Description

一种呼叫方法及终端设备 技术领域
本申请涉及无线通信技术领域,特别涉及一种呼叫方法及终端设备。
背景技术
用户在遇到紧急情况时(如危及人身安全等),可以通过终端设备拨打特定的紧急号码,以获得紧急救助服务。通常在一个国家或地区内紧急号码为一些固定的号码,比如,在中国,匪警号码为110。
由于每个国家或地区的紧急号码一般不同,一般只有在对本国的紧急号码比较清楚的情况下,可以快速的拨打相应的紧急号码。然而,如果用户在出国旅游或出差等情况下,可能因为不了解当地的紧急号码,无法及时准确的拨打相应的紧急号码,从而危及生命安全。
发明内容
本申请实施方式的目的在于提供一种呼叫方法及终端设备,用以解决用户如何在不同地区或国家,准确的拨打紧急号码的问题。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种呼叫方法,包括:当终端设备从归属公用陆地移动网络HPLMN漫游到受访公用陆地移动网络VPLMN时,获取所述VPLMN的第一紧急号码列表;所述第一紧急号码列表中包括至少一个紧急号码,所述紧急号码对应至少一个紧急服务类型;
所述终端设备获取第一号码,当所述第一号码属于所述HPLMN的第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且所述第一号码不属于所述第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码时,根据所述第一号码确定第二号码;所述第二号码为所述第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且所述第二号码与所述第一号码对应相同的紧急服务类型;所述终端设备根据所述第二号码发起紧急呼叫。
通过上述方法,当所述第一号码属于第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且不属于所述第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码时,终端设备可以自适应的将第一号码转换为第二号码,由于第二号码为漫游所在地的紧急号码,用户通过终端设备使用HPLMN的紧急号码也可以发起紧急呼叫,解决了用户在不同地区或国家,无法可以准确的拨打紧急号码的问题。
一个可能的实施方式中,当所述第一号码属于所述第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且所述第一号码属于所述第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,则显示所述第一号码在所述第一紧急号码列表中对应的第一紧急服务类型以及所述第一号码在所述第二紧急号码列表中对应的第二紧急服务类型;当所述终端设备获取按照所述第二紧急服务类型进行呼叫的指令时,根据所述第一号码发起紧急呼叫。
通过上述方法,当所述第一号码属于第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且属于所述第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码时,终端设备可以显示第一号码的两个紧急服务类型以供用户选择,从而使得用户能够确定最终需要的紧急服务类型,提高了拨打紧急号码的准确性。
一个可能的实施方式中,当所述终端设备获取按照所述第一紧急服务类型进行呼叫的 指令时,根据所述第一号码确定所述第二号码;所述终端设备根据所述第二号码发起紧急呼叫。
一个可能的实施方式中,所述终端设备根据所述第一号码确定第二号码,包括:当所述终端设备根据所述第一号码在所述第一紧急号码列表中对应的至少一个紧急服务类型,从所述第二紧急号码列表中唯一确定出一个与所述第一号码对应的至少一个紧急服务类型相同或者部分相同的紧急号码,则将确定出的紧急号码作为所述第二号码。
一个可能的实施方式中,所述终端设备根据所述第一号码确定第二号码,包括:当所述终端设备根据所述第一号码在所述第一紧急号码列表中对应的至少一个紧急服务类型,从所述第二紧急号码列表中确定M个紧急号码时,从所述M个紧急号码中确定所述第二号码;M为大于1的整数,针对所述M个紧急号码中的任一紧急号码,该紧急号码在所述第二紧急号码列表中对应的紧急服务类型,与所述第一号码在所述第一紧急号码列表中对应的至少一个紧急服务类型相同或者部分相同。
一个可能的实施方式中,所述终端设备从所述M个紧急号码中确定所述第二号码,包括:所述终端设备显示所述M个紧急号码以及所述M个紧急号码的紧急服务类型,并根据接收到的号码选择指令确定所述第二号码,所述号码选择指令用于从所述M个紧急号码中选择一个紧急号码作为所述第二号码。
通过上述方法,当终端设备从第二紧急号码列表中确定M个紧急号码时,终端设备可以显示M个紧急号码,以及M个紧急号码的紧急服务类型以供用户选择,从而使得用户能够确定最终需要的紧急服务类型,提高了拨打紧急号码的准确性。
一个可能的实施方式中,所述终端设备从所述M个紧急号码中确定所述第二号码,包括:所述终端设备将所述M个紧急号码以及所述M个紧急号码的紧急服务类型转换为语音进行播放,并根据接收到的号码选择指令确定所述第二号码,所述号码选择指令用于从所述M个紧急号码中选择一个紧急号码作为所述第二号码。
通过上述方法,当终端设备从第二紧急号码列表中确定M个紧急号码时,终端设备可以通过语音发送提醒用户,从而使得用户能够确定最终需要的紧急服务类型,提高了拨打紧急号码的准确性。
一个可能的实施方式中,若所述第一号码不属于所述第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且所述第一号码属于所述第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,则根据所述第一号码发起紧急呼叫。
一个可能的实施方式中,所述终端设备获取所述VPLMN的第一紧急号码列表,包括:

第二方面,本申请实施例提供一种终端设备,所述终端设备包括至少一个处理器、存储器,至少一个处理器用于读取并执行所述存储器中存储的计算机指令,以执行上述第一方面或第一方面中任一种可能的设计中的方法。可选的,所述终端设备还可以包括收发机,用于支持所述终端设备进行上述方法中的信息发送和/或接收。可选的,该终端设备可以是终端设备,也可以是终端设备中的装置,如芯片或者芯片系统,其中所述芯片系统包含至少一个芯片,所述芯片系统还可以包括其他电路结构和/或分立器件。

下面将结合附图对本申请实施例作进一步地详细描述。
本申请实施例可以应用于各种移动通信系统,例如:新无线(new radio,NR)系统、全球移动通讯(global system of mobile communication,GSM)系统、码分多址(code division multiple access,CDMA)系统、宽带码分多址(wideband code division multiple access,WCDMA)系统、通用分组无线业务(general packet radio service,GPRS)、长期演进(long term evolution,LTE)系统、先进的长期演进(advanced long term evolution,LTE-A)系统、通用移动通信系统(universal mobile telecommunication system,UMTS)、演进的长期演进(evolved long term evolution,eLTE)系统、未来通信系统等其它通信系统,具体的,在此不做限制。
本申请实施例中,终端设备,可以为具有无线收发功能的设备或可设置于任一设备中的芯片,也可以称为用户设备(user equipment,UE)、接入终端、用户单元、用户站、移 动站、移动台、远方站、远程终端、移动设备、用户终端、无线通信设备、用户代理或用户装置。本申请实施例中的终端设备可以是手机(mobile phone)、平板电脑(Pad)、带无线收发功能的电脑、虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)终端、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)终端、工业控制(industrial control)中的无线终端、无人驾驶(self driving)中的无线终端、远程医疗(remote medical)中的无线终端、智能电网(smart grid)中的无线终端、运输安全(transportation safety)中的无线终端、智慧城市(smart city)中的无线终端、智慧家庭(smart home)中的无线终端等。
如图1所示,为现有技术中紧急号码的呼叫流程示意图。图1中,终端设备驻留在归属公用陆地移动网络(home public land mobile network,HPLMN)中时,终端设备会存储HPLMN对应的紧急号码列表。
需要说明的是,终端设备中存储全球化参数配置文件,全球化参数配置文件中包括每个公用陆地移动网络(public land mobile network,PLMN)对应的紧急号码列表。紧急号码列表与PLMN的标识存在对应关系,终端设备可以根据PLMN的标识,从全球化参数配置文件中获取该PLMN对应的紧急号码列表。
需要说明的是,虽然每个国家或地区的紧急号码可能不同,但是用户拨打紧急号码的原因是相同的,例如发生火灾需要拨打火警号码,生病时需要拨打急救号码,因此第三代伙伴计划(the 3rd generation partnership project,3GPP)在全球化参数配置文件中,定义了多种紧急服务类型(type of emergency service),每种紧急服务类型在不同国家或地区对应相应的紧急号码,因此全球化参数配置文件中,每个紧急号码列表中包括至少一个紧急号码,每个紧急号码对应至少一个紧急服务类型。
在现有标准中,紧急号码列表可以存在两种不同的形式。第一种形式,若移动网络中的核心网采用的是电路交换域(circuit switched domain,CS)技术,则紧急号码列表可以如表1所示。

表1中,号码1至号码6,根据不同国家或地区确定,例如在中国,匪警对应的号码1为110,急救对应的号码2为120,火警对应的号码3为119等,在此不再赘述。类型标识,用于标识紧急服务类型,当终端设备获取到一个紧急号码时,终端设备需要根据该紧急号码,确定该紧急号码的类型标识,终端设备从而可以通过类型标识确定该紧急号码的紧急服务类型。例如,终端设备获取到号码1,则根据号码1确定出类型标识为1,从而可以确定号码1为匪警号码。
第二种形式,若移动网络中的核心网采用的是互联网协议多媒体子系统技术(internet protocol multimedia subsystem,IMS)技术,则紧急号码列表可以如表2所示。

表2中,号码1至号码6,根据不同国家或地区确定。URN,用于标识紧急服务类型,当终端设备获取到一个紧急号码时,终端设备需要根据该紧急号码,确定该紧急号码的URN,终端设备从而可以通过URN确定该紧急号码的紧急服务类型。例如,终端设备获取到号码2,则根据号码2确定出URN为um:service:sos.ambulance,从而可以确定号码2为急救号码。
当终端设备从HPLMN漫游到受访公用陆地移动网络(visited public land mobile network,VPLMN)时,终端设备会重新从全球化参数配置文件中获取VPLMN对应的紧急号码列表,具体可以参考下面的步骤。
步骤101:终端设备的调制解调处理器接收到PLMN变更通知消息,该PLMN变更通知消息用于通知终端设备驻留的PLMN发生变更。
终端设备获取到PLMN变更通知消息,就可以确定已经漫游并注册到VPLMN中,从而可以通过VPLMN与网络进行通信。
步骤102:终端设备的调制解调处理器向终端设备的应用处理器发送VPLMN的标识。
VPLMN标识用于唯一标识VPLMN,可以为VPLMN的移动网络号码(mobile network code),也可以为其它标识,在此不再赘述。终端设备的调制解调处理器通过发送VPLMN的标识,可以使得应用处理器能够根据VPLMN的标识,确定VPLMN对应的紧急号码列表,实现对存储的紧急号码列表的更新。
步骤103:终端设备的应用处理器根据VPLMN的标识将当前存储的紧急号码列表更新为VPLMN对应的紧急号码列表。
终端设备的应用处理器,可以根据VPLMN的标识,从存储的全球化参数配置文件中,获取与VPLMN的标识对应的紧急号码列表,从而实现更新紧急号码列表。
需要说明的是,终端设备获取到VPLMN对应的紧急号码列表之后,在驻留VPLMN期间,不再使用HPLMN对应的紧急号码列表,而是根据VPLMN对应的紧急号码列表确定呼叫的号码是否为紧急号码,具体可以参考步骤104至步骤106。
步骤104:终端设备获取用户输入的呼叫号码。
步骤105:终端设备的应用处理器判断所述呼叫号码是否为VPLMN对应的紧急号码列表中的号码,若是,则转至步骤106,否则转至步骤107。
步骤106:终端设备显示紧急号码拨打界面。
步骤107:终端设备显示普通号码拨打界面。
步骤108:终端设备的应用处理器向调制解调处理器下发拨号命令。
上述流程中,若用户输入的是HPLMN对应的紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,由于该号码不是VPLMN对应的紧急号码列表中的号码,则可能呼叫失败,为此需要一种紧急号码呼叫方法,在用户输入的是HPLMN对应的紧急号码列表中的紧急号码时,也能够实现紧急号码的呼叫。
结合前面的描述,如图2所示,为本申请实施例提供的一种呼叫方法流程示意图。参见图2,该方法包括:
步骤201:当终端设备从HPLMN漫游到VPLMN时,获取所述VPLMN的第一紧急号码列表。
其中,所述第一紧急号码列表中包括至少一个紧急号码,每个紧急号码对应至少一个紧急服务类型。
步骤202:所述终端设备获取第一号码,当所述终端设备确定所述第一号码属于HPLMN的第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且所述第一号码不属于所述第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码时,根据所述第一号码确定第二号码。
其中,所述第二号码为所述第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且所述第二号码与所述第一号码对应相同的紧急服务类型。
需要说明的是,终端设备获取到的第一号码为用户在终端设备中拨号时输入的号码。
步骤203:所述终端设备根据所述第二号码发起紧急呼叫。
通过上述方法,当所述第一号码属于第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且不属于所述第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码时,终端设备可以自适应的将第一号码转换为第二号码,由于第二号码为漫游所在地的紧急号码,用户通过终端设备使用HPLMN的紧急号码也可以发起紧急呼叫,解决了用户在不同地区或国家,无法可以准确的拨打紧急号码的问题。
步骤201中,终端设备漫游到VPLMN中时,可以根据VPLMN的标识,在终端设备存储的全球化参数配置文件中获取第一紧急号码列表,终端设备从而可以将HPLMN的第二紧急号码列表替换为所述第一紧急号码列表。
步骤202中,第一紧急号码列表与第二紧急号码列表之间,可能存在相同的紧急号码,也可能不存在相同的紧急号码,下面根据不同情况分别描述。
第一种可能的场景中,第一紧急号码列表与第二紧急号码列表之间,不存在相同的紧急号码。用户通过终端设备拨打第一号码时,若第一号码为紧急号码,第一号码只可能是属于第一紧急号码列表与第二紧急号码列表中的一个。因此当终端设备确定第一号码属于第二紧急号码列表,且不属于第一紧急号码列表时,可以确定用户需要拨打第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,从而根据第一号码从第一紧急号码列表中确定第二号码。
相应的,当第一号码不属于第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且所述第一号码属于第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,可以确定用户需要拨打第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,终端设备从而可以直接则根据所述第一号码发起紧急呼叫。
第二种可能的场景中,第一紧急号码列表与第二紧急号码列表之间,存在相同的紧急号码。当第一号码属于所述第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且所述第一号码属于所述第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码时,终端设备可以通过显示屏显示第一号码在第一紧急号码列表中对应的第一紧急服务类型以及第一号码在第二紧急号码列表中对应的第二紧急服务类型。
可选的,当第一号码属于所述第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且所述第一号码属于所述第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码时,终端设备也可以将通过语音方式提醒用户从第一紧急服务类型和第二紧急服务类型中选择需要的紧急服务类型,用户可以根据语音提示,触发相应的指令。
终端设备可以根据用户的指令,确定是否将确定第二号码。若终端设备获取按照所述第一紧急服务类型进行呼叫的指令,则确定用户需要拨打第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,从而根据所述第一号码从第一紧急号码列表中确定第二号码;相应的,终端设备若获取按照所述第二紧急服务类型进行呼叫的指令,则可以确定用户需要拨打第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,从而之间根据所述第一号码发起紧急呼叫。
举例来说,第一紧急呼叫列表与第二紧急呼叫列表中均包括紧急号码123。在第一紧急呼叫列表中,紧急号码123对应的紧急服务类型为匪警,紧急号码456对应的紧急服务类型为火警;在第二紧急呼叫列表中,紧急号码123对应的紧急服务类型为火警。当用户通过终端设备拨打123时,终端设备可以通过显示屏显示紧急号码123,并提供紧急服务类型的选项:匪警和火警,具体可以参考图3所示。由于用户处于漫游地,实际想要拨打的是火警,此时用户可以选择火警。终端设备确定用户选择火警,则将紧急号码123转换为漫游地的火警号码,即第一紧急呼叫列表中的紧急号码456,此时终端可以显示拨打的紧急号码456,以及紧急服务类型:火警。具体可以参考图4所示。
本申请实施例中,第一紧急号码列表与第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,可以对应一个或多个紧急服务类型,因此在确定第二号码时,需要根据不同的情况,执行不同的操作,下面分别进行描述。
第一种情况,第一紧急号码列表中,每个紧急号码对应一个紧急服务类型;第二紧急号码列表中,每个紧急号码对应一个紧急服务类型。
在该情况下,终端设备根据第一号码对应的第一紧急服务类型,可以从第二紧急号码列表中确定出一个与所述第一紧急服务类型对应的紧急号码。终端设备可以将第二紧急号码列表中,与所述第一紧急服务类型对应的紧急号码,确定为所述第二号码。
举例来说,在第一紧急号码列表中,112对应的紧急服务类型为匪警,在第二紧急号码列表中,110对应的紧急服务类型为匪警。如图5所示,终端设备漫游到VPLMN后,获取到的用户拨打的第一号码为110,终端设备确定110为属于第二紧急号码列表,且不属于第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码。同时,终端设备确定110在第二紧急号码列表中的紧急服务类型为匪警。为此,终端设备在第一紧急号码列表中选择紧急服务类型为匪警,即112,并将112确定为第二号码。
需要说明的是,若VPLMN中采用的是CS技术,则第二紧急号码列表可以如表1所示,对于终端设备,可以通过紧急服务类型的类型标识,区分紧急服务类型以及紧急服务类型对应的紧急号码,例如匪警的类型标识为2,终端设备可以将第二紧急号码列表中类型标识为2对应的紧急号码确定为匪警的号码。相应的,若VPLMN中采用的是IMS技术,则第二紧急号码列表可以如表2所示,对于终端设备,可以通过紧急服务类型的URN,区分紧急服务类型以及紧急服务类型对应的紧急号码,例如匪警的URN为um:service:sos.police,终端设备可以将第二紧急号码列表中URN为um:service:sos.police对应的紧急号码确定为匪警的号码。
第二种情况,第一紧急号码列表中,存在对应至少两个紧急服务类型的紧急号码;第二紧急号码列表中,每个紧急号码对应一个紧急服务类型。
在该情况下,第一种可能的场景中,终端设备根据所述第一号码在所述第一紧急号码列表中对应的至少一个紧急服务类型,从所述第二紧急号码列表中唯一确定出一个与所述第一号码对应的至少一个紧急服务类型相同或者部分相同的紧急号码,终端设备则将确定出的紧急号码作为所述第二号码。
在该情况下,第二种可能的场景中,所述终端设备可以根据所述第一号码在所述第一紧急号码列表中对应的至少一个紧急服务类型,从所述第二紧急号码列表中确定M个紧急号码;针对所述M个紧急号码中的任一紧急号码,该紧急号码在所述第二紧急号码列表中对应的紧急服务类型,与所述第一号码在所述第一紧急号码列表中对应的至少一个紧急服务类型相同或者部分相同,M为大于1的整数。
此时终端设备可以显示所述M个紧急号码以及所述M个紧急号码的紧急服务类型,并根据接收到的号码选择指令确定所述第二号码,所述号码选择指令用于从所述M个紧急号码中选择一个紧急号码作为所述第二号码,M为大于1的整数。
可选的,终端设备还可以将所述M个紧急号码以及所述M个紧急号码的紧急服务类型转换为语音进行播放,并根据接收到的号码选择指令确定所述第二号码,所述号码选择指令用于从所述M个紧急号码中选择一个紧急号码作为所述第二号码。
举例来说,在第一紧急号码列表中,110对应的紧急服务类型为匪警,120对应的紧急服务类型为急救,119对应的紧急服务类型为火警;在第二紧急号码列表中,911对应的紧急服务类型为匪警、急救以及火警。如图6所示,终端设备漫游到VPLMN后,获取到的用户拨打的第一号码为911,终端设备确定911为属于第二紧急号码列表,且不属于第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码。同时,终端设备确定911在第二紧急号码列表中的紧急服务类型为匪警、急救以及火警。为此,终端设备在显示屏显示110、120以及119,以及每个紧急号码的紧急服务类型,具体可以参考图7所示。若用户选择匪警,终端设备将紧急号码911转换为漫游地的匪警号码110,此时终端可以显示拨打的紧急号码110。具体可以参考图8所示。
第三种情况,第一紧急号码列表中,每个紧急号码对应一个紧急服务类型;第二紧急号码列表中,存在对应至少两个紧急服务类型的紧急号码。
类似于第一种情况,在该情况下,终端设备根据第一号码对应的第一紧急服务类型,可以从第二紧急号码列表中确定出一个与所述第一紧急服务类型对应的紧急号码。终端设备可以将第二紧急号码列表中,与所述第一紧急服务类型对应的紧急号码,确定为所述第二号码。
举例来说,在第一紧急号码列表中,911对应的紧急服务类型为匪警、急救以及火警。在第二紧急号码列表中,110对应的紧急服务类型为匪警,120对应的紧急服务类型为急救,119对应的紧急服务类型为火警。如图9所示,终端设备漫游到VPLMN后,获取到的用户拨打的第一号码为110,终端设备确定110为属于第二紧急号码列表,且不属于第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码。同时,终端设备确定110在第二紧急号码列表中的紧急服务类型为匪警。为此,终端设备将紧急号码110转换为漫游地的匪警号码911,此时终端可以显示拨打的紧急号码911。
下面通过一个具体的实施例描述前面的过程。
如图10所示,为本申请实施例提供的一种呼叫方法流程示意图。
步骤1001:终端设备获取用户拨打的第一号码。
步骤1002:终端设备的应用处理器判断第一号码是否属于VPLMN的第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,若是,则转至步骤1004,否则转至步骤1003。
应用处理器也可以称为处理器,以下不再区分。
步骤1003:终端设备的应用处理器判断第一号码是否属于HPLMN的第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,若是,则转至步骤1005,否则转至步骤1004。
步骤1004:终端设备显示紧急呼叫界面。
紧急呼叫界面可以如图4所示,在此不再赘述。
步骤1005:终端设备显示普通呼叫界面。
举例来说,第一号码为123456789,不属于第一紧急号码列表以及第二紧急号码列表中的号码,此时终端显示的普通呼叫界面可以如图11所示。
步骤1006:终端设备的应用处理器指示终端设备的调制解调处理器下发拨号命令,指示调制解调处理器呼叫第一号码。
调制解调处理器也可以称为收发机,以下不再区分。在图10的流程中,调制解调处理器的功能也可以由应用处理器实现,这里只是示例,并不代表只能由调制解调处理器实现。
步骤1007:终端设备的调制解调处理器判断第一号码是否属于VPLMN的第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,以及是否属于HPLMN的第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码;若第一号码属于第一紧急号码列表,且不属于第二紧急号码列表时,则转至步骤1008;若第一号码属于第二紧急号码列表,且不属于第一紧急号码列表时,则转至步骤1009;若第一号码属于第一紧急号码列表,且属于第二紧急号码列表时,则转至步骤1010;若第一号码不属于第二紧急号码列表,且不属于第一紧急号码列表时,则转至步骤1011。
步骤1008:终端设备的调制解调处理器根据第一号码发起紧急呼叫。
步骤1009:终端设备根据第一号码从第一紧急号码列表中确定第二号码,并根据第二号码发起紧急呼叫。
需要说明的是,终端设备确定第二号码的具体过程,可以参考前面的描述,在此不再赘述。
步骤1010:终端设备显示第一号码在第一紧急号码列表中对应的第一紧急服务类型以及第一号码在第二紧急号码列表中对应的第二紧急服务类型,并获取用户的指令。
若获取到按照所述第一紧急服务类型进行呼叫的指令,则转至步骤1009,否则转至步骤1008。
步骤1011:终端设备的调制解调处理器根据第一号码发起普通呼叫。
需要说明的是,图10所示的流程只是示例,终端设备还可以只通过处理器执行上述所有流程,在此不再赘述。
如图12所示,为本申请实施例提供一种终端设备的结构示意图。该终端设备可以用于执行上述各方法实施例中终端设备的动作,该终端设备1200包括:处理单元1201和获取单元1202。

图13是本申请实施例提供的一种终端设备的结构示意图。图13所示的无线终端设备可以为图12所示的终端设备的一种硬件电路的实现方式。为了便于说明,图13仅示出了 终端设备的主要部件。如图13所示,终端设备1300包括应用耦合到存储器1302的至少一个处理器1301、存储器1302、收发机1303、天线1304以及显示屏1305。至少一个处理器1301主要用于对通信协议以及通信数据进行处理,以及对整个无线终端设备进行控制,执行软件程序,处理软件程序的数据,例如用于支持终端设备执行上述方法实施例中所描述的动作,如,向第一小区发送第一请求消息等。存储器1302主要用于存储软件程序和数据。收发机1303主要用于基带信号与射频信号的转换以及对射频信号的处理,其中收发机也可称为调制解调处理器。天线1304主要用于配合收发机1303收发电磁波形式的射频信号。显示屏1305,主要用于接收用户输入的指令以及对用户显示图像、数据等。终端设备1300还可以包括其他部件,例如扬声器等,在此不再赘述。

    当终端设备从归属公用陆地移动网络HPLMN漫游到受访公用陆地移动网络VPLMN时,获取所述VPLMN的第一紧急号码列表;所述第一紧急号码列表中包括至少一个紧急号码,所述紧急号码对应至少一个紧急服务类型;
    所述终端设备获取第一号码,当所述第一号码属于所述HPLMN的第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且所述第一号码不属于所述第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码时,根据所述第一号码确定第二号码;所述第二号码为所述第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且所述第二号码与所述第一号码对应相同的紧急服务类型;
    所述终端设备根据所述第二号码发起紧急呼叫。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述第一号码属于所述第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且所述第一号码属于所述第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,则显示所述第一号码在所述第一紧急号码列表中对应的第一紧急服务类型以及所述第一号码在所述第二紧急号码列表中对应的第二紧急服务类型;
    当所述终端设备获取按照所述第二紧急服务类型进行呼叫的指令时,根据所述第一号码发起紧急呼叫。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述终端设备获取按照所述第一紧急服务类型进行呼叫的指令时,根据所述第一号码确定所述第二号码;
    所述终端设备根据所述第二号码发起紧急呼叫。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备根据所述第一号码确定第二号码,包括:
    当所述终端设备根据所述第一号码在所述第一紧急号码列表中对应的至少一个紧急服务类型,从所述第二紧急号码列表中唯一确定出一个与所述第一号码对应的至少一个紧急服务类型相同或者部分相同的紧急号码,则将确定出的紧急号码作为所述第二号码。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备根据所述第一号码确定第二号码,包括:
    当所述终端设备根据所述第一号码在所述第一紧急号码列表中对应的至少一个紧急服务类型,从所述第二紧急号码列表中确定M个紧急号码时,从所述M个紧急号码中确定所述第二号码;M为大于1的整数,针对所述M个紧急号码中的任一紧急号码,该紧急号码在所述第二紧急号码列表中对应的紧急服务类型,与所述第一号码在所述第一紧急号码列表中对应的至少一个紧急服务类型相同或者部分相同。

    所述终端设备显示所述M个紧急号码以及所述M个紧急号码的紧急服务类型,并根据接收到的号码选择指令确定所述第二号码,所述号码选择指令用于从所述M个紧急号码中选择一个紧急号码作为所述第二号码。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备从所述M个紧急号码中确定所述第二号码,包括:
    所述终端设备将所述M个紧急号码以及所述M个紧急号码的紧急服务类型转换为语 音进行播放,并根据接收到的号码选择指令确定所述第二号码,所述号码选择指令用于从所述M个紧急号码中选择一个紧急号码作为所述第二号码。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述第一号码不属于所述第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且所述第一号码属于所述第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,则根据所述第一号码发起紧急呼叫。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备获取所述VPLMN的第一紧急号码列表,包括:
    所述终端设备根据所述VPLMN的标识,将所述终端设备存储的全球化参数配置文件中,与所述VPLMN的标识映射的紧急号码列表,确定为所述第一紧急号码列表。
  10. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    存储器,用于存储计算机程序;
    耦合到所述存储器的至少一个处理器,所述至少一个处理器用于获取所述存储器中存储的计算机程序,并根据所述计算机程序执行:当终端设备从归属公用陆地移动网络HPLMN漫游到受访公用陆地移动网络VPLMN时,所述至少一个处理器获取所述VPLMN的第一紧急号码列表;所述第一紧急号码列表中包括至少一个紧急号码,所述紧急号码对应至少一个紧急服务类型;
    获取第一号码,当所述第一号码属于所述HPLMN的第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且所述第一号码不属于所述第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码时,根据所述第一号码确定第二号码;所述第二号码为所述第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且所述第二号码与所述第一号码对应相同的紧急服务类型;根据所述第二号码发起紧急呼叫。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备还包括显示屏;
    当所述第一号码属于所述第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且所述第一号码属于所述第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,所述显示屏显示所述第一号码在所述第一紧急号码列表中对应的第一紧急服务类型以及所述第一号码在所述第二紧急号码列表中对应的第二紧急服务类型;
    当所述至少一个处理器获取按照所述第二紧急服务类型进行呼叫的指令时,根据所述第一号码发起紧急呼叫。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,当所述至少一个处理器获取按照所述第一紧急服务类型进行呼叫的指令时,根据所述第一号码确定所述第二号码;根据所述第二号码发起紧急呼叫。
  13. 根据权利要求10至12任一所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述至少一个处理器具体用于:
    当根据所述第一号码在所述第一紧急号码列表中对应的至少一个紧急服务类型,从所述第二紧急号码列表中唯一确定出一个与所述第一号码对应的至少一个紧急服务类型相同或者部分相同的紧急号码,则将确定出的紧急号码作为所述第二号码。
  14. 根据权利要求10至12任一所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述至少一个处理器具体用于:
    当根据所述第一号码在所述第一紧急号码列表中对应的至少一个紧急服务类型,从所述第二紧急号码列表中确定M个紧急号码时,从所述M个紧急号码中确定所述第二号码;M为大于1的整数;针对所述M个紧急号码中的任一紧急号码,该紧急号码在所述第二 紧急号码列表中对应的紧急服务类型,与所述第一号码在所述第一紧急号码列表中对应的至少一个紧急服务类型相同或者部分相同。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备还包括显示屏;
    所述显示屏显示所述M个紧急号码以及所述M个紧急号码的紧急服务类型;
    所述至少一个处理器根据接收到的号码选择指令确定所述第二号码,所述号码选择指令用于从所述M个紧急号码中选择一个紧急号码作为所述第二号码。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述至少一个处理器还用于;
    将所述M个紧急号码以及所述M个紧急号码的紧急服务类型转换为语音进行播放;
    根据接收到的号码选择指令确定所述第二号码,所述号码选择指令用于从所述M个紧急号码中选择一个紧急号码作为所述第二号码。
  17. 根据权利要求10至16任一所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述至少一个处理器还用于;
    若所述第一号码不属于所述第二紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,且所述第一号码属于所述第一紧急号码列表中的紧急号码,则根据所述第一号码发起紧急呼叫。
  18. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:存储器与至少一个处理器,所述存储器用于存储指令,所述至少一个处理器用于执行所述存储器存储的指令,并且对所述存储器中存储的指令的执行使得,所述至少一个处理器用于执行如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法。
  19. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,包括计算机可读指令,当终端设备读取并执行所述计算机可读指令时,使得所述终端设备执行如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法。
  20. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,包括计算机可读指令,当终端设备读取并执行所述计算机可读指令,使得所述终端设备执行如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法。
