Description

Automatic Multi Row Tube Radiator Aligning Machine
Technical Field The present disclosure is generally related to an automatic multi row radiator aligning machine to be used in the production of multi row radiators.
The present disclosure is particularly related to an automatic multi row radiator aligning machine to be used in the production of multi row radiators which will operate in a narrow area with limited height and width, for cooling the engine water of the vehicle and units which heavy duty type and high thermal performance is required.
Prior Art
Today in the world the automatic radiator aligning machines are generally made in a single row or rarely in two rows. In order to form multi row radiators, various machines and apparatuses which align the radiators mechanically or manually in a very long period, have problems in their quality are used.
Together with the new generation engines within the present state of the art, more cooling in other words more thermal performance is required from the radiators. However the areas occupied for the radiators have limited width and height. This means a radiator requirement with small height and width but with thicker radiators (3, 4, 5, 6 rows).
It is not possible to perform mass production of the radiators of the military vehicles, tractors, engineering machines, generators by means of manual methods. In addition to this, various quality problems occur.
According to the width size of the radiator; it is prepared by means of aligning as one row fin and one row tubes. The employed worker places the fins one by one within a fixture or apparatus and places the tubes thereon. This method takes too much time and causes geometric irregularities since fins and tubes cannot be aligned properly.
The material of the fins and tubes is aluminum and it is a very soft material. Since there is always hand contact with the fins and tubes, deteriorations and crushing occur. These types of deteriorations create negative effects in terms of both aesthetic aspect and thermal performance aspect.
As a result improvements are made in the automatic multi row radiator aligning machine, for this reason new configurations are required which will eliminate the above mentioned disadvantages and will bring solution to the current systems.
Description of the Invention

The main aim of the invention is to enable production of multi row radiators by aligning in an automatic manner; which will have a limited height and width and will operate within a narrow area, will be used for cooling the engine water of the vehicle and units that are heavy duty type and from which high thermal performance is required. An aim of the invention is to enable high quality production by means of aligning the multi row tube thick radiators in an automatic manner without giving any damage.
Another aim of the invention is to prevent economic and labor losses by providing automatic alignment of the multi row tube thick radiators.
Another aim of the invention is to prevent time losses by providing automatic alignment of the multi row tube thick radiators.
An aim of the invention is to allow eliminating the quality problems in manual alignment process. An aim of the invention is to enable production of the multi row radiators which realized the thermal performance in other words more cooling required in the new generation engines.
An aim of the invention is to allow the automatic production of the multi row tube radiators to be used in areas with limited width and height.
An aim of the invention is to enable automatic production of the radiators of the military vehicles, tractors, engineering machines and generators in a serial manner by means of eliminating the quality problems.
An aim of the invention is to eliminate the geometric irregularities that can occur by means of aligning the tubes and the fins properly.
An aim of the invention is to enable productivity by means of preventing the crushing and deteriorations occurred in fins and tubes by the help of automatic production and by means of preventing the disadvantages that can occur due to aesthetics and thermal performance aspects.
In order to realize all advantages mentioned above and understood from the following detailed description, the invention is an automatic multi row radiator aligning machine for aligning the multi row thick radiators in an automatic and faster manner without any damage, which comprises a machine body which enables locating all elements thereon, a drive element which enables the required drive, a control panel which enables the movement and control of the machine, a radiator width pressing unit which enables adjusting the width size of the radiator and a radiator length adjustment unit which enables adjusting the length size of the radiator; it is characterized by comprising a multi tube dropping unit machine body which is used in the production of multi row thick radiators by means of being connected with the machine body and provides multi dropping of the tubes.
The structural and characteristic features of the present invention will be understood clearly by the following drawings and the detailed description made with reference to these drawings and therefore the evaluation shall be made by taking these figures and the detailed description into consideration. Figures Clarifying the Invention
In order to clarify the configuration of the present invention and the advantages together with the additional aspects, it shall be evaluated together with the figures which are described herein below. Figure-1 is a perspective view of the inventive automatic multi row radiator aligning machine.
