如图15和图16所示,刷头11包括诸多刷毛和上下两端开口的、H形的刷毛架,H形的刷毛架包括两块侧板1和与侧板1中部连接的横板2,刷毛3布置在侧板1的内壁和横板2的上下两侧,形成上下两个刷槽11A。刷槽11A中,刷毛3A之间的横向缝隙为2mm,可以在包住牙齿内外的同时上下、前后刷牙。
本发明实施例3的刷毛3为柱状,与刷毛架为软胶注塑成型的一体结构。
本发明所描述的柱状刷毛主要用于区别于束状刷毛的独根刷毛,这里的“柱状刷毛”包括柱形刷毛和锥角不大于12°的截锥形刷毛。
刷槽11A两内侧壁上的刷毛3A与刷槽11A的中轴线M-M倾斜,刷槽11A两内侧壁上的刷毛3A与刷毛架横板2中轴线的夹角为40°。
刷槽11A的两内侧壁101和102与刷槽11A的中轴线M-M倾斜,内侧壁101与刷槽的中轴线M-M之间的夹角为27°,内侧壁102与刷槽的中轴线M-M之间的夹角为22°。
刷槽11A槽底(横板2上)的柱状刷毛3B的顶部有4根细毛柱301。细毛柱301的直径为柱状刷毛直径的四分之一至五分之一,围绕着柱状刷毛3B的轴线周向均布。刷牙时,细毛柱301可深入到牙沟牙缝内,将牙污牙垢清除出来。
如图13所示,刷杆12的上部插入到H形刷毛架的侧板1A与横 板2的连接部位中,成型的刷杆12放在硅胶刷头的模子中进行包胶,实现刷头11与刷杆12的包胶连接,。
如图15所示,刷毛架侧板1的外壁为弧面,刷毛架侧板1B的长度小于刷毛架侧板1A的长度,刷毛架前端面与后端面之间的夹角为15°
本发明实施例3双槽三面刷头的振动式电动牙刷采用全包式硅胶刷头,可以将上下牙内外6个面一次性包住刷牙,全方位无死角,刷毛采用硅胶软体,内外刷毛用150克的力度包住牙齿。
本发明实施例3的刷毛架与刷毛为软胶注塑成型的一体结构,侧壁上的刷毛与刷毛架的中轴线斜交,刷毛架和刷毛的弹性好,刷头的容让性好,刷牙时能够自动适应牙形的大小,舒适性好,且不易伤害牙龈。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种牙刷的三面刷头结构,包括刷毛架和刷毛,所述的刷毛架为U形或H形;U形刷毛架包括两块侧板和一块底板,刷毛植在侧板和底板的内壁上,形成一个刷槽;H形刷毛架包括两块侧板和与侧板中部连接的横板,刷毛布置在侧板的内壁和横板的两侧,形成上下两个刷槽;其特征在于,所述的刷毛架全部或部分用软胶制作:U形刷毛架包括两块用软胶制作的弧形连接板,侧板后端与底板的两端通过弧形连接板连接;H形刷毛架上的刷毛为柱状,与H刷毛架为软胶注塑成型的一体结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的三面刷头结构,其特征在于,U形刷毛架弧形连接板前端的外侧包括凹槽,侧板后端的外侧包括凸起,侧板的凸起嵌入到弧形连接板的凹槽中;底板左右两端的外侧包括凹槽,弧形连接板后端的外侧包括凸起,弧形连接板的凸起嵌入到底板的凹槽中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的三面刷头结构,其特征在于,U形刷毛架弧形连接板为二次包胶件,通过二次包胶与侧板和底板连接;弧形连接板的前端包括薄壁层,薄壁层包覆在刷毛架侧板的外侧;U形刷毛架前宽后窄,刷毛架两侧板之间的夹角为6-12°。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的三面刷头结构,其特征在于,H形刷毛架刷槽两内侧壁上的刷毛与刷槽的中轴线倾斜,刷槽两内侧壁上的刷毛与刷毛架横板中轴线的夹角为30°至50°;H形刷毛架刷槽的两内侧壁与刷槽的中轴线倾斜,两者之间的夹角为15°至35°。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的三面刷头结构,其特征在于,H形刷毛架刷 槽槽底柱状刷毛的顶端包括复数根细毛柱,复数根细毛柱沿细柱状刷毛的周向均布,细毛柱的直径为柱状刷毛直径的五分之一至四分之一。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的三面刷头结构,其特征在于,H形刷毛架第二侧板的长度小于刷毛架第一侧板的长度,刷毛架两端面之间的夹角为13°至17°;H形刷毛架侧板的外壁为弧面。
  7. 一种三面刷头的振动式电动牙刷,包括刷头、刷杆、刷柄和振动电机,其特征在于,所述的刷头采用权利要求1至6中任一权利要求所述的刷头结构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的振动式电动牙刷,其特征在于,U形刷毛架的底板与刷杆的顶端连接,两者为一体结构;H形刷毛架与刷杆包胶连接刷杆的上部插入到H形刷毛架的第一侧板与横板的连接部位中。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的振动式电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述的振动电机为超声波振动电机,超声波振动电机的本体安装在刷柄的顶部,超声波振动电机的振动主轴从刷柄的顶部向外伸出;刷杆的下端卡接在超声波振动电机的振动主轴上。
