现有技术中通过软件兼容多协议的方法实现采用不同协议对智能家电进行控制,但是在同一个芯片上支持多个协议必然会使芯片资源的增加,同时也导致芯片成本的增加。并且,在家电设备的配置信息出现错误后,更改过程比较繁琐。
针对上述问题,本申请实施例提出了一种家电设备的升级方法,通过服务器获取家电设备的序列号后,根据序列号中各字段的取值,确定对应的配置信息,进而向家电设备提高配置信息,其中,配置信息,用于家电设备进行配置升级。

应当理解,本申请的各部分可以用硬件、软件、固件或它们的组合来实现。在上述实施方式中,多个步骤或方法可以用存储在存储器中且由合适的指令执行系统执行的软件或固件来实现。如,如果用硬件来实现和在另一实施方式中一样,可用本领域公知的下列技术中的任一项或他们的组合来实现:具有用于对数据信号实现逻辑功能的逻辑门电路的离散逻辑电路,具有合适的组合逻辑门电路的专用集成电路,可编程门阵列(PGA),现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等。
本技术领域的普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法携带的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,该程序在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
此外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。
上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。尽管上面已经示出和描述了本申请的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本申请的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种家电设备的升级方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    获取家电设备的序列号;
    根据所述序列号,确定对应的固件升级信息;
    向所述家电设备提供所述固件升级信息;其中,所述固件升级信息,用于所述家电设备进行固件升级。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的升级方法,其特征在于,所述向所述家电设备提供所述固件升级信息,包括:
    确定用于指示所述固件升级信息的升级文件;
    向所述家电设备发送携带所述升级文件存储地址的升级请求;其中,所述存储地址,用于所述家电设备下载所述升级文件,安装所述升级文件进行固件升级。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的升级方法,其特征在于,获取的家电设备的序列号包括替换前的序列号和替换后的序列号;所述根据所述序列号,确定对应的固件升级信息,包括:
    对比所述替换前的序列号和替换后的序列号,以确定取值存在差异的字段;
    对所述取值存在差异的字段,根据所述替换后的序列号中相应字段的取值,确定对应的固件升级信息;其中,所述固件升级信息包括无线网卡的驱动程序和/或家居控制协议。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的升级方法,其特征在于,所述获取家电设备的序列号之前,还包括:
    接收终端设备发送的所述家电设备的配置需求;其中,所述配置需求用于指示所述家电设备所在国家地区和/或待兼容的家居控制协议;
    查询所述国家地区对应的标识,和/或所述家居控制协议对应的标识;
    根据查询到的所述国家地区对应的标识,和/或所述家居控制协议对应的标识,生成并向所述终端设备发送用于替换的序列号。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的升级方法,其特征在于,所述获取家电设备的序列号,包括:
    接收所述家电设备根据所述用于替换的序列号进行序列号替换后发送的重新注册请求;
    获取所述重新注册请求携带的替换后的序列号。
  6. 一种家电设备的升级方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    向服务器发送序列号;其中,所述序列号,用于所述服务器根据所述序列号,确定对应的固件升级信息;
    获取所述固件升级信息;
    根据所述固件升级信息进行所述家电设备的固件升级。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的升级方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述配置信息,包括:
    接收所述家居服务器发送的升级请求;
    根据所述升级请求携带的地址,下载用于指示所述固件升级信息的升级文件。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的升级方法,其特征在于,向服务器发送的序列号包括替换前的序列号和替换后的序列号,所述向服务器发送序列号之前,还包括:
    响应于用户操作,生成接入热点;
    建立所述接入热点与终端设备之间的无线连接;
    通过所述无线连接,从所述终端设备获取用于替换的序列号;
    根据所述用于替换的序列号进行序列号替换。
  9. 一种家电设备的升级装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,用于获取家电设备的序列号;
    确定模块,用于根据所述序列号,确定对应的固件升级信息;
    处理模块,用于向所述家电设备提供所述固件升级信息;其中,所述固件升级信息,用于所述家电设备进行固件升级。
  10. 一种家电设备的升级装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    发送模块,用于向服务器发送序列号;其中,所述序列号,用于所述服务器根据所述序列号,确定对应的固件升级信息;
    获取模块,用于获取所述固件升级信息;
    升级模块,用于根据所述固件升级信息进行所述家电设备的固件升级。
  11. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时,实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述的升级方法。
  12. 一种控制设备,其特征在于,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时,实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述的升级方法,或者,实现如权利要求6-8中任一所述的升级方法。
  13. 一种家电设备,其特征在于,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时,实现如权利要求6-8中任一所述的升级方法。
  14. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述的升级方法,或者,实现如权利要求6-8中任一所述的升级方法。
