随着电子技术的发展,诸如智能手机等电子设备越来越普及,智能手机的功能也越来越丰富,如前置摄像、面部识别以及红外感应。
然而,实现这些功能必定需要一些功能组件,而这些功能组件如前置摄像头以及红外传感器都需要设置在手机屏幕上,因此减小了手机屏幕的屏占比。
本申请主要解决的技术问题,如何能够提高电子设备的屏占比。

比如,该壳体10可以为金属壳体,比如镁合金或者不锈钢等金属。当然,该壳体10也可以为塑胶壳体或者陶瓷壳体。又比如,该壳体10可以包括塑胶部分和金属部分,壳体10可以为金属和塑胶相互配合的壳体结构。具体的,可以先成型金属部分,比如采用注塑的方式形成镁合金基板,在镁合金基板上再注塑塑胶,形成塑胶基板,则构成完整的壳体结构。需要说明的是,该壳体10的材料及工艺并不限于此,还可以采用玻璃壳体。
此外,功能组件201可以为摄像头模组、闪光灯或传感器等其他功能组件。其中,该闪光灯可以与摄像头模组一体成型。传感器可以为距离传感器、环境光传感器或者红外传感器。需要说明的是,在本申请中,功能模组20可以包括一个功能组件201,也可以包括多个功能组件201。比如,功能模组20包括一个功能组件201,且该功能组件201为摄像头模组。当功能模组20绕旋转轴202旋转时,该摄像头模组即可旋转至壳体10外,以提供拍摄的功能。又比如,功能模组20包括两个功能组件201。其中,一个功能组件201为摄像头模组,另一个功能组件201为红外传感器。此时,即可根据实际场景进行这两个功能组件201之间的切换。功能组件201的数量设置,具体根据实际情况而定。
在本申请中,控制功能模组20绕旋转轴202旋转,使得任一功能组件201旋转至壳体10外,从而可以提高使用该壳体组件100的电子设备的屏占比。
请参阅图2,图2为本申请提供的壳体组件的功能模组的结构示意图。
功能模组20还包括承载板203,承载板203具有相对设置的第一表面2031和第二表面2032。其中,多个功能组件201设置在第一表面2031上,旋转轴202设置在第二表面2032上。
该承载板203的材料为金属、不锈钢或者塑胶,具体根据实际情况进行设定。并且,该承载板203上可以设置多个缺口,该缺口用于放置功能组件201。缺口的数量可以与功能组件201的数量相等。
进一步的,请参阅图3,图3为本申请提供的壳体组件的功能模组的平面示意图。
承载板203包括弧线段21和直线段22,直线段22的两端分别与弧线段21连接。其中,弧线段21可绕旋转轴202旋转至壳体10外。
比如,当弧线段21在壳体10内时,直线段22与壳体10保持平齐,防止外部的杂质,如灰尘等进入壳体内部。因此,为了保证直线段22与壳体10保持平齐,直线段22的长度与弧线段21的半径成一定比例关系。设弧线段21的半径为R,直线段22的长度为a。另外,需要说明的是,旋转轴202的圆心与圆弧段21的圆心位于同一轴心线上。
请继续参阅图3,承载板203包括相对设置的第一区域210和第二区域220,以及设置在第一区域210和第二区域220之间的第三区域230,功能模组20包括第一功能组件31、第二功能组件32以及第三功能组件33。其中,第一功能组件31设置在第一区域210上。第二功能组件32设置在第二区域220上。第三功能组件33设置在第三区域230上,且第一功能组件31、第二功能组件32以及第三功能组件33均沿弧线段21设置。
请参阅图4,图4为本申请提供的壳体组件的第二种实施方式的结构示意图。
壳体组件100还包括驱动模组50。其中,驱动模组50与功能模组20电性连接,以使得任一功能组件20旋转至壳体10外。
该驱动模组50用于驱动功能模组20绕旋转轴202旋转。该驱动模组50可以包括驱动电机。该驱动电机可以通过齿轮传动或者带传动等方式带动旋转轴202旋转,进而旋转轴202带动功能模块20旋转。
进一步的,请继续参阅图4。驱动模组50包括:驱动部件51,驱动部件51设置在壳体10内。控制部件52,控制部件52设置在壳体10外的一侧,并与驱动部件51电连接。以及连接件53,连接件53的一端与旋转轴202连接,连接件202的另一端与控制部件52连接。其中,控制部件52通过驱动部件51驱动旋转轴202旋转,以使得任一功能组件20旋转至壳体10外。
例如,请参阅图5,图5为本申请提供的功能模组处于转动状态的结构示意图。
驱动部件51为驱动电机,控制部件52为设置在壳体10外一侧的按键。在实际场景中,用户可以通过按下按键即控制部件52,驱动电机即驱动部件51接收到电流型号,进而控制连接件53使得旋转轴202旋转,达到将任一功能组件20旋转至壳体10外的目的。
另外,需要说明的是,控制部件52可以为一个,如图4所示。也可以为三个,如图6所示。当控制部件52为三个时,每个控制部件52对应控制一个功能组件20的旋转。当然,控制部件52的数量还可以别的数量,在此仅仅是是举例说明,而不作为对本申请的限制。
请继续参阅图4以及图5,连接件53的另一端上设置有连接孔54。其中,旋转轴202与连接孔54连接,且旋转轴202的外轮廓与连接孔54的形状相适应。
该连接孔54用于与旋转轴202连接,并起到支撑以及旋转功能模组20的作用。同时,旋转轴202的外轮廓与连接孔54的形状相适应,且旋转轴202的外轮廓小于连接孔504内壁的尺寸,以使旋转轴202插入连接孔54实现转动。
请参阅图7,图7为本申请提供的电子设备的结构示意图。
本申请提供一种的电子设备1,该电子设备包括:壳体组件100。显示屏200,该显示屏200设置在壳体组件100上。该壳体组件100包括:壳体10。功能模组20,功能模组20设置在壳体10内。其中,功能模组20包括至少一个功能组件201以及旋转轴202,功能模组20可绕旋转202旋转,以使得任一功能组件201旋转至壳体10外。
该显示屏200可以为液晶显示屏(Liquid Crystal
Display,LCD)或有机发光二极管显示屏(Organic
Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)等类型的显示屏。显示屏200用于显示图像和/或文本等信息。在一些实施例中,当显示屏200为液晶显示屏时,显示屏200可以包括依次层叠设置的背光模组、下偏光片、阵列基板、液晶层、彩膜基板以及上偏光片等结构。当显示屏200为有机发光二极管显示屏时,显示屏200可以包括依次层叠设置的基层、阳极层、有机层、导电层、发射层以及阴极层等结构。在一些实施例中,显示屏200可以为透明显示屏,该显示屏200可以具有透明特性,可以供信号穿过。该显示屏也可以为非透明显示屏。
需要说明的是,该显示屏200的结构并不限于此。比如,该显示屏200可以为异形屏。
另外,壳体组件100的具体结构请参考上面实施例,在此不再赘述。
本申请提供的壳体组件以及电子设备,通过控制功能模组20绕旋转轴202旋转,使得任一功能组件201旋转至壳体外,从而提高电子设备的屏占比。
以上对本申请实施例提供的壳体组件以及电子设备进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本申请的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本申请。同时,对于本领域的技术人员,依据本申请的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本申请的限制。
Claims (20)
- 一种壳体组件,其包括:壳体;功能模组,所述功能模组设置在所述壳体内;其中,所述功能模组包括至少一个功能组件以及旋转轴,所述功能模组可绕所述旋转轴旋转,以使得任一所述功能组件旋转至所述壳体外;所述功能模组还包括承载板,所述承载板具有相对设置的第一表面和第二表面;其中,所述多个功能组件设置在所述第一表面上,所述旋转轴设置在所述第二表面上;所述功能组件为摄像头模组、闪光灯或传感器。
- 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其中,所述承载板包括弧线段和直线段,所述直线段的两端分别与所述弧线段连接,其中所述弧线段可绕所述旋转轴旋转至所述壳体外。
- 根据权利要求2所述的壳体组件,其中,所述承载板包括相对设置的第一区域和第二区域,以及设置在所述第一区域和第二区域之间的第三区域,所述功能模组包括第一功能组件、第二功能组件以及第三功能组件;其中,所述第一功能组件设置在所述第一区域上,所述第二功能组件设置在所述第二区域上,所述第三功能组件设置在所述第三区域上,且所述第一功能组件、第二功能组件以及第三功能组件均沿所述弧线段设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的壳体组件,其中,所述旋转轴的圆心与所述圆弧段的圆心位于同一轴心线上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其中,所述壳体组件还包括驱动模组,其中,所述驱动模组与所述功能模组电性连接,以使得任一所述功能组件旋转至所述壳体外。
- 根据权利要求5所述的壳体组件,其中,所述驱动模组包括:驱动部件,所述驱动部件设置在所述壳体内;控制部件,所述控制部件设置在所述壳体外的一侧,并与所述驱动部件电连接;以及连接件,所述连接件的一端与所述旋转轴连接,所述连接件的另一端与所述控制部件连接;其中,所述控制部件通过所述驱动部件驱动所述旋转轴旋转,以使得任一所述功能组件旋转至所述壳体外。
- 根据权利要求6所述的壳体组件,其中,所述连接件的另一端上设置有连接孔,其中,所述旋转轴与所述连接孔连接,且所述旋转轴的外轮廓与所述连接孔的形状相适应。
- 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其中,所述壳体为金属壳体、塑料壳体、陶瓷壳体或者玻璃壳体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其中,所述承载板的材料为金属、不锈钢或者塑胶。
- 一种壳体组件,其包括:壳体;功能模组,所述功能模组设置在所述壳体内;其中,所述功能模组包括至少一个功能组件以及旋转轴,所述功能模组可绕所述旋转轴旋转,以使得任一所述功能组件旋转至所述壳体外。
- 根据权利要求10所述的壳体组件,其中,所述功能模组还包括承载板,所述承载板具有相对设置的第一表面和第二表面;其中,所述多个功能组件设置在所述第一表面上,所述旋转轴设置在所述第二表面上。
- 根据权利要求11所述的壳体组件,其中,所述承载板包括弧线段和直线段,所述直线段的两端分别与所述弧线段连接,其中所述弧线段可绕所述旋转轴旋转至所述壳体外。
- 根据权利要求12所述的壳体组件,其中,所述承载板包括相对设置的第一区域和第二区域,以及设置在所述第一区域和第二区域之间的第三区域,所述功能模组包括第一功能组件、第二功能组件以及第三功能组件;其中,所述第一功能组件设置在所述第一区域上,所述第二功能组件设置在所述第二区域上,所述第三功能组件设置在所述第三区域上,且所述第一功能组件、第二功能组件以及第三功能组件均沿所述弧线段设置。
- 根据权利要求12所述的壳体组件,其中,所述旋转轴的圆心与所述圆弧段的圆心位于同一轴心线上。
- 根据权利要求10所述的壳体组件,其中,所述壳体组件还包括驱动模组,其中,所述驱动模组与所述功能模组电性连接,以使得任一所述功能组件旋转至所述壳体外。
- 根据权利要求15所述的壳体组件,其中,所述驱动模组包括:驱动部件,所述驱动部件设置在所述壳体内;控制部件,所述控制部件设置在所述壳体外的一侧,并与所述驱动部件电连接;以及连接件,所述连接件的一端与所述旋转轴连接,所述连接件的另一端与所述控制部件连接;其中,所述控制部件通过所述驱动部件驱动所述旋转轴旋转,以使得任一所述功能组件旋转至所述壳体外。
- 根据权利要求16所述的壳体组件,其中,所述连接件的另一端上设置有连接孔,其中,所述旋转轴与所述连接孔连接,且所述旋转轴的外轮廓与所述连接孔的形状相适应。
- 根据权利要求10所述的壳体组件,其中,所述功能组件为摄像头模组、闪光灯或传感器。
- 一种电子设备,其包括:壳体组件;显示屏,所述显示屏设置在所述壳体组件上;所述壳体组件包括:壳体;功能模组,所述功能模组设置在所述壳体内;其中,所述功能模组包括至少一个功能组件以及旋转轴,所述功能模组可绕所述旋转轴旋转,以使得任一所述功能组件旋转至所述壳体外。
- 根据权利要求19所述的电子设备,其中,所述功能模组还包括承载板,所述承载板具有相对设置的第一表面和第二表面;其中,所述多个功能组件设置在所述第一表面上,所述旋转轴设置在所述第二表面上。
