Description
本申请涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种证据的采集记录方法、装置及电子设备。
随着互联网技术的快速发展,信息的存在与取得方式也在逐渐发生变化,这也使得证据的采集和立法面临诸多考验。
目前,以计算机及其网络为依托的电子数据,即电子证据在证明案件事实的过程中起到越来越重要的作用。现有的电子证据往往是基于电子技术生成、以数字化形式存在于磁盘、光盘、存储卡、手机等各种电子设备载体,其内容可与载体分离,并可多次复制到其他载体的文件。
然而,警方所获取到的电子证据,比如语音、视频等文件由于能够经过后期的剪辑等加工处理,因而难以保证其真实性和有效性。因此,亟需一种证据的采集和记录方法来应对电子证据可能被篡改甚至会被消除的问题。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种证据的采集记录方法、装置及电子设备,以解决现有技术中电子证据在采集记录之前和之后都有被篡改甚至会被消除的可能的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例是这样实现的:

可选地,为便于证据采集节点、证据查验节点以及案件审理节点查找目标案件的证据记录,目标案件的证据记录中可以包含目标案件的标识信息,该目标案件的标识信息用于在区块链中的数据中标识目标案件的证据的相关信息;其中,目标案件的证据的相关信息可以包括目标案件的证据记录、目标案件的证据查验记录、以及带有审理过程和审理结果的目标案件的证据查验记录中的至少一种。
