[029] A“DISPOSIÇÃO APLICADA EM ROMPEDOR DE GRÃOS PARA CÂMARA DE PICAGEM DE COLHEDORAS DE FORRAGEM” compreende uma chapa (1 ) lisa quadrangular, na qual são soldadas fileiras (F) de facas (2) numa disposição propícia à passagem, com interferência, dos grãos de milho, no sentido de triturá-los na menor granulometria possível, sem prejuízo às dimensões das fibras, uma vez que o rompedor (R) é fixado por meio de parafusos (3) posicionados nos orifícios (4) à parede posterior (5) da carcaça da câmara (6) de picagem das forrageiras tracionadas. Nessa forma de viabilização da inovação, as facas (2) têm uma geometria triangular, com o fio (7) voltado na direção da passagem do fluxo dos grãos que vêm do martelo (não representado) da câmara (6) de picagem. Como o rompedor (R) de grãos está localizado na parte superior da parede posterior (5) da câmara (6) de picagem, a parte mais pesada da forragem fica, por velocidade periférica e inércia, mais próximo das bordas do que a parte verde e fibrosa; dessa maneira, há uma concentração de grãos de milho no rompedor (R), que processa tal fração da forragem. Dessa maneira, os grãos de milho tendem a ser mais processados do que a parte fibrosa da forragem, fato este que melhorará a absorção do amido presente nos grãos pelos animais, sem comprometer o tamanho das fibras.
