在一个实施例中,所述尾盖还包括连接于壳体上的尾盖主体,所述按键组件连接于尾盖主体上,副开关按键帽与尾盖主体其中之一形成有卡合部其中之另一形成有扣合部,所述卡合部与扣合部相卡扣将按键组件连接至尾盖主体上。
在一个实施例中,所述尾盖还包括设置于所述尾盖主体内的开关电路板、用于对电路板限位的限位件,以及设置于限位件内的连接弹簧。
有益效果
根据本发明的户外照明装置,通过副开关按键帽环绕主开关按键帽的方式,使得用户可以在握持时其手指可以快速准确的定位所有开关的位置,无需目视,就能快速准确的操控户外照明装置,有效提升户外照明装置的使用便捷性和应变能力。

本发明的实施方式
以下将结合附图以及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明,以使得本发明的技术方案及其有益效果更为清晰明了。可以理解,附图仅提供参考与说明用,并非用来对本发明加以限制。
参照图1至图3,根据本发明第一实施例的户外照明装置100包括壳体20,设置在壳体20一端的灯头10,设置在壳体20另一端的尾盖30,以及设置在壳体20内部的电池(未示出)。
本实施例中,壳体20大致呈中空圆柱形,在其两端具有外螺纹,分别适于与灯头10和尾盖30可拆卸地连接。可以理解地,在其他实施例中,壳体20与灯头10、尾盖30也可以采用其他连接方式,例如卡接等。壳体20的外周具有纹理部21,利于增加拧动时的摩擦力。本实施例中,壳体20的外表面形成多个沿周向均匀间隔设置的纹理部21。优选地,壳体20上还设有一固定夹22。固定夹22一端与壳体20的外周固定连接,另一端优选地弹性地抵顶在壳体20的外表面。本实施例中,固定夹22上设有穿孔23,用于通过穿孔连接固定户外照明装置。
如图4所示,灯头10包括相互连接的支撑部11和连接部12。支撑部11远离连接部12的一端可拆卸地连接有顶盖111。支撑部11的内部设灯座116、设置在灯座上的光源115、集光器114以及设置在集光器114顶端并位于顶盖111内侧的透光镜112。集光器114上设有密封圈113。本实施例中,支撑部11大致呈截头锥形。
连接部12呈大致圆柱形,其远离支撑部11的一端具有内螺纹,该内螺纹用于与壳体20螺纹连接。连接部12的外周壁的一侧设置有按钮开关13,另一侧设置有USB充电接口14,户外照明装置可通过所述USB充电接口14与外部电源连接进行充电。连接部12内设有基座121,基座121上设有与光源115、按钮开关13、USB充电接口14电连接的控制电路。基座121的控制电路通过一弹簧122与设置在壳体20内的电源形成连接。
同时参考图5至图7,所述尾盖30大致呈圆柱体状,包括尾盖主体50和设置在尾盖主体50末端的按键组件40。
尾盖主体50包括大致呈圆柱形的外壳51,设置在外壳51内的开关电路板54、用于对电路板54起限位作用的限位件53,设于限位件53内的内环55和连接弹簧56。
具体地,外壳51邻近其顶端处的内壁沿径向向内延伸形成一凸台513,电路板54抵接于凸台513的下端。限位件53固定于外壳51的内侧,并抵接在电路板54的下侧,从而凸台513和限位件53共同将电路板54定位于外壳51内。优选地,限位件53通过螺纹连接的方式固定于外壳51内。具体地,外壳51在凸台513下方的内侧壁设有内螺纹,相应地,限位件53的外侧设有与内螺纹相配合的外螺纹531,在装配完成后,限位件53被旋入外壳51内至邻近外壳51的凸台513以抵顶电路板54。本实施例中,外壳51的内螺纹512的下部分与壳体20的远离灯头20的末端形成螺纹连接。
所述开关电路板54包括本体541和自主电路板541的一端垂直延伸形成的一端开口的套环542。所述主电路板541呈圆盘状,其外径大于套环542的外径,本体的周缘被夹置在限位件53的顶端与第一连接筒51的凸台513之间而被定位。所述内环55大致呈圆柱体状并固定在开关电路板54的套环542内侧。内环55用于连接弹簧56的限位,其一端开口并抵顶在电路板的本体541的下表面,另一端形成一通孔551,通孔的内径小于所述开口的内径。所述连接弹簧56贯穿该通孔551,连接弹簧56的一端与所述主电路板541连接,另一端向下延伸,用于与电源连接。按键组件40通过连接弹簧56与电源、控制电路、光源115电连接,用以控制光源115的开关以及各种模式的切换。
优选地,外壳51的外表面设有凸起于其表面的若干纹理510,用于增加旋拧过程的摩擦力。本实施例中,所述纹理510为向径向向外凸出,并沿外壳51轴向延伸成条状。若干竖条纹理510沿周向均匀间隔平行设置。可以理解地,在其他实施例中,尾盖主体50的表面也可以根据需要设计其它纹理,或者设计为其它形状。
按键组件40包括主开关按键帽41、副开关按键帽42,以及分别与主开关按键帽41、副开关按键帽42对应配合的主开关43、副开关44。其中,主开关43和副开关44可以是但不限于机械开关、数字开关、模拟开关、磁控开关,以及金属弹片,或者弹簧等各类触碰式导通的等效开关中的一种或几种。
本实施例中,主开关按键帽41位于中央,其大致呈中空柱状,优选地呈中空圆柱体状。主开关按键帽41的顶端封闭以形成供按压的表面,主开关按键帽41的底端开口。同时参照图8,但本说明书在描述涉及上下方位关系时,仍以图6和图7的方位进行参考说明。副开关按键帽42大致呈环状,其环绕主开关按键帽41设置。本实施例中,副开关按键帽42呈周向连续封闭的环状,呈360度环绕主开关43。副开关按键帽42的一端具有一沿径向向外延伸形成的按压部421,另一端具有一沿径向向外延伸形成的卡合部422。卡合部422和按压部421沿轴向间隔设置。优选地,按压部421的上部大致呈锥状,方便人手倾斜地作用在副开关按键帽42方便进行按压。本实施例中,主开关按键帽41和副开关按键帽42同心地设置,在一些实施例中,也可以为偏心地设置(未示出)。
优选地,主开关按键帽41凸出于副开关按键帽42,便于使用者迅速定位并按压主开关按键帽41。还优选地,主开关按键帽41位于副开关按键帽42的中央。可以理解地,在其他实施例中,主开关按键帽41也可以不完全居中。虽然附图示出了大致呈圆柱状的主开关按键帽41和大致呈环状的副开关按键帽42,但本领域的技术人员应当理解,主开关按键帽41和副开关按键帽42并不就此限定为附图所示的形状。主开关按键帽41和副开关按键帽42的形状和大小可根据需要进行调整,例如,主开关按键帽41的形状也可以三角形,四角形和六边形等多边形状,或其它不规则形状等。
本实施例中,副开关按键帽42通过其按压部421与主开关按键帽41连接,优选为一体连接。为了实现对一体连接的主开关按键帽41和副开关按键帽42的独立按压,主开关按键帽41和副开关按键帽42由诸如橡胶、硅胶等弹性材料制成,如此在单独按压主开关按键帽41和副开关按键帽42的其中之一时不会对其中之另一造成干扰。优选地,从外部顶部看,主开关按键帽41的按压部和副开关按键帽42之间有一环形凹槽45,该环形间隙45有助于实现分别独立地操作主开关按键帽41、副开关按键帽42,避免了在操作过程中主开关按键帽41、副开关按键帽42的互相干扰。
相互连接的主开关按键帽41、副开关按键帽42通过副开关按键帽42与尾盖主体50连接。本实施例中,主、副开关按键帽41、42通过一连部件52固定至尾盖主体。具体地,连接件52固定在外壳51的末端,连接件52的顶端沿径向向内延伸形成一扣合部522,当连接件52固定至外壳51后,连接件52的扣合部522和外壳51末端将卡合部422夹置于其之间。本实施例中,连接件52与外壳51通过螺纹配合形成连接。具体地,连接件52内形成有内螺纹521,外壳51的外周形成有与该内螺纹相配合的外螺纹。优选地,所述卡合部422具有朝向扣合部522延伸的一凸起,扣合部422对应该凸起形成卡槽523,组装后,卡合部422的凸起卡入至扣合部522的卡槽523内,可进一步提高连接可靠性。此外,卡合部422与外壳51的顶端之间设有垫片425。
主开关按键帽41、副开关按键帽42和尾盖主体50合围形成一空腔,主开关43、副开关44位于该空腔内。本发明的主开关43的形状和构造可以采用现有技术中的设计,在此仅示出了其主体430,可相对主体活动的按压凸台431和金属脚432,其内部构造并未详细未出,也不作详细描述。
副开关44大致呈两端开口的环状,其一端具有一沿径向向内延伸形成的环状的顶缘441,另一端具有沿径向向外延伸形成的内径逐渐增大的第一、第二抵靠部442、443。第一、第二抵靠部442、443用于与副开关按键帽42抵接。具体地,副开关按键帽42的内侧形成用于抵接第一抵靠部442顶端的台阶面424,副开关按键帽42的末端沿轴向延伸形成与第二抵靠部443的顶端抵接的抵压部423。第二抵靠部443位于凸台513的上方,并且其下端与凸台513之间有一环形间隙514。
在图6和图7示出的实施例中主开关43的两个金属脚432焊接至开关电路板54的主电路板541的定位孔543。主开关43的外围有一固定支架46,支架46大致呈圆柱体状,其底端具有两个端子461,中间具有一凸出部462。两个第端子461焊接至至开关电路板54的主电路板541的连接孔544内。凸出部462的上侧与主开关按键帽41的下缘抵压部411相抵。压簧47套置于支架46外围,并设置在副开关44和开关电路板54之间。压簧47的底端支撑在开关电路板54的主电路板541上,顶端抵靠在副开关44的顶缘441的内侧,且压簧47被预压在电路板54和副开关44之间,以为被按压的主副开关43、44提供复位所需的力。
当按压主开关按键帽41时,即触动主开关43,从而控制主开关43的开通或关闭,启动或关闭户外照明装置。
当按压副开关按键帽42的按压部421时,即触动副开关44,从而控制副开关44的开通或关闭,切换户外照明装置的功能。具体地,当按压副开关按键帽42的任意部位时,副开关44的第二抵靠部443与凸台513接触,从而,压簧47、电路板54、凸台513、副开关44形成通路,从而控制户外照明装置100开启或关闭。
在本发明书中仅示出了副开关按键帽42的轴向外端面421为按压表面的情况,可以理解的,在不脱离本发明的设计原理下,在另一些实施例中,也可将副开关按键帽42的侧向表面作为按压表面。
在本实施例中,副开关按键帽42呈360度环绕主开关按键帽41,且主开关按键帽41位于副开关按键帽42的中央并凸出于主开关按键帽41。因此,使用者在360度任意角度握持时其手指都可以快速准确的定位每个开关的位置,无需目视,就能快速准确的操控户外照明装置,有效提升户外照明装置的使用便捷性和应变能力。
此外,为便于按键组件40的单手操作,本发明的户外照明装置100的长度优选为小于15cm,直径小于5cm。
图9所示为本发明第二实施例的户外照明装置的尾盖230的立体结构示意图。其尾盖主体250与第一实施例的尾盖主体250相同,本实施例与第一实施例的主要区别在于,本实施例的主开关按键帽241和副开关按键帽242上设置有凸点231,凸点231的设置可提高主、副开关按键帽242表面的摩擦力,进而提高按压开关按键帽的稳定性,防止打滑。可以理解地,在其他实施例中,凸点231也可替换为其它纹理,同样也能实现此效果。
图10a-10c所示为本发明第三实施例的户外照明装置的尾盖330的立体结构示意图,其按键组件340与第一实施例的按键组件相同,本实施例与第一实施例的户外照明装置主要区别在于,尾盖主体350的外壳351的外表面没有竖条纹理,而具有环形凹陷部360、370。环形凹陷部沿径向向内凹陷。本实施例中具有两个相间隔的环形凹陷部。其中一环形凹陷部360位于外壳的中部,另一环形凹陷部370位于外壳351远离按键组件340的末端。
图11a -11c示出了本发明第四实施例的户外照明装置的尾盖630,在该实施例中,副开关按键帽642不是连续的圆环,而是包括若干瓣片643、644和645。所述若干瓣片643、644和645沿周向围绕主开关按键帽641布置,且相邻的所述瓣片643、644和645之间具有周向间隙646,每一周向间隙646沿径向延伸。且多个周向间隙646沿周向间隔排布。所有瓣片643、644和645共同围成的副开关按键帽642也与主开关按键帽641之间形成一环形凹槽647,优选地,环形凹槽647的深度大于相邻的瓣片之间的周向间隙646的深度。还优选地,环形凹槽647的宽度(沿径向测量所得)大于副开关按键帽的相邻瓣片之间的周向间隙646的宽度(沿周向测量所得)。由若干瓣片围成的副开关按键帽642环绕在主开关按键帽641的外围,同样能起到避免在操作过程中互相干扰的作用。
在本实施例中副开关按键帽642的瓣片数量为三个,但在其它实施例中其也可以为四个,五个,或六个及以上。在一些实施例中,副开关按键帽甚至可以包括十个以上的瓣片。此外,本实施例中,瓣片的形状呈扇环形,但不限于此,其也可以是圆形,椭圆形,多边形等其他形状。
图12a-12c示出了本发明第五实施例的户外照明装置的尾盖730,在该实施例中,副开关按键帽742整体大致呈C形,其在周向上为非闭合的环形,即在周向上形成有缺口743。较佳地,所述缺口743所占的弧长远小于副开关按帽742的弧度。具体地,所述副开关按键帽742所对应的圆心角不小于300度。优选地,所述缺口742所对应的圆心角小于30度。更优地,小于10度。这样使用者任意角度握持时其手指仍然可以快速准确的定位每个开关的位置。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种户外照明装置,包括壳体、以及分别连接于壳体两端的灯头和尾盖,所述灯头内设置有光源,所述尾盖包括按键组件,其特征在于,所述按键组件包括主开关、可操作地与主开关连接的主开关按键帽、副开关以及可操作地与副开关连接的副开关按键帽、所述主开关和副开关用于控制所述光源,所述主开关按键帽和副开关按键帽位于尾盖的轴向端部,且副开关按键帽沿周向围绕主开关按键帽设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的户外照明装置,其特征在于,所述主开关按键帽和副开关按键帽之间形成有一环形凹槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的户外照明装置,其特征在于,所述副开关按键帽在周向呈连续封闭状,并呈360度环绕所述主开关按键帽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的户外照明装置,其特征在于,所述副开关按键帽包括若干瓣片,所述若干瓣片沿周向间隔排布并围绕所述主开关按键帽布置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的户外照明装置,其特征在于,所述瓣片大致呈扇环形。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的户外照明装置,其特征在于,所述副开关按键帽的端部大致呈C形。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的户外照明装置,其特征在于,所述副开关按键帽的轴向外端面为斜面,所述斜面为按压表面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的户外照明装置,其特征在于,所述副开关按键帽的侧向表面为按压表面。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任意一项所述的户外照明装置,其特征在于,所述主开关按键帽和副开关按键帽同心或偏心设置。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任意一项所述的户外照明装置,其特征在于,所述主开关按键帽的横截面大致呈圆形或多边形。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10任意一项所述的户外照明装置,其特征在于,所述副开关大致呈中空的圆柱体状,副开关的外侧面与副开关按键帽的内侧面相抵。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11任意一项所述的户外照明装置,其特征在于,所述主开关按键帽和副开关按键帽一体连接。
  13. 根据权利要求1至12任意一项所述的户外照明装置,其特征在于,所述主开关按键帽突出于所述副开关按键帽。
  14. 根据权利要求1至13任意一项所述的户外照明装置,其特征在于,所述尾盖还包括连接于壳体上的尾盖主体,所述按键组件连接于尾盖主体上,副开关按键帽与尾盖主体其中之一形成有卡合部其中之另一形成有扣合部,所述卡合部与扣合部相卡扣将按键组件连接至尾盖主体上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的户外照明装置,其特征在于,所述尾盖还包括设置于所述尾盖主体内的开关电路板、用于对电路板限位的限位件,以及设置于限位件内的连接弹簧。
