一种自适应床垫的制作方法,利用自动分段升降原理对床垫进行分段升降来自适应调节睡眠者的各部位体感,达到舒适调节各部位的受力舒适效果,可以解决病人或者老年人睡眠护理的姿势部位不适的问题或者对部位调整理疗,通过智能调节来达到人体各部位自适应调整各部位的压力均衡;既可以让人体舒适,也可以改变人体压力不匀导致部位血瘀的状况。

一种自适应床垫的制作方法 技术领域
本发明属于床垫制作领域,具体涉及一种自适应床垫的制作方法。
背景技术
由于人体的睡眠或者是起居人体各部位的压力不均衡,导致很多部位的高压使得部位的血液循环不畅,甚至导致血瘀等问题;由此严重的会连带心脑血管血栓塞。
由于现代社会大家对于睡眠舒适以及舒适调节的要求增加,越来越多的人对于床垫的舒适形态有了更高要求尤其是病人或是老年人;希望在躺、卧、靠时身体各个部位都可以随心所欲的调节。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种自适应床垫的制作方法,本专利为了解决人们在躺、卧、靠时的各部位的不适,通过触摸键或者遥控来自主调节各部位的高低达到舒适效果。
技术方案:一种自适应床垫的制作方法,所述的床垫根据需要份制成需要的单元格数量,进行智能控制每个单元格的升降高度,按照人体自适应的感觉来做自适应调整;整体床垫单元格可以根据人体部位做宽度、硬度调整,每个都是单独模块进行升降调整,可以单独一个模块用在枕头、床垫靠垫上;可以组合模块用在床垫上;可以是整体床垫控制也可以双人各自控制;可以是气囊、气缸升降,也可以是电机升降;
所述的床垫表面面布为舒适层,下面依次是乳胶、3d材料、各种棉垫层、矿石保健层和硬质棉层,最下面是硬质底板可以撑起人体重量不变形;总厚度 10cm;
电动或者气动升降部分和舒适层底部硬板连接固定升降克调节高度是10cm;
垫子左右有限位板,限制单元格上升时左右摇晃和位移;高度可以控制在单元格升到最高时底部仍有1cm限位;
作为枕头和靠垫时可以是一个独立单元;也可以是2-3格组合单元,单元组合时底部支撑板必须是一个平面整块,这样可以在一个水平自由调整单元的自适应的高度。
作为优化:所述的矿石保健层是装网的砭石片、玉石片、电气石片、或者是功能性陶球装在每个单元格形成一个舒适的平面结构。
作为优化:所述的气动升降可以是气囊、气动杆。
作为优化:所述的气动升降为通过高压气体助管道进气,由进出电磁阀控制对气缸进气和排气来控制升降;通过总控的plc来编程控制各单元的电磁阀进气和排气,来控制各部位的单元格自由升降;通过总控的plc来编程控制各单元的电流换向导通,来控制电机驱动单元格自由升降。
作为优化:所述的床垫控制时可以是触摸屏上人体的图形上从头部到脚部分区单元格对应图示点触摸屏点触升降符号——升起可以是上箭头,下降可以是下箭头点触控制plc指令对应的单元格升降达到自适应的高度。
有益效果:本发明利用自动分段升降原理对床垫进行分段升降来自适应调节睡眠者的各部位体感,达到舒适调节各部位的受力舒适效果。可以解决病人或者老年人睡眠护理的姿势部位不适或者对部位调整理疗。该专利技术是通过智能调节来达到人体各部位自适应调整各部位的压力均衡;既可以让人体舒适。也可以改变人体压力不匀导致部位血瘀的状况。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以使本领域的技术人员能够更好的理解本发明的优点和特征,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚的界定。本发明所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例,基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例
如图1是单个支撑单元图:舒适层可以是表面面布,下面依次是乳胶、3d材料、各种棉垫层和矿石保健层(矿石保健层可以是装网的砭石片、玉石片、电气石片也可以是功能性陶球装在每个单元格形成一个舒适的平面结构)和硬质棉层,最下面是硬质底板可以撑起人体重量不变形;总厚度10公分。电动或者气动升降(可以是气囊、气动杆)部分和舒适层底部硬板连接固定升降克调节高度是10公分。垫子左右有限位板,限制单元格上升时左右摇晃和位移。高度可以控制在单元格升到最高时底部仍有1cm限位。作为枕头和靠垫时可以是一个独立单元;也可以是2-3格组合单元。单元组合时底部支撑板必须是一个平面整块,这样可以在一个水平自由调整单元的自适应的高度。

如图3是电动升降示意图:通过总控的plc来编程控制各单元的电流换向导通来控制电机驱动单元格自由升降,比如在床垫控制时可以是触摸屏上人体的图形上从头部到脚部分区单元格对应图示点触摸屏点触升降符号——升起可以是上箭头,下降可以是下箭头点触控制plc指令对应的单元格升降达到自适应的高度。
如图4是整体床垫单元格组合示意图,单元格可以根据人体部位做细化(宽度、硬度)调整。整体可以把一张床的长度比如2米根据需要份制成需要的单元格数量进行智能控制每个单元格的升降高度,按照人体自适应的感觉来做自适应调整。
本专利每个都是单独模块进行升降调整,可以单独一个模块用在枕头、床垫靠垫上;可以组合模块用在床垫上。可以是整体床垫控制也可以双人各自控制。解决了现在很多床垫不能全面达到客户自适应舒适要求。该设计可以是气囊、气缸升降也可以是电机升降如图。

  1. 一种自适应床垫的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的床垫根据需要份制成需要的单元格数量,进行智能控制每个单元格的升降高度,按照人体自适应的感觉来做自适应调整;整体床垫单元格可以根据人体部位做宽度、硬度调整,每个都是单独模块进行升降调整,可以单独一个模块用在枕头、床垫靠垫上;可以组合模块用在床垫上;可以是整体床垫控制也可以双人各自控制;可以是气囊、气缸升降,也可以是电机升降;
