Le procédé consiste à : configurer, pour chaque utilisateur, une partie ou la totalité d'une valeur monétaire dans un compte de biens de l'utilisateur en tant que valeur monétaire verrouillée dont l'utilisateur, qui est concerné par l'exécution, n'a pas l'autorisation de disposer, le compte de biens de l'utilisateur étant géré par un réseau de chaîne de blocs ; et lorsqu'une partie d'exécution a besoin d'effectuer une exécution de bien concernant ledit utilisateur, envoyer une valeur monétaire d'exécution requise et un identifiant d'utilisateur de l'utilisateur au réseau de chaîne de blocs directement, et après que chaque nœud dans le réseau de chaîne de blocs ait publié, sur une chaîne de blocs, une transaction d'exécution comprenant la valeur monétaire d'exécution et l'identifiant de l'utilisateur pour la conservation de preuve, en déduire, sur la base de la valeur monétaire d'exécution, une valeur monétaire de la valeur monétaire verrouillée dans un compte de biens correspondant à l'identifiant de l'utilisateur.
