Abstract
一种可焊性检测装置,包括主体(1)、显示组件(5)以及设置在主体(1)上的承载台(2)和热风组件(4),所述承载台(2)用于承载待测产品(6),所述热风组件(4)的出风端向下朝向所述承载台(2);所述显示组件(5)与所述热风组件(4)电连接,所述显示组件(5)被配置为至少显示热风组件(4)的功率、风速和单次加热时长。该装置能够对被注塑后的焊盘等金属件进行可焊性检测。
Description
本发明公开了一种可焊性检测装置,包括主体、显示组件以及设置在主体上的承载台和热风组件,所述承载台用于承载待测产品,所述热风组件的出风端向下朝向所述承载台;所述显示组件与所述热风组件电连接,所述显示组件被配置为至少显示热风组件的功率、风速和单次加热时长。
Claims (10)
- 一种可焊性检测装置,其特征在于,包括主体、显示组件以及设置在主体上的承载台和热风组件,所述承载台用于承载待测产品,所述热风组件的出风端向下朝向所述承载台;所述显示组件与所述热风组件电连接,所述显示组件被配置为至少显示热风组件的功率、风速和单次加热时长。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可焊性检测装置,其特征在于,所述热风组件滑动设置在所述主体上,所述热风组件的出风端能够靠近或远离所述承载台。
- 根据权利要求2所述的可焊性检测装置,其特征在于,还包括支架,所述支架滑动设置在所述主体上,所述热风组件固定在所述支架上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可焊性检测装置,其特征在于,所述支架的一端具有夹持机构,所述热风组件被夹持固定在所述支架上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可焊性检测装置,其特征在于,所述热风组件包括热风枪。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可焊性检测装置,其特征在于,所述承载台转动设置在所述主体上,转动方向平行于所述承载台用于承载待测产品的一面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可焊性检测装置,其特征在于,所述承载台上设置有固定机构,所述固定机构用于将待测产品固定在所述承载台上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可焊性检测装置,其特征在于,所述显示组件包括控制器和分别与所述控制器电连接的显示屏、启停开关,所述控制器还与所述热风组件电连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的可焊性检测装置,其特征在于,还包括拍摄组件,所述拍摄组件的拍摄端朝向所述承载台的方向,所述拍摄组件与所述控制器电连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的可焊性检测装置,其特征在于,所述控制器包括工控机。
