과 내컵과의 자성이 통하는 경우 구멍을 내지 않고 다른 방법으로 제작 가능하며, 손잡이와 내컵, 또는 외컵과 내컵간 자성이 통하는 위치도 반드시 도면과 일치하지 않고 다른 형태로 제작 가능하고, 손잡이의 형태 또한 반드시 도면과 일치하지 않고 다른 형태로 제작 가능함은 물론이다.
상기의 외컵, 내컵은 결합시 음료가 내컵의 외부로 새지않도록 설계되어야 하고, 내컵과 손잡이, 또는 내컵과 외컵의 자성을 통해 내컵을 외컵에 고정시켜 텀블러 내의 음료를 음용시 또는 운반시 외컵, 내컵 및 손잡이의 결합형태가 훼손되지 않도록 하여 음료의 내컵 외로의 유출을 방지한다.
하단 내컵 자석면과 손잡이 또는 내컵 자셕면과 외컵 자석면과의 자성은 텀블러를 거꾸로 세우더라도 외컵과 내컵의 결합형태가 훼손되지 않도록 강력해야 하고, 또한 철로 된 바닥에 텀블러를 놓았을때 텀블러를 들었을 경우 외컵, 내컵의 결합형태가 훼손되지 않도록 아래쪽 철제물건과 손잡이, 내컵 자석면, 외컵 자석면간의 자성은 손잡이 또는 외컵 자석면과 내컵 자석면간의 자성보다 약해야 한다.
손잡이를 외컵에서 분리시 손잡이와 내컵 자석면간의 자성이 소멸하므로 내컵을 외컵으로부터 분리 가능하기 때문에 쉽게 세척이 가능하다.
손잡이가 없는 경우 내컵을 외컵 밖으로 밀면 내컵 자석면과 외컵 자석면간 자성이 소멸하므로 내컵을 외컵으로부터 분리 가능하다.
내컵이 둘 이상으로 분리된 경우 외컵, 상단 내컵 및 하단 내컵은 결합시 음료가 내컵의 외부로 새지않도록 설계되어야 하고, 하단 내컵 자석면과 손잡이, 또는 하단 내컵 자석면과 외컵 사이의 자성을 통해 하단 내컵을 고정시켜 텀블러 내의 음료를 음용시 또는 운반시 외컵, 상단 내컵 및 하단 내컵의 결합형태가 훼손되지 않도록 하여 음료의 내컵 외로의 유출을 방지한다.
손잡이와 하단 내컵 자석면, 또는 외컵과 하단 내컵 자석면간의 자성이 소멸하면 하단 내컵을 상단 내컵과 외컵으로부터 분리 가능하며, 상단 내컵 또한 결합을 유지하고 있는 하단 내컵이 분리되었으므로 외컵으로부터 분리 가능하기 때문에 쉽게 세척이 가능하다
일반적으로 텀블러를 기울인 상태에서 내컵을 외컵으로부터 분리하기 때문에 외컵 내부에 액체가 접촉하는 일은 드물것이나, 외컵 내부에 액체가 접촉되어 외컵 내부의 세척이 필요한 경우, 외컵 구멍을 통해 세척수를 쉽게 배출할 수 있으므로 용이하게 세척이 가능하다.
세척후에는 다시 외컵에 내컵 및 손잡이를 결합하여 본래의 결합상태를 유지하도록 한다.
이상에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 대하여 도시하고 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 상술한 특정의 실시 예에 한정되지 아니하며, 청구범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 다양한 변형 실시나 응용이 가능한 것은 물론이고, 이러한 변형 실시나 응용 예는 본 발명의 기술적 사상이나 전망으로부터 개별적으로 이해되어서는 안 될 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 자석을 이용하여 내컵을 외컵과 분리 및 결합 할 수 있는 텀블러
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    내컵에 자석 또는 철제 소재가 부착/함유하고, 손잡이에도 자석 또는 철제 소재를 부착/함유하여 외컵, 내컵 및 손잡이 결합시 내컵과 손잡이간 자성을 발생시켜 텀블러 내의 음료를 음용시 또는 운반시 외컵 및 내컵의 결합형태가 훼손되지 않도록 하여 음료가 내컵 외부로 유출되지 않도록 하는 텀블러
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    내컵을 외컵에서 분리시 외컵의 세척이 용이하도록 외컵의 바닥면에 구멍을 내어 세척수가 쉽게 외부로 유출될 수 있도록 고안한 텀블러
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    내컵에 자석 또는 철제 소재가 부착/함유하고, 외컵에도 자석 또는 철제 소재를 부착/함유하여 외컵, 내컵 결합시 내컵과 외컵간 자성을 발생시켜 텀블러 내의 음료를 음용시 또는 운반시 외컵 및 내컵의 결합형태가 훼손되지 않도록 하여 음료가 내컵 외부로 유출되지 않도록 하는 텀블러
  5. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    내컵이 둘 이상으로 분리되어 있으며 손잡이를 본체에서 제거시 외컵과 내컵이 분리되는 것이 가능한 텀블러
  6. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    손잡이를 제거시 하단 내컵과 손잡이간 자성이 소멸하여 내컵이 외컵에서 분리될 수 있는 텀블러
  7. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    손잡이를 외컵에 부착시 손잡이로 인해 텀블러가 넘어지지 않도록 바닥을 움푹하게 만들어 자력이 손잡이와 내컵 사이에 발생하도록 하는 텀블러
