背景技术
利用铰链结构控制门体的开合时,铰链的设计结构对门体的开合角度以及开合平稳性影响较大,现有铰链机构一般通过弹簧直接拉动摆臂转动,进而带动门体转动,门体在转动过程中容易振动或卡住,从而影响门体的顺畅开合。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于解决现有的铰接结构控制门体开合时,容易造成门体振动或卡住的问题,为解决这一问题采用一种拉绳结构铰链的方案。
技术解决方案
为解决本发明所提出的技术问题采用的技术方案为:本发明的拉绳结构铰链包括有安装支架,与安装支架铰接的摆臂,以及驱动摆臂与安装支架转动合起的摆臂复位机构,所述的摆臂复位机构包括有连杆,连杆的一端与摆臂铰接,连杆的另一端连接有拉绳,所述的摆臂复位机构还包括有驱动拉绳拉动连杆转动的弹簧组件,所述的安装支架上设有用于拉绳导向的导向轮,所述的导向轮与弹簧组件位于同一直线上;所述的安装支架上还设有用于连杆与拉绳连接的一端限位导向的连杆限位槽。

参照图1和图2,本发明的拉绳结构铰链包括有安装支架1,与安装支架铰接的摆臂2,以及驱动摆臂与安装支架转动合起的摆臂复位机构3,安装支架1与摆臂2通过第一铰轴11铰接。摆臂复位机构3包括有连杆31,连杆的一端与摆臂铰接,连杆的另一端连接有拉绳32,连杆与摆臂通过第二铰轴12铰接。摆臂复位机构还包括有驱动拉绳拉动连杆转动的弹簧组件33,安装支架1上设有用于拉绳导向的导向轮34,导向轮与弹簧组件位于同一直线上;安装支架1上还设有用于连杆与拉绳连接的一端限位导向的连杆限位槽35。本实施例中,连杆与拉绳连接的一端与连杆限位槽之间通过滑轮36滑动连接。摆臂摆动时,连杆通过滑轮在连杆限位槽内移动,从而限定了摆臂打开的角度。本实施例中,连杆与连杆限位槽之间设有阻尼块37。两块阻尼块安装在滑轮上,紧贴安装支架的两侧,摆臂在摆动闭合时,阻尼块对摆臂的闭合起缓冲作用。本实施例中,弹簧组件33包括有与拉绳连接的拉杆331,驱动拉杆复位的复位弹簧332,复位弹簧的一端与安装支架连接,另一端与拉杆连接。安装支架1上设有弹簧安装座34,弹簧安装座中间设有通孔,拉杆331的一端设有用于压缩弹簧的压台333,拉杆的另一端穿过通孔与拉绳连接,复位弹簧位套设在拉杆上,且位于弹簧安装座与压台之间。当外力打开摆臂时,摆臂带动连杆转动,连杆拉动绳子带动拉杆压缩弹簧。当外力撤销时,弹簧反弹,弹簧驱动拉杆复位,拉杆通过绳子驱动连杆转动带动摆臂复位。
本发明在使用时,可以在门体的上下两端分别安装一个本发明的拉绳机构铰链,把门体与摆臂连接,门体开合带动摆臂摆动过程中,因导向轮与弹簧组件位于同一直线上,从而使弹簧的拉力方向始终不变,且连杆通过滑轮在连杆限位槽内移动,从而限定了摆臂打开的角度,从而保证摆臂能够沿既定的角度平稳顺畅的打开关闭,阻尼块对摆臂的闭合起缓冲作用,防止门体快速关上。

  1. 一种拉绳结构铰链,包括有安装支架,与安装支架铰接的摆臂,以及驱动摆臂与安装支架转动合起的摆臂复位机构,其特征在于:所述的摆臂复位机构包括有连杆,连杆的一端与摆臂铰接,连杆的另一端连接有拉绳,所述的摆臂复位机构还包括有驱动拉绳拉动连杆转动的弹簧组件,所述的安装支架上设有用于拉绳导向的导向轮,所述的导向轮与弹簧组件位于同一直线上;所述的安装支架上还设有用于连杆限位导向的连杆限位槽。
