Description
AN ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD
DESCRIPTION
Technical Field
This invention is related to an account management system and method used in payment, order, marketing fields.
State of the Art
Nowadays, payment transaction regarding a product is made via POS or Virtual POS. In addition to this, there are attempts to include QR-code systems within these payment transactions.
Together with the development of smart phones, people start to use voice and image recognition features in their phones. However stores and e-trade systems still could not be able to receive payment from one point within the phones that is safe and easy. The biggest technical problem about this issue is that the product/service lists and prices within the ERP system do not match with this QR-code, voice and image. Therefore we are still bound to the POS system for payment.
When patent applications numbered US8632000B2, US8380177B2 and
TR2007/06758 within the literature are considered, it is observed that systems and methods that provide performing the account transactions of the user through a mobile communication device are described. However, in the relevant patent documents; together with the QR-code, an account management structure that provides payment and order by means of voice, image and loT system providing instant transaction with all banks and virtual purses in the world with API service based on distributed data architecture, is not disclosed.
Therefore, due to abovementioned disadvantages and incapability of the current solutions regarding this issue, it is required to make a development about the relevant technical field.

Account management system (1 ) and method are developed in order to provide opportunity to make shopping in any kind of setting for the users (A) that they can encounter in their daily lives. The main server (7) uses the API service provided by the banks; it provides an API substructure providing order functions to the bank and suppliers. In other words, the main server (7) aims to provide an international substructure that will adapt to both the bank server (4) and the supplier server (3). The setting for shopping or the product are identified through the clients provided by the bank server (4), through visual, printed or audial media (B) created as a result of the integration of the contractual supplier servers (3) and the main server (7). The clients provided by the bank server (4) can be typically the mobile bank branches and the virtual purses.
In the present invention, instead of developing a new application by protecting the payment settings that the user (A) is accustomed, the bank clients are preferred as a target. The value read through the media (B) is a unique value that determines the setting of the user (A), the product and the amount required to be purchased. The unique value created for shopping is a code created instantly and could include infinite
data. The code of the service required to be purchased during shopping, the number of the products, the location of the service, distributor, brand name and even the air temperature could be included in this code. Concerning all these values, shopping experience could be varied. After obtaining this unique value via the client within the mobile device (2), it is forwarded to the bank server (4). The request received by the bank server (4), after being approved in terms of accuracy and validity, forwarded to the main server (7) in order to be decoded. Preferably, there is no direct connection between the mobile device (2) and the main server (7). In order to reply quickly to the shopping demands, the main server (7) uses the database (6) updated instantly for each supplier server (3). The location (branch, city etc.), product and amount information decoded from the forwarded request are compared to the product price and inventory information within the database (6) and required controls are made. The location of the user (A) could be identified by the location where the service is provided instead of the location of the mobile device (2). The branch location used for shopping becomes important for different campaign opportunities. For example in order to make a 50% discount in a branch of a coffee company within one hour, a code is created for completing the shopping from the relevant branch and this code is decoded in the main server (7). As a result of very quick controls, the main aim is of reduce the problems encountered on the supplier server (3) of the order. The controlled and saved order is forwarded to the supplier server (3). As a result of the controls made by the supplier server (3), discounted price and payment by installments if any are reflected to the order. At this phase, the payment process begins. A payment request is created through the preferred bank server (4) according to the supplier server (3) and the user (A) information. The order status is updated within all these processed and all shareholders (user (A), the bank server (4) and the supplier server (3)) are informed about the order status. The payment request made is transferred to the account of the user (A) via the relevant bank server (4) and the order status is updated. The payment information is forwarded to the supplier server (3) via the main server (7) and the order status is updated. After the bank server (4) makes the required controls at the same time in these processes, then the user (A) is informed in terms of the order. At this stage the delivery process is started for completing the order. The delivery process is started by the supplier server (3) through the address information forwarded to the supplier server (3) via the main server (7). The information messages during the whole delivery process are forwarded to the mobile device (2) of the user (A) via the main server (7). The user (A) if he/she wishes may follow the latest status of the order
through mobile devices (2). After the delivery process completed, the order status is updated and closed. The experiences created during the whole order process, the processes of the user (A), the main server (7), the bank server (4) and the supplier server (3) are followed through the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) unit included within the sub units (5) via the main server (7). These experiences are processed instantly to the sub units (5) and then the database (6) in order to use in the supplier campaigns to be held on behalf of the user (A). In accordance with the user (A) privacy and usage of personal data, in terms of the management of these data, the user (A) could change the settings through mobile clients when necessary, could update the campaign and communication information.
