一种紧急号码匹配方法及匹配装置 技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种紧急号码匹配方法及匹配装置。
背景技术
在日常生活中,移动终端的使用者可能会遇到一些情况(例如天然灾害、车祸事故、抢劫等),需要通过移动终端拨打本地紧急号码列表中的紧急号码来寻求帮助。目前,对于紧急电话号码的辨识通常是将一组固定的紧急号码列表储存于终端系统内,如匪警,火警,救护等,当使用者拨出的号码落在该紧急号码列表内时,无论终端当时处于什么状态(如键盘锁、无SIM卡、无服务等),终端系统皆会允许拨出紧急号码并尝试连接紧急电话服务。
终端内的紧急号码列表来源于三个部分:第一部分来自于终端注册的移动网络所下发的紧急号码;第二部分来自终端设备中插入的用户标识模块(SIM,Subscriber Identity Module)卡上预先携带的紧急号码;第三部分来自终端自身预置的紧急号码。目前,绝大多移动网络均已不再向注册本网络的终端下发紧急号码,而且很多运营商所发布的SIM卡中也不会携带紧急号码,因此,目前终端内的紧急号码列表中绝大部分都是由终端自身预置的紧急号码来组成,而且终端自身预置的紧急号码能够在没有插入SIM卡或者服务受限时仍旧可以进行拨打。
全球不同国家或地区的紧急号码是不相同的,终端自身所预置的紧急号码通常根据终端的发售地来进行预置,例如:在中国发售的手机会预置110(匪警),119(火警),120(急救)等紧急号码;而在美国发售的手机会预置911报警号码;在英国发售的手机会预置999报警号码;在德国发售的手机会预置110(匪警),112(火警)等紧急号码;在印度发售的手机会预置100(匪警),101(火警),102(急救)等紧急号码。
各国紧急号码各不相同,而且配置也不一致。同样是110,在中国是紧 急号码,但是在其他国家可能是运营商服务号码,不可以视为紧急号码进行处理。
一般来说,当移动终端在进行国际漫游时,采用目前的紧急号码的配置方法就会造成移动终端无法拨打漫游地的紧急号码,例如,移动终端从中国漫游至印度时,移动终端拨打119无法接通印度的火警电话。这可能会对移动终端用户的人身和财产造成无法弥补的损害。
发明的公开
本发明提供一种紧急号码匹配方法及匹配装置,保证了移动终端在任何情况下都可以获得正确的国家码,从而得到与国家码相匹配的正确的紧急号码,保证了移动终端在国际漫游时可以准确拔打紧急号码。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种紧急号码匹配装置,其设置在移动终端中,该紧急号码匹配装置包含:
存储模块,其用于存储紧急号码映射表、PLMN列表和当前紧急号码表;
处理模块,其用于判断是否存在SIM卡或USIM卡,移动终端的无线通信功能是否可以使用,以及用于更新当前紧急号码表和PLMN列表;
无线通信模块,用于搜索通信网络并将移动终端注册登记或驻留到通信网络中;
提取模块,用于提取国家码;
国家码判断模块,用于将提取模块获得的当前国家码与移动终端上一次获得的国家码进行比较;
查询模块,用于根据当前国家码查询存储模块中的紧急号码映射表,获得与当前国家码匹配的紧急号码列表;
呼叫模块,用于根据紧急号码发起紧急呼叫;
紧急号码确定模块,用于将发售地的紧急号码转换为当前紧急号码表中对应的紧急号码。
所述的紧急号码映射表包含:世界上各个国家的国家码以及与国家码对应的紧急号码列表。
所述的当前紧急号码表用于存储与国家码相匹配的紧急号码列表,移动终端每一次获得与新的国家码匹配的紧急号码列表后,更新当前紧急号码表。
所述的PLMN列表用于存储移动终端从当前注册登记或驻留的通信网络中获取的公共陆地移动网络信息PLMN ID,该公共陆地移动网络信息PLMN ID包含国家码MCC和运营商码MNC,移动终端每一次注册登记或驻留到新的通信网络后,更新PLMN列表。
所述的紧急号码确定模块包含:
号码类型确定模块,用于确定用户拨打的发售地紧急号码的类型;
号码转换模块,用于根据紧急号码的类型查询当前紧急号码列表,获得与拨打类型一致的紧急号码,将该紧急号码作为供呼叫模块拨打的紧急号码。
本发明还提供一种移动终端,该移动终端包含所述的紧急号码匹配装置。
本发明还提供一种紧急号码匹配方法,包含以下步骤:移动终端中预置紧急号码映射表,该紧急号码映射表包含了世界上各个国家的国家码以及与国家码对应的紧急号码列表;
移动终端注册登记到搜索到的通信网络,获得该通信网络的公共陆地移动网络信息PLMN ID,从公共陆地移动网络信息中获得国家码,根据国家码查询紧急号码映射表获得与国家码相匹配的紧急号码列表;
当移动终端无卡时,移动终端驻留到搜索到的通信网络,获得该通信网络的公共陆地移动网络信息PLMN ID,从公共陆地移动网络信息中获得国家码,根据国家码查询紧急号码映射表获得与国家码相匹配的紧急号码列表;
当移动终端无卡且无法使用无线通信功能时,移动终端采用上一次注册登记或驻留通信网络时获得的国家码查询紧急号码映射表获得与国家码相匹配的紧急号码列表。
将所述的公共陆地移动网络信息PLMN ID存储在PLMN列表中,该公共陆地移动网络信息PLMN ID包含国家码MCC和运营商码MNC,移动终端每一次注册登记或驻留到新的通信网络后,更新PLMN列表。
将与国家码相匹配的紧急号码列表存储在当前紧急号码表中,移动终端每一次获得与新的国家码匹配的紧急号码列表后,更新当前紧急号码表。
在确定了与国家码相匹配的紧急号码列表后,如果用户拨打的紧急号码与当前紧急号码表中的紧急号码一致,则直接根据该紧急号码发起紧急呼叫;如果用户拨打的紧急号码与移动终端发售地的国家码对应的紧急号码列表中的紧急号码一致,则将用户拨打的紧急号码转换为当前紧急号码表中对 应的紧急号码,根据转换后的紧急号码发起呼叫。
所述的将用户拨打的紧急号码转换为当前紧急号码表中对应的紧急号码的方法具体包含以下步骤:
确定用户拨打的发售地紧急号码的类型;
根据紧急号码的类型查询当前紧急号码列表,获得与拨打类型一致的紧急号码,将该紧急号码作为供呼叫模块拨打的紧急号码。
本发明通过获取移动终端注册登记的通信网络的国家码来获得与国家码相匹配的紧急号码列表,而当移动终端无卡时,移动终端驻留到搜索到的通信网络,获得该通信网络的公共陆地移动网络信息PLMN ID,从公共陆地移动网络信息中获得国家码,根据国家码查询紧急号码映射表获得与国家码相匹配的紧急号码列表,当移动终端无卡且无法使用无线通信功能时,移动终端采用上一次注册登记或驻留通信网络时获得的国家码查询紧急号码映射表获得与国家码相匹配的紧急号码列表。本发明保证了移动终端在任何情况下都可以获得正确的国家码,从而得到与国家码相匹配的正确的紧急号码,保证了移动终端在国际漫游时可以准确拔打紧急号码。本发明实现简单,便于普及,具有很广阔的适用范围。

实现本发明的最佳方式
以下根据图1~图6,具体说明本发明的较佳实施例。
移动终端可以各种形式来实施。例如,本发明中描述的终端可以包括诸如移动电话、智能电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、个人数字助理(PDA)、 平板电脑(PAD)、便携式多媒体播放器(PMP)、导航装置等等的移动终端,本领域技术人员将理解的是,除了特别用于移动目的的元件之外,根据本发明的实施方式的构造也能够应用于固定类型的终端。
移动终端在开机后,会自动进行网络搜索和初始化,通过基站连接通信系统,所述的通信系统可为采用时分多工接入(Time Division Multiple Access,TDMA)的全球移动通讯系统(Global System for Mobile Communications,GSM)、通用封包无线服务系统(general packet radio service,GPRS)或GSM增强数据率演进系统(enhanced data rates for GSM evolution,EDGE),也就是我们俗称的2G网络。或者,所述的通信系统还可为采用宽带码分多址接入(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)的通用移动电信系统(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System,UMTS),也就是我们俗称的3G网络。或者,所述的通信系统还可为采用正交频分多工(orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing,OFDM)及/或正交频分多址接入(orthogonal frequency-division multiple access,OFDMA)的长期演进系统(Long Term Evolution,LTE)(如3GPP Rel-8/9/10标准)、先进长期演进系统(LTE-Advanced,LTE-A)(如3GPP Rel-11标准)或先进长期演进系统的后继者,也就是我们俗称的4G网络。所述的通信系统并不局限于上述所列,任何可以为移动终端提供通信服务的系统都包含在本发明的通信系统的范围内。
GSM和WCDMA都是基于GSM-MAP核心网,GSM网络可以平滑演进到WCDMA系统。目前欧洲、亚洲、非洲有很多国家已经建立WCDMA系统。所谓的WCDMA和GSM之间的国际漫游是指GSM(或者WCDMA)用户漫游到国外的WCDMA(GSM)网络,利用拜访地WCDMA(GSM)网络来为其提供业务服务。
由于各个国家发展的情况存在一定的差异,例如有的国家只存在GSM网络(比如中国),而有的国家则只建设了WCDMA网络(例如日本),而没有GSM网络。为此3GPP TS 22.100规范指出,WCDMA终端应该可以支持通过GSM的SIM卡来访问WCDMA网络。当然此时WCDMA网络只能为用户提供GSM系统所能提供的那些业务(WCDMA的特有业务,例如视频、高速数据通信无法提供)。用户是否可以通过GSM的SIM卡来访问WCDMA 网络由该WCDMA网络运营商控制。同时3GPP TS 22.101规范指出UMTS系统应该允许WCDMA用户通过GSM终端来访问GSM网。
通用集成电路卡(UICC,Universal Integrated Circuit Card)是一种可移动智能卡,它用于存储用户信息、鉴权密钥、电话簿、短消息等信息。在GSM和3GPP规范中,用户想正常的使用各种业务都必须依靠移动终端中的UICC卡。如果移动终端中没有UICC卡,那么用户只能使用紧急呼叫业务(例如110、119)。UICC卡是定义了物理特性的智能卡的总称,UICC卡可以包含多种逻辑应用,例如用户标识模块(SIM,Subscriber Identity Module)、通用用户标识模块(USIM,Universal Subscriber Identity Module),还可以包含其它应用(电子钱包等)。
SIM卡是GSM网络中移动终端所使用的智能卡,它用于存储各种参数和相关用户信息,例如用户签约信息、鉴权密钥、用户的优选信息、以及短信息。SIM卡中包含下列信息:1、国际移动用户标识(IMSI,International Mobile Subscriber Identity):用户身份标识,用于接入鉴权。2、移动用户ISDN号码(MSISDN,Mobile Subscriber ISDN Number):移动用户的手机号码3、密钥Ki、加密算法A3、A8,用于鉴权4、移动国家码(MCC,Mobile Country Code)、归属PLMN的移动网络码(MNC,Mobile Network Code):网络标识。
USIM卡用于WCDMA网络中,用于存储用户签约信息、鉴权信息、付费方式、用户短消息等。USIM卡中包含下列信息:1、国际移动用户标识(IMSI,International Mobile Subscriber Identity):IMSI是分配给每个用户的唯一标识,该标识对用户来说是不可见的,而对网络来说是可见的。IMSI作为用户标识用于鉴权目的。在IP多媒体子系统(IMS,IP Multimedia Subsystem)中其私有用户标识等价于IMSI。2、移动用户ISDN号码(MSISDN,Mobile Subscriber ISDN Number):在该域中存储了分配给用户的一个或者多个电话号码。在IMS中其公共用户标识等价于MSISDN。3、加密密钥(CK,Cipher Key)和完整性密钥(IK,Integrity Key):这些密钥用于空中接口中数据的加密和完整性保护。USIM单独存储在电路域和分组域使用的密钥。4、短消息(SMS,Short Message Service):USIM可以存储短消息以及相关的数据,例如发送者、接收者、状态等。5、短消息参数:该 域用于存储与SMS业务有关的配置数据,例如SMS中心地址、支持的协议等等。6、多媒体消息业务(MMS,Multimedia Message Service)用户连接性参数:该域用于存储与MMS业务相关的配置数据,例如MMS服务器地址、MMS网关地址。7、MMS用户优选信息:该域用于存储与MMS业务有关的用户优选信息,例如发送报告标志、优先级、到期信息等。
相对于SIM卡的单向鉴权(网络鉴权用户),USIM卡鉴权机制采用双向鉴权(除了网络鉴权用户外,用户也鉴权网络),有很高的安全性。与SIM卡电话薄相比,USIM卡电话薄中每个联系人可以对应多个号码或者昵称。相对SIM卡机卡接口速率,USIM卡机卡接口速率大大提高(230kbps)。相对SIM卡对逻辑应用的支持,USIM可以同时支持4个并发逻辑应用。
目前UICC卡一般同时包括USIM和SIM两个模块,此时称为复合USIM卡(它可以兼容GSM终端和WCDMA终端),如果UICC中只包括USIM模块,那么称为纯USIM卡。WCDMA终端在机卡接口上具备后向兼容性,兼容USIM卡(复合USIM卡和纯USIM卡)和GSM的SIM卡。GSM终端兼容GSM的SIM卡和WCDMA的复合USIM卡,不兼容纯USIM卡。WCDMA双模终端无论插入SIM卡或者USIM卡(复合USIM卡或者纯USIM卡)都可以接入GSM无线网络或者WCDMA无线网络。GSM终端插入SIM卡或复合USIM卡只能接入GSM无线网络。SIM卡可以应用于GSM、WCDMA、TD-SCDMA系统中。USIM卡可以应用于GSM、WCDMA、TD-SCDMA系统中。
通信系统的基站会发出广播系统消息,广播系统消息中包含MIB(Master Information Block,主信息块)、SB(Scheduling Block,调度块)、SIB(System Information Block,系统信息块)三种。其中主信息块MIB中包含PLMN(Public Land Mobile-communication Network,公众陆地移动网络)信息,该公众陆地移动网络PLMN是由政府或它所批准的经营者为公众提供陆地移动通信业务目的而建立和经营的网络,每个运营商的网络都有对应的PLMN号码进行标识,而公众陆地移动网络PLMN ID由两部分组成,即移动国家码MCC(mobility country code)以及运营商码MNC(Mobile Network Code),MCC国家码可以唯一标识一个国家。
本发明通过移动终端注册的网络来获取国家码(MCC),然后匹配当地 的紧急号码,这样便能使得移动终端在不同国家获取到正确的当地紧急号码,并且使得移动终端在短暂脱网或开启飞行模式等情况下,也可以匹配到正确的紧急号码,保证了紧急号码与国家的正确匹配。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种紧急号码匹配装置,其设置在移动终端中,该紧急号码匹配装置包含:
存储模块101,其用于存储紧急号码映射表、PLMN列表和当前紧急号码表;
处理模块102,其用于判断是否存在SIM卡或USIM卡,移动终端的无线通信功能是否可以使用,以及用于更新当前紧急号码表和PLMN列表;
无线通信模块103,用于搜索通信网络并将移动终端注册登记或驻留到通信网络中;
提取模块104,用于提取国家码;该提取模块可以获取当前注册登记或驻留的通信网络的PLMN ID信息,并进一步从PLMN ID信息中提取所在国家的国家码MCC,作为当前国家码;或者该提取模块可以从存储模块中的PLMN列表中提取上一次更新的国家码MCC,,作为当前国家码;
国家码判断模块105,用于将提取模块获得的当前国家码与移动终端上一次获得的国家码进行比较;
查询模块106,用于根据当前国家码查询存储模块中的紧急号码映射表,获得与当前国家码匹配的紧急号码列表;
呼叫模块107,用于根据紧急号码发起紧急呼叫;
紧急号码确定模块108,用于将发售地的紧急号码转换为当前紧急号码表中对应的紧急号码。
如图2所示,所述的紧急号码映射表包含:国家码以及与国家码对应的紧急号码列表。
较佳地,紧急号码映射表中包含了世界上各个国家的国家码和与之对应的紧急号码列表。比如:中国的国家码是460,紧急号码列表中包含110(匪警),119(火警),120(急救)等;印度的国家码是404,紧急号码列表中包含100(匪警),101(火警),102(急救)等;美国的国家码是310,紧急号码列表中包含911报警号码。
所述的当前紧急号码表进行实时更新。
如图3所示,所述的PLMN列表进行实时更新,该PLMN列表用于存储移动终端从当前注册的通信网络中获取的PLMN ID信息,该PLMN ID信息包含:国家码MCC和运营商码MNC。例如:中国移动的PLMN为46000,其中,460是国家码,00是运营商码;中国联通的PLMN为46001,其中,460是国家码,01是运营商码。
如图4所示,进一步地,所述的紧急号码确定模块108包含:
号码类型确定模块1081,用于确定用户拨打的发售地紧急号码的类型;该类型至少应该包含:匪警、火警、急救等;
号码转换模块1082,用于根据紧急号码的类型查询当前紧急号码列表,获得与拨打类型一致的紧急号码,将该紧急号码作为供呼叫模块拨打的紧急号码。
所述的存储模块101可以采用移动终端中的存储介质,所述的存储介质可以采用闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或DX存储器等等)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、静态随机访问存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等等。
所述的处理模块102、提取模块104、国家码判断模块105、查询模块106、呼叫模块107、紧急号码确定模块108都可以基于移动终端中的处理器实现,所述的处理器可以采用数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理装置(DSPD)、可编程逻辑装置(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等等。
所述的无线通信模块103采用移动终端中的无线通信设备实现。
如图5所示,本发明提供一种紧急号码匹配方法,包含以下步骤:
步骤S1、在移动终端的存储模块中建立紧急号码映射表、PLMN列表和当前紧急号码表;
该紧急号码映射表中预先存储了世界上各个国家的国家码和与之对应的紧急号码列表;
该PLMN列表用于存储移动终端从当前注册的通信网络中或从当前驻留的通信网络中获取的PLMN ID信息,PLMN ID信息包含国家码MCC和运营商码MNC;
所述的当前紧急号码表用于存储与当前国家码MCC对应的紧急号码列 表;
步骤S2、移动终端进行开机初始化;
步骤S3、处理模块判断移动终端中是否存在SIM卡或USIM卡,如果存在,进行步骤S4,如果不存在,进行步骤S5;
步骤S4、无线通信模块进行网络搜索,并注册登记到搜索到的通信网络中,提取模块获取当前通信网络的PLMN ID信息,处理模块将存储模块中的PLMN列表更新为当前的PLMN ID信息,提取模块进一步从PLMN ID信息中提取所在国家的国家码MCC,作为当前国家码,进行步骤S8;步骤S5、处理模块判断移动终端的无线通信功能是否可以使用,如果无法使用,说明移动终端可能处于飞行模式或发生其他异常情况,则进行步骤S6,如果可以使用,进行步骤S7;
步骤S6、提取模块从存储模块中的PLMN列表中提取上一次更新的国家码MCC,作为当前国家码,进行步骤S8;
步骤S7、无线通信模块进行网络搜索,并驻留到搜索到的通信网络中,提取模块获取当前通信网络的PLMN ID信息,处理模块将存储模块中的PLMN列表更新为当前的PLMN ID信息,提取模块进一步从PLMN ID信息中提取所在国家的国家码MCC,作为当前国家码,进行步骤S8;
步骤S8、国家码判断模块将提取到的当前国家码与移动终端上一次获得的国家码进行比较,如果一致,进行步骤S11,如果不一致,进行步骤S9;
步骤S9、查询模块根据当前国家码查询存储模块中的紧急号码映射表,获得与当前国家码匹配的紧急号码列表,进行步骤S10;
步骤S10、处理模块将存储模块中的当前紧急号码表更新为与当前国家码匹配的紧急号码列表,进行步骤S11;
步骤S11、紧急号码确定模块判断用户拨打的紧急号码是否与当前紧急号码表中的紧急号码一致,如果一致,则呼叫模块根据该紧急号码发起紧急呼叫,如果不一致,则进行步骤S12;
步骤S12、紧急号码确定模块判断用户拨打的紧急号码是否与移动终端发售地的国家码对应的紧急号码列表中的紧急号码一致,如果一致,则紧急号码确定模块将该发售地的紧急号码转换为当前紧急号码表中对应的紧急号码,呼叫模块对转换后的紧急号码发起呼叫;
如图6所示,在步骤S12中,所述的将发售地的紧急号码转换为当前紧急号码表中对应的紧急号码的方法具体包含以下步骤:
步骤S12.1、号码类型确定模块确定用户拨打的发售地紧急号码的类型;该类型至少应该包含:匪警、火警、急救等;
步骤S12.2、号码转换模块根据紧急号码的类型查询当前紧急号码列表,获得与拨打类型一致的紧急号码,将该紧急号码作为供呼叫模块拨打的紧急号码。
在本发明的一个实施例中,移动终端的发售地是中国,移动终端用户从中国国际漫游到印度,移动终端注册登记到印度当地的通信网络,移动终端用户想使用印度当地的卡,因此取出了移动终端内的卡,当移动终端处于无卡状态时,遇到突发情况,需要拨打匪警,则移动终端中的紧急号码匹配装置按照以下方法实现紧急号码匹配:
移动终端在漫游到印度并注册登记到印度当地的通信网络后,已经获取了印度的国家码,并将紧急号码列表和PLMN列表更新为印度的紧急号码和印度的PLMN ID信息,当移动终端用户根据中国的紧急号码拨打匪警电话110时,由于移动终端无卡,无法注册登记到通信网络中,则移动终端驻留到搜索到的通信网络中,提取模块获取当前通信网络的PLMN ID信息,处理模块将存储模块中的PLMN列表更新为当前的PLMN ID信息,提取模块进一步从PLMN ID信息中提取所在国家的国家码MCC,作为当前国家码,确定使用与印度的国家码对应的印度的紧急号码列表,紧急号码确定模块判断用户拨打的紧急号码110与当前的印度紧急号码列表中的紧急号码不一致,紧急号码确定模块进一步确定移动终端用户拨打的110紧急号码与中国国家码对应的紧急号码列表中的匪警号码一致,则紧急号码确定模块锁定印度的紧急号码列表中对应的匪警号码为100,呼叫模块自动拨打100紧急号码。
本发明通过获取移动终端注册登记的通信网络的国家码来获得与国家码相匹配的紧急号码列表,而当移动终端无卡时,移动终端驻留到搜索到的通信网络,获得该通信网络的公共陆地移动网络信息PLMN ID,从公共陆地移动网络信息中获得国家码,根据国家码查询紧急号码映射表获得与国家码相 匹配的紧急号码列表,当移动终端无卡且无法使用无线通信功能时,移动终端采用上一次注册登记或驻留通信网络时获得的国家码查询紧急号码映射表获得与国家码相匹配的紧急号码列表。本发明保证了移动终端在任何情况下都可以获得正确的国家码,从而得到与国家码相匹配的正确的紧急号码,保证了移动终端在国际漫游时可以准确拔打紧急号码。本发明实现简单,便于普及,具有很广阔的适用范围。
尽管本发明的内容已经通过上述优选实施例作了详细介绍,但应当认识到上述的描述不应被认为是对本发明的限制。在本领域技术人员阅读了上述内容后,对于本发明的多种修改和替代都将是显而易见的。因此,本发明的保护范围应由所附的权利要求来限定。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种紧急号码匹配装置,其设置在移动终端中,其特征在于,该紧急号码匹配装置包含:
    存储模块(101),其用于存储紧急号码映射表、PLMN列表和当前紧急号码表;
    处理模块(102),其用于判断是否存在SIM卡或USIM卡,移动终端的无线通信功能是否可以使用,以及用于更新当前紧急号码表和PLMN列表;
    无线通信模块(103),用于搜索通信网络并将移动终端注册登记或驻留到通信网络中;
    提取模块(104),用于提取国家码;
    国家码判断模块(105),用于将提取模块获得的当前国家码与移动终端上一次获得的国家码进行比较;
    查询模块(106),用于根据当前国家码查询存储模块中的紧急号码映射表,获得与当前国家码匹配的紧急号码列表;
    呼叫模块(107),用于根据紧急号码发起紧急呼叫;
    紧急号码确定模块(108),用于将发售地的紧急号码转换为当前紧急号码表中对应的紧急号码。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的紧急号码匹配装置,其特征在于,所述的紧急号码映射表包含:世界上各个国家的国家码以及与国家码对应的紧急号码列表;
    所述的当前紧急号码表用于存储与国家码相匹配的紧急号码列表,移动终端每一次获得与新的国家码匹配的紧急号码列表后,更新当前紧急号码表;
    所述的PLMN列表用于存储移动终端从当前注册登记或驻留的通信网络中获取的公共陆地移动网络信息PLMN ID,该公共陆地移动网络信息PLMN ID包含国家码MCC和运营商码MNC,移动终端每一次注册登记或驻留到新的通信网络后,更新PLMN列表。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的紧急号码匹配装置,其特征在于,所述的紧急号码确 定模块(108)包含:
    号码类型确定模块(1081),用于确定用户拨打的发售地紧急号码的类型;
    号码转换模块(1082),用于根据紧急号码的类型查询当前紧急号码列表,获得与拨打类型一致的紧急号码,将该紧急号码作为供呼叫模块拨打的紧急号码。
  4. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,该移动终端包含如权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的紧急号码匹配装置。
  5. 一种紧急号码匹配方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:移动终端中预置紧急号码映射表,该紧急号码映射表包含了世界上各个国家的国家码以及与国家码对应的紧急号码列表;
    移动终端注册登记到搜索到的通信网络,获得该通信网络的公共陆地移动网络信息PLMN ID,从公共陆地移动网络信息中获得国家码,根据国家码查询紧急号码映射表获得与国家码相匹配的紧急号码列表;
    当移动终端无卡时,移动终端驻留到搜索到的通信网络,获得该通信网络的公共陆地移动网络信息PLMN ID,从公共陆地移动网络信息中获得国家码,根据国家码查询紧急号码映射表获得与国家码相匹配的紧急号码列表;
    当移动终端无卡且无法使用无线通信功能时,移动终端采用上一次注册登记或驻留通信网络时获得的国家码查询紧急号码映射表获得与国家码相匹配的紧急号码列表。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的紧急号码匹配方法,其特征在于,将所述的公共陆地移动网络信息PLMN ID存储在PLMN列表中,该公共陆地移动网络信息PLMN ID包含国家码MCC和运营商码MNC,移动终端每一次注册登记或驻留到新的通信网络后,更新PLMN列表。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的紧急号码匹配方法,其特征在于,将与国家码相匹配的紧急号码列表存储在当前紧急号码表中,移动终端每一次获得与新的国家码匹配的紧急号码列表后,更新当前紧急号码表。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的紧急号码匹配方法,其特征在于,在确定了与国家码相匹配的紧急号码列表后,如果用户拨打的紧急号码与当前紧急号码表中 的紧急号码一致,则直接根据该紧急号码发起紧急呼叫;如果用户拨打的紧急号码与移动终端发售地的国家码对应的紧急号码列表中的紧急号码一致,则将用户拨打的紧急号码转换为当前紧急号码表中对应的紧急号码,根据转换后的紧急号码发起呼叫。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的紧急号码匹配方法,其特征在于,所述的将用户拨打的紧急号码转换为当前紧急号码表中对应的紧急号码的方法具体包含以下步骤:
    确定用户拨打的发售地紧急号码的类型;
    根据紧急号码的类型查询当前紧急号码列表,获得与拨打类型一致的紧急号码,将该紧急号码作为供呼叫模块拨打的紧急号码。
