本公开实施例提供的一种冰箱抽屉组件,包括第一导轨和同步滚轮;所述第一导轨包括固定外轨、与所述固定外轨滑动连接的支撑内轨和设于所述固定外轨与所述支撑内轨之间的导向空间中的履带式导轨,所述履带式导轨包括环形封闭的轨带和分别设于所述轨带内长度方向两端的齿轮,所述轨带的内表面排布有与所述齿轮的轮齿啮合的内齿,所述轨带位于移动方向的一侧通过固定件与所述支撑内轨固定连接,由支撑内轨的移动拉动轨带一起同步移动,所述支撑内轨的外侧固定有沿其长度方向设置的线卡;所述同步滚轮与其中一个所述齿轮同轴固定连接,由该齿轮带动同步转动,所述同步滚轮的轴向外周设有线束槽;所述第一导轨被配置为安装在冰箱的箱体内设有接线端的一侧,所述固定外轨被配置为与所述箱体的内侧壁固定连接,所述支撑内轨被配置为与抽屉门体的侧壁固定连接,供电线束的一端被配置为与所述箱体的接线端固定连接,所述供电线束的另一端绕入所述线束槽并通过所述线卡固定后与所述抽屉门体的接线端固定连接。当抽屉门体开门或关门时,第一导轨向前或向后移动,支撑内轨带着轨带同步移动,供电线束随同步滚轮及齿轮同步运动,供电线束移动的距离等于齿轮滚动的线性距离,从而供电线束不会有多余长度,可以很好的减少供电线束的磨损,有效的保护消费者的安全。
本公开实施例还提供的一种冰箱,通过设置所述冰箱抽屉组件,使得 抽屉门体开门或关门时,供电线束不会有多余长度,可以很好的减少供电线束的磨损,有效的保护消费者的安全。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本公开的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本公开,但不用来限制本公开的范围。
在本公开的描述中,需要说明的是,以使用者面对冰箱的站位而言,靠近冰箱箱门为“前”,远离冰箱箱门为“后”,位于使用者左手边为“左”,位于使用者右手边为“右”,靠近冰箱中心轴的位置为“内”,远离冰箱中心轴的位置为“外”,仅是为了便于描述本公开和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本公开的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
在本公开的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术 语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以视具体情况理解上述术语在本公开中的具体含义。
如图1-4所示,本公开实施例提供了一种冰箱抽屉组件,其包括抽屉门体、第一导轨6和同步滚轮3;
所述第一导轨6包括固定外轨66、与所述固定外轨66滑动连接的支撑内轨61和设于所述固定外轨66与所述支撑内轨61之间的导向空间中的履带式导轨,该导向空间能够使得履带式导轨跟随支撑内轨61一起往复移动,所述履带式导轨可以包括环形封闭的轨带62和分别设于所述轨带62内长度方向两端的齿轮63,轨带62形成长圆形,当然两个齿轮63大小可以一样也可以不一样,所述轨带62的内表面排布有与所述齿轮63的轮齿啮合的内齿,从而当轨带62移动时带动齿轮63一起移动,轨带62移动的距离等于齿轮63滚动的线性距离,所述轨带62位于移动方向的一侧即长圆形的一条长边通过固定件64与所述支撑内轨61固定连接,该固定件64可以采用塑料件,呈块状,其结构不做具体限定,所述支撑内轨61的外侧固定有沿其长度方向设置的线卡5,线卡5被配置为固定走线的位置;
所述同步滚轮3与其中一个所述齿轮63同轴固定连接,所述同步滚轮3的轴向外周设有线束槽32;
所述第一导轨6被配置为安装在冰箱的箱体7内设有接线端的一侧,所述固定外轨66被配置为与所述箱体7的内侧壁固定连接,所述支撑内轨61被配置为与所述抽屉门体的(相应)侧壁固定连接,供电线束4的一端被配置为与所述箱体7的接线端固定连接,所述供电线束4的另一端绕入所述线束槽32并依次通过所述线卡5固定后与所述抽屉门体的接线端固定连接,安装后支撑内轨61与抽屉门体为一体结构,当抽屉门体开门或关门时,支撑内轨61同步向前或向后移动,支撑内轨61带着轨带62同步移动,由于齿轮63与轨带62啮合,轨带62移动的距离为齿轮63滚动的线性距离,供电线束4随同步滚轮3及齿轮63同步运动,因此供电 线束4移动的距离等于齿轮63滚动的线性距离,从而供电线束4在移动过程中不会有多余长度,可以很好的减少供电线束4的磨损,有效的保护消费者的安全。
本公开实施例中,具体地,为了便于支撑内轨61移动,合理布置支撑内轨61与轨带62的位置,所述支撑内轨61的上侧下表面通过所述固定件64与所述轨带62位于移动方向的上侧固定连接。
本公开实施例中,所述轨带62位于移动方向的下侧通过导向件65可移动地与所述固定外轨66的下侧上表面连接,导向件65的设置既能保证轨带62顺利移动,也能起到导向的作用,避免轨带62往复移动过程中偏离原有轨道。
本公开实施例中,为了便于同步滚轮3安装,避免发生干涉,两个所述齿轮63中,靠近所述固定外轨66后端的所述齿轮63外露出所述支撑内轨61,所述同步滚轮3与外露的所述齿轮63同轴固定连接。
本公开实施例中,如图7所示,所述同步滚轮3包括滚轴31和沿所述滚轴31外的轴向间隔设置的一对轮盘34,一对所述轮盘34之间形成所述线束槽32,具体为一对轮盘34之间的滚轴31与一对轮盘34共同限定出该线束槽32,线束槽32被配置为过线。
本公开实施例中,具体地,与所述同步滚轮3连接的所述齿轮63的轴向设有连接孔,所述滚轴31的一端插入所述连接孔与所述连接孔孔轴配合连接,拆装方便,省时省力。
本公开的优化实施例,所述滚轴31与所述齿轮63连接的一端为非圆轴,所述连接孔为与所述非圆轴匹配的非圆孔,非圆轴与非圆孔配合连接后能够实现更精准的同步转动和扭矩传递,不会出现滚轴31与齿轮63的连接孔之间出现打滑的情况,从而可以降低对装配精度的要求,从而节省成本。
本公开实施例中,所述滚轴31与所述齿轮63连接的相对另一端设置为连接套33,便于与外部的轴或杆类部件连接。
本公开实施例中,一对所述轮盘34之间的间距大于等于所述供电线束4的外径,以便于供电线束4在线束槽32中顺畅移动,一对所述轮盘34被配置为与所述箱体7的底面滚动接触,从而为第一导轨6提供支撑力, 使得第一导轨6的往复移动更加平稳。
本公开实施例中,如图8所示,所述线卡5沿其长度方向设有开口槽51,所述开口槽51的内表面与所述供电线束4的外表面相匹配,当供电线束4从开口槽51的开口卡入开口槽51中后位置即被固定;所述线卡5与所述支撑内轨61一体设置或分体设置,可以在制造支撑内轨61时自带线卡5,也可以通过后期安装线卡5,本公开实施例不做具体限定。
本公开实施例中,如图5和图6所示,还包括第二导轨1和同步杆2,所述同步杆2的两端分别与所述第一导轨6的同步滚轮3以及第二导轨1的相对端固定连接,同步杆2与同步滚轮3连接的一端直接插接在同步滚轮3轴向的所述连接套33中,同步杆2与第二导轨1连接的一端直接插接在第二导轨1后端侧面设置的插孔中,确保同步杆2安装快速、可靠,拆卸方便,将组装后的第一导轨6、第二导轨1和同步杆2组成的连线结构安装在冰箱的箱体7与抽屉门体之间即可;用于实现供电线束4在移动过程中,无冗余、无挤压、无变形。
如图9和图10所示,本公开实施例还提供一种冰箱,包括箱体7、供电线束4和上述技术方案所述的冰箱抽屉组件;所述抽屉门体可抽动地设于所述箱体7内,所述第一导轨6与所述第二导轨1相对设于所述箱体7与所述抽屉门体之间的两侧,所述同步杆2的两端分别与所述第一导轨6的同步滚轮3以及第二导轨1的后端固定连接,所述箱体7内位于所述第一导轨6侧设有接线端,所述固定外轨66与所述箱体7的内侧壁固定连接,所述支撑内轨61与所述抽屉门体的(相应)侧壁固定连接,所述供电线束4的一端与所述箱体7的接线端固定连接,所述供电线束4的另一端绕入所述线束槽32并通过所述线卡5固定后与所述抽屉门体的接线端固定连接。当抽屉门体开门或关门时,支撑内轨61同步向前或向后移动,支撑内轨61带着轨带62同步移动,由于齿轮63与轨带62啮合,轨带62移动的距离为齿轮63滚动的线性距离,即轨带62移动的直线距离与齿轮63滚过的周向距离相等,供电线束4随同步滚轮3及齿轮63同步运动,因此供电线束4移动的距离等于齿轮63滚动的线性距离,从而供电线束4在移动过程中始终紧绷不会有多余长度,可以很好的减少供电线束4的磨损,有效的保护消费者的安全。
本公开实施例中,如图11所示,所述箱体7的底部设有过线孔71,所述供电线束4穿过所述过线孔71与所述箱体7的接线端连接,所述供电线束4由下至上从所述线束槽32的后方绕入所述线束槽32,便于供电线束4走线。
由以上实施例可以看出,本公开实施例在抽拉式门体移动过程中,供电线束不会有多余的长度,可以很好的减少供电线束的磨损漏电,有效的保护消费者的安全。

Claims (13)
- 一种冰箱抽屉组件,包括抽屉门体,其特征在于,还包括:第一导轨,所述第一导轨包括:固定外轨;支撑内轨,所述支撑内轨与所述固定外轨滑动连接;和,履带式导轨,所述履带式导轨设于所述固定外轨与所述支撑内轨之间的导向空间中,所述履带式导轨包括:轨带,所述轨带环形封闭;和,齿轮,所述齿轮分别设于所述轨带内长度方向两端;其中,所述轨带的内表面排布有与所述齿轮的轮齿啮合的内齿,所述轨带位于移动方向的一侧通过固定件与所述支撑内轨固定连接,所述支撑内轨的外侧固定有沿其长度方向设置的线卡;以及,同步滚轮,所述同步滚轮与其中一个所述齿轮同轴固定连接,所述同步滚轮的轴向外周设有线束槽;所述第一导轨被配置为安装在冰箱的箱体内设有接线端的一侧,所述固定外轨被配置为与所述箱体的内侧壁固定连接,所述支撑内轨被配置为与所述抽屉门体的侧壁固定连接,供电线束的一端被配置为与所述箱体的接线端固定连接,所述供电线束的另一端绕入所述线束槽并通过所述线卡固定后与所述抽屉门体的接线端固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述支撑内轨的上侧下表面通过所述固定件与所述轨带位于移动方向的上侧固定连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述轨带位于移动方向的下侧通过导向件可移动地与所述固定外轨的下侧上表面连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱抽屉组件,其特征在于,两个所述齿轮中,靠近所述固定外轨后端的所述齿轮外露出所述支撑内轨,所述同步滚轮与外露的所述齿轮同轴固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述同步滚轮包括滚轴和沿所述滚轴外的轴向间隔设置的一对轮盘,一对所述轮盘之间形成所述线束槽。
- 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱抽屉组件,其特征在于,与所述同步滚轮连接的所述齿轮的轴向设有连接孔,所述滚轴的一端插入所述连接孔与所述连接孔配合连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的冰箱抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述滚轴与所述齿轮连接的一端为非圆轴,所述连接孔为与所述非圆轴匹配的非圆孔。
- 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述滚轴与所述齿轮连接的相对另一端设置为连接套。
- 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱抽屉组件,其特征在于,一对所述轮盘之间的间距大于等于所述供电线束的外径,一对所述轮盘被配置为与所述箱体的底面滚动接触。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱抽屉组件,其特征在于,所述线卡沿其长度方向设有开口槽,所述开口槽的内表面与所述供电线束的外表面相匹配;所述线卡与所述支撑内轨一体设置或分体设置。
- 根据权利要求1-10所述的冰箱抽屉组件,其特征在于,还包括第二导轨和同步杆,所述同步杆的两端分别与所述第一导轨的同步滚轮以及第二导轨的相对端固定连接。
- 一种冰箱,包括箱体和供电线束,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1-11任一项所述的冰箱抽屉组件;所述抽屉门体可抽动地设于所述箱体内,所述第一导轨设于所述箱体与所述抽屉门体之间,所述箱体内位于所述第一导轨侧设有接线端,所述固定外轨与所述箱体的内侧壁固定连接,所述支撑内轨与所述抽屉门体的侧壁固定连接,所述供电线束的一端与所述箱体的接线端固定连接,所述供电线束的另一端绕入所述线束槽并通过所述线卡固定后与所述抽屉门体的接线端固定连接。
- 根据权利要求12所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述箱体的底部设有过线孔,所述供电线束穿过所述过线孔与所述箱体的接线端连接,所述供电线束由下至上从所述线束槽的后方绕入所述线束槽。
