移动终端,例如手机、平板电脑等,已经成为人们日常生活中最常用的消费型电子产品之一,人们越来越习惯通过移动终端进行各种与生活相关的操作,移动终端通常需要通过运营商基站进行通信。而移动终端常会遇到网络异常的情况,在移动终端遇到网络异常时,需要较长时间才能恢复网络。

随着移动通信技术的长足发展,移动通信已经经历了2G、3G以及4G等多个版本的发展。而不论是早期2G时代的GSM(Global System for Mobile Communication)移动通信系统或者CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access)通信系统,还是到了后面4G时代的LTE(long term evolution,长期演进)系统架构,基站都是比较重要的一个通信设备。
例如,如图1所示的2G移动通信系统架构示意图。基站BTS(base transceiver station)作为移动通信通路的接入设备与BSC(Base Station Controller)连接,然后BSC再与MSC(mobile switching center,移动交换中心)连接。再例如图2所示的4G移动通信系统架构示意图。基站eNB(evolved node B)与MME(Mobility Management Entity)连接,而MME与服务网关Serving Gateway连接。可以从图1和图2看出,在移动通信系统中,基站作为直接与移动终端建立连接的设备,在整个系统架构中有着比较重要的地位。基站,一般是指“公用移动通信基站”,其作用主要用于给手机、平板电脑等移动终端提供信号。基站设施并不仅仅掌握在各大运营商与设备厂商的手中,各大高校、研究所、科研机构中经常可以看到它们的身影,这加速了通信技术更新换代的频率以及缩短了商用开发的过渡时间。在使用移动终端时,移动终端需要注册运营商网络,而在注册运营商网络时,可能会出现注册失败的情况,协议规定在网络注册失败时会将当前位置区标识(TAI,Tracking Area Identity)禁止,即禁止跟踪该位置区标识对应的跟踪区域。
发明人经过长期的研究发现,移动终端在注册网络失败时,可能是因为网络情况一直较差,被网络拒绝而导致网络注册失败,也可能是因为网络情况暂时较差,被网络拒绝而导致网络注册失败,在注册失败时,需要较长时间才能恢复网络。如果是网络情况暂时较差而导致的注册失败,则移动终端在重启或者切换至飞行模式之后,再进行注册,则能成功注册网络,但这依然需要较长时间才能恢复网络。基于上述问题,发明人提出了本申请实施例提供的通信处理方法、装置、移动终端以及存储介质,注册当前小区失败时,禁止当前小区,当该当前小区对应的位置区标识下的小区被移动终端禁止的个数达到指定个数后,才禁止位置区标识,避免临时网络异常而使移动终端需要较长时间恢复网络。

进一步的,当上述接收的小区注册结果为注册失败时,则表示当前小区所在网络可能出现异常,为避免再次注册该小区,则可以禁止该当前小区,即禁止移动终端再对当前小区进行注册。
其中,小区是指在蜂窝移动通信系统中,其中的一个基站或基站的一部分(扇形天线)所覆盖的区域,在这个区域内移动台可以通过无线信道可靠地与基站进行通信。对于当前小区而言,当前小区对应有位置区标识(TAI,Tracking Area Identity),位置区标识用于标识跟踪区域,由国家代码(MCC,Mobile Country Code)、网络代码(MNC,Mobile Network Code)及跟踪区代码(Tracking Area Code,TAC)组成。上述小区为移动网络的最小覆盖范围,而TAI对应跟踪区的覆盖范围,其范围较大,通常一个TAI下对应有十个至几十个小区。另外,位置区标识对应有公共陆地移动网络(PLMN,Public Land Mobile Network),PLMN是由政府或它所批准的经营者,为公众提供陆地移动通信业务目的而建立和经营的网络。该网路通常与公众交换电话网互连,形成整个地区或国家规模的通信网。PLMN由上述的MCC以及MNC构成,例如,中国移动的PLMN为46000,460即为MCC,00即为MNC,又例如,中国联通的PLMN为46001,460即为MCC,01即为MNC。由于TAI由MCC、MNC以及TAC构成,即由PLMN以及TAC构成,因此,一个PLMN对应有多个TAI,通常一个PLMN下最多有16bit标识的0~65535个TAI。

由于移动终端在注册网络时,移动终端对一个位置区标识所对应的小区注册失败后,仅禁止当前注册失败的小区,在该位置区标识对应的小区被移动终端禁止的个数达到指定小区个数时,才禁止位置区标识。避免临时网络异常而导致位置区标识被禁止,使移动终端无法加入该位置区标识的网络。
另外,由于伪基站可能模拟运营商基站,并利用协议中注册网络失败时禁止位置区标识的漏洞,使移动终端禁止周围的TAI而使移动终端接入2G(2-Generation wireless telephone technology,第二代移动通信技术)基站的小区、3G(3rd-Generation,第三代移动通信技术)基站的小区,而使不法分子实现其不法活。通过上述方法,则可以避免伪基站利用协议漏洞而故意使移动终端禁止TAI的情况,降低移动终端被伪基站攻击的风险。其中,伪基站即假基站,是移动通信网络之外的非法基站,伪基站一般由主机和笔记本电脑组成,通过短信群发器、短信发信机等相关设备能够搜取以其为中心、一定半径范围内的手机卡信息,利用2G移动通信的缺陷,通过伪装成运营商的基站,冒用他人手机号码强行向用户手机发送诈骗、广告推销等短信息。
本申请实施例提供的通信处理方法,通过对当前小区进行网络注册时,接收小区注册结果,当小区注册结果为注册失败时,仅禁止当前小区,当前小区对应有位置区标识,且该位置区标识对应多个小区。当该位置区标识对应的小区被移动终端禁止的个数达到指定小区个数后,禁止位置区标识。从而使得移动终端注册网络失败时,不会立即禁止当前的位置区标识,避免网络异常而导致位置区标识被禁止,使移动终端无法后续注册该位置区标识的网络,并且避免伪基站利用协议漏洞而故意使移动终端禁止TAI的情况,降低移动终端被伪基站攻击的风险。
请参阅图2,本申请另一个实施例提供了一种通信处理方法,可应用于移动终端,该通信处理方法可以包括:
步骤S210:在对当前小区进行网络注册时,接收小区注册结果。
在本申请实施例中,步骤S210可以参阅上述实施例的内容,在此不再赘述。
步骤S220:当小区注册结果为注册失败时,禁止选择、重选或者接入所述当前小区,所述当前小区对应有位置区标识,所述位置区标识对应多个小区。
在本申请实施例中,在上述对当前小区进行网络注册,接收到的小区注册结果为注册失败时,禁止该当前小区。其中,禁止当前小区,可以为禁止选择、重选或者接入该当前小区。小区选择为移动终端开机(或从无服务区域进入有服务器区域)后,会试图与SIM卡允许的PLMN取得联系,因此会选择一个合适的小区驻留,并从中提取控制信道的参数和其他系统信息,这种选择过程被称为“小区选择”。小区重选为移动终端在空闲(IDLE)模式下因位置变动、信号变化等因素导致重新选择服务小区的过程。接入小区是指移动终端接入到小区,以实现网络服务。通过禁止选择、重选或者接入到该当前小区,可以使移动终端不再对当前小区进行注册,以便移动终端对其他小区进行注册,加快成功注册网络。
在本申请实施例中,在禁止当前小区之后,可能此前注册当前小区失败,仅是时间网络情况不好,而导致的注册失败。而在一段时间后,可能网络恢复正常,此时移动终端可以正常注册当前小区,如果对当前小区禁止的时间较长,则会使移动终端后续无法注册该小区。因此,该通信处理方法还可以包括:
监测所述移动终端禁止所述当前小区的时长,将监测到的时长作为第一时长;当所述第一时长超过第一设定时长时,取消禁止当前小区。
可以理解的,在对执行禁止当前小区的时刻起,可以开始对移动终端禁止当前小区的时长进行监测并记录,其中,监测的方式可以包括实时监测、间隔预定时长监测、或者根据用户自行设置的时间间隔监测,可选的,为了提升监测禁止当前小区的时长的准确性,可以采用实时监测的方式。监测的移动终端禁止当前小区的时长,可以作 为第一时长。在确定出第一时长超过第一设定时长时,取消禁止当前小区,也就是说,不再禁止移动终端对当前小区进行网络注册,以便移动终端后续可以对当前小区进行注册,在当前小区临时网络异常之后,网络恢复正常时可以成功注册当前小区。在本申请实施例中,第一设定时长的具体大小在本申请实施例中可以不作为限定,例如,可以是0.05小时,可以是0.2小时,也可以是0.5小时,还可以是1小时等。
在本申请实施例中,在取消禁止当前小区之后,移动终端则可以再次对当前小区注册。当移动终端选择该当前小区进行注册时,如果该当前小区对应的网络恢复正常时,则移动终端可以成功注册该当前小区。如果该当前小区的网络未恢复正常,即网络仍然处于异常,则移动终端仍然不能成功注册该当前小区,此时如果接收到对当前小区的注册结果为注册失败,则会再次禁止该当前小区。另外,再次注册当前小区失败,可能表示当前小区处于网络异常的时间较长,因此,该通信处理方法还可以包括:
当再次注册所述当前小区失败时,增大所述第一设定时长。
可以理解的是,当上述取消禁止当前小区之后,移动终端再次对当前小区进行注册,并且可以接收到当前小区返回的小区注册结果。如果这次对当前小区进行网络注册,接收到的小区注册结果是表征注册当前小区失败的信息,即小区注册结果为注册失败,则可以增大上述的第一设定时长。也就是说,对小区注册失败之后,禁止该小区,并且设定禁止小区的第一设定时长,当第一设定时长之后,取消禁止该小区,并且当再次注册该小区失败时,增大该第一设定时长。
另外,在本申请实施例中,当上述再次禁止当前小区,并增大第一设定时长之后,如果后续取消禁止当前小区,又出现注册当前小区失败时,依然禁止当前小区,并增大第一设定时长。从而注册失败时,小区被禁止的时间,随着注册失败的次数而增加。
在本申请实施例中,当再次注册上述当前小区失败时,具体第一设定时长的增大大小可以不作为限定,例如,可以是0.5小时,也可以是1小时等。
通过上述设定禁止小区的时长,即上述第一设定时长,并且随着再次注册小区失败时,增大禁止小区的时长,实现避免小区对应的网络临时异常而导致网络注册失败时需要较长时间才能重新注册该小区。并且随着后续再次注册小区失败,增大禁止小区的设定时长,使得移动终端可以避免注册网络存在问题的小区,通过注册其他小区而成功注册网络。
另外,在本申请实施例中,上述增大第一设定时长,也可以是出现多次再次注册该小区失败时,才增大第一设定时长,更加有效的避免临时性网络异常导致移动终端无法注册该当前小区的网络。例如,在上述取消禁止当前小区之后,如果第二次注册该当前小区失败,则仅是按照第一设定时长禁止该当前小区,当第三次注册该当前小区失败时,也仅是按照第一设定时长禁止该当前小区,当第四次注册该当前小区失败时,则可以增大第一设定时长。
步骤S230:当所述位置区标识对应的小区被所述移动终端禁止的个数达到指定小区个数后,禁止选择、重选或者接入所述位置区标识对应的所有小区。
在本申请实施例中,在禁止上述当前小区之后,可以对后续移动终端对其他小区进行网络注册过程中的注册结果进行监测。当上述当前小区的位置区标识所对应的小区,被移动终端禁止的个数达到指定小区个数之后,则表示移动终端注册该位置区标识的小区也不会成功,因此可以禁止该位置区标识。其中,禁止该位置区标识,可以是禁止移动终端选择、重选或者接入该位置区标识对应的所有小区。可以理解的是,通过禁止移动终端选择、重选或者接入到该位置区标识下的所有小区,可以使移动终端在后续注册网络过程中可以不再对该位置区标识的小区进行注册,节省移动终端注册网络的时间。
作为一种方式,上述当位置区标识对应的小区被移动终端禁止的个数达到指定小区个数后,禁止位置区标识,可以包括:
当所述位置区标识对应的小区被连续禁止的个数达到指定小区个数,或者;第一时间段内所述位置区标识对应的小区被连续禁止的个数达到指定小区个数,禁止所述位置区标识,第一时间段为禁止所述当前小区后的设定时间段。
可以理解的是,上述位置区标识对应的小区被禁止的个数达到指定小区个数,可以是移动终端在对其他小区进行注册时,连续注册到该位置区标识的小区出现失败,导致该位置区标识对应的小区被连续禁止的个数达到指定小区个数。也可以是,移动终端在对其他小区进行注册时,在禁止当前小区后的设定时间段内,该位置区标识对应的小区被连续禁止的个数达到指定小区个数。当满足上述任意一种条件时,则可以禁止该位置区标识。
在本申请实施例中,在禁止上述位置区标识之后,可能此前出现移动终端注册该位置区标识的小区时,出现注册失败指定小区个数的情况,可能是因为该位置区标识对应的网络出现临时异常而导致的。可能在后续会出现该位置区标识的网络恢复正常的情况,此时移动终端则可以成功对该位置区标识下的小区进行注册。如果对上述位置区标识禁止的时间较长,则会使移动终端长时间内无法注册该位置区标识的所有小区。因此,该通信处理方法还可以包括:
监测所述移动终端禁止所述位置区标识的时长,将监测到的时长作为第二时长;当所述第二时长超过第二设定时长时,取消禁止所述位置区标识。
可以理解的是,在执行禁止上述位置区标识的时刻起,可以开始对移动终端禁止该位置区标识的时长进行监测并记录,其中,监测的方式可以包括实时监测、间隔设定时长监测、或者根据用户仔细设置的时间间隔监测。可选的,为提升监测禁止该位置区标识的时间的准确性,可以采用实时监测的方式监测移动终端禁止该位置区标识的时长。并且,监测到的移动终端禁止该位置区标识的时长,可以作为第二时长。
在确定出上述第二时长超过第二设定时长时,则可以取消禁止该位置区标识,即取消禁止选择、重新或者接入该位置区标识对应的所有小区,也就是说,不再禁止移动终端对该位置区标识下的所有小区进行网络注册,以便移动终端后续可以对该位置区标识对应的小区。第二设定时长可以理解为对该位置区标识进行禁止的时长。在该位置区标识对应的网络由临时网络异常,恢复正常网络之后,则移动终端此时可以成功注册该位置区标识下的小区。在本申请实施例中,第一设定时长的具体大小在本申请实施例中可以不作为限定,例如,可以是0.1小时,可以是0.2小时,也可以是0.5小时,还可以是1小时等。
在本申请实施例中,在取消禁止该位置区标识之后,移动终端则可以再次对该位置区标识下的所有小区进行注册。当移动终端对该位置区标识下的小区进行注册时,如果该当前位置区标识对应的网络恢复正常时,则移动终端可以成功注册该位置区别标识下的所有小区或者部分小区。如果该当前位置区标识对应的网络未恢复正常,即网络仍然处于异常,则移动终端仍然不能成功注册该位置区标识下的任一小区。因此,如果出现注册该位置区标识的指定小区个数的小区失败时,则表示当前位置区标识的网络出现异常的时间较长,因此,该通信处理方法还可以包括:
当所述位置区标识对应的小区被所述移动终端禁止的个数再次达到指定小区个数时,增大所述第二设定时长。
可以理解的是,当上述取消禁止该位置区标识之后,移动终端可以再次对该位置区标识下的小区进行注册,并且可以获取到对该位置区标识下的小区进行注册的注册结果。如果仍然出现多次注册该位置区标识的小区失败,使得该位置区标识的小区被禁止的个数再次达到指定个数时,则表示该位置区标识的网络仍然处于网络异常的情况,并且该位置区标识对应的网络出现异常的时间可能较长,因此可以再次禁止该位置区标识,并且可以增大上述的第二设定时长。
另外,在本申请实施例中,当上述再次禁止位置区标识,并增大第二设定时长之 后,如果后续取消禁止该位置区标识,又出现该位置区标识的小区被禁止的个数达到指定小区个数时,依然禁止该位置区标识,并增大第二设定时长。从而再次出现该位置区标识的多个小区注册失败时,该位置区标识被禁止的时间会增加。
在本申请实施例中,当再次出现该位置区标识的小区被禁止的个数达到指定小区个数时,具体第二设定时长的增大大小可以不作为限定,例如,可以是0.2小时,也可以是0.5小时,也可以是1小时等。
通过上述设定禁止位置区标识的时长,即上述第二设定时长,并且随着再次出现该位置区标识的小区被禁止的个数达到指定小区个数时,增大禁止位置区标识的时长,实现避免位置区标识对应的网络临时异常,而导致需要较长时间后才能重新注册该位置区标识。并且随着后续再次出现该位置区标识的小区被禁止个数达到指定小区个数时,即再次满足位置区标识被禁止的调节时,则增大禁止位置区标识的第二设定时长,使得移动终端可以避免注册网络存在问题的位置区标识,通过注册其他位置区标识的小区而成功注册网络。
另外,在本申请实施例中,上述增大第二设定时长,也可以是出现多次满足禁止位置区标识的条件时,才增大第一设定时长,有效的避免临时性网络异常导致移动终端无法注册该位置区标识的网络。例如,在上述取消禁止该位置区标识之后,如果第二次出现该位置区标识的小区被禁止个数达到指定小区个数,则仅是按照第二设定时长禁止该位置区标识,当第三次出现该位置区标识的小区被禁止个数达到指定小区个数时,也仅是按照第二设定时长禁止该位置区标识,当第四次出现该位置区标识的小区被禁止个数达到指定小区个数时,则可以增大第二设定时长。
步骤S240:当所述公共陆地移动网络下对应的位置区标识被所述移动终端禁止的个数达到设定个数后,禁止所述公共陆地移动网络。
可以理解的是,由于每个位置区标识对应有公共陆地移动网络,并且公共陆地移动网络下对应多个位置区标识。在上述位置区标识被禁止后,可能是该位置区标识对应的公共陆地移动网络存在网络异常的情况。因此,可以对禁止位置区标识的情况进行监测,以确定上述位置区标识(上述当前小区对应的位置区标识)对应的公共陆地移动网络是否存在异常。当该公共陆地移动网络对应的位置区标识达到设定个数时,则表示该公共陆地移动网络对应的多个位置区标识均存在网络异常的情况,此时可能为该公共陆地移动网络存在异常。因此,为避免移动终端继续对该公共陆地移动网络下的位置区标识对应的小区注册,可以禁止该公共陆地移动网络,以节省移动终端注册网络的时间。其中,设定个数的具体数值在本申请实施例中可以不作为限定,例如,设定个数可以为2个,也可以为3个,也可以为5个等。
作为一种方式,当所述公共陆地移动网络下对应的位置区标识被所述移动终端禁止的个数达到设定个数后,禁止所述公共陆地移动网络,包括:
当所述公共陆地移动网络对应的位置区标识被连续禁止的个数达到设定个数,或者;在第二时间段内所述公共陆地移动网络对应的位置区标识被禁止的个数达到设定个数,禁止所述公共陆地移动网络,所述第二时间段为禁止所述位置区标识后的设定时间段。
可以理解的是,上述公共陆地移动网络的位置区标识被禁止的个数达到设定个数,可以是移动终端在对其他小区进行注册时,连续出现该公共陆地移动网络的位置区标识对应的小区被连续禁止的个数达到指定小区个数,而使得公共陆地移动网络的位置区标识被禁止的个数达到设定个数。也可以是,移动终端在对其他小区进行注册时,在禁止当前小区对应的位置区标识后的设定时间段内,该公共陆地移动网络的位置区标识被禁止的个数达到设定个数。当满足上述任意一种条件时,则可以禁止该公共陆地移动网络。
另外,上述禁止该公共陆地移动网络,可以包括:禁止选择、重选或者接入该公 共陆地移动网络的所有位置区标识对应的所有小区。
同样的,禁止公共陆地移动网络也可以是,在一定市场后取消该禁止操作,使移动终端可以对该公共陆地移动网络的位置区标识对应的小区进行注册。因此,该通信处理方法还可以包括:
监测所述移动终端禁止所述公共陆地移动网络的时长,将监测到的时长作为第三时长;当所述第三时长超过第三设定时长时,取消禁止所述公共陆地移动网络。
可以理解的,在对执行禁止该公共陆地移动网络的时刻起,可以开始对移动终端禁止公共陆地移动网络的时长进行监测并记录,其中,监测的方式可以包括实时监测、间隔预定时长监测、或者根据用户自行设置的时间间隔监测,可选的,为了提升监测禁止公共陆地移动网络的时长的准确性,可以采用实时监测的方式。监测的移动终端禁止公共陆地移动网络的时长,可以作为第三时长。在确定出第三时长超过第三设定时长时,取消禁止该公共陆地移动网络,也就是说,不再禁止移动终端对该公共陆地移动网络的所有位置区标识的所有小区进行网络注册,以便移动终端后续可以对该公共陆地移动网络的所有位置区标识的所有小区进行注册,在该公共陆地移动网络出现临时网络异常之后,网络恢复正常时可以成功注册该公共陆地移动网络下的位置区标识对应的小区。在本申请实施例中,第三设定时长的具体大小在本申请实施例中可以不作为限定,例如,可以是0.05小时,可以是0.2小时,也可以是0.5小时,还可以是1小时等。
另外,在后续取消禁止该公共陆地移动网络之后,当再次满足上述需要禁止该公共陆地移动网络的条件,即该公共陆地移动网络的位置区标识被禁止的个数达到设定个数,可以再次禁止该公共陆地移动网络,并且增大上述第三设定时长。因此,该通信处理方法还可以包括:
当所述公共陆地移动网络下对应的位置区标识被所述移动终端禁止的个数再次达到设定个数后,增大所述第三设定时长。
可以理解的是,通过上述增大禁止公共移动网络的第三设定时长,使得移动终端可以避免注册网络存在问题的公共移动网络的位置区标识对应的小区,通过注册其他公共移动网络的位置区标识对应的小区而成功注册网络。
本申请实施例提供的通信处理方法,通过在对当前小区进行网络注册,注册失败时,禁止当前小区,并且在第一设定时长后取消禁止该当前小区,另外,在再次注册该当前小区失败时,增大该第一设定时长。当该当前小区的位置区标识对应的小区被禁止的个数达到指定小区个数后,可以禁止该位置区标识,并且在第二设定时长后取消禁止该位置区标识,另外,在再次出现该位置区标识的小区被禁止的个数达到指定小区个数时,增大第二设定时长。另外,还在公共陆地移动网络的位置区标识被禁止的个数达到设定个数时,禁止公共陆地移动网络,节省注册网络的时间。从而,可以有效避免临时网络,不会立即禁止当前的位置区标识,避免网络异常而导致位置区标识被禁止,使移动终端无法后续注册该位置区标识的网络,并且避免伪基站利用协议漏洞而故意使移动终端禁止TAI的情况,降低移动终端被伪基站攻击的风险。
请参阅图4,本申请又一个实施例提供了一种通信处理方法,可应用于移动终端,该通信处理方法可以包括:
步骤S310:在对当前小区进行网络注册时,接收小区注册结果。
步骤S320:当小区注册结果为注册失败时,禁止所述当前小区,所述当前小区对应有位置区标识,所述位置区标识对应多个小区。
在本申请实施例中,步骤S310以及步骤S320的内容可以参阅上述实施例的内容,在此不再赘述。在禁止当前小区后,也可以在第一设定时长后取消禁止当前小区。并且当再次注册当前小区失败时,可以增大第一设定时长。
步骤S330:识别所述当前小区对应的基站是否为伪基站。
在本申请实施例中,移动终端在对上述当前小区进行注册,并注册失败时,可能是因为移动终端在对伪基站的小区进行注册而注册失败。可以理解的,在对基站的小区在进行注册时,需要进行初始接入过程,例如,上述的RRC连接。在进行初始接入过程之后,则需要进行附着attach过程。附着过程是进行注册过程中必要的过程,只有当附着成功后才可以进行后续的业务。在进行附着过程时,需要进行移动终端与网络的相互鉴权,移动终端与MM(Mobility Management Entity)建立MM(mobile management)上下文。MME为移动终端建立默认承载,移动终端获得网络侧分配的IP地址。还需进行用户位置登记,以及临时身份标识(S-TMSI)的分配。而伪基站的小区不能通过上述鉴权等安全验证过程,则会导致注册失败。
因此,可以在移动终端对当前小区注册失败时,识别该当前小区对应的基站是否为伪基站,以便在识别出该基站为伪基站时,进行相关防护操作。
在本申请实施例中,识别当前小区对应的基站是否为伪基站,可以包括:
步骤S331:向所述当前小区发起跟踪区更新。
在本申请实施例中,由于伪基站会增大发射功率,而使移动终端接入伪基站的小区,并且由于伪基站的TAC与运营商基站的TAC不同,因此可以发起跟踪区跟新(Tracking Area Update,TAU)。其中,长期演进网络(Long Term Evolution,LTE)中的跟踪区更新,是指当移动终端由一个小区位置区(TA,tracking area)移动至另外一个TA时,必须在新的TA上重新进行位置登记以通知网络来更改他所存储的移动终端的位置信息。例如,移动终端探测到新的小区,发现该小区的TAC与当前小区的TAC不同时,则会发起TAU。为确定移动终端位置,LTE网络的覆盖区将被分为多个TA,TA的功能与3G的位置区和路由区类似,是LTE系统中位置更新和寻呼的基本单位。TA用TAC标识,一个TA可包含一个或者多个小区,TAC在这些小区的SIB1中广播。网络运营时用TAI作为TA的唯一标识。
在进行TAU时,会进行鉴权、完整性保护等安全验证过程,而如果伪基站进行TAU,由于其不能通过上述的安全验证过程,因此,会TAU更新失败。并且在伪基站由于不能TAU成功,因此会在TAU失败之前,发送重定向命令,使移动终端重定向到2G伪基站的小区或者3G伪基站的小区,以实现不法分子的不法活动。
因此,可以识别当前小区的基站是否为伪基站时,可以向当前小区发起跟踪区更新。
步骤S332:如果在接收到表征跟踪区更新成功的结果之前,接收到指示进行小区重定向的指示指令,则识别出所述当前注册的当前小区对应的基站为伪基站。
在本申请实施例中,在向当前小区发起TAU之后,移动终端可以接收当前小区返回的跟踪区更新结果,当接收到当前小区返回的拒绝更新信息时,则表示跟踪区跟新失败,当接收到当前小区返回的成功更新的信息时,则表示跟踪区更新成功。
进一步的,由于会在TAU失败之前,发送重定向命令,使移动终端重定向到2G伪基站的小区或者3G伪基站的小区。因此,可以监测是否接收到指示进行小区重定向的指示指令。当接收到指示进行小区重定向的指令,则可以确定接收到该指令的时刻是否在接收到表征跟踪区更新成功的结果之前。
在本申请实施例中,确定接收到指示进行重定向的指示指令,可以包括:
接收当前小区在释放与所述移动终端之间的无线资源控制的连接过程中发送的释放信息,根据所述释放信息确定是否接收到进行重定向的指示指令。
可以理解的是,当前小区在与移动终端建立RRC(Radio Resource Control,无线资源控制)连接后,可以通过控制释放移动终端的RRC连接过程中,发送携带重定向的指示指令的释放信息,该指示指令用于指示移动终端由当前小区重定向到另外的小区。对应的,移动终端可以接收到当前小区在上述释放RRC连接的过程中发送的释放信息,并确定出接收到的释放信息中是否存在有上述指示指令。
当确定出上述接收到的释放信息存在上述指示指令时,可以确定当前时刻之前是否接收到过表征跟踪区更新成功的结果。如果没有接收到过表征跟踪区更新成功的结果,则表示在接收到过表征跟踪区更新成功的结果之前,移动终端接收到进行重定向的指示指令。由于伪基站会在TAU失败之前,发送重定向命令,使移动终端重定向到2G伪基站的小区或者3G伪基站的小区,因此,可以识别出当前注册的当前小区对应的基站为伪基站。
当然,具体识别当前小区的基站是否为伪基站的方式在本申请实施例中可以不作为限定。
在本申请实施例中,该通信处理方法还可以包括:取消上述小区重定向。
可以理解的是,为保证用户的安全,避免不法分子通过将移动终端重定向至2G基站的小区或者3G基站的小区,实现其不法行为。因此,可以在确定出上述重定向为伪基站所发出的重定向时,可以取消该小区重定向,即不再执行该小区重定向,避免重定向至2G基站的小区或者3G基站的小区后,遭受到攻击而导致用户的损失。
步骤S340:如果为伪基站,则禁止所述基站。
在确定当前小区对应的基站为伪基站时,为避免用户受到不法分子的攻击,因此,可以禁止接入到该基站。
作为一种实施方式,禁止移动终端接入该当前小区对应的基站的方式包括移动终端禁止探测该基站所对应的特征参数,其中,特征参数包括位置区标识(TAI,Tracking Area Identity)、绝对视频信道号(EARFCN,eutra absolute radio frequency channel number)、物理单元标识(PCI,physical cell identity)、小区身份(CID,cell identity)等,当然,该基站所对应的特征参数还可以包括其他,在此不再赘述。在本实施例中,可以通过当前小区的基站所对应的特征参数,对该基站进行标识,并基于该标识禁止移动终端接入该基站。
步骤S350:当所述位置区标识对应的小区被所述移动终端禁止的个数达到指定小区个数后,禁止所述位置区标识。
在本申请实施例中,步骤S350可以参阅上述实施例的内容,在此不再赘述。在禁止该位置区标识后,也可以在第二设定时长后取消禁止该位置区标识。并且当位置区标识对应的小区被所述移动终端禁止的个数再次达到指定小区个数时,可以增大第二设定时长。
步骤S360:当所述公共陆地移动网络下对应的位置区标识被所述移动终端禁止的个数达到设定个数后,禁止所述公共陆地移动网络。
在本申请实施例中,步骤S360可以参阅上述实施例的内容,在此不再赘述。在禁止该公共陆地移动网络后,也可以在第三设定时长后取消禁止该公共陆地移动网络。并且当公共陆地移动网络对应的位置区标识被所述移动终端禁止的个数再次达到设定个数时,可以增大第三设定时长。
本申请实施例提供的通信处理方法,通过在对当前小区进行网络注册,注册失败时,禁止当前小区,并且在第一设定时长后取消禁止该当前小区,另外,在再次注册该当前小区失败时,增大该第一设定时长。在注册当前小区失败时,还失败当前小区对应的基站是否为伪基站,并在识别出伪基站时,进行相关处理,避免用户的损失。当该当前小区的位置区标识对应的小区被禁止的个数达到指定小区个数后,可以禁止该位置区标。另外,还在公共陆地移动网络的位置区标识被禁止的个数达到设定个数时,禁止公共陆地移动网络,节省注册网络的时间。从而,可以有效避免临时网络,不会立即禁止当前的位置区标识,避免网络异常而导致位置区标识被禁止,使移动终端无法后续注册该位置区标识的网络,并且避免伪基站利用协议漏洞而故意使移动终端禁止TAI的情况,降低移动终端被伪基站攻击的风险。
请参阅图7,图7示出了本申请一个实施例提供的通信处理装置400的模块框图。 该通信处理装置400应用于移动终端,下面将针对图7所示的装置进行阐述,所述通信处理装置400包括:结果接收模块410、小区禁止模块420以及位置区禁止模块430。其中,所述结果接收模块410用于在对当前小区进行网络注册时,接收小区注册结果;所述小区禁止模块420用于当小区注册结果为注册失败时,禁止所述当前小区,所述当前小区对应有位置区标识,所述位置区标识对应多个小区;所述位置区禁止模块430用于当所述位置区标识对应的小区被所述移动终端禁止的个数达到指定小区个数后,禁止所述位置区标识。
在本申请实施例中,该通信处理装置400还可以包括:第一时长监测模块以及第一取消模块。第一时长监测模块用于监测所述移动终端禁止所述当前小区的时长,将监测到的时长作为第一时长;第一取消模块用于当所述第一时长超过第一设定时长时,取消禁止当前小区。
进一步的,该通信处理装置400还可以包括:第一时长增大模块。第一时长增大模块用于当再次注册所述当前小区失败时,增大所述第一设定时长。
在本申请实施例中,该通信处理装置400还可以包括:第二时长监测模块以及第二取消模块。第二时长监测模块用于监测所述移动终端禁止所述位置区标识的时长,将监测到的时长作为第二时长;第二取消模块用于当所述第二时长超过第二设定时长时,取消禁止所述位置区标识。
进一步的,该通信处理装置400还可以包括:第二时长增大模块。第二时长增大模块用于当所述位置区标识对应的小区被所述移动终端禁止的个数再次达到指定小区个数时,增大所述第二设定时长。
在本申请实施例中,位置区禁止模块430可以具体用于:当所述位置区标识对应的小区被连续禁止的个数达到指定小区个数,或者;第一时间段内所述位置区标识对应的小区被连续禁止的个数达到指定小区个数,禁止所述位置区标识,第一时间段为禁止所述当前小区后的设定时间段。
在本申请实施例中,所述位置区标识对应有公共陆地移动网络,所述公共陆地网络对应多个位置区标识。该通信处理装置400还可以包括:网络禁止模块。网络禁止模块用于当所述公共陆地移动网络下对应的位置区标识被所述移动终端禁止的个数达到设定个数后,禁止所述公共陆地移动网络。
在本申请实施例中,该通信处理装置400还可以包括:第三时长监测模块以及第三取消模块。第三时长监测模块用于监测所述移动终端禁止所述公共陆地移动网络的时长,将监测到的时长作为第三时长;第三取消模块用于当所述第三时长超过第三设定时长时,取消禁止所述公共陆地移动网络。
进一步的,该通信处理装置400还可以包括:第三时长增大模块。第三时长增大模块用于当再次注册所述公共陆地移动网络下任一位置区标识的小区失败时,增大所述第三设定时长。
在本申请实施例中,网络禁止模块可以具体用于:当所述公共陆地移动网络对应的位置区标识被连续禁止的个数达到设定个数,或者;在第二时间段内所述公共陆地移动网络对应的位置区标识被禁止的个数达到设定个数,禁止所述公共陆地移动网络,所述第二时间段为禁止所述位置区标识后的设定时间段。
进一步的,网络禁止模块禁止所述公共陆地移动网络,可以包括:禁止选择、重选或者接入所述公共陆地移动网络的所有位置区标识对应的所有小区。
在本申请实施例中,小区禁止模块420禁止当前小区,可以包括:禁止选择、重选或者接入所述当前小区。
在本申请实施例中,位置区禁止模块430禁止所述位置区标识,可以包括:禁止选择、重选或者接入所述位置区标识对应的所有小区。
在本申请实施例中,该通信处理装置400还可以包括:基站识别模块以及基站禁 止模块。基站识别模块用于识别所述当前小区对应的基站是否为伪基站;基站禁止模块用于如果当前小区对应的基站为伪基站,则禁止所述基站。
进一步的,基站识别模块可以具有用于:向所述当前小区发起跟踪区更新;如果在接收到表征跟踪区更新成功的结果之前,接收到指示进行小区重定向的指示指令时,则识别出所述当前注册的当前小区对应的基站为伪基站。
在本申请实施例中,该通信处理装置400还可以包括:重定向取消模块。重定向取消模块用于取消所述小区重定向。
在本申请实施例中,基站禁止模块可以具有用于禁止探测所述基站所对应的特征参数,所述特征参数包括位置区标识、绝对视频信道号、物理单元标识以及小区标识中的至少一种。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述装置和模块的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,模块相互之间的耦合可以是电性,机械或其它形式的耦合。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能模块可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个模块单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上模块集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。
综上所述,本申请提供的方案,在对当前小区进行网络注册时,接收小区注册结果,当小区注册结果为注册失败时,禁止当前小区,其中,当前小区对应有位置区标识,位置区标识对应多个小区,当该位置区标识对应的小区被移动终端禁止的个数达到指定小区个数后,禁止该位置区标识,从而避免网络注册失败时禁止位置区标识,而导致网络恢复时间较长。
请参考图8,其示出了本申请实施例提供的一种移动终端的结构框图。该移动终端100可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书等能够运行应用程序的移动终端。本申请中的移动终端100可以包括一个或多个如下部件:处理器110、存储器120以及一个或多个应用程序,其中一个或多个应用程序可以被存储在存储器120中并被配置为由一个或多个处理器110执行,一个或多个程序配置用于执行如前述方法实施例所描述的方法。
处理器110可以包括一个或者多个处理核。处理器110利用各种接口和线路连接整个移动终端100内的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器120内的指令、程序、代码集或指令集,以及调用存储在存储器120内的数据,执行移动终端100的各种功能和处理数据。可选地,处理器110可以采用数字信号处理(Digital Signal Processing,DSP)、现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)、可编程逻辑阵列(Programmable Logic Array,PLA)中的至少一种硬件形式来实现。处理器110可集成中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、图像处理器(Graphics Processing Unit,GPU)和调制解调器等中的一种或几种的组合。其中,CPU主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等;GPU用于负责显示内容的渲染和绘制;调制解调器用于处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调器也可以不集成到处理器110中,单独通过一块通信芯片进行实现。
存储器120可以包括随机存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM),也可以包括只读存储器(Read-Only Memory)。存储器120可用于存储指令、程序、代码、代码集或指令集。存储器120可包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储用于实现操作系统的指令、用于实现至少一个功能的指令(比如触控功能、声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)、用于实现下述各个方法实施例的指令等。存储数据区还可以存储终端100在使用中所创建的数据(比如电话本、音视频数据、聊天记录数据)等。
请参考图9,其示出了本申请实施例提供的一种计算机可读存储介质的结构框图。 该计算机可读介质800中存储有程序代码,所述程序代码可被处理器调用执行上述方法实施例中所描述的方法。
计算机可读存储介质800可以是诸如闪存、EEPROM(电可擦除可编程只读存储器)、EPROM、硬盘或者ROM之类的电子存储器。可选地,计算机可读存储介质800包括非易失性计算机可读介质(non-transitory computer-readable storage medium)。计算机可读存储介质800具有执行上述方法中的任何方法步骤的程序代码810的存储空间。这些程序代码可以从一个或者多个计算机程序产品中读出或者写入到这一个或者多个计算机程序产品中。程序代码810可以例如以适当形式进行压缩。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不驱使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (20)
- 一种通信处理方法,其特征在于,应用于移动终端,所述方法包括:在对当前小区进行网络注册时,接收小区注册结果;当小区注册结果为注册失败时,禁止所述当前小区,所述当前小区对应有位置区标识,所述位置区标识对应多个小区;当所述位置区标识对应的小区被所述移动终端禁止的个数达到指定小区个数后,禁止所述位置区标识。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述禁止所述当前小区之后,所述方法还包括:监测所述移动终端禁止所述当前小区的时长,将监测到的时长作为第一时长;当所述第一时长超过第一设定时长时,取消禁止当前小区。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述当所述第一时长超过第一设定时长时,取消禁止当前小区之后,所述方法还包括:当再次注册所述当前小区失败时,增大所述第一设定时长。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述禁止所述位置区标识之后,所述方法还包括:监测所述移动终端禁止所述位置区标识的时长,将监测到的时长作为第二时长;当所述第二时长超过第二设定时长时,取消禁止所述位置区标识。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述当所述第二时长超过第二设定时长时,取消禁止所述位置区标识之后,所述方法还包括:当所述位置区标识对应的小区被所述移动终端禁止的个数再次达到指定小区个数时,增大所述第二设定时长。
- 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当所述位置区标识对应的小区被所述移动终端禁止的个数达到指定小区个数后,禁止所述位置区标识,包括:当所述位置区标识对应的小区被连续禁止的个数达到指定小区个数,或者;第一时间段内所述位置区标识对应的小区被连续禁止的个数达到指定小区个数,禁止所述位置区标识,第一时间段为禁止所述当前小区后的设定时间段。
- 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述位置区标识对应有公共陆地移动网络,所述公共陆地网络对应多个位置区标识,所述当所述位置区标识对应的小区被所述移动终端禁止的个数达到指定小区个数后,禁止所述位置区标识之后,所述方法还包括:当所述公共陆地移动网络下对应的位置区标识被所述移动终端禁止的个数达到设定个数后,禁止所述公共陆地移动网络。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述禁止所述公共陆地移动网络之后,所述方法还包括:监测所述移动终端禁止所述公共陆地移动网络的时长,将监测到的时长作为第三时长;当所述第三时长超过第三设定时长时,取消禁止所述公共陆地移动网络。
- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述当所述时长超过设定时长时,取消禁止所述公共陆地移动网络之后,所述方法还包括:当所述公共陆地移动网络下对应的位置区标识被所述移动终端禁止的个数再次达到设定个数后,增大所述第三设定时长。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当所述公共陆地移动网络下对应的位置区标识被所述移动终端禁止的个数达到设定个数后,禁止所述公共陆地移动 网络,包括:当所述公共陆地移动网络对应的位置区标识被连续禁止的个数达到设定个数,或者;在第二时间段内所述公共陆地移动网络对应的位置区标识被禁止的个数达到设定个数,禁止所述公共陆地移动网络,所述第二时间段为禁止所述位置区标识后的设定时间段。
- 根据权利要求7-10任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述禁止所述公共陆地移动网络,包括:禁止选择、重选或者接入所述公共陆地移动网络的所有位置区标识对应的所有小区。
- 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述禁止当前小区,包括:禁止选择、重选或者接入所述当前小区。
- 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述禁止所述位置区标识,包括:禁止选择、重选或者接入所述位置区标识对应的所有小区。
- 根据权利要求1-13任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当小区注册结果为注册失败时,禁止所述当前小区,还包括:识别所述当前小区对应的基站是否为伪基站;如果为伪基站,则禁止所述基站。
- 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述识别当前小区对应的基站是否为伪基站,包括:向所述当前小区发起跟踪区更新;如果在接收到表征跟踪区更新成功的结果之前,接收到指示进行小区重定向的指示指令时,则识别出所述当前注册的当前小区对应的基站为伪基站。
- 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:取消所述小区重定向。
- 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述禁止所述基站,包括:禁止探测所述基站所对应的特征参数,所述特征参数包括位置区标识、绝对视频信道号、物理单元标识以及小区标识中的至少一种。
- 一种通信处理装置,其特征在于,应用于移动终端,所述装置包括:结果接收模块、小区禁止模块以及位置区禁止模块,其中,所述结果接收模块用于在对当前小区进行网络注册时,接收小区注册结果;所述小区禁止模块用于当小区注册结果为注册失败时,禁止所述当前小区,所述当前小区对应有位置区标识,所述位置区标识对应多个小区;所述位置区禁止模块用于当所述位置区标识对应的小区被所述移动终端禁止的个数达到指定小区个数后,禁止所述位置区标识。
- 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括:一个或多个处理器;存储器;一个或多个应用程序,其中所述一个或多个应用程序被存储在所述存储器中并被配置为由所述一个或多个处理器执行,所述一个或多个程序配置用于执行如权利要求1-17任一项所述的方法。
- 一种计算机可读取存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读取存储介质中存储有程序代码,所述程序代码可被处理器调用执行如权利要求1-17任一项所述的方法。
