Abstract

一种基于共享单车寻找失物、存储介质及计算机设备,用于解决相关技术中共享单车在使用时存在遗失物品难以寻回的技术问题。基于共享单车寻找失物包括下述步骤:接收第一客户端发送的寻物请求,所述寻物请求包括订单信息;根据所述订单信息匹配到与所述订单信息对应的目标单车;向一个或多个第二客户端推送寻物启事信息,所述一个或多个第二客户端对应于所述目标单车的一个或多个第一相关用户;若接收到任一第二客户端的上报信息,则在所述任一第二客户端与所述第一客户端之间建立即时通信通道。

技术领域
本公开涉及通信领域,具体地,涉及一种基于共享单车寻找失物、存储介质及计算机设备。
背景技术
共享单车是指企业在校园、地铁站点、公交站点、居民区、商业区、公共服务区等地点提供的单车共享服务,该单车共享服务本质上是采取一种分时租赁模式。由于共享单车极大方便了人们的短距离出行,越来越多的人们成为了共享单车的用户。然而,当人们在使用共享单车时,出于疏忽,会容易将物品遗落在车上,导致共享单车在使用时遗失物品难以寻回。
发明内容
本公开提供一种基于共享单车寻找失物、存储介质及计算机设备,以解决相关技术中共享单车在使用时存在遗失物品难以寻回的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种基于共享单车寻找失物的方法,所述方法包括:
接收第一客户端发送的寻物请求,所述寻物请求包括订单信息;
根据所述订单信息匹配到与所述订单信息对应的目标单车;
向一个或多个第二客户端推送寻物启事信息,所述一个或多个第二客户端对应于所述目标单车的一个或多个第一相关用户;
若接收到任一第二客户端的上报信息,则在所述任一第二客户端与所述第一客户端之间建立即时通信通道。
可选地,所述向一个或多个第二客户端推送寻物启事信息包括:
若所述目标单车存在后继用户,则向所述后继用户的客户端推送所述寻物 启事信息。
可选地,所述向一个或多个第二客户端推送寻物启事信息包括:
根据所述订单信息,获取订单结束的事发时间及事发地点;
根据所述事发时间和事发地点分别确认预设时间段及预设区域;
向所述预设时间段内处于所述预设区域内用户的客户端推送寻物启事信息。
本公开实施例的第二方面,提供一种基于共享单车寻找失物的方法,所述方法包括:
接收第三客户端发送的失物招领请求,所述失物招领请求包括物品所在单车的标识信息或订单信息中至少一项;
根据所述失物招领请求匹配到与所述失物招领请求对应的目标单车;
向一个或多个第四客户端推送失物招领信息,所述一个或多个第四客户端对应于所述目标单车的一个或多个第二相关用户;
若接收到任一第四客户端的上报信息,则在所述任一第四客户端与所述第三客户端之间建立即时通信通道。
可选地,所述向一个或多个第四客户端推送失物招领信息包括:
根据所述失物招领请求,确认所述目标单车的历史用户;
向所述历史用户的客户端推送所述失物招领信息。

以下结合附图对本公开的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本公开,并不用于限制本公开。
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种实施环境的示意图。如图2所示,该实施环境可以包括服务器20、共享单车23以及移动终端21、22。该共享单车23能够与服务器20通信连接,该移动终端21、22可以是通过移动通信网络访问服务器20的用户设备,例如智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等用户设备。图2以移动终端21、22是智能手机来示意。
具体地,移动终端21、22中安装有共享单车对应的客户端,该客户端在访问网络服务时,发起网络连接请求,基于该网络连接请求,该移动终端可以连接移动通信网络,进而能够访问服务器20。
图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种基于共享单车寻找失物的方法流程图,以解决相关技术中共享单车在使用时存在遗失物品难以寻回的技术问题。本实施例示出的该基于共享单车寻找失物方法可以应用于如图2所示的服务器20,如图1所示,该方法包括:
S11,服务器接收物品失主客户端发送的寻物请求,所述寻物请求包括订单信息。
在S11中,以第一客户端为物品失主客户端为例,对服务器接收第一客户端发送的寻物请求的过程进行说明。
S12,服务器根据所述订单信息匹配到与所述订单信息对应的目标单车。
S13,服务器向目标单车的第一相关用户的客户端推送寻物启事信息。
在S13中,以第二客户端为目标单车的第一相关用户的客户端为例,对服务器向一个或多个第二客户端推送寻物启事信息的过程进行说明。
其中,该一个或多个第二客户端对应于目标单车的一个或多个第一相关用户。此外,该寻物启事信息与S11中寻物请求对应。
S14,服务器接收拾得者客户端的上报信息。
S15,服务器在所述拾得者客户端与所述失主客户端之间建立在线即时通信通道。
在本发明实施例中,拾得者客户端可以为该一个或多个第二客户端中的任一个第二客户端,拾得者(某个捡到失物的第一相关用户)在浏览服务器推送的寻物启事信息之后,可以向服务器上报信息,从而进行失物归还。
在S14-S15中,若接收到任一第二客户端的上报信息,服务器则在该任一第二客户端与该第一客户端之间建立即时通信通道,以便于拾得者与物品失主直接基于客户端进行交流,从而进行帮助物品失主快速方便地寻回失物。
在一些实施例中,该在线即时通信通道可以是客户端中展示的一个临时会话页面,在临时会话页面中用户可以选择匿名交互,也可以选择显示个人昵称并进行交互,便于拾得者与失主之间互发消息,来沟通物品归还事宜。
如图2所示,当用户在使用共享单车23时,如果有随身物品,会经常将物品放置于单车的后座或前车筐内。在结束骑行时,有时会忘记车上放置有物品而直接离开。为了解决遗失物品的问题,相关技术中包括事前提醒防范和事后寻物信息发布两种措施。
相关技术中,事前提醒防范措施一般是从“防止物品丢失”的角度出发,即做事发前的防范和提醒,比如在用户锁车后通过客户端输出提示信息提示用户不要遗忘车上的物品。该措施虽然能在一定程度上降低物品遗失的概率,但这并不能解决用户丢失物品后难以寻回的问题。
相关技术中,事后寻物信息发布措施一般是失主通过自己的社交平台、贴吧等渠道去发布寻物启事信息,但是该措施效果并不明显,这是由于用户和拾得者社交圈子不同、没有一个有普遍共识的启事信息发布渠道、或不同的人对时间和地点的认知可能存在偏差,这些都会大大降低信息的触达率。同时,寻物启事信息在发布过程中一般会不得已暴露失主的手机号、社交软件账号、邮箱等个人信息,导致隐私泄露。
为了解决上述问题,在一个示例性实施例中,请参考图1。在步骤S11中,从物品失主的角度出发,当失主发现自己离开有物品遗失在使用过的共享单车23上时,失主可以打开移动终端21上共享单车对应的客户端,通告客户端上设置的寻物启事选项向服务器发送寻物请求。其中,寻物请求可以关联失主使用共享单车后生成的订单信息,失主可以自己选择关联与遗失物品相关的订单。所述订单信息中可以包括共享单车的标识信息、订单结束时间以及订单结束时 共享单车所处的地点。
可选地,失主可以在客户端上填写物品描述信息,即所述寻物请求中包括所述物品描述信息,客户端将带有订单信息和物品描述信息的寻物请求发送给服务器23。
服务器23在接收到寻物请求后,执行步骤S12,根据所述订单信息匹配到对应的目标单车。由于所述订单信息中包括有共享单车的标识信息,比如二维码和/或车辆编号,通过标识信息可以匹配到与遗失物品相关的目标单车。在匹配到目标单车后,则可以执行步骤S13,向目标单车的第一相关用户的客户端推送寻物启事信息。
其中,所述步骤S13中提及的第一相关用户可以是失主的订单结束后该目标单车的后继用户,这里的后继用户是指在失主将目标单车的使用状态置为“可用”之后的任一时刻,将该目标单车的使用状态置为“使用中”的一个或多个用户,如果确认所述目标单车有后继用户,也即是当目标单车存在后续用户时,则可以向所述后继用户所持的移动终端22上的客户端推送寻物启事信息。
可选地,所述步骤S13中提及的第一相关用户也可以是与事发时间(即失主订单结束的时间)及事发地点(即失主订单结束时目标单车所处的地理位置)相关的用户。服务器20可以根据所述订单信息,获取订单结束的事发时间及事发地点,然后,根据所述事发时间和事发地点分别确认预设时间段及预设区域,进而向与所述预设时间段内处于所述预设区域内用户的客户端推送寻物启事信息。
比如,失主17:20在地铁口结束共享单车23的骑行,物品丢失的事发时间是17:20,事发地点是地铁口,服务器20可以向17:00至18:00之间位于地铁口周边两百米以内活跃的共享单车用户的客户端推送寻物启事信息。
当第一相关用户中有物品拾得者时,在看到推送的寻物启事信息后,可以通过客户端向服务器20上报自己是拾得者,服务器20在接收拾得者客户端的上报信息后,执行步骤S15,在所述拾得者客户端与所述失主客户端之间建立在线即时通信通道。所述拾得者与所述失主之间可以通过在线即时通信通道进行沟通以洽谈物品归还事宜。
本公开后台服务器根据共享单车及其相关订单来确定事发的时间、地点和相关人群,然后做定向的信息推送,使得信息的触达率大大提高,并且在寻得物品的拾得者后,在失主和拾得者之间建立临时的在线沟通通道,即解决了相 关技术中共享单车在使用时存在遗失物品难以寻回的技术问题,又避免了互留手机号、社交软件账号等个人信息,可以有效保护个人隐私。
值得说明的是,对于图1所示的方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本公开并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作并不一定是本公开所必须的。
图3是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种基于共享单车寻找失物的方法流程图,以解决相关技术中共享单车在使用时存在遗失物品难以寻回的技术问题。本实施例示出的该基于共享单车寻找失物方法可以应用于如图2所示的服务器20,如图3所示,该方法包括:
S21,服务器接收物品拾得者客户端发送的失物招领请求,所述失物招领请求包括物品所在单车的标识信息或订单信息中至少一项。
在S21中,以第三客户端为物品拾得者客户端为例,对服务器接收第三客户端发送的失物招领请求的过程进行说明。
S22,服务器根据所述标识信息或所述订单信息匹配到对应的目标单车。
在S22中,服务器根据失物招领请求匹配到与该失物招领请求对应的目标单车,从而执行S23。
S23,服务器向目标单车的第二相关用户的客户端推送失物招领信息。
在S13中,以第四客户端为目标单车的第二相关用户的客户端为例,对服务器向一个或多个第四客户端推送失物招领信息的过程进行说明。
其中,该一个或多个第四客户端对应于目标单车的一个或多个第二相关用户。此外,该失物招领信息与S21中失物招领请求对应。
S24,服务器接收失主客户端的上报信息。
S25,服务器在所述拾得者客户端与所述失主客户端之间建立在线即时通信通道。
在本发明实施例中,失主客户端可以为该一个或多个第四客户端中的任一个第四客户端,失主(某个丢失物品的第二相关用户)在浏览服务器推送的失物招领信息之后,可以向服务器上报信息,从而进行失物寻回。
在S24-S25中,若接收到任一第四客户端的上报信息,服务器则在该任一第四客户端与该第三客户端之间建立即时通信通道,以便于拾得者与失主之间直接基于客户端进行交流,从而进行帮助物品失主快速方便地寻回失物。
在一些实施例中,该在线即时通信通道可以是客户端中展示的一个临时会话页面,在临时会话页面中用户可以选择匿名交互,也可以选择显示个人昵称并进行交互,便于拾得者与失主之间互发消息,来沟通物品归还事宜。
为了解决相关技术中共享单车在使用时存在遗失物品难以寻回的技术问题,请参考图3。在步骤S21中,所述标识信息可以是共享单车对应的二维码或编号。从物品拾得者的角度出发,当拾得者发现共享单车23上存在遗失的物品时,拾得者可以通过移动终端22上的客户端扫描该单车上的二维码或者输入该单车的编号,进而通过客户端上设置的失物招领选项向服务器20发送失物招领请求。其中,失物招领请求关联物品所在单车的标识信息。
当拾得者是共享单车23的后继用户时,在通过共享单车对应的客户端发送失物招领请求时,所述失物招领请求中可以包括拾得者使用共享单车23的订单信息,所述订单信息中可以包括有共享单车的标识信息,比如二维码和/或车辆编号。
需要说明的是,扫描二维码的客户端可以不限于共享单车APP(application,应用客户端),也可以是其它任一具有二维码扫描功能的APP。
可选地,拾得者可以在客户端上填写物品描述信息,即所述失物招领请求中包括所述物品描述信息,客户端将带有物品描述信息的失物招领请求发送给服务器23。
服务器23在接收到失物招领请求后,执行步骤S22,根据所述标识信息或所述订单信息匹配到对应的目标单车。由于通过标识信息可以匹配到与遗失物品相关的目标单车,在匹配到目标单车后,则可以执行步骤S23,向目标单车的第二相关用户的客户端推送失物招领信息。
其中,所述步骤S23中提及的第二相关用户可以是该目标单车的历史用户,服务器即可以根据失物招领请求,确认目标单车的历史用户,向所述历史用户所持的移动终端21上的客户端推送失物招领信息。这里的历史用户是指在拾得者将目标单车的使用状态置为“使用中”之前的任一时刻,将该目标单车的使用状态置为“可用”的一个或多个用户。
可选地,所述步骤S23中提及的第二相关用户也可以是与目标单车所处的地理位置相关的用户。服务器20可以通过定位目标单车所处的地理位置,然后,根据所述目标单车的地理位置确认目标区域,进而向所述目标区域内用户的客户端推送失物招领信息。
比如,拾得者在地铁口的共享单车23的前筐上发现遗失的物品骑行,服务器20可以向位于地铁口周边三百米以内活跃的共享单车用户的客户端推送失物招领信息。
当第二相关用户中有物品失主时,在看到推送的失物招领信息后,可以通过客户端向服务器20上报自己是失主,服务器20在接收失主客户端的上报信息后,执行步骤S25,在所述拾得者客户端与所述失主客户端之间建立在线即时通信通道。所述拾得者与所述失主之间可以通过在线即时通信通道进行沟通以洽谈物品归还事宜。
本公开后台服务器根据共享单车及其相关订单来确定事发的时间、地点和相关人群,然后做定向的信息推送,使得信息的触达率大大提高,并且在寻得物品的拾得者后,在失主和拾得者之间建立临时的在线沟通通道,即解决了相关技术中共享单车在使用时存在遗失物品难以寻回的技术问题,又避免了互留手机号、社交软件账号等个人信息,可以有效保护个人隐私。

第一匹配模块520,用于根据所述订单信息匹配到与该订单信息对应的目标单车;
第一推送模块530,用于向目标单车的相关用户的客户端(也即是一个或多个第二客户端)推送寻物启事信息,其中,该一个或多个第二客户端对应于该目标单车的一个或多个第一相关用户;
第二接收模块540,用于接收拾得者客户端(也即是任一第二客户端)的上报信息;
第一通信模块550,用于若接收到任一第二客户端的上报信息,则在所述拾得者客户端(也即是任一第二客户端)与所述失主客户端(也即是第一客户端)之间建立在线即时通信通道。

根据所述失物招领请求匹配到与所述失物招领请求对应的目标单车;
向一个或多个第四客户端推送失物招领信息,所述一个或多个第四客户端 对应于所述目标单车的一个或多个第二相关用户;
若接收到任一第四客户端的上报信息,则在所述任一第四客户端与所述第三客户端之间建立即时通信通道。
在一些实施例中,所述处理器用于执行下述步骤:根据所述失物招领请求,确认所述目标单车的历史用户;向所述历史用户的客户端推送所述失物招领信息。
在一些实施例中,所述处理器用于执行下述步骤:获取所述目标单车的地理位置;根据所述目标单车的地理位置确认目标区域;向所述目标区域内用户的客户端推送所述失物招领信息。
以计算机设备为一种基于共享单车寻找失物的装置400为例进行说明,图8是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种基于共享单车寻找失物的装置400的框图。如图8所示,该装置400可以包括:处理器401,存储器402,多媒体组件403,输入/输出(I/O)接口404,以及通信组件405。
其中,处理器401用于控制该装置400的整体操作,以完成上述的基于共享单车寻找失物的方法中的全部或部分步骤。存储器402用于存储各种类型的数据以支持在该装置400的操作,这些数据例如可以包括用于在该装置400上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,以及应用程序相关的数据。该存储器402可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,例如静态随机存取存储器(Static Random Access Memory,简称SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,简称EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,简称EPROM),可编程只读存储器(Programmable Read-Only Memory,简称PROM),只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。多媒体组件403可以包括屏幕和音频组件。其中屏幕例如可以是触摸屏,音频组件用于输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件可以包括一个麦克风,麦克风用于接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器402或通过通信组件405发送。音频组件还包括至少一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。I/O接口404为处理器401和其他接口模块之间提供接口,上述其他接口模块可以是键盘,鼠标,按钮等。这些按钮可以是虚拟按钮或者实体按钮。通信组件405用于该装置400与其他设备之间进行有线或无 线通信。无线通信,例如Wi-Fi,蓝牙,近场通信(Near Field Communication,简称NFC),2G、3G或4G,或它们中的一种或几种的组合,因此相应的该通信组件405可以包括:Wi-Fi模块,蓝牙模块,NFC模块。
在一示例性实施例中,装置400可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,简称ASIC)、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,简称DSP)、数字信号处理设备(Digital Signal Processing Device,简称DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(Programmable Logic Device,简称PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,简称FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述的基于共享单车寻找失物的方法。
在另一示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括程序指令的计算机可读存储介质,例如包括程序指令的存储器402,上述程序指令可由装置400的处理器401执行以完成上述的基于共享单车寻找失物的方法。
以上结合附图详细描述了本公开的优选实施方式,但是,本公开并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本公开的技术构思范围内,可以对本公开的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本公开的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合。为了避免不必要的重复,本公开对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本公开的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本公开的思想,其同样应当视为本公开所公开的内容。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种基于共享单车寻找失物的方法,所述方法包括:
    接收第一客户端发送的寻物请求,所述寻物请求包括订单信息;
    根据所述订单信息匹配到与所述订单信息对应的目标单车;
    向一个或多个第二客户端推送寻物启事信息,所述一个或多个第二客户端对应于所述目标单车的一个或多个第一相关用户;
    若接收到任一第二客户端的上报信息,则在所述任一第二客户端与所述第一客户端之间建立即时通信通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述向一个或多个第二客户端推送寻物启事信息包括:
    若所述目标单车存在后继用户,则向所述后继用户的客户端推送所述寻物启事信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述向一个或多个第二客户端推送寻物启事信息包括:
    根据所述订单信息,获取订单结束的事发时间及事发地点;
    根据所述事发时间和事发地点分别确认预设时间段及预设区域;
    向所述预设时间段内处于所述预设区域内用户的客户端推送寻物启事信息。
  4. 一种基于共享单车寻找失物的方法,所述方法包括:
    接收第三客户端发送的失物招领请求,所述失物招领请求包括物品所在单车的标识信息或订单信息中至少一项;
    根据所述失物招领请求匹配到与所述失物招领请求对应的目标单车;
    向一个或多个第四客户端推送失物招领信息,所述一个或多个第四客户端对应于所述目标单车的一个或多个第二相关用户;
    若接收到任一第四客户端的上报信息,则在所述任一第四客户端与所述第三客户端之间建立即时通信通道。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,所述向一个或多个第四客户端推送失物招领信息包括:
    根据所述失物招领请求,确认所述目标单车的历史用户;
    向所述历史用户的客户端推送所述失物招领信息。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,所述向一个或多个第四客户端推送失物招领信息包括:
    获取所述目标单车的地理位置;
    根据所述目标单车的地理位置确认目标区域;
    向所述目标区域内用户的客户端推送所述失物招领信息。
  7. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现下述基于共享单车寻找失物的方法所执行的步骤:
    接收第一客户端发送的寻物请求,所述寻物请求包括订单信息;
    根据所述订单信息匹配到与所述订单信息对应的目标单车;
    向一个或多个第二客户端推送寻物启事信息,所述一个或多个第二客户端对应于所述目标单车的一个或多个第一相关用户;
    若接收到任一第二客户端的上报信息,则在所述任一第二客户端与所述第一客户端之间建立即时通信通道。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的存储介质,所述程序被处理器执行时用于实现下述步骤:
    若所述目标单车存在后继用户,则向所述后继用户的客户端推送所述寻物启事信息。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的存储介质,所述程序被处理器执行时用于实现下述步骤:
    根据所述订单信息,获取订单结束的事发时间及事发地点;
    根据所述事发时间和事发地点分别确认预设时间段及预设区域;
    向所述预设时间段内处于所述预设区域内用户的客户端推送寻物启事信 息。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现下述基于共享单车寻找失物的方法所执行的步骤:
    接收第三客户端发送的失物招领请求,所述失物招领请求包括物品所在单车的标识信息或订单信息中至少一项;
    根据所述失物招领请求匹配到与所述失物招领请求对应的目标单车;
    向一个或多个第四客户端推送失物招领信息,所述一个或多个第四客户端对应于所述目标单车的一个或多个第二相关用户;
    若接收到任一第四客户端的上报信息,则在所述任一第四客户端与所述第三客户端之间建立即时通信通道。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的存储介质,所述程序被处理器执行时用于实现下述步骤:
    根据所述失物招领请求,确认所述目标单车的历史用户;
    向所述历史用户的客户端推送所述失物招领信息。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的存储介质,所述程序被处理器执行时用于实现下述步骤:
    获取所述目标单车的地理位置;
    根据所述目标单车的地理位置确认目标区域;
    向所述目标区域内用户的客户端推送所述失物招领信息。
  13. 一种计算机设备,包括:
    存储器,其上存储有计算机程序;以及
    处理器,用于执行所述存储器中的所述计算机程序,以实现下述基于共享单车寻找失物的方法所执行的步骤:
    接收第一客户端发送的寻物请求,所述寻物请求包括订单信息;
    根据所述订单信息匹配到与所述订单信息对应的目标单车;
    向一个或多个第二客户端推送寻物启事信息,所述一个或多个第二客户端 对应于所述目标单车的一个或多个第一相关用户;
    若接收到任一第二客户端的上报信息,则在所述任一第二客户端与所述第一客户端之间建立即时通信通道。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的计算机设备,所述处理器用于执行下述步骤:
    若所述目标单车存在后继用户,则向所述后继用户的客户端推送所述寻物启事信息。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的计算机设备,所述处理器用于执行下述步骤:
    根据所述订单信息,获取订单结束的事发时间及事发地点;
    根据所述事发时间和事发地点分别确认预设时间段及预设区域;
    向所述预设时间段内处于所述预设区域内用户的客户端推送寻物启事信息。
  16. 一种计算机设备,包括:
    存储器,其上存储有计算机程序;以及
    处理器,用于执行所述存储器中的所述计算机程序,以实现下述基于共享单车寻找失物的方法所执行的步骤:
    接收第三客户端发送的失物招领请求,所述失物招领请求包括物品所在单车的标识信息或订单信息中至少一项;
    根据所述失物招领请求匹配到与所述失物招领请求对应的目标单车;
    向一个或多个第四客户端推送失物招领信息,所述一个或多个第四客户端对应于所述目标单车的一个或多个第二相关用户;
    若接收到任一第四客户端的上报信息,则在所述任一第四客户端与所述第三客户端之间建立即时通信通道。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机设备,所述处理器用于执行下述步骤:
    根据所述失物招领请求,确认所述目标单车的历史用户;
    向所述历史用户的客户端推送所述失物招领信息。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机设备,所述处理器用于执行下述步骤:
    获取所述目标单车的地理位置;
    根据所述目标单车的地理位置确认目标区域;
    向所述目标区域内用户的客户端推送所述失物招领信息。
  19. 一种基于共享单车寻找失物的装置,所述装置包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收第一客户端发送的寻物请求,所述寻物请求包括订单信息;
    第一匹配模块,用于根据所述订单信息匹配到与所述订单信息对应的目标单车;
    第一推送模块,用于向一个或多个第二客户端推送寻物启事信息,所述一个或多个第二客户端对应于所述目标单车的一个或多个第一相关用户;
    第一通信模块,用于若接收到任一第二客户端的上报信息,则在所述任一第二客户端与所述第一客户端之间建立即时通信通道。
  20. 一种基于共享单车寻找失物的装置,所述装置包括:
    第三接收模块,用于接收第三客户端发送的失物招领请求,所述失物招领请求包括物品所在单车的标识信息或订单信息中至少一项;
    第二匹配模块,用于根据所述失物招领请求匹配到与所述失物招领请求对应的目标单车;
    第二推送模块,用于向一个或多个第四客户端推送失物招领信息,所述一个或多个第四客户端对应于所述目标单车的一个或多个第二相关用户;
    第二通信模块,用于若接收到任一第四客户端的上报信息,则在所述任一第四客户端与所述第三客户端之间建立即时通信通道。
