在上述衣物护理设备的优选技术方案中,接合构件包括:第一接合部,第一接合部设置在柜体的内侧壁上,第一接合部能够使柜体的内侧壁的表面和第一面光源构件的外表面平滑过渡;第二接合部,第二接合部设置在柜体的内顶部上,第二接合部能够使柜体的内顶部的表面和第二面光源构件的外表面平滑过渡。
在上述衣物护理设备的优选技术方案中,衣物护理设备还包括设置在第一支撑构件上的等离子发生器,等离子发生器用于对放置在柜体内的衣物进行灭菌和/或除臭。
在上述衣物护理设备的优选技术方案中,衣物护理设备还包括设置在第二支撑构件上的密封构件,密封构件用于密封第二支撑构件和柜体的内顶部之间的间隙。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,灯带组件绕柜体的内侧壁和/或内顶部的周向设置,相对于现有技术中在护理机的顶部与背部分别设置照明灯的技术方案,将灯带组件绕柜体的内侧壁和/或内顶部的周向设置,增大了灯带组件的照射范围,能够将护理机的内部全部照亮,在任何情况下用户都能够看清楚衣物的褶皱情况,能够很好地将衣物熨烫平整,改善了用户的视觉效果和使用体验。
进一步地,将面光源组件以覆盖柜体的内侧壁和/或内顶部的形式设置在柜体的内侧壁和/或内顶部上,增大了面光源组件的照射范围,在灯带组件和面光源组件的共同作用下能够更好地将护理机的内部全部照亮,在任何情况下用户都能够看清楚衣物的褶皱情况,能够很好地将衣物熨烫平整,改善了用户的视觉效果和使用体验。
进一步地,护理机还包括设置在柜体和面光源组件之间的接合构件,接合构件能够将柜体和面光源组件之间的缝隙遮挡,使得柜体的内表面和面光源组件的外表面形成一个完整的表面,不仅能够避免灰尘、水汽进入柜体和面光源组件之间的缝隙内,避免了柜体和面光源组件之间的缝隙内滋生细菌,还提高了护理机的视觉效果,使得护理机更加美观,进而提高了用户的使用体验。
进一步地,密封构件用于密封第二支撑构件和柜体的内顶部之间的间隙,提高了第二支撑构件与柜体的内顶部之间的密封效果,避免了水汽进入第二支撑构件的内部,避免了第二支撑构件的内部积水,从而防止了第二支撑构件的内部长期处于高温高湿的环境中,避免了第二支撑构件的内部滋生细菌,避免了第二支撑构件因潮湿而生锈,进而提高了用户的使用体验。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图来描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。例如,尽管本申请是结合护理机来描述的,但是,本发明的技术方案并不局限于此,该面光源组件显然也可以应用于洗衣机、干衣机、洗干一体机等其他类似的场合,这种改变并不偏离本发明的原理和范围。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“顶”、“底”“内”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“下”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”、“第四”、“第五”、“第六”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
此外,还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
基于背景技术中提到的现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种护理机,该护理机将灯带组件绕柜体的内侧壁和/或内顶部的周向设置,增大了灯带组件的照射范围,能够将护理机的内部全部照亮,在任何情况下用户都能够看清楚衣物的褶皱情况,能够很好地将衣物熨烫平整,改善了用户的视觉效果和使用体验。
参见图1至图3,图1是本发明的护理机的第一结构示意图;图2是本发明的护理机的第二结构示意图;图3是本发明的护理机的第三结构示意图。如图1和图2所示,本发明的护理机包括护理机包括柜体1和灯带组件2,灯带组件2绕柜体1的内侧壁和内顶部的周向设置。其中,内侧壁包括前内侧壁、后内侧壁、左内侧壁和右内侧壁,可以将灯带组件2绕柜体1的前内侧壁、后内侧壁、左内侧壁或右内侧壁的周 向设置。本领域技术人员能够想到的是,也可以将灯带组件2绕柜体1的内侧壁的周向设置,也可以将灯带组件2绕柜体1的内顶部的周向设置。本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地调整和设置灯带组件2的设置位置,无论灯带组件2设置在柜体1的内顶部上,还是将灯带组件2设置在柜体1的内侧壁上,只要能够增大灯带组件2的照射范围即可。
优选地,灯带组件2以覆盖柜体1的后内侧壁和内顶部的形式设置在柜体1的后内侧壁和内顶部上。
在一种较佳的实施方式中,如图2所示,护理机构还包括第一支撑构件4和第二支撑构件5,第一支撑构件4设置在柜体1的后内侧壁上,第二支撑构件5设置在柜体1的内顶部上。当然,第一支撑构件4和第二支撑构件5的实际安装位置不限于上述举例的安装位置,本领域技术人员可以在实际的应用中灵活地调整和设置第一支撑构件4和第二支撑构件5的安装位置。
优选地,第一支撑构件4和第二支撑构件5为板状结构,当然第一支撑构件4和第二支撑构件5也可以为其他结构,例如环状结构、块状结构等。
优选地,第一支撑构件4和第二支撑构件5与柜体1以可拆卸的方式连接,便于第一支撑构件4和第二支撑构件5的安装和拆卸,例如螺纹连接,卡合连接等。
为了提高第二支撑构件5和柜体1的内顶部之间的密封效果,如图2所示,护理机还包括密封构件8,密封构件8设置在第二支撑构件5上,密封构件8用于密封第二支撑构件5和柜体1的内顶部之间的间隙,从而提高了第二支撑构件5和柜体1的内顶部之间的密封效果。
优选地,密封构件8包括密封条,第二支撑构件5的顶部边缘设有密封槽51,密封条设置在密封槽51内,密封条用于密封第二支撑构件5和柜体1的内顶部之间的间隙,避免了水汽进入第二支撑构件5的内部,避免了第二支撑构件5的内部积水,从而防止了第二支撑构件5的内部长期处于高温高湿的环境中,避免了第二支撑构件5的内部滋生细菌,避免了第二支撑构件5因潮湿而生锈,进而提高了用户的使用体验。
在一种较佳的实施方式中,如图3所示,护理机还包括面光源组件3,面光源组件3以覆盖柜体1的内侧壁和内顶部的形式设置在柜体1的内侧壁和内顶部上,灯带组件2绕面光源组件3的周向设置。本领域技术人员能够想到的是,也可以将面光源组件3以覆盖柜体1的内侧壁的形式设置在柜体1的内侧壁上,或者将面光源组件3以覆盖柜体1的内顶部的形式设置在柜体1的内顶部上。本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地调整和设置面光源组件3的设置位置,无论面光源组件3设置在柜体1的内顶部上,还是将面光源组件3设置在柜体1的内侧壁上,只要能够增大面光源组件3的照射范围即可。
优选地,面光源组件3以覆盖柜体1的后内侧壁和内顶部的形式设置在柜体1的后内侧壁和内顶部上。
优选地,面光源组件3包括第一面光源构件31和第二面光源构件32,第一面光源构件31以覆盖柜体1的后内侧壁的形式设置在柜体1的后内侧壁上,第二面光源构件32以覆盖柜体1的内顶部的形式设置在柜体1的内顶部上。
进一步地,第一面光源构件31以覆盖第一支撑构件4的形式设置在第一支撑构件4上,第二面光源构件32以覆盖第二支撑构件5的形式设置在第二支撑构件5上。
优选地,第一面光源构件31的长度和第一支撑构件4的长度大致相等,第一面光源构件31的宽度和第一支撑构件4的宽度大致相等,进一步增大了第一面光源构件31的照射范围。
优选地,第二面光源构件32的长度和第二支撑构件5的长度大致相等,第二面光源构件32的宽度和第二支撑构件5的宽度大致相等,进一步增大了第二面光源构件32的照射范围。
优选地,第一面光源构件31和第二面光源构件32均包括铝条和导光板,铝条绕导光板的周向设置。
在一种较佳的实施方式中,如图2所示,灯带组件2包括第一灯带构件21和第二灯带构件22,第一灯带构件21绕第一面光源构件31的周向设置,第二灯带构件22绕第二面光源构件32的周向设置。
优选地,第一灯带构件21绕第一面光源构件31的导光板的周向设置,且第一灯带构件21位于柜体1的后内侧壁和第一面光源构件31的铝条之间。
在一种可能的情形中,第一面光源构件31的导光板不起发光导光作用,使得柜体1为白色,反光效果更强,所以仅第一灯带构件21发光就可以将护理机的内部全部照亮,还达到了整体灯光环绕氛围,提高了视觉效果,降低了能耗,节约了成本。当然,本领域技术人员能够想到的是,也可以使第一面光源构件31的导光板起发光导光作用,无论采取何种方式,只要能够将柜体1内照亮即可。
优选地,第一灯带构件21包括第一灯带211、第二灯带212和第三灯带213,第一灯带211设置在第一支撑构件4的左侧(图2中右侧),第二灯带212设置在第一支撑构件4的右侧(图2中左侧),第三灯带213设置在第一支撑构件4的底部。
优选地,第二灯带构件22绕第二面光源构件32的导光板的周向设置,且第二灯带构件22位于柜体1的内顶部和第二面光源构件32的铝条之间。
在一种可能的情形中,第二灯带构件22产生的光线向第二面光源构件32的导光板发射,并通过该导光板进行光线的均匀传输,使得整个第二面光源构件32均匀发亮,从上向下将柜体1的内部照亮。
优选地,第二灯带构件22包括第四灯带221和第五灯带222,第四灯带221设置在第二支撑构件5的左侧(图2中右侧),第五灯带222设置在第二支撑构件5的右侧(图2中左侧)。
优选地,第一灯带构件21和第二灯带构件22可以是LED灯带、LCD灯带、或者其他灯带,无论采取何种灯带,只要能够将柜体1的内部照亮即可。
在一种较佳的实施方式中,如图1所示,护理机还包括设置在柜体1和面光源组件3之间的接合构件6,接合构件6能够将柜体1和面光源组件3之间的缝隙遮挡,使得柜体1的内表面和面光源组件3的外表面形成一个完整的表面,不仅能够避免灰尘、水汽进入柜体1和面光源组件3之间的缝隙内,避免了柜体1和面光源组件3之间的缝隙内 滋生细菌,还提高了护理机的视觉效果,使得护理机更加美观,进而提高了用户的使用体验。
优选地,如图2和图3所示,接合构件6包括第一接合部61和第二接合部62,第一接合部61设置在柜体1的后内侧壁上,第一接合部61能够使柜体1的后内侧壁的表面和第一面光源构件31的外表面平滑过渡;第二接合部62设置在柜体1的内顶部上,第二接合部62能够使柜体1的内顶部的表面和第二面光源构件32的外表面平滑过渡。当然,第一接合部61和第二接合部62的实际安装位置不限于上述举例的安装位置,本领域技术人员可以在实际的应用中灵活地调整和设置第一接合部61和第二接合部62的安装位置,只要通过该结构的设置实现柜体1的内表面和第一面光源构件31、第二光源构件的外表面平滑过渡即可。
优选地,如图3所示,第一接合部61包括第一接合条611、第二接合条612和第三接合条613,第一接合条611的第一端和第二接合条612的第一端通过第三接合条613连接,第一接合条611设置在第一支撑构件4的左侧边缘上,第一接合条611能够使第一支撑构件4的左侧边缘和第一面光源构件31的外表面平滑过渡;第二接合条612设置在第一支撑构件4的右侧边缘上,第二接合条612能够使第一支撑构件4的右侧边缘和第一面光源构件31的外表面平滑过渡;第三接合条613设置在第一支撑构件4的底部边缘上,第三接合条613能够使第一支撑构件4的底部边缘和第一面光源构件31的外表面平滑过渡。
优选地,第一接合条611、第二接合条612和第三接合条613和柜体1的后内侧壁以可拆卸的方式连接,如卡合连接、螺纹连接等。
优选地,如图3所示,第二接合部62包括第四接合条621、第五接合条622和第六接合条623,第四接合条621的第一端和第五接合条622的第一端通过第六接合条623连接,第四接合条621的第二端和第一接合条611的第二端连接,第五接合条622的第二端和第二接合条612的第二端连接,第四接合条621设置在第二支撑构件5的左侧边缘上,第四接合条621能够使第二支撑构件5的左侧边缘和第二面光源构件32的外表面平滑过渡;第五接合条622设置在第二支撑构件5的右侧边缘上,第五接合条622能够使第二支撑构件5的右侧边缘和第二面光源构 件32的外表面平滑过渡;第六接合条623设置在第二支撑构件5的靠近前内面板的一侧边缘上,第六接合条623能够使第二支撑构件5的靠近前内面板的一侧边缘和第二面光源构件32的外表面平滑过渡。
优选地,第四接合条621、第五接合条622和第六接合条623和第一支撑板以可拆卸的方式连接,如卡合连接、螺纹连接等。
在一种较佳的实施方式中,如图1所示,护理机还包括设置在第一支撑构件4上的等离子发生器7,等离子发生器7用于对放置在柜体1内的衣物进行灭菌和/或除臭。
优选地,如图2所示,等离子发生器7包括等离子灯71和等离子外罩72,等离子灯71设置在第一支撑构件4上,等离子外罩72罩设在等离子灯71上,等离子灯71的第一端与电源连接,等离子灯71的第二端与放电针连接,能够产生大量的负离子和正离子的等离子体,等离子体通过等离子外罩72上的通道进入柜体1内,从而对放置在柜体1内的衣物进行灭菌和/或除臭。
为了进一步提高灭菌和/或除臭效果,将等离子发生器7设置在第一支撑构件4的下部,等离子体随风进入柜体1内,由柜体1的下部向柜体1的上部运动,扩大了等离子体的作用范围,从而能够对柜体1的内部以及放置在柜体1内的衣物进行全方位灭菌和/或除臭,进一步提高了灭菌和/或除臭效果。
优选地,第一支撑构件4上还设有用于标识等离子发生器7的位置的标识构件,标识构件为灯、图片、箭头等。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物护理设备,所述衣物护理设备包括柜体,其特征在于,所述衣物护理设备还包括灯带组件,所述灯带组件绕所述柜体的内侧壁和/或内顶部的周向设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物护理设备还包括面光源组件,所述面光源组件以覆盖所述柜体的内侧壁和/或内顶部的形式设置在所述柜体的内侧壁和/或内顶部上,所述灯带组件绕所述面光源组件的周向设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述面光源组件包括第一面光源构件,所述第一面光源构件以覆盖所述柜体的内侧壁的形式设置在所述柜体的内侧壁上;
    所述灯带组件包括第一灯带构件,所述第一灯带构件绕所述第一面光源构件的周向设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述面光源组件还包括第二面光源构件,所述第二面光源构件以覆盖所述柜体的内顶部的形式设置在所述柜体的内顶部上;
    所述灯带组件还包括第二灯带构件,所述第二灯带构件绕所述第二面光源构件的周向设置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物护理设备还包括设置在所述柜体的内侧壁上的第一支撑构件,所述第一面光源构件以覆盖所述第一支撑构件的形式设置在所述第一支撑构件上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物护理设备还包括设置在所述柜体的内顶部上的第二支撑构件,所述第二面光源构件以覆盖所述第二支撑构件的形式设置在所述第二支撑构件上。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物护理设备还包括设置在所述柜体和所述面光源组件之间的接合构件,所述接合构件能够使所述柜体的内表面和所述面光源组件的外表面形成一个完整的表面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述接合构件包括:
    第一接合部,所述第一接合部设置在所述柜体的内侧壁上,所述第一接合部能够使所述柜体的内侧壁的表面和所述第一面光源构件的外表面平滑过渡;
    第二接合部,所述第二接合部设置在所述柜体的内顶部上,所述第二接合部能够使所述柜体的内顶部的表面和所述第二面光源构件的外表面平滑过渡。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物护理设备还包括设置在所述第一支撑构件上的等离子发生器,所述等离子发生器用于对放置在所述柜体内的衣物进行灭菌和/或除臭。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物护理设备还包括设置在所述第二支撑构件上的密封构件,所述密封构件用于密封所述第二支撑构件和所述柜体的内顶部之间的间隙。
