电动牙刷属于清洁牙齿的工具,与普通牙刷相比,电动牙刷可以更彻底清除牙菌斑、减少牙龈炎、牙周病和牙龈出血等口腔疾病。电动牙刷一般通过电动机芯的快速旋转或震动,使刷头产生高频震动,瞬间将牙膏分解成细微泡沫,伸入清洁牙缝;以此同时,刷毛的颤动能促进口腔的血液循环,对牙龈组织可进行按摩。
技术问题
电动牙刷通常具有充电座,而充电座样式多种,如无线充电座、弹针式充电座、接插式充电座等等。目前,传统的充电座只能单纯用于为电动牙刷充电,其用途单一,给用户使用过程中带来了诸多的不便。比如,有些用户每次使用充电座充电完后,都会随意放置在不同的地点,下次需要充电时,寻找比较麻烦。此外,电动牙刷使用后,经常被随手放置在漱口杯旁或者柜台的边缘处。如果电动牙刷不小心被碰落到地上,就很容易出现损坏的情况。
因此,现有的电动牙刷和充电座还有待于改进,以提高用户的使用体验。
技术解决方案
基于此,有必要针对现有的电动牙刷和充电座之间的用途单一、使用不方便的问题,提供一种多用途、使用方便的电动牙刷、充电座及电动牙刷收纳与充电二合一机构。
一种电动牙刷收纳与充电二合一机构,包括电动牙刷及与所述电动牙刷底部电连接的充电座,所述电动牙刷包括刷头及与所述刷头连接的手柄,所述手柄包括壳体,所述壳体设有第一磁铁,所述充电座设有第二磁铁,当所述充电座收纳所述电动牙刷时,所述壳体与所述充电座通过所述第一磁铁与第二磁铁相互吸附连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述充电座包括外壳,所述外壳上设有用于收容所述手柄底部的容置槽和用于收纳所述壳体的收纳槽,所述容置槽位于所述收纳槽内,且所述容置槽的底壁低于所述收纳槽的底壁,所述第二磁铁对应所述收纳槽的位置设置。
在其中一个实施例中,所述手柄还包括端盖,所述端盖盖合连接于所述壳体的下端,所述刷头连接于所述壳体的上端,所述端盖上设有导电端子,所述容置槽的底壁上设有连接端子,所述导电端子为片状结构或针状结构,所述连接端子为针状结构或片状结构,当所述电动牙刷与所述充电座充电时,所述导电端子与所述连接端子相互抵持而电性导通。
在其中一个实施例中,所述端盖还设有第三磁铁,所述容置槽还设有第四磁铁,所述第三磁铁和第四磁铁相互吸附,以使所述导电端子与所述连接端子紧密连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述充电座还包括后盖和挂壁支架,所述后盖盖合连接于所述外壳背离所述容置槽的一侧上,所述挂壁支架包括支架本体和双面胶,所述支架本体与所述后盖可拆卸连接,所述双面胶设置于所述支架本体远离所述后盖的一侧上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述支架本体上设有第五磁铁,所述第五磁铁与所述第四磁铁相互吸附,以使所述支架本体与所述后盖磁吸连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述支架本体上设有卡扣结构,所述后盖远离所述外壳的一侧上设有扣合槽,所述卡扣结构与所述扣合槽卡扣连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述卡扣结构上设有第五磁铁,所述第五磁铁与所述第四磁铁相互吸附,以使所述卡扣结构与所述扣合槽紧密连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述充电座还包括充电接口和软塞,所述充电接口用于外接电源,所述软塞设置于所述充电接口上。
一种电动牙刷,所述电动牙刷包括刷头及与所述刷头连接的手柄,所述手柄包括壳体,所述壳体设有第一磁铁,当所述电动牙刷通过设有第二磁铁的充电座收纳时,所述第一磁铁与所述第二磁铁相互吸附。
在其中一个实施例中,所述手柄还包括端盖,所述端盖盖合连接于所述壳体的下端,所述刷头连接于所述壳体的上端,所述端盖设有第三磁铁,所述充电座还设有第四磁铁,当所述电动牙刷通过所述充电座充电时,所述第三磁铁与所述第四磁铁相互吸附。
一种充电座,所述充电座设有第二磁铁,当所述充电座收纳手柄的壳体设有第一磁铁的电动牙刷时,所述第一磁铁与所述第二磁铁相互吸附。
在其中一个实施例中,所述充电座包括外壳,所述外壳上设有用于收容手柄底部的容置槽和用于收纳所述壳体的收纳槽,所述容置槽位于所述收纳槽内,且所述容置槽的底壁低于所述收纳槽的底壁,所述第二磁铁对应所述收纳槽的位置设置。
有益效果
本申请的技术方案通过采用在电动牙刷手柄的壳体内部设有第一磁铁,充电座的内部设有第二磁铁,当充电座收纳电动牙刷时,利用磁铁相吸原理,使壳体与充电座相互吸附连接,达到充电座收纳电动牙刷得目的。本申请充电座实现既能充电又能收纳的一途两用的功能,不仅有效地解决用户使用充电座放置的地点不一样而导致找不到的问题,符合电动牙刷可以随时充电的需求;还解决电动牙刷平时收纳的问题,使电动牙刷和充电座的使用变得更加方便、实用、安全、美观,从而提高用户的使用体验。

针对现有的电动牙刷和充电座之间的用途单一、使用不方便的问题,提供一种多用途、使用方便的电动牙刷、充电座及电动牙刷收纳与充电二合一机构。下面通过实施例结合附图进行说明。
实施例一
请参考图1至图3,在本申请一实施例中,该电动牙刷收纳与充电二合一机构10包括电动牙刷100及与电动牙刷100底部电连接的充电座200。电动牙刷100包括刷头110及与刷头110连接的手柄120。手柄120包括壳体121。壳体121设有第一磁铁122。充电座200设有第二磁铁210。当充电座200收纳电动牙刷100时,壳体121与充电座200通过第一磁铁122与第二磁铁210相互吸附连接。
该充电座200可以用于为电动牙刷100进行充电。其中,电动牙刷100和充电座200的整体都是由塑胶材料制成,该材料可为PP(聚丙烯)、PA(聚酰胺)、PC(聚碳酸酯)、PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)、ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)、PS(聚苯乙烯)、PBT(聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇脂)或PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂)。电动牙刷100优选采用与普通的手动牙刷相同的硬质材料,便于节省材料研发和制造成本。刷头110与手柄120之间可为卡合连接或螺纹旋转的可拆卸连接,还可以是一体成型固定连接。
壳体121为中空结构,主要用于容置电动牙刷100的主要零部件,比如干电池、微型直流电机等,而第一磁铁122可固定安装于壳体121的内部。第一磁铁122的形状不限。第二磁铁210固定安装于充电座200的内部,第二磁铁210的形状不限,第二磁铁210与第一磁铁122形状相同且相对平行设置。可以理解的是,为了提高吸附的效果,第一磁铁122可紧贴壳体121的内壁设置,第二磁铁210也设置在充电座200靠近电动牙刷100一侧的内壁上,使第一磁铁122和第二磁铁210之间的距离最小,吸力最大,保证收纳的效果。同时,可优先选择将第一磁铁122安装位置设置在电动牙刷100的重心位置,使整体受到的磁铁的吸附力达到均衡,避免出现头重脚轻或者头轻脚重从而导致失衡而脱落的情况发生。
本申请的技术方案通过采用在电动牙刷100手柄120的壳体121内部设有第一磁铁122,充电座200的内部设有第二磁铁210,当充电座200收纳电动牙刷100时,利用磁铁相吸原理,使壳体121与充电座200相互吸附连接,达到充电座200收纳电动牙刷100得目的。本申请充电座200实现既能充电又能收纳的一途两用的功能,不仅有效地解决用户使用充电座200放置的地点不一样而导致找不到的问题,符合电动牙刷100可以随时充电的需求;还解决电动牙刷100平时收纳的问题,使电动牙刷100和充电座200的使用变得更加方便、实用、安全、美观,从而提高用户的使用体验。
请参考图4至图6,在一实施例中,充电座200包括外壳220,外壳220上设有容置槽221,外壳220上设有用于收容手柄120底部的容置槽221和用于收纳壳体121的收纳槽222,容置槽221位于收纳槽222内,且容置槽221的底壁低于收纳槽222的底壁,第二磁铁210对应收纳槽222的位置设置。容置槽221的形状可以与电动牙刷100底部的形状适配。通过电动牙刷100底部与容置槽221的连接,进一步增大电动牙刷100与充电座200连接的稳定性,对于防水保护也起到一定的效果。收纳槽222形状与电动牙刷100的表面形状相吻合,便于电动牙刷100在收纳过程中的定位,有利于第一磁铁122和第二磁铁210之间快速吸附固定,达到充电座200对电动牙刷100快速收纳目的。因此,用户无论是收纳还是拿取电动牙刷100,都可以达到即放即收,即取即用的效果,操作简单,使用方便,进一步提高用户的使用体验。
另外,容置槽221和收纳槽222合理地设置在一起,充分利用各自不同的使用特点,不仅减少充电座200的整体体积大小,从而减少所占的使用空间的大小;还可利用电动牙刷100本身对容置槽221进行遮挡,防止盥洗室中的水雾轻易地进入容置槽221内,保证使用的安全。进一步地,在收纳的时候,由于容置槽221的底壁低于收纳槽222的底壁,手柄120上的水也不会与容置槽221上充电位置接触,防止触电的情况发生。如此,设计安全、新颖、环保、实用性强。
需要说明的是,收纳槽222和容置槽221的数量可以都是一个,也可以是一个容置槽221或者多个容置槽221对应多个收纳槽222。这样方便多个家庭成员共同使用同一个充电座200进行充电和收纳,符合不同用户的需求,降低用户的购买成本,易于推广应用。
请参考图2和图4,在一实施例中,手柄120还包括端盖123。端盖123盖合连接于壳体121的下端,刷头110连接于壳体121的上端。端盖123上设有导电端子124。容置槽221的底壁上设有连接端子223。导电端子124为片状结构或针状结构,连接端子223为针状结构或片状结构。当电动牙刷100与充电座200充电时,导电端子124与连接端子223相互抵持而电性导通。具体地,端盖123的设有利于壳体121内部零部件的更换,使得电动牙刷100整体拆卸或组装操作方便简单。另外,若导电端子124呈片状结构,连接端子223为针状结构;或者导电端子124呈针状结构,连接端子223为片状结构。在本实施例中,导电端子124呈片状结构,可通过粘接的方式直接粘接在端盖123的底部上,减少加工工艺,提高生产效率。而连接端子223则呈针状结构,安装在充电座200内部且部分外露在容置槽221的底壁上。通过针状结构的顶部与片状结构的端面配合连接,任意旋转电动牙刷100时,都能让其处于良好的充电状态。
进一步地,请参考图2和图4,导电端子124与电池20电连接。通过导电端子124给电池20充电,电池20为可充电电池,如锂离子电池,能起到储备电能的作用。
请参考图4,在一实施例中,端盖123设有第三磁铁125。容置槽221还设有第四磁铁224。第三磁铁125和第四磁铁224相互吸附,以使导电端子124与连接端子223紧密连接。具体地,第三磁铁125与第四磁铁224沿轴心方向呈对称分布,使磁铁的磁性处于最好状态,采用磁铁相吸原理,能够增强导电端子124与连接端子223的连接,大大提高吸附强度,使得电动牙刷100与充电座200在无论处于竖放或横放等多种状态,也可充分接触一起,保证充电稳定性。
请参考图6至图8,在一实施例中,充电座200还包括后盖230和挂壁支架240。后盖230盖合连接于外壳220背离容置槽221的一侧上。挂壁支架240包括支架本体241和双面胶244,支架本体241与后盖230可拆卸连接,双面胶244设置于支架本体241远离后盖230的一侧上。
具体地,通过挂壁支架240的设置,可将电动牙刷100和充电座200直接悬挂在盥洗室的墙壁上,具有两方面的好处:一方面,可根据客户的身高要求进行设置,方便拿取,便于用户的使用;另一方面,使充电座200远离盥洗盆等水源的地方,保证充电的安全。
其中一种悬挂方式是采用双面胶244将支架本体241直接粘贴墙壁上。双面胶244采用的是泡棉双面胶。泡棉双面胶具有粘着力强、保持力佳、防水性能好、耐温性强、防紫外线能力强的特性,适于在盥洗室等潮湿的环境使用。如此设置,工艺简单,操作方便,成本低。
另外,挂壁支架240与后盖230之间可拆卸连接的方式可以有多种,比磁吸连接、卡扣连接或者螺纹连接等其中一种或者几种组合,在此不作具体的限制。如此设置,使充电座200可以随时拆卸,随意改变充电的地点,实现使用方式的多样化。
当挂壁支架240与后盖230之间为磁吸连接时,支架本体241上设有第五磁铁243,第五磁铁243与第四磁铁224相互吸附,以使支架本体与后盖磁吸连接。磁吸连接的方式安装比较方便,便于用户的使用。
当挂壁支架240与后盖230之间为卡扣连接时,支架本体241上设有卡扣结构242,后盖230远离外壳220的一侧上设有扣合槽231,卡扣结构242与扣合槽231卡扣连接。卡扣连接的方式安装比较牢固,使用寿命可以延长。
进一步地,卡扣结构242上设有第五磁铁243,第五磁铁243与第四磁铁224相互吸附,以使卡扣结构242与扣合槽231紧密连接。当挂壁支架240与后盖230之间为既可以磁吸连接又可以卡扣连接时,第五磁铁243与第四磁铁224之间的吸附对挂壁支架240与后盖230扣合后具有定位的作用,使充电座200相对墙壁不会出现晃动,提高了收纳的稳定性,进一步方便用户的使用。
请参考图3和图6,在一实施例中,充电座200还包括充电接口250和软塞260,充电接口250用于外接电源,软塞260设置于充电接口250上。软塞260采用软性塑料制成。当充电座200处于不充电状态的时候,可以用软塞260封堵在充电接口250上,防止水雾进入充电接口250内,提高充电座200使用的安全性。
实施例二
请参考图1至图4,在本申请一实施例中,电动牙刷100包括刷头110及与刷头110连接的手柄120。手柄120包括壳体121。壳体121设有第一磁铁122。当电动牙刷100通过设有第二磁铁210的充电座200收纳时,第一磁铁122与第二磁铁210相互吸附。进一步地,手柄120还包括端盖123。端盖123盖合连接于壳体121的下端,刷头110连接于壳体121的上端。端盖123设有第三磁铁125。充电座200还设有第四磁铁224。当电动牙刷100通过充电座200充电时,第三磁铁125与第四磁铁224相互吸附。
实施例三
请参考图2、图5和图6,在本申请一实施例中,充电座200设有第二磁铁210,当充电座200收纳手柄120的壳体121设有第一磁铁122的电动牙刷100时,第一磁铁122与第二磁铁210相互吸附。进一步,充电座200包括外壳220。外壳220上设有用于收容手柄120底部的容置槽221和用于收纳壳体121的收纳槽222。容置槽221位于收纳槽222内,且容置槽221的底壁低于收纳槽222的底壁,第二磁铁210对应收纳槽222的位置设置。
能够知道,实施一中关于电动牙刷和充电座的描述同样适用于实施二和实施三。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种电动牙刷收纳与充电二合一机构,包括电动牙刷及与所述电动牙刷底部电连接的充电座,所述电动牙刷包括刷头及与所述刷头连接的手柄,其特征在于,所述手柄包括壳体,所述壳体设有第一磁铁,所述充电座设有第二磁铁,当所述充电座收纳所述电动牙刷时,所述壳体与所述充电座通过所述第一磁铁与第二磁铁相互吸附连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷收纳与充电二合一机构,其特征在于,所述充电座包括外壳,所述外壳上设有用于收容所述手柄底部的容置槽和用于收纳所述壳体的收纳槽,所述容置槽位于所述收纳槽内,且所述容置槽的底壁低于所述收纳槽的底壁,所述第二磁铁对应所述收纳槽的位置设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电动牙刷收纳与充电二合一机构,其特征在于,所述手柄还包括端盖,所述端盖盖合连接于所述壳体的下端,所述刷头连接于所述壳体的上端,所述端盖上设有导电端子,所述容置槽的底壁上设有连接端子,所述导电端子为片状结构或针状结构,所述连接端子为针状结构或片状结构,当所述电动牙刷与所述充电座充电时,所述导电端子与所述连接端子相互抵持而电性导通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电动牙刷收纳与充电二合一机构,其特征在于,所述端盖还设有第三磁铁,所述容置槽还设有第四磁铁,所述第三磁铁和第四磁铁相互吸附,以使所述导电端子与所述连接端子紧密连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电动牙刷收纳与充电二合一机构,其特征在于,所述充电座还包括后盖和挂壁支架,所述后盖盖合连接于所述外壳背离所述容置槽的一侧上,所述挂壁支架包括支架本体和双面胶,所述支架本体与所述后盖可拆卸连接,所述双面胶设置于所述支架本体远离所述后盖的一侧上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电动牙刷收纳与充电二合一机构,其特征在于,
    所述支架本体上设有第五磁铁,所述第五磁铁与所述第四磁铁相互吸附,以使所述支架本体与所述后盖磁吸连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电动牙刷收纳与充电二合一机构,其特征在于,所述支架本体上设有卡扣结构,所述后盖远离所述外壳的一侧上设有扣合槽,所述卡扣结构与所述扣合槽卡扣连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电动牙刷收纳与充电二合一机构,其特征在于,所述卡扣结构上设有第五磁铁,所述第五磁铁与所述第四磁铁相互吸附,以使所述卡扣结构与所述扣合槽紧密连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的电动牙刷收纳与充电二合一机构,其特征在于,所述充电座还包括充电接口和软塞,所述充电接口用于外接电源,所述软塞设置于所述充电接口上。
  10. 一种电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述电动牙刷包括刷头及与所述刷头连接的手柄,所述手柄包括壳体,所述壳体设有第一磁铁,当所述电动牙刷通过设有第二磁铁的充电座收纳时,所述第一磁铁与所述第二磁铁相互吸附。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述手柄还包括端盖,所述端盖盖合连接于所述壳体的下端,所述刷头连接于所述壳体的上端,所述端盖设有第三磁铁,所述充电座还设有第四磁铁,当所述电动牙刷通过所述充电座充电时,所述第三磁铁与所述第四磁铁相互吸附。
  12. 一种充电座,其特征在于,所述充电座设有第二磁铁,当所述充电座收纳手柄的壳体设有第一磁铁的电动牙刷时,所述第一磁铁与所述第二磁铁相互吸附。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的充电座,其特征在于,所述充电座包括外壳,所述外壳上设有用于收容手柄底部的容置槽和用于收纳所述壳体的收纳槽,所述容置槽位于所述收纳槽内,且所述容置槽的底壁低于所述收纳槽的底壁,所述第二磁铁对应所述收纳槽的位置设置。
