参考图2至图6所示,本申请实施例公布了一种包装盒,包装盒包括放置物品的盒体100和吸收盒体100内的水汽的干燥剂200;干燥剂200固定在盒体100的底部;盒体100堆叠后,盒体100的底部正对于下一层盒体100的顶部。

本方案中,第一凹槽110的数量对应干燥剂200的数量,增加干燥剂200的数量,提升干燥效果,由于盒体100大多呈矩形,在长度方面比较长,所以两个第一凹槽110按照盒体100长边的中心线均匀分布,能保证干燥面积。
作为本申请的另一实施例,参考图2至图6所示,公开了一种显示面板 包装盒,包装盒包括放置物品的盒体100和吸收盒体100内的水汽的干燥剂200;干燥剂200固定在盒体100的底部;盒体100堆叠后,盒体100的底部正对于下一层盒体100的顶部;盒体100包括至少两个第一凹槽110,干燥剂200固定在第一凹槽110内;包装盒包括插件300,插件300覆盖在干燥剂200上方与第一凹槽110配合固定;插件300的正面包括第二凹槽310,第二凹槽310与干燥剂200配合固定;插件300的背面包括开口320,开口320与第二凹槽310连通,开口320小于第二凹槽310;插件300由发泡材料制成;第一凹槽110呈矩形,插件300呈矩形。
包装盒的水潮主要是因为从高温转低温,温度差导致过饱和而形成,在形成水液态之前,气态的水汽在高温时均向上蒸,降温时最易在最上层玻璃液化成水珠,将干燥剂200设置在物品的正上方,有水汽蒸发上升时,就被干燥剂200捕捉吸收,避免其液化成水珠而影响产品品质;盒体100的底部设置第一凹槽110容纳干燥剂200,使干燥剂200不会直接与物品直接接触,防止污染;由于干燥剂200是设置在盒体100底部的第一凹槽110,为了防止掉落,利用插件300覆盖在干燥剂200上方,插件300正好能与第一凹槽110配合,起到对干燥剂200的固定效果;插件300的正面设置第二凹槽310,干燥剂200放入第二凹槽310内,第二凹槽310的形状大小可以根据不同的干燥剂200的形状大小而改变,从而可以根据需求适应各种不同形状大小的干燥剂200;在插件300的背面设置开口320,在固定干燥剂200的同时,也能保证蒸发上升的水汽可以通过开口320被干燥剂200吸收;由于大多包装盒都是由发泡材料制成,本身硬度不大,具有一定的弹性,将插件300也用发泡材料制成,插件300直接与第一凹槽110过盈配合嵌入第一凹槽110内,拆装方便;插件300与包装盒都是发泡材料,材质轻盈,将第一凹槽110和插件300 都做成矩形,插件300的四条矩形边分别对应第一凹槽110的四条矩形侧壁,相互支撑,提升插件300的稳定性,不易变形;第一凹槽110的数量对应干燥剂200的数量,增加干燥剂200的数量,提升干燥效果。
作为本申请的另一实施例,参考图2至图7所示,本申请还公开了一种容纳装置,包括上述任意的包装盒,容纳装置还包括盒盖400,盒盖400的底部也固定有干燥剂200,盒体100堆叠后,盒盖400覆盖在最顶层的盒体100上,封闭盒体100。
本申请的技术方案可以广泛适用包装出货各种显示面板,如TN型显示面板(全称为Twisted Nematic,即扭曲向列型面板)、IPS型显示面板(In-Plane Switching,平面转换)、VA型显示面板(Vertical Alignment,垂直配向技术)、MVA型显示面板(Multi-domain Vertical Alignment,多象限垂直配向技术),当然,也可以是其他类型的显示面板,如有机发光显示面板(organic light-emitting diode,简称OLED显示面板),不仅限于显示面板,也可以是其它物品,均可适用上述方案。

Claims (20)
- 一种包装盒,包括:盒体,放置物品;干燥剂,吸收所述盒体内的水汽;以及所述干燥剂固定在所述盒体的底部;所述盒体堆叠后,所述盒体的底部正对于下一层所述盒体的顶部。
- 如权利要求1所述的包装盒,其中,所述盒体的底部包括第一凹槽,所述干燥剂固定在所述第一凹槽内。
- 如权利要求2所述的包装盒,其中,所述包装盒包括插件,所述插件覆盖在所述干燥剂上方与所述第一凹槽配合固定。
- 如权利要求3所述的包装盒,其中,所述插件配合固定后,与所述盒体的底部表面平齐。
- 如权利要求4所述的包装盒,其中,所述插件的正面包括第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽与所述干燥剂配合固定。
- 如权利要求5所述的包装盒,其中,所述插件的背面包括开口,所述开口与所述第二凹槽连通。
- 如权利要求6所述的包装盒,其中,所述开口小于所述第二凹槽。
- 如权利要求3所述的包装盒,其中,所述插件由发泡材料制成。
- 如权利要求7所述的包装盒,其中,所述第一凹槽呈矩形,所述插件呈矩形。
- 如权利要求2所述的包装盒,其中,所述第一凹槽至少包括两个。
- 如权利要求10所述的包装盒,其中,所述两个第一凹槽分布在所述盒体的底部中心线两侧。
- 一种包装盒,所述包装盒包括:盒体,放置物品;干燥剂,吸收所述盒体内的水汽;所述干燥剂固定在所述盒体的底部;所述盒体堆叠后,所述盒体的底部正对于下一层所述盒体的顶部;所述盒体的底部包括至少两个第一凹槽,所述干燥剂固定在所述第一凹槽内;所述包装盒包括插件,所述插件覆盖在所述干燥剂上方与所述第一凹槽配合固定;所述插件的正面包括第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽与所述干燥剂配合固定;以及所述插件的背面包括开口,所述开口与所述第二凹槽连通,所述开口小于所述第二凹槽。
- 一种容纳装置,包括包装盒,包括:多个盒体,放置物品,所述物品包括显示面板;干燥剂,吸收所述盒体内的水汽;以及所述干燥剂固定在所述盒体的底部;所述盒体堆叠后,所述盒体的底部正对于下一层所述盒体的顶部。
- 如权利要求13所述的容纳装置,其中,所述盒体的底部包括第一凹槽,所述干燥剂固定在所述第一凹槽内。
- 如权利要求14所述的容纳装置,其中,所述包装盒包括插件,所述插件覆盖在所述干燥剂上方与所述第一凹槽配合固定。
- 如权利要求15所述的容纳装置,其中,所述插件的正面包括第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽与所述干燥剂配合固定。
- 如权利要求16所述的容纳装置,其中,所述插件的背面包括开口,所述开口与所述第二凹槽连通,所述开口小于所述第二凹槽。
- 如权利要求13所述的容纳装置,其中,所述容纳装置包括盒盖。
- 如权利要求18所述的容纳装置,其中,所述干燥剂固定在盒盖的底部。
- 如权利要求13所述的容纳装置,其中,所述盒体堆叠后,所述盒盖覆盖在最顶层的所述盒体上,封闭所述盒体。
