发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术上述缺陷,提供一种可方便调整力度,方便携带和在各种情况下使用的压脚背训练装置。本发明的技术方案是:一种压脚背装置,包括支撑板和吊带,还包括拉力器,所述的支撑板一面的两端附近分别设有厚度可选择的支撑垫,另一面的中部设有安装拉力器的适配座,所述的拉力器包括横梁、转筒、限位轴和外壳,所述的限位轴设置在外壳的底部中心位置,所述的转筒内侧光滑、外侧设有螺纹、顶部设有转轮或手柄、可转动的套在限位轴上,所述的横梁两端设有吊挂结构、中心设有内径与转筒的外径相匹配的圆孔,该圆孔表面设有与转筒旋合的螺纹,所述的外壳与横梁设有阻止横梁跟随转筒转动的结构,所述的吊带中部呈兜状,两端可吊挂在上述横梁的两端;使用时,置支撑板于脚踝前,使支撑垫分别处于脚背前部和小腿下1/3处附近,吊带中部兜住脚跟,两端挂在横梁两端,转动转轮或手柄使与转筒旋合的横梁产生轴向移动,改变脚背所受压力,实现对脚踝韧带的拉伸和拉伸力度的调整。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有可方便、及时地调整并锁定拉伸力度的有益技术效果,还具有方便携带、可在各种场合下使用的有益技术效果。

具体实施方式
实施例1
参见图1-6,本实施例为一种可变力度的压脚背装置,包括支撑板2、吊带3和拉力器1,所述的支撑板2下面两端附近分别设有可拆换、厚度可选择的支 撑垫5.1、5.2,用于使支撑板2与脚踝之间留有适当的距离,支撑垫5.1、5.2采用高密度海棉等强弹性材料,也可以上部采用硬质材料,下部采用弹性材料或棉垫,以减轻肢体接触部位的压痛。支撑板2的上面中间部位设有拉力器安装座4,所述的拉力器1包括横梁1.1、转筒1.2、限位轴1.31和外壳1.3,所述的限位轴1.31设置在外壳1.3的底部中心位置,用于限制转筒1.2的径向移动,所述的转筒1.2的内表面1.23采用剖光、润滑处理,以减小摩擦和磨损,外侧设有螺纹1.21、顶部设有转轮1.22、转筒1.2可转动的套装在限位轴1.31上,所述的横梁1.1由环形台1.13和关于其轴线对称的两个凸台1.12构成,两个对称凸台1.12的外端设有由条形孔形成的吊挂结构1.14、所述的环形台1.13的内环面设有与转筒螺纹1.21旋合的螺纹1.11,所述的外壳1.3设有对称的缺口1.32,用于与伸入横梁1.1的凸台1.12形成卡位结构,以阻止横梁1.1跟随转筒1.2转动,所述的吊带3两端带有扁平的挂钩3.1,通过把挂钩3.1插入上述的横梁1.1两端的条形孔1.14中,实现吊挂,也可以不要挂钩,直接穿过上述的条形孔1.14缝制;所述的吊带3中部向两侧延展形成包围脚跟的兜状;使用时,首先选择合适长度的支撑板2,即当支撑垫5.2处于脚背前部,支撑垫5.1刚好处于小腿前面下1/3处附近,然后,脚跟向下,腿平放,先把转筒1.2逆时针旋转到头,使横梁1.1下降到最低位置,再把支撑板2及拉力器1放置到脚踝上方,然后,用吊带3的中部兜住脚后跟、把吊带3两端的吊挂到的所述的横梁1.1两端的条形孔1.14上,再顺时针转动转筒1.2,使横梁1.1逐渐升高,直至脚踝韧带刚好能忍受的拉伸程度,然后维持一段时间,在感觉脚踝韧带拉伸力度下降时,一般约7-10分钟,再顺时针转动转筒1.2至脚踝韧带刚好能忍受的拉伸程度,再维持一段时间,约5-7分钟,之后再根据情况,结束拉伸训练或休息一段时间后按上述方法进行新的一轮拉伸训练。
与现有技术方案相比,本实用新型具有可缩短支撑板的长度,便于携带的、减小痛感、增加舒适性的有益技术效果,并具有方便锁定、调整力度有益技术效果。
实施例2

  1. 一种压脚背装置,包括支撑板和吊带,其特征在于:还包括拉力器,所述的支撑板一面的两端附近分别设有厚度可选择的支撑垫,另一面的中部设有安装拉力器的适配座,所述的拉力器包括横梁、转筒、限位轴和外壳,所述的限位轴设置在外壳的底部中心位置,所述的转筒内侧光滑、外侧设有螺纹、顶部设有转轮或手柄、可转动的套在限位轴上,所述的横梁两端设有吊挂结构、中心设有内径与转筒的外径相匹配的圆孔,该圆孔表面设有与转筒旋合的螺纹,所述的外壳与横梁设有阻止横梁跟随转筒转动的结构,所述的吊带中部呈兜状,两端可吊挂在上述横梁的两端;使用时,置支撑板于脚踝前,使支撑垫分别处于脚背前部和小腿下1/3处附近,吊带中部兜住脚跟,两端挂在横梁两端,转动转轮或手柄使与转筒旋合的横梁产生轴向移动,改变脚背所受压力,实现对脚踝韧带的拉伸和拉伸力度的调整。
