After the element has been installed, the load-bearing slab of the next layer can be mounted immediately on the surrounding structures, effectively protecting the lower element and acting as a fire-separating structure between the layers.

La présente invention concerne une structure de base de l'élément d'espace à fixer au site de construction (102). La structure de base (100) comprend une structure d'ajustage séparée modulaire portante et compartimentale (104), qui comprend au moins une partie d'ajustage (106) dimensionnée pour le site de construction sélectionné, et la structure de base (100) comprend une structure de plancher (105) de l'élément d'espace.
