Description

用于皮肤给药的按摩头及装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及透皮给药技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于皮肤给药的按摩头及装置。
背景技术
目前,在透皮给药技术领域,纳米微针或纳米晶片正被广泛应用。其中纳米晶片是根据人体皮肤结构开发的纳米促渗专用工具,它是由单晶硅经过纳米技术工艺雕刻而成。
纳米晶片的表面是一系列微针阵列,它们可以打开皮肤最外面的角质层,同时不会伤及真皮层,大大提高药物的渗透能力。单晶硅的生物兼容性又保证了纳晶在使用过程中的安全性。现有的纳米晶片通常需要与特制的药液瓶结合使用,上述药液瓶成本较高,不利于降低产品的生产成本。因此,针对上述问题,有必要提出进一步地解决方案。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种用于皮肤给药的按摩头及装置,以克服现有技术中存在的不足。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种用于皮肤给药的按摩头,其包括:按摩头本体以及设置于所述按摩头本体端面上的芯片;
所述按摩头本体一端封闭,另一端开口,所述芯片设置于所述按摩头本体的封闭端的端面上,所述芯片具有以阵列形式排布的晶片,所述按摩头本 体的开口端形成所述按摩头本体的封闭端,所述封闭端的外周侧壁面上还形成有适于所述封闭端安装的凸楞,所述按摩头本体通过其封闭端插接固定。
作为本实用新型的用于皮肤给药的按摩头的改进,所述芯片以嵌合方式安装于所述出液端的端面上的安装槽中。
作为本实用新型的用于皮肤给药的按摩头的改进,所述芯片与安装槽之间通过粘胶、超声连接、激光焊接、一体成型的方式相结合。
作为本实用新型的用于皮肤给药的按摩头的改进,所述按摩头本体为塑料件,所述按摩头本体一体注塑成型。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种皮肤按摩装置,其包括:壳体、收容于所述壳体中的安装碗、一端与所述安装碗相连接的振动杆以及收容于所述安装碗中的如上所述的按摩头。
作为本实用新型的皮肤按摩装置的改进,所述皮肤按摩装置还包括:振动电机或者带有偏心轮的马达。
作为本实用新型的皮肤按摩装置的改进,所述振动电机或者马达与所述振动杆的另一端传动连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型的用于皮肤给药的按摩头能够以插接方式结合应用到皮肤按摩装置上,并对皮肤进行振动按摩,有利于皮肤对药液的吸收,其具有使用方便,且成本较低的优点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
如图1所示,本实用新型的用于皮肤给药的按摩头10包括:按摩头本体1以及设置于所述按摩头本体1端面上的芯片2。优选地,所述按摩头本体1为塑料件,所述按摩头本体1一体注塑成型。
其中,所述按摩头本体1大致为一直径较小,长度较长的空心柱体结构。所述按摩头本体1一端封闭,另一端开口。所述芯片2设置于所述按摩头本体1的封闭端11的端面上,其用于以打开皮肤最外面的角质层,同时不会伤及真皮层,以提高药物的渗透能力。
具体地,所述芯片2具有以阵列形式排布的晶片。在一个实施方式中,所述芯片2以嵌合方式安装于所述封闭端11的端面上的安装槽中,为了实现芯片2的牢固安装,所述芯片2与安装槽之间还填充有粘胶。或者所述芯片2与安装槽之间通过超声连接、激光焊接、一体成型等连接方式相结合。
所述按摩头本体1的开口端形成所述按摩头本体1的封闭端12,所述封闭端12的外周侧壁面上还形成有适于所述封闭端12安装的凸楞。从而,当结合应用于皮肤按摩装置上时,所述按摩头本体1通过其封闭端12插接固定。
如图2所示,基于上述按摩头10,本实用新型还提供一种皮肤按摩装置20,其包括:壳体21、收容于所述壳体21中的安装碗22、一端与所述安装碗22相连接的振动杆23以及收容于所述安装碗22中的如上所述的按摩头。其中,所述安装碗22中空设置,其内侧壁面设计成与所述封闭端12相适应的形状。同时,所述安装碗22中还可设置一伸入所述按摩头本体1的开口端凸起,以实现按摩头的牢固安装。为了实现所述振动杆23的振动,所述皮肤按摩装置还包括:振动电机或者带有偏心轮的马达(未图示),从而通过设置振动电机或者马达,可使得皮肤按摩装置进行振动,有利于在给药的时候进行按摩,进而提高给药的效果。此外,所述振动电机或者马达还可与所述振动杆23的另一端传动连接。其中,所述振动电机可选择手机中的振动电机。
综上所述,本实用新型的用于皮肤给药的按摩头能够以插接方式结合应用到皮肤按摩装置上,并对皮肤进行振动按摩,有利于皮肤对药液的吸收,其具有使用方便,且成本较低的优点。

  1. 一种用于皮肤给药的按摩头,其特征在于,所述用于皮肤给药的按摩头包括:按摩头本体以及设置于所述按摩头本体端面上的芯片;
    所述按摩头本体一端封闭,另一端开口,所述芯片设置于所述按摩头本体的封闭端的端面上,所述芯片具有以阵列形式排布的晶片,所述按摩头本体的开口端形成所述按摩头本体的封闭端,所述封闭端的外周侧壁面上还形成有适于所述封闭端安装的凸楞,所述按摩头本体通过其封闭端插接固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于皮肤给药的按摩头,其特征在于,所述芯片以嵌合方式安装于所述出液端的端面上的安装槽中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于皮肤给药的按摩头,其特征在于,所述芯片与安装槽之间通过粘胶、超声连接、激光焊接、一体成型的方式相结合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于皮肤给药的按摩头,其特征在于,所述按摩头本体为塑料件,所述按摩头本体一体注塑成型。
  5. 一种皮肤按摩装置,其特征在于,所述皮肤按摩装置包括:壳体、收容于所述壳体中的安装碗、一端与所述安装碗相连接的振动杆以及收容于所述安装碗中的如权利要求1至4任一项所述的按摩头。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的皮肤按摩装置,其特征在于,所述皮肤按摩装置还包括:振动电机或者带有偏心轮的马达。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的皮肤按摩装置,其特征在于,所述振动电机或者马达与所述振动杆的另一端传动连接。
