传输装置106被设置为经由一个网络接收或者发送数据。上述的网络具体实例可包括移动终端10的通信供应商提供的无线网络。在一个实例中,传输装置106包括一个网络适配器(Network Interface Controller,简称为NIC),其可通过基站与其他网络设备相连从而可与互联网进行通讯。在一个实例中,传输装置106可以为射频(Radio Frequency,简称为RF)模块,其被设置为通过无线方式与互联网进行通讯。
在本实施例中提供了一种运行于上述移动终端的信息的查询方法,图2是根据本发明实施例的一种信息的查询方法的流程图,如图2所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S202,;
步骤S204,将查询结果转化为页面信息用于所述用户识别。
需要指出的是,执行上述步骤的主体至少包括:远程服务器。
需要说明的是,以空调为例,用户可以直接向通过语音信息空调进行查询。为了节省成本,同时也方便远程查询,此外,在公共场合中,例如商店,往往周围的环境十分嘈杂,很难直接通过语音的方式对空调直接发送语音查询请求。因此,通过语音或者触摸等其他方式向与该空调配对的设备(例如可穿戴设备,远程连接的触摸板等)实现也是在本实施例的保护范围之内的。这些设备可以通过将语音信息、触摸动作以及人体生命特征等信息转变为电信号发送至空调进行通信,从而使得空调能够在接收到信息后向远端服务器发送查询。此外,需要说明的是,为了节省时间和资源,这些与空调配对的设备也可以直接先向远端服务器发送查询请求,而无需先于空调通信后再发送请求。
因此,本实施例中收集到的用户的特征信息的设备和实际上所要查询的对象可以相同,也可以是不同的。
可选地,将所述查询结果转化为所述页面信息用于所述用户进行识别,包括:将所述页面信息推送给所述用户对应的用户设备。
可选地,将所述查询结果转化为所述页面信息用于所述用户进行识别,还包括:将所述页面信息显示在具备显示功能的设备上以使所述用户设备识别。
需要指出的是,为了防止用户无法获取页面信息,在将所述页面信息推送给所述用户对应的用户设备的同时,还可以同时将所述页面信息显示在具备显示功能的设备上以使所述用户设备识别。
可选地,根据接收到的查询信息对所述设备关联的目标设备进行查询,包括:向所述目标设备发送所述查询信息;判断是否接收到所述目标设备针对所述查询信息返回的相应信息;在判断结果为否的情况下,广播所述查询信息。
具体而言,在进行设备关联的目标设备进行查询,例如,通过手机查 询冰箱,利用可穿戴设备查询空调等等。有可能会发生信号不好所导致无法查询的问题,此时,可以通过,例如手机向覆盖范围内的基站发送请求消息,请求该基站向该基站范围下的目标设备或者通过通知相邻基站向相邻基站范围下的目标设备广播该查询请求的方式,使得目标设备能够收到查询请求,目标设备在收到广播的查询请求后,会主动地与设备进行通信,从而避免了在网络条件不好的情况下,无法查询的问题。
可选地,所述页面信息至少包括以下其中之一:二维码信息,网络链接信息。
为了更好的说明本实施例中的方案,在本实施例中还提供了如下几个场景。
场景一:
用户的特征信息为语音信息,页面信息为网络链接信息。
用户通过语音询问向智能扫地机器人发出查询当前扫地机器人已经清扫过的家居区域以及面积。对于面积而言,扫地机器人可以通过屏幕简单的进行反馈,但是对于已经清扫过的家居区域而言,扫地机器人是无法显示的。因此智能扫地机器人向远端服务器发送用户的语音询问中的已经清扫过的家居区域的语音信息。远端服务器在接收到语音信息后,查询到智能扫地机器人已经清扫过的家居区域的语音信息。为了能够让用户更加直接的获取到智能扫地机器人已经清扫过的家居区域,远端服务器会生成一个具有智能扫地机器人已经清扫过的家居区域的网络链接信息。用户在通过与该智能扫地机器人进行配对的PC终端。用户在通过对网络链接信息使用相应的浏览器进行打开之后,即可获取到直观的扫地机器人已经清扫过的家居区域。同时,考虑到用户从智能机器人显示的面积中观看不方便,因此,在网络链接信息中同样会携带有对于面积查询结果的信息,以便用户识别。
场景二:
用户的特征信息为触摸动作,页面信息为二维码信息。
用户在冰箱触摸板上徒手写下“请查下冰箱各个室内的工作状态”的字样。由于触摸板无法将每个室内的查询的结果一同显示,因此,触摸板此时会向远端服务器发送“请查下家里冰箱的工作状态”对应的查询请求。远端服务器在接收到触摸板对应的“请查下家里冰箱的工作状态”的查询请求后进行查询。在查询到每个室内的冰箱的工作状态后,在触摸板无线连接的PC终端上显示携带有冰箱工作状态异常的二维码信息。用户通过手机进行扫码之后,即可以获取到冰箱每个室内的工作状态的信息。
场景三:
用户的特征信息为人体生命特征,页面信息为二维码信息。炎热的夏天当中,是空调的使用高峰时期。因此,为了能够有效地在满足当前人体需求同时还能够控制空调的使用电量,本场景中还提供了一种基于可穿戴设备和智能空调的查询实例。
用户穿戴的无显示能力的可穿戴设备(例如,手环)在用户发送查询在满足当前人体需求的情况下的空调消耗功率的请求后,由于可穿戴设备无法将用户的人体生命特征信息(例如,脉搏,温度等信息)进行显示,因此,在收集到当前用户的生命特征信息后,向空调发送该信息。而后空调将携带有当前用户自身的生命特征信息以及当前室内的状态信息(例如温度、湿度等信息)向远端服务器发送查询信息,以查询适合当前用户的合适的状态信息以及空调消耗功率。远端服务器在根据用户的生命特征信息以及空调查询到合适的空调消耗功率后,会生成一个具有合适的空调调控信息的二维码信息并推送至该用户的手机上。通过手机识别二维码信息,用户可以获取到满足当前用户需求的空调消耗功率。从而能够在一方面节省电能,另一方面也能够给出满足用户舒适的建议。
需要说明的是,本实施例中记载的上述场景只是列举,而并非穷举。任何基于本实施例中如下场景的思路的实施例均在本实施例的保护范围之内。同时设备之间可以单独使用,例如场景1中的智能扫地机器人以及场景2中具有触摸板的冰箱,也可以组合使用,场景3中的可穿戴设备和 空调。
通过上述步骤,解决了相关技术中,对于不具有显示输出功能或者显示输出功能简陋的设备,存在无法满足用户的查询需求的问题,达到了对智能设备的高效控制,适用面广,方便快捷,成本低的有益效果。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
实施例2
在本实施例中还提供了一种信息的查询装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图3是根据本发明实施例的一种信息的查询装置的结构框图,如图3所示,该装置包括:查询模块32,转化模块34。
查询模块32,,被设置为根据接收到的查询信息对设备和/或所述设备关联的目标设备进行查询,其中,所述查询信息至少包括,用户的特征信息,其中,所述用户的特征信息至少包括以下其中之一:语音信息,触摸动作,人体生命特征;
转化模块34,被设置为将查询结果转化为页面信息用于所述用户识别。
可选地,所述转化模块34包括:第一处理模块,被设置为将所述页面信息推送给所述用户对应的用户设备。
可选地,所述转化模块34还包括:第二处理模块,被设置为将所述页面信息显示在具备显示功能的设备上以使所述用户设备识别。
可选地,所述查新模块32还被设置为,向所述目标设备发送所述查询信息;判断是否接收到所述目标设备针对所述查询信息返回的相应信息;在判断结果为否的情况下,广播所述查询信息。
需要说明的是,上述各个模块是可以通过软件或硬件来实现的,对于后者,可以通过以下方式实现,但不限于此:上述模块均位于同一处理器中;或者,上述各个模块以任意组合的形式分别位于不同的处理器中。
实施例3
本发明的实施例还提供了一种存储介质,该存储介质中存储有计算机程序,其中,该计算机程序被设置为运行时执行上述任一项方法实施例中的步骤。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的计算机程序:
S1,根据接收到的查询信息对设备和/或所述设备关联的目标设备进行查询,其中,所述查询信息至少包括,用户的特征信息,其中,所述用户的特征信息至少包括以下其中之一:语音信息,触摸动作,人体生命特征;
S2,将查询结果转化为页面信息用于所述用户进行识别。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称为ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称为RAM)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储计算机程序的介质。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种电子装置,包括存储器和处理器,该存储器中存储有计算机程序,该处理器被设置为运行计算机程序以执行上述 任一项方法实施例中的步骤。
可选地,上述电子装置还可以包括传输设备以及输入输出设备,其中,该传输设备和上述处理器连接,该输入输出设备和上述处理器连接。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述处理器可以被设置为通过计算机程序执行以下步骤:
S1,根据接收到的查询信息对设备和/或所述设备关联的目标设备进行查询,其中,所述查询信息至少包括,用户的特征信息,其中,所述用户的特征信息至少包括以下其中之一:语音信息,触摸动作,人体生命特征;
S2,将查询结果转化为页面信息用于所述用户进行识别。
可选地,本实施例中的具体示例可以参考上述实施例及可选实施方式中所描述的示例,本实施例在此不再赘述。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种信息的查询方法,其中,包括:
    根据接收到的查询信息对设备和/或所述设备关联的目标设备进行查询,其中,所述查询信息至少包括,用户的特征信息,其中,所述用户的特征信息至少包括以下其中之一:语音信息,触摸动作,人体生命特征;
    将查询结果转化为页面信息用于所述用户识别。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,将所述查询结果转化为所述页面信息用于所述用户进行识别,包括:
    将所述页面信息推送给所述用户对应的用户设备。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,将所述查询结果转化为所述页面信息用于所述用户进行识别,还包括:
    将所述页面信息显示在具备显示功能的设备上以使所述用户设备识别。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,根据接收到的查询信息对所述设备关联的目标设备进行查询,包括:
    向所述目标设备发送所述查询信息;
    判断是否接收到所述目标设备针对所述查询信息返回的相应信息;
    在判断结果为否的情况下,广播所述查询信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述页面信息至少包括以下其中之一:二维码信息,网络链接信息。
  6. 一种信息的查询装置,其中,包括:
    查询模块,被设置为根据接收到的查询信息对设备和/或所述设备关联的目标设备进行查询,其中,所述查询信息至少包括,用户的特征信息,其中,所述用户的特征信息至少包括以下其中之一:语音信息,触摸动作,人体生命特征;
    转化模块,被设置为将查询结果转化为页面信息用于所述用户进行识别。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述转化模块包括:
    第一处理模块,被设置为将所述页面信息推送给所述用户对应的用户设备。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的装置,其中,所述转化模块还包括:
    第二处理模块,被设置为将所述页面信息显示在具备显示功能的设备上以使所述用户设备识别。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,,其中,所述查询模块还被设置为:向所述目标设备发送所述查询信息;判断是否接收到所述目标设备针对所述查询信息返回的相应信息;在判断结果为否的情况下,广播所述查询信息。
  10. 一种存储介质,其中,所述存储介质中存储有计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序被设置为运行时执行所述权利要求1至5任一项中所述的方法。
  11. 一种电子装置,包括存储器和处理器,其中,所述存储器中存储有计算机程序,所述处理器被设置为运行所述计算机程序以执行所述权利要求1至5任一项中所述的方法。
