在井盖的众多安全事故中,由于暴雨、洪水而引起的井盖漂走,致使人们不小心落入其中的事故尤为严重。市场上的井盖在安全性方面大都采用增加安全锁来实现,其安全效果一般,尤其面对暴雨、洪水等自然灾害时,在长时间的雨水冲刷下会使其安全性能大幅降低;在长时间的环境滞留中,锁有可能出现损坏或锁眼堵死等多种意外情况,在日常对井口检修时不仅耗费时间影响检修还使得井口的安全性难以保障。
市面上还有一些单纯的在井盖上设置了定位系统,其目的是在井盖被冲走时方便寻找。这种井盖有如下缺点:一方面当井盖被冲走时,由于其处于水中这种定位系统不能使人们快速找到井盖,不仅耗时费力而且拖延抢修进度;另一方面对裸露水井的危险性缺少警示作用,容易造成安全事故,尤其在夜间更为严重。
技术解决方案
发明内容为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明旨在提供一种在暴雨、洪水来临时能够有效防止井盖被冲走,且当井盖出现意外被冲走时对人们具有警示作用,并可快速有效的寻找到井盖的一种防移动式新型安全井盖。

如图1所示:一种防移动式新型安全井盖,包括与井口4相匹配的盘状井盖本体1,以及若干个安装在井口4侧面地表以下的预制混凝土固定桩2,所述固定桩2上表面内嵌安装有电磁吸盘21;所述井盖本体1侧面固定连接有与电磁吸盘21位置对应的井耳11;所述井盖本体底面装有压力传感器12;所述压力传感器12通过控制单元3与电磁吸盘21连接。
本发明的工作过程是当暴雨或洪水过多时,井道中的水位上升至一定高度,其对井盖本体1的底面的冲击力也越来越大,当其冲击力达到井盖本体1重力时通过井盖本体1底部的压力传感器12感应,并通过控制单元3开启电磁吸盘21,使电磁吸盘21与井耳11相互吸引,进而使井盖本体1稳定牢固的吸附在井口处,防止漂走;所述井耳11采用金属材质制成外涂防水防腐保护漆。需要注意的是:压力传感器12表面装有防水密封设施,如防水密封膜;压力传感器12的冲击力临界值设置(此处的冲击力不是水流对井盖本体1的浮力),其数值并非等于井盖本体1重力,应该按压力传感器12与水接触的面积值占井盖本体1底部表面积的比例计算(例如:井盖本体1的重力为G,压力传感器12接触面积为s,井盖本体1的底部接触水的有效面积为S,则其压力传感器12的临界值应设置为(s÷S)×G),在一个优选的实施例中,所述压力传感器12下还设有与井盖本体1大小相等的感应板,通过感应板感应水流的冲击力,当冲击力大于井盖本体1的重力与感应板重力之和时,井盖本体1才会漂走,此时压力传感器12的临界值可设定为井盖本体1的重力与感应板重力之和的80%,在上述分析中由于压力传感器12的质量相比井盖本体1而言非常小,所以在计算时忽略了,在此基础上计算的临界值略小于理论临界值(理论临界值为将压力传感器12重力计算在内时的数值),因此其安全性更高。
