一种旋转支架
本申请要求于2018年10月29日提交中国专利局、申请号为201821760447.9、申请名称为“一种旋转支架”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及机械领域,尤其涉及一种旋转支架。
背景技术
为了满足信号覆盖的要求,无线通信设备要安装在高楼的墙体外表面。
在现有技术中,无线通信设备通过多个螺栓固定在墙体外表面。
这样需要在外墙上打孔,因此施工人员需要悬吊在墙体外侧进行施工,施工人员和无线通信设备都有可能掉落,因此安装过程不安全。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供了一种旋转支架,能够将固定完成的通信设备从墙体内侧旋转到墙体外侧,可以避免墙外施工的危险,从而提高安装通信设备的安全性。
第一方面提供一种旋转支架包括:L型连接杆、旋转机构和支座;L型连接杆包括垂直杆和水平杆,垂直杆用于连接通信设备,水平杆固定在旋转机构上,水平杆为可转动杆;旋转机构固定在支座的顶部,旋转机构用于带动L型连接杆在水平面旋转;支座用于与墙体内表面或者地面固定连接。
依此实施,通过调整支座高度将水平杆调整在墙体以上,然后将通信设备固定在垂直杆上,再旋转水平杆,从而将垂直杆和通信设备调整到墙体以上。这样通过旋转机构可以将L型连接杆从墙体内侧旋转到墙体外侧,由于通信设备固定在垂直杆上,因此L型连接杆可以带动通信设备从墙体内侧旋转到墙体外侧,这样不需要墙外施工就可以将通信设备部署在墙体外侧,因此能够提高安装通信设备的安全性。当通信设备旋转到墙体外侧之后,通过旋转L型连接杆可以将L型连接杆的垂直杆贴近墙体外表面,从而使得通信设备靠近墙体外表面并且低于墙顶。另外,由于不需要将施工人员悬吊在墙外,因此大大简化了安装通信设备的操作,降低安装通信设备的成本。
一种可能的实现方式中,旋转机构包括支撑座、支撑板和转动部件;水平杆穿过并固定在支撑座上,支撑座固定在支撑板上;支撑板连接转动部件,转动部件与支座连接。
另一种可能的实现方式中,支撑板包括第一抽屉板、第二抽屉板、伸缩件和第一紧固件;第一抽屉板包括第一固定件和通孔;第二抽屉板包括第二固定件和条形孔;第一抽屉板通过第一紧固件固定在第二抽屉板上,第一紧固件穿过第一抽屉板的通孔和第二抽屉板的条形孔,使得第一抽屉板和第二抽屉板贴合;伸缩件分别连接第一固定件和第二固定件,用于调节第一抽屉板和第二抽屉板在水平方向上的相对位置。
另一种可能的实现方式中,第一紧固件为螺栓;第一固定件和第二固定件分别开设有凹槽;伸缩件包括第一双头螺母,第二双头螺母和螺杆;第一双头螺母固定在第一固定件 的凹槽上;第二双头螺母固定在第二固定件的凹槽上;第一双头螺母、第二双头螺母分别通过螺纹与螺杆连接。
另一种可能的实现方式中,水平杆设有用于连接动力输入设备的连接部件,动力输入设备用于带动L型连接杆围绕水平杆的轴线旋转。动力输入设备可以是涡轮蜗杆减速器。
另一种可能的实现方式中,水平杆与转动件连接,转动件用于带动L型连接杆围绕所述水平杆的轴线旋转。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,支座为可升降支座。当通信设备旋转到墙体外侧之后,降低支座高度可以将L型连接杆贴近墙面,从而使得通信设备靠近墙面。
另一种可能的实现方式中,支座包括立杆、壁挂件和扣件;立杆的顶部设有固定部件,固定部件用于连接和支撑转动部件;壁挂件用于与墙体内表面固定连接;壁挂件和扣件均设有凹槽,用于容纳立杆;扣件通过第二紧固件与壁挂件连接,用于将立杆固定在扣件和壁挂件之间。
另一种可能的实现方式中,支座包括立杆、立筒和底座;立杆的顶部设有固定部件,固定部件用于连接和支撑转动部件;立筒固定在底座上,立筒用于支撑和固定立杆;底座用于与地面固定连接。
可选的,立杆设有贯穿杆体两侧的多个通孔,多个通孔包括不同高度的通孔;立筒的筒身设有至少一个通孔,立筒与立杆通过螺栓固定,螺栓的螺杆穿过立筒的通孔和立杆的通孔。
另一种可能的实现方式中,支座包括立杆和底座;立杆设有的顶部设有固定部件,固定部件用于连接和支撑转动部件;底座包括支撑架、配重架和配重块;支撑架上设有用于固定立杆的固定环;支撑架连接配重架;配重架包括用于放置配重块的底板。
另一种可能的实现方式中,配重板上还设有用于固定立杆的立筒。
另一种可能的实现方式中,在所述转动部件和所述固定部件之间设有多个滚珠。
另一种可能的实现方式中,垂直杆和水平杆的内部均设有用于容纳通信设备的线缆的管道;水平杆开设有小孔,用于通信设备的线缆通过。

具体实施方式
本申请的旋转支架用于支撑和固定通信设备,主要在位置较高的地方(如高楼)安装通信设备时使用。
现有技术中,通信设备通过多个螺栓固定在墙体外表面。这样需要在高楼的墙体外表面上打孔设置支架,然后将无线通信设备安装在支架上。
现有技术存在以下缺点:
第一,施工人员需要悬吊在墙体外侧进行安装,施工人员和无线通信设备都有可能掉落,因此安装过程不够安全。
第二,为了防止施工人员、无线通信设备或无线通信设备的零件(如螺钉)掉落对楼下行人造成的危险,需要在安装通信设备的楼底设置围栏,因此需要花费一些时间。
第三,需要使用脚手架或吊车,将施工人员悬吊在墙体外侧进行安装。
第四,当通信设备发生硬件故障时,需要维修人员在外墙拆卸通信设备,同样存在安全隐患。并且,拆卸和更换需要花费较多操作,不方便更换和维护。
为了解决以上问题,本申请提供一种旋转支架,能够将通信设备从墙体内侧旋转到墙体外侧,由此避免在墙体外侧施工,从而提高安装通信设备的安全性。下面进行具体介绍:
参阅图1,本申请提供的旋转支架的一个实施例包括:
L型连接杆110、旋转机构120和支座130;L型连接杆110包括垂直杆111和水平杆112,垂直杆111用于连接通信设备,水平杆112为可转动杆,水平杆112固定在旋转机构120上;旋转机构120固定在支座130的顶部,旋转机构120用于带动L型连接杆110在水平面旋转;支座130固定在墙体内表面或者地面。
本实施例中,L型连接杆110可以是一体成型的,也可以是由独立的垂直杆和水平杆连接组成,例如垂直杆111和水平杆112可以采用可拆卸式连接。垂直杆111与通信设备可以采用可拆卸式连接,例如通过紧固件连接通信设备,紧固件可以是螺栓。
当支座130放置在靠近墙体的位置时,旋转机构120旋转时,可以将垂直杆111和通信设备从墙体内侧旋转到墙体外侧。这样能够避免墙外施工,从而提高安装通信设备的安全性。
在一个可选实施例中,垂直杆111和水平杆112内部设有用于容纳通信设备的线缆的管道;水平杆112开设有小孔,用于通信设备的线缆通过。这样,通信设备的线缆可以从垂直杆111的管口进入垂直杆111和水平杆112的管道,然后从水平杆112的小孔穿出。可以理解的是,垂直杆111和水平杆112的内部也可以不是中空的,通信设备的线缆也可以固定在垂直杆111和水平杆112的杆体表面。
在另一个可选实施例中,水平杆112设有用于连接动力输入设备的连接部件,动力输入设备用于带动L型连接杆围绕水平杆的轴线旋转。
具体的,水平杆的一端通过紧固件与动力输入设备连接。当利用动力输入设备带动L型连接杆围绕水平杆的轴线旋转时,L型连接杆带动通信设备旋转,使通信设备到达墙体 以上。可以理解的是,当水平杆112可以放置在墙体顶部时,旋转L型连接杆110可以使得L型连接杆的垂直杆111贴近墙体外表面,从而使得通信设备靠近墙体外表面并且在墙顶以下。这样能够减少外界环境(例如风)对通信设备的影响。动力输入设备可以是涡轮蜗杆减速器或者齿轮减速器等。
参阅图2,另一种可能的实现方式中,水平杆112与转动件21连接,转动件21用于带动L型连接杆110围绕水平杆112的轴线旋转。具体的,转动杆21可以是T型杆或者是十字形杆,转动件21可以设置在远离垂直杆111的一侧。用户将转动件21转动,可以使得L型连接杆110和通信设备围绕水平杆112的轴线旋转。
转动件21和水平杆112可以是可拆卸式连接,例如,水平杆112设有螺孔,在转动件21上用于连接水平杆112的一端设有螺纹,转动件21与水平杆112通过螺纹连接。可以理解的是,转动件21还可以是设置在水平杆112上远离垂直杆111的一侧的另一个垂直杆,该垂直杆的长度可以根据实际需要设置。该垂直杆越长,利用该垂直杆旋转水平杆112所需的力越小。
参阅图3,通信设备固定在旋转支架上,旋转支架固定在地面并且靠近墙体。在另一个可选实施例中,旋转机构120包括支撑座121、支撑板122和转动部件123;水平杆112穿过并固定在支撑座121上,支撑座121固定在支撑板122上;支撑板122连接转动部件123,转动部件123与支座130连接。
本实施例中,支撑座121可以固定水平杆112,防止水平杆112滑动。支撑座121包括可以容纳水平杆112的管道,水平杆112可以是圆杆,以便于在支撑座121的管道中旋转。可以理解的是,支撑板122并不是必要组件。当没有支撑板122时,支撑座121也可以直接与转动部件123连接,或者支撑座121与转动部件123一体成型。转动部件123可以安装在支座130上水平转动。
参阅图4至图6,在另一个可选实施例中,支撑板122包括第一抽屉板1221、第二抽屉板1222、伸缩件1223和紧固件1224;第一抽屉板1221包括第一固定件501和通孔502;第二抽屉板1222包括第二固定件601和条形孔602;第一抽屉板通1221过第一紧固件1224固定在第二抽屉板1222上,第一紧固件1224穿过第一抽屉板1221的通孔502和第二抽屉板1222的条形孔602,使得第一抽屉板1221和第二抽屉板1222贴合;伸缩件1223分别连接第一固定件501和第二固定件601,用于调节第一抽屉板1221和第二抽屉板1222在水平方向上的相对位置。
本实施例中,第一固定件501和第二固定件601用于固定伸缩件1223的两端。当伸缩件1223伸缩时,第一紧固件1224的一端可以沿着第二抽屉板1222的条形孔移动,使得第一抽屉板1221可以在第二抽屉板1222上滑动。当通信设备和垂直杆111放置在靠近墙体外表面的位置时,滑动第一抽屉板1221可以调节通信设备到墙体外表面的距离。当缩紧伸缩件1223时,可以将通信设备固定在紧靠墙体外表面的位置,减少环境因素(如风)对通信设备的干扰。
可以理解的是,还可以在第一抽屉板1221上开设条形孔,在第二抽屉板1222上开设通孔,这样也可以使第一抽屉板1221和第二抽屉板1222相对滑动。以上介绍了在旋转机 构120中利用抽屉板实现滑动功能,另外还可以采用其他类型的结构实现滑动功能,例如上层板设有滑动块,下层板设有滑动槽,当滑动块在滑动槽内滑动时,上层板就可以相对下层板滑动。
参阅图5和图6,在一个可选实施例中,第一抽屉板1221包括第一固定件501和通孔502。第二抽屉板1222包括第二固定件601和条形孔602;第一固定件501和第二固定件601分别开设有凹槽。
参阅图7,伸缩件1223包括第一双头螺母701,第二双头螺母702和螺杆703;第一双头螺母701固定在第一固定件501的凹槽上;第二双头螺母702固定在第二固定件601的凹槽上;第一双头螺母701、第二双头螺母702分别通过螺纹与螺杆703连接。
本实施例中,第一紧固件1224可以为螺栓,例如双头螺栓。当旋转第二双头螺母702时,第一紧固件1224的底端可以沿着第二抽屉板1222的条形孔移动,使得第一抽屉板1221可以在第二抽屉板1222上滑动,从而调节通信设备到墙体外表面的距离。
需要说明的是,伸缩件1223包括但不限于以上举例。伸缩件还可以是弹性件,例如弹簧。或者伸缩件可以是卡扣式结构。
参阅图8,在另一可选实施例中,支座130包括立杆801、壁挂件802和扣件803;
立杆801的顶部设有固定部件8011,固定部件8011用于连接和支撑转动部件123;
壁挂件802用于与墙体内表面固定连接;
壁挂件802和扣件803均设有凹槽,用于容纳立杆801;
扣件803通过第二紧固件804与壁挂件802连接,用于将立杆801固定在壁挂件802和扣件803之间。
可选的,壁挂件802开设有用于紧固件805穿过的通孔,通过紧固件805固定在墙体内表面上,紧固件805可以是膨胀螺栓或其他类型的螺栓,还可以是钉子。
可选的,第二紧固件804是螺栓,螺栓的螺杆固定在壁挂件802上,扣件803开设有用于通过螺杆的通孔。立杆801放置在壁挂件802的凹槽和扣件803的凹槽之间,当螺栓的螺杆穿过扣件803的通孔,然后旋转螺帽使扣件803向壁挂件802移动,当立杆801与壁挂件802的凹槽和扣件803的凹槽都贴合之后,立杆801就固定在壁挂件802和扣件803之间。壁挂件802和扣件803的数量均可以是一个或多个。
可选的,立杆801设有贯穿杆体两侧的多个通孔,多个通孔包括不同高度的通孔;壁挂件802通过螺栓804与扣件803连接,螺栓804的螺杆穿过立杆801的通孔,螺栓804的螺帽设置在远离壁挂件802的一侧。由于螺栓804的螺杆穿过立杆801的通孔,可以防止立杆801上下移动。因此螺栓804可以将立杆801固定在壁挂件802和扣件803之间。需要说明的是,立杆801的高度可以使得水平杆112到地面的高度超过墙体的高度。
可选的,在转动部件123和固定部件8011之间设有多个滚珠。具体的,转动部件123的底部和/或固定部件8011的顶部设有多个滚珠槽,滚珠槽用于放置滚珠。滚珠用于减少转动部件123旋转时的摩擦力。转动部件123和固定部件8011采用可拆卸式连接,例如采用螺钉连接。
参阅图9,在另一个可选实施例中,支座130包括立杆901、立筒902和底座903;
立杆901的顶部设有固定部件9011,固定部件9011用于连接和支撑转动部件123;
立筒902固定在底座903上,立筒902用于支撑和固定立杆901;
底座903用于与地面固定连接。
本实施例中,立杆901插在立筒902之中,立筒902可以支撑和固定立杆901。底座903可以通过紧固件与地面连接,并固定在地面上。例如,底座903通过螺栓与地面连接固定时,底座903开设有供螺栓的螺杆穿过的通孔9031。底座903可以和地面连接固定,因此无需在墙面上开孔,可以保持墙体内表面的完整。需要说明的是,立杆901的高度可以使得水平杆112到地面的高度超过墙体的高度。
其中,固定部件9011与图8所示实施例中固定部件8011相似,固定部件9011的结构以及固定部件9011和转动部件123的连接关系可参阅图8所示实施例中相应记载。
参阅图10,在一个可选实施例中,立杆901设有贯穿杆体两侧的多个通孔9012,多个通孔包括不同高度的通孔;立筒902上设有与立杆901的通孔9012对应的通孔9021,立筒902与立杆901通过双头螺栓904固定,双头螺栓904穿过立筒902的通孔9021与立杆901的通孔9012。
当双头螺栓904穿过不同高度的通孔9012并且立筒902与立杆901通过双头螺栓904固定时,立杆901可以被固定在不同高度,由此可以调节水平杆112到地面的高度。
参阅图11,在另一个可选实施例中,支座130包括立杆1101和底座1102;立杆1101的顶部设有固定部件11011,固定部件11011用于连接和支撑转动部件123,立杆1101设有贯穿杆体两侧的多个通孔11012,多个通孔包括不同高度的通孔;底座1102包括支撑架11021、配重架11022、配重块11023和立筒11024;支撑架11021连接配重架11022,支撑架11021上设有用于固定立杆1101的固定环;配重架11022包括用于放置配重块11023的底板,立筒11024固定在底板上。
具体的,底座1102包括支撑架11021、配重架11022和配重块11023,因此配重块11023能够通过支撑架11021和配重架11022为立杆1101提供支撑力,由此实现支撑功能。这样就无需在地面上打孔,能够保持地面完整。
需要说明的是,通孔11012和立筒11024不是必要的,没有立筒11024也可以保持立杆1101不倾倒。需要说明的是,立杆1101与立杆901相似,其具体结构和连接关系可参考立杆901的相关描述。
其中,固定部件11011与图8所示实施例中固定部件8011相似,固定部件11011的结构以及固定部件11011和转动部件123的连接关系可参阅图8所示实施例中相应记载。可以理解的是,当螺栓穿过不同高度的通孔将立杆1101和立筒11024固定时,可以调整立杆1101的高度使得水平杆112的高度能够超过不同高度的墙体。
为便于理解,下面对本申请的旋转支架的安装和维护方法进行介绍:
在以下具体应用场景中,L型连接杆110包括垂直杆111和水平杆112,旋转机构120包括支撑座121、支撑板122和转动部件123,支撑板122包括第一抽屉板1221、第二抽屉板1222、伸缩件1223和第一紧固件1224,伸缩件1223包括第一双头螺母701,第二双头螺母702和螺杆703,第一紧固件1224为双头螺栓。支座130包括立杆801、壁挂件802 和扣件803。
首先将壁挂件802安装在女儿墙的墙体内表面,然后利用扣件803和螺栓804将立杆801固定在壁挂件802和扣件803之间。通过螺钉固定转动部件123和固定部件8011,然后组装支撑板122,使得第一抽屉板1221和第二抽屉板1222可以相对滑动,将水平杆112穿过支撑座121并固定安装在第一抽屉板1221上,将通信设备固定在垂直杆111上。当垂直杆111和水平杆112内部中空时,将通信设备的线缆从垂直杆111和水平杆112的内部穿过,从水平杆112的出线口穿出。
水平杆112连接涡轮蜗杆减速器,控制涡轮蜗杆减速器可以旋转L型连接杆110和通信设备,当通信设备旋转到女儿墙的顶部上方之后,控制涡轮蜗杆减速器停止旋转;推动转动部件123绕固定部件8011的轴线水平旋转,将L型连接杆110和通信设备从墙体内侧旋转到墙体外侧。再控制涡轮蜗杆减速器旋转水平杆112,降低通信设备的高度,使得通信设备被安装在墙体顶面以下。通过旋转第一双头螺母701或第二双头螺母702,可以调整第一抽屉板1221和第二抽屉板1222的相对位置,从而将通信设备调整到靠近墙体外表面的位置。
可以看出,利用上述旋转支架可以将通信设备从墙体内侧旋转到墙体外侧,无需墙外施工,因此提高了安装通信设备的安全性。
在更换或维护通信设备时,可以连接涡轮蜗杆减速器和水平杆112,控制涡轮蜗杆减速器带动L型连接杆110和通信设备旋转,使得通信设备超过墙体顶面,然后推动转动部件123带动L型连接杆110和通信设备在水平面旋转,由此将通信设备从墙体外侧旋转到墙体内侧,进而更换或维护通信设备。可以看出,更换或维护通信设备无需墙外施工,因此提高了更换或维护通信设备的安全性。
本申请还提供一种旋转支架,旋转支架包括水平杆、旋转机构和支座;水平杆固定在旋转机构上,水平杆用于连接通信设备;旋转机构固定在支座的顶部,旋转机构用于带动水平杆在水平面旋转;支座与墙体内表面或者地面连接。
本实施例中,水平杆的一端连接通信设备。当支座放置在靠近墙体的位置时,旋转机构旋转时,可以将设置在水平杆上的通信设备从墙体内侧旋转到墙体外侧。这样能够避免墙外施工,从而提高安装通信设备的安全性。旋转机构和支座可参阅以上实施例中旋转机构120和支座130的相应记载。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种旋转支架,其特征在于,包括:
    L型连接杆、旋转机构和支座;
    所述L型连接杆包括垂直杆和水平杆,所述垂直杆用于连接通信设备,所述水平杆为可转动杆,所述水平杆固定在所述旋转机构上;
    所述旋转机构固定在所述支座的顶部,所述旋转机构用于带动所述L型连接杆在水平面旋转;
    所述支座用于与墙体内表面或者地面固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转支架,其特征在于,
    所述旋转机构包括支撑座、支撑板和转动部件;
    所述水平杆穿过并固定在所述支撑座上,所述支撑座固定在所述支撑板上;
    所述支撑板连接所述转动部件,所述转动部件与所述支座连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的旋转支架,其特征在于,
    所述支撑板包括第一抽屉板、第二抽屉板、伸缩件和第一紧固件;
    所述第一抽屉板包括第一固定件和通孔;
    所述第二抽屉板包括第二固定件和条形孔;
    所述第一抽屉板通过所述第一紧固件固定在第二抽屉板上,所述第一紧固件穿过所述第一抽屉板的所述通孔和所述第二抽屉板的所述条形孔,使得所述第一抽屉板和所述第二抽屉板贴合;
    所述伸缩件分别连接所述第一固定件和所述第二固定件,用于调节所述第一抽屉板和所述第二抽屉板在水平方向上的相对位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的旋转支架,其特征在于,所述第一紧固件为螺栓;
    所述第一固定件和所述第二固定件分别开设有凹槽;
    所述伸缩件包括第一双头螺母,第二双头螺母和螺杆;所述第一双头螺母固定在所述第一固定件的凹槽上;所述第二双头螺母固定在所述第二固定件的凹槽上;所述第一双头螺母、所述第二双头螺母分别通过螺纹与所述螺杆连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的旋转支架,其特征在于,所述水平杆设有用于连接动力输入设备的连接部件,所述动力输入设备用于带动所述L型连接杆围绕所述水平杆的轴线旋转。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的旋转支架,其特征在于,所述水平杆与转动件连接,所述转动件用于带动所述L型连接杆围绕所述水平杆的轴线旋转。
  7. 根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的旋转支架,其特征在于,
    所述支座包括立杆、壁挂件和扣件;
    所述立杆的顶部设有固定部件,所述固定部件用于连接和支撑所述转动部件;
    所述壁挂件用于与墙体内表面固定连接;
    所述壁挂件和所述扣件均设有凹槽,用于容纳所述立杆;
    所述扣件通过第二紧固件与所述壁挂件连接,用于将所述立杆固定在所述扣件和所述 壁挂件之间。
  8. 根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的旋转支架,其特征在于,
    所述支座包括立杆、立筒和底座;
    所述立杆的顶部设有固定部件,所述固定部件用于连接和支撑所述转动部件;
    所述立筒固定在所述底座上,所述立筒用于支撑和固定所述立杆;
    所述底座用于与地面固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的旋转支架,其特征在于,
    所述立杆设有贯穿杆体两侧的多个通孔,所述多个通孔包括不同高度的通孔;
    所述立筒的筒身设有至少一个通孔,所述立筒与所述立杆通过螺栓固定,所述螺栓的螺杆穿过所述立筒和所述立杆的通孔。
  10. 根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的旋转支架,其特征在于,
    所述支座包括立杆和底座;
    所述立杆设有的顶部设有固定部件,所述固定部件用于连接和支撑所述转动部件;
    所述底座包括支撑架、配重架和配重块;所述支撑架上设有用于固定所述立杆的固定环;所述支撑架连接所述配重架;所述配重架包括用于放置所述配重块的底板。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的旋转支架,其特征在于,所述配重板上还设有用于固定所述立杆的立筒。
  12. 根据权利要求7至11中任一项所述的旋转支架,其特征在于,在所述转动部件和所述固定部件之间设有多个滚珠。
  13. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的旋转支架,其特征在于,所述垂直杆和所述水平杆的内部均设有用于容纳所述通信设备的线缆的管道;
    所述水平杆开设有小孔,用于所述通信设备的线缆通过。
