液晶显示器具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用。市场上的液晶显示器大部分为背光型液晶显示器,其包括液晶面板及背光模组(Backlight Module)。液晶面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液晶分子,并在两片玻璃基板上施加驱动电压来控制液晶分子的旋转方向,以将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。
其中,液晶显示器的主要部件为显示面板。显示面板的生产制作复杂,厂家在生产显示面板的过程中,使用检测装置对显示面板进行检测,以保证显示面板的品质,但检测装置生产效率低,生产成本高。
技术解决方案
本申请的目的在于提供一种显示面板的检测装置及其检测方法,提高生产效率,降低生产成本高。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种显示面板的检测装置,包括:
检测电路,对待测面板进行检测;
数据控制电路,设置有与待测面板进行数据传输控制的数据接口;
供电电路,所述供电电路包括面板供电接口和数据控制电路供电接口;所述面板供电接口为待测面板供电;所述数据控制电路供电接口为所述数据控制电路供电;
其中,所述的检测装置还包括:
切换信号产生电路,在需要更换待测面板时产生第一使能信号,在更换后正常检测面板时产生第二使能信号;
所述切换信号产生电路与所述供电电路和所述数据控制电路控制连接,
当所述的供电电路接收到所述第一使能信号时,所述供电电路控制其面板供电接口输出为零伏;所述供电电路控制其数据控制电路供电接口输出不变,为所述数据控制电路正常供电;
当所述的数据控制电路接收到所述第一使能信号时,所述数据控制电路控制其输出的数据接口为高阻状态;
当所述的供电电路接收到所述第二使能信号时,所述供电电路控制其面板供电接口输出为正常电压;所述供电电路控制其数据控制电路供电接口输出正常电压,为所述数据控制电路正常供电;
当所述的数据控制电路接收到所述第二使能信号时,所述数据控 制电路控制其输出的数据接口为正常状态。
本申请还公开了一种显示面板的检测方法,包括:
生成切换信号的步骤;
对切换信号进行检测的步骤,其中,
当检测到所述切换信号为第二使能信号时,所述供电电路控制其面板供电接口输出为正常电压;所述供电电路控制其数据控制电路供电接口输出正常电压,为所述数据控制电路正常供电;所述数据控制电路控制其输出的数据接口为正常状态,以对待测显示面板正常检测;
当检测到所述切换信号为第一使能信号时,所述供电电路控制其面板供电接口输出为零伏,所述供电电路控制其数据控制电路供电接口输出不变,为所述数据控制电路正常供电,所述数据控制电路控制其输出的数据接口为高阻状态,以更换待测显示面板。
本申请还公开了一种显示面板的检测装置,包括:
检测电路,对待测显示面板进行检测;
供电电路,包括电源分压电路,生成给数据控制电路供电的电压和为面板供电的面板供电电压;面板供电接口,为待测面板供电;和面板供电开关,所述面板供电开关设置在所述电源分压电路和所述面板供电接口之间,接收电源分压电路产生的面板供电电压;
数据控制电路,包括数据接口,与待测面板进行数据传输控制;数据接收电路;图像数据处理电路,与所述数据接收电路连接;高阻开关,与所述数据接口控制连接;
所述图像数据处理电路通过所述数据接口与待测面板数据连接;
所述数据接收电路为系统级芯片,所述系统级芯片的一预设引脚接收所述切换信号产生电路产生的信号,所述高阻开关直接调用所述系统级芯片内设的高阻模块实现控制数据控制电路输出的数据接口为高阻状态;
所述的供电电路设有面板供电接口和数据控制电路供电接口;所述面板供电接口为待测面板供电;所述数据控制电路供电接口为所述数据控制电路供电;
所述电源分压电路集成在系统级芯片内,所述的面板供电接口为模拟电源电压VAAA,薄膜晶体管开通电压VGH,薄膜晶体管关断电压VGL,数字电源电压VDD四个接口;所述面板供电开关设置在所述系统级芯片外,所述面板供电开关为四个,分别与所述系统级芯片的VAAA,VGH,VGL,VDD接口一一对应控制连接;
所述面板供电开关包括:
第一开关管、第二开关管、第一电阻,第二电阻;所述第一开关管的栅极与使能信号控制连接;
所述的第一开关管的漏极通过串联的所述第一电阻、第二电阻连接到所述供电电路的电源分压电路产生的面板供电电压;所述第一开关管的源极接地;
所述第二开关管的栅极连接到所述第一电阻与第二电阻之间;所述第二开关管的源极连接到所述供电电路的电源分压电路产生的面板 供电电压;所述面板供电接口与所述第二开关管的漏极连接;
其中,所述的检测装置还包括:
切换信号产生电路,在需要更换待测面板时产生第一使能信号,在更换后正常检测面板时产生第二使能信号;
所述切换信号产生电路与所述供电电路和所述数据控制电路控制连接,
所述面板供电开关接收所述切换信号产生电路产生的信号;当所述的供电电路接收到所述第一使能信号时,所述供电电路控制其面板供电接口输出为零伏;所述供电电路控制其数据控制电路供电接口输出不变,为所述数据控制电路正常供电;
当所述高阻开关接收到所述第一使能信号时,所述数据控制电路控制其输出的数据接口为高阻状态;
当所述的供电电路接收到所述第二使能信号时,所述供电电路控制其面板供电接口输出为正常电压;所述供电电路控制其数据控制电路供电接口输出正常电压,为所述数据控制电路正常供电;
当所述高阻开关接收到所述第二使能信号时,所述数据控制电路控制其输出的数据接口为正常状态。
若检测装置在检测显示面板时,更换显示面板的过程中为了防止短路导致烧毁显示面板,需要对整个检测系统断电,跟换新的待检测显示面板后,需要重启整个检测装置,才能继续测试新的待检测显示面板,数据控制电路重启需要的时间较长,导致生产效率低下,增加生产成本。 相对于上述方案来说,本方案的检测装置包括切换信号产生电路,当数据控制电路接收到切换信号产生电路产生的第一使能信号时,数据控制电路控制其输出的数据接口为高阻状态,此时可以进行更换新的待检测显示面板的操作,不会出现短路而烧毁显示面板;同时,供电电路也接收到切换信号产生电路产生的第一使能信号,供电电路控制其面板供电接口输出为零伏,供电电路控制其数据控制电路供电接口输出不变,为数据控制电路正常供电,不需要对数据控制电路断电关闭,在保证正常更换显示面板而不会短路烧毁显示面板的同时,节省了的断电关闭、重启系统的时间,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。

检测电路10,对待测显示面板进行检测;
供电电路20,包括电源分压电路21,生成给数据控制电路30供电的电压和为显示面板供电的面板供电电压;面板供电接口24,为待测显示面板供电;和面板供电开关22,所述面板供电开关22设置在所述电源分压电路21和所述面板供电接口24之间,接收电源分压电路21产生的面板供电电压;
数据控制电路30,设有与待测显示面板进行数据传输控制的数据接口34;
所述数据控制电路30包括:数据接收电路31;和所述数据接收电路31连接的图像数据处理电路32;所述图像数据处理电路32通过所述数据接口34与待测显示面板数据连接;
其中,所述数据控制电路30还包括高阻开关33,所述高阻开关33与所述数据接口34控制连接;
所述数据接收电路31为系统级芯片(System on Chip,SOC),所述SOC的一预设引脚接收所述切换信号产生电路40产生的信号,所 述高阻开关33直接调用所述SOC内设的高阻模块实现控制数据控制电路30输出的数据接口34为高阻状态;
所述的供电电路20设有面板供电接口24和数据控制电路供电接口23;所述面板供电接口24为待测显示面板供电;所述数据控制电路供电接口23为所述数据控制电路30供电;
所述电源分压电路21集成在SOC内,所述的面板供电接口24为模拟电源电压VAAA,薄膜晶体管开通电压VGH,薄膜晶体管关断电压VGL,数字电源电压VDD四个接口;所述面板供电开关22设置在所述SOC外,所述面板供电开关22为四个,分别与所述SOC的VAAA,VGH,VGL,VDD接口一一对应控制连接。
所述面板供电开关22包括:
第一开关管、第二开关管、第一电阻,第二电阻;所述第一开关管的栅极与使能信号控制连接;
所述的第一开关管的漏极通过串联的所述第一电阻、第二电阻连接到所述供电电路20的电源分压电路21产生的显示面板供电电压;所述第一开关管的源极接地;
所述第二开关管的栅极连接到所述第一电阻与第二电阻之间;所述第二开关管的源极连接到所述供电电路20的电源分压电路21产生的显示面板供电电压;所述面板供电接口24与所述第二开关管的漏极连接;
其中,所述的检测装置1还包括:
切换信号产生电路40,在需要更换待测显示面板时产生第一使能信号,在更换后正常检测显示面板时产生第二使能信号;
所述切换信号产生电路40与所述供电电路20和所述数据控制电路30控制连接,
所述面板供电开关22接收所述切换信号产生电路40产生的信号;当所述的供电电路20接收到所述切换信号产生电路40产生的是第一使能信号(如高电平)时,则认为要更换待检测的显示面板了,所述供电电路20控制其面板供电接口24输出为零伏;所述供电电路20控制其数据控制电路供电接口23输出不变,为所述数据控制电路30正常供电;同时,所述高阻开关33也接收到所述切换信号产生电路40产生的是第一使能信号(如高电平)时,所述数据控制电路30控制其输出的数据接口34为高阻状态,以方便直接在不断电的情况下更换待检测的显示面板;
当所述的供电电路20接收到所述切换信号产生电路40产生的是第二使能信号(如低电平)时,则认为要待检测的显示面板已经更换好,可以正常检测了,所述供电电路20控制其面板供电接口24输出为正常电压;所述供电电路20控制其数据控制电路供电接口23输出正常电压,为所述数据控制电路30正常供电;同时,当所述高阻开关33也接收到所述切换信号产生电路40产生的是第二使能信号,所述数据控制电路30控制其输出的数据接口34为正常状态,以便直接对待检测的显示面板正常供电,对面板进行检测。
本方案,检测装置1包括切换信号产生电路40,当数据控制电路30接收到切换信号产生电路40产生的第一使能信号时,数据控制电路30控制其输出的数据接口34为高阻状态,此时可以进行更换新的待检测显示面板的操作,不会出现短路而烧毁显示面板;同时,供电电路20也接收到切换信号产生电路40产生的第一使能信号,供电电路20控制其面板供电接口24输出为零伏,供电电路20控制其数据控制电路供电接口23输出不变,为数据控制电路30正常供电,不需要对数据控制电路30断电关闭,在保证正常更换显示面板而不会短路烧毁显示面板的同时,节省了的断电关闭、重启系统的时间,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
作为本申请的另一实施例,参考1至图3所示,公开了一种显示面板的检测装置1,包括:
检测电路10,对待测显示面板进行检测;
供电电路20;
数据控制电路30,设有与待测显示面板进行数据传输控制的数据接口34;
所述的供电电路20设有面板供电接口24和数据控制电路供电接口23;所述面板供电接口24为待测显示面板供电;所述数据控制电路供电接口23为所述数据控制电路30供电;
其中,
所述的检测装置1还包括:
切换信号产生电路40,在需要更换待测显示面板时产生第一使能信号,在更换后正常检测显示面板时产生第二使能信号;

在一实施例中,所述切换信号产生电路40为一设置在检测装置1上的实体开关。切换信号产生电路40是设置在切换信号产生电路401上的实体开关,实体开关操作简单,学习成本低,不容易出现误触操作,节省人工成本。
另外,所述切换信号产生电路40还可以为一设置在切换信号产 生电路40的控制模块内的显示界面上的虚拟按键。虚拟按键触控灵敏,操作方便,反应迅速快捷,可定制度高,可根据实际使用的需要做适应性调整修改等。
在一实施例中,所述供电电路20包括:
电源分压电路21,生成给数据控制电路30供电的电压,给数据控制电路30供电的电压为VDD,分别为3.3V、1.8V、1.2V;和为显示面板供电的面板供电电压,面板供电电压为VGH、VGL、VCOM等电压;
所述供电电路20还包括:面板供电开关22,所述面板供电开关22设置在所述电源分压电路21和所述面板供电接口24之间,接收电源分压电路21产生的面板供电电压;
所述面板供电开关22接收所述切换信号产生电路40产生的信号;当所述的供电电路20接收到所述切换信号产生电路40产生的是第一使能信号时,所述供电电路20控制其面板供电接口24输出为零伏;
当所述的供电电路20接收到所述切换信号产生电路40产生的是第二使能信号时,所述供电电路20控制其面板供电接口24输出为所述面板供电电压。
电源分压电路21生成数据控制电路30和显示面板所需的电压,保证数据控制电路30正常供电。面板供电开关22接收切换信号产生电路40产生的信号,使得供电电路20控制其面板供电接口24输出为零伏或者面板供电电压,检测系统始终保持运行状态,节省了的断电关闭、 重启系统的时间,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
在一实施例中,所述面板供电开关22包括:
第一开关管、第二开关管、第一电阻,第二电阻;所述第一开关管的栅极与使能信号控制连接;所述的第一开关管的漏极通过串联的所述第一电阻、第二电阻连接到所述供电电路20的电源分压电路21产生的显示面板供电电压;所述第一开关管的源极接地;所述第二开关管的栅极连接到所述第一电阻与第二电阻之间;所述第二开关管的源极连接到所述供电电路20的电源分压电路21产生的显示面板供电电压;所述面板供电接口24与所述第二开关管的漏极连接。
其中,所述的第一开关管是P型MOS管,第二开关管是N型MOS管,当使能信号为高电平时,第一开关管的栅极相对于源极的电压大于导通第一开关管源极和漏极的电压阈值,第一开关管导通,面板供电电压在第一电阻和第二电阻上形成分压,第二开关管的栅极相对于源极的电压小于导通第二开关管源极和漏极的电压阈值,第二开关管导通;当使能信号为低电平时,第一开关管和第二开关管都不导通。第一开关管与使能信号控制连接,可以根据使能信号控制面板供电开关22的开合,从而控制面板供电接口24的输出电压。
上述电路简单,容易集成到系统级芯片内部。在一实施例中,所述电源分压电路21集成在SOC内,所述面板供电开关22也集成在所述SOC内。
另外,可选的,所述的电源分压电路21和面板供电开关22皆集 成在SOC中,供电电路20的集成度高,体积小,占用空间小。
另外,可选的,所述电源分压电路21也可以集成在SOC内,所述的面板供电接口24为模拟电源电压VAAA,薄膜晶体管开通电压VGH,薄膜晶体管断开电压VGL,数字电源电压VDD四个接口;所述面板供电开关22也可以设置在所述SOC外,所述面板供电开关22为四个,分别与所述SOC的VAAA,VGH,VGL,VDD接口一一对应控制连接。
另外,可选的,面板供电开关22设置在SOC外,未集成在SOC内,面板供电开关22独立于SOC,供电电路20集成度要求低,易于生产。四个面板供电开关22分别控制四个面板供电接口24VAAA,VGH,VGL,VDD,使其输出电压都受使能信号控制。
在一实施例中,所述数据控制电路30包括:
数据接收电路31;和所述数据接收电路31连接的图像数据处理电路32;所述图像数据处理电路32通过所述数据接口34与待测显示面板数据连接;
其中,所述数据控制电路30还包括高阻开关33,所述高阻开关33与所述数据接口34控制连接,所述高阻开关33接收所述切换信号产生电路40产生的信号;当所述的高阻开关33接收到所述切换信号产生电路40产生的是第一使能信号时,所述高阻开关33控制数据控制电路30输出的数据接口34为高阻状态。
高阻开关33接收到第一使能信号,高阻开关33控制数据控制电路30输出的数据接口34为高阻状态,以更换待测显示面板。
在一实施例中,所述数据接收电路31为SOC,所述SOC的一预设引脚接收所述切换信号产生电路40产生的信号,所述高阻开关33直接调用所述SOC内设的高阻模块实现控制数据控制电路30输出的数据接口34为高阻状态。

作为本申请的另一实施例,参考图1至图3所示,公开了一种显示面板的检测方法,包括生成切换信号的步骤,和对切换信号进行检测的步骤,其中,
所述生成切换信号的步骤可以直接通过控制实体开关或一虚拟按键来生成,在需要更换待测面板时,生成的切换信号为第一使能信号;在更换后正常检测面板时,生成的切换信号为第二使能信号;
所述对切换信号进行检测的步骤中:
当检测到所述切换信号为第二使能信号时,所述供电电路20控制其面板供电接口24输出为正常电压;所述供电电路20控制其数据控制电路供电接口23输出正常电压,为所述数据控制电路30正常供电;所述数据控制电路30控制其输出的数据接口34为正常状态,以对待测显示面板正常检测;
当检测到所述切换信号为第一使能信号时,所述供电电路20控制其面板供电接口24输出为零伏,所述供电电路20控制其数据控制电路供电接口23输出不变,为所述数据控制电路30正常供电,所述数据 控制电路30控制其输出的数据接口34为高阻状态,以更换待测显示面板。
当数据控制电路30接收到切换信号产生电路40产生的第一使能信号时,数据控制电路30控制其输出的数据接口34为高阻状态,此时可以进行更换新的待检测显示面板的操作,不会出现短路而烧毁显示面板;同时,供电电路20也接收到切换信号产生电路40产生的第一使能信号,供电电路20控制其面板供电接口24输出为零伏,供电电路20控制其数据控制电路供电接口23输出不变,为数据控制电路30正常供电,不需要对检测系统断电关闭,在保证正常更换显示面板而不会短路烧毁显示面板的同时,节省了的断电关闭、重启系统的时间,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
本申请的显示面板可以是TN面板(全称为Twisted Nematic,即扭曲向列型面板)、IPS面板(In-Plane Switching,平面转换)、VA面板(Multi-domain Vertica Aignment,多象限垂直配向技术),当然,也可以是其他类型的面板,适用即可。

  1. 一种显示面板的检测装置,包括:
    检测电路,对待测面板进行检测;
    数据控制电路,设置有与待测面板进行数据传输控制的数据接口;
    供电电路,所述供电电路包括面板供电接口和数据控制电路供电接口;所述面板供电接口为待测面板供电;所述数据控制电路供电接口为所述数据控制电路供电;
    其中,所述检测装置还包括:
    切换信号产生电路,在需要更换待测面板时产生第一使能信号,在更换后正常检测面板时产生第二使能信号;
    所述切换信号产生电路与所述供电电路和所述数据控制电路控制连接,
    当所述的供电电路接收到所述第一使能信号时,所述供电电路控制其面板供电接口输出为零伏;所述供电电路控制其数据控制电路供电接口输出不变,为所述数据控制电路正常供电;
    当所述的数据控制电路接收到所述第一使能信号时,所述数据控制电路控制其输出的数据接口为高阻状态;
    当所述的供电电路接收到所述第二使能信号时,所述供电电路控制其面板供电接口输出为正常电压;所述供电电路控制其数据控制电路供电接口输出正常电压,为所述数据控制电路正常供电;
    当所述的数据控制电路接收到所述第二使能信号时,所述数据控制电路控制其输出的数据接口为正常状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种显示面板的检测装置,其中,所述切换信号产生电路为一设置在检测装置上的实体开关。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种显示面板的检测装置,其中,所述切换信号产生电路为一设置在检测装置的控制模块内的显示界面上的虚拟按键。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种显示面板的检测装置,其中,所述供电电路包括:
    电源分压电路,生成给数据控制电路供电的电压和为面板供电的面板供电电压;
    所述供电电路还包括:面板供电接口,为待测面板供电;面板供电开关,所述面板供电开关设置在所述电源分压电路和所述面板供电接口之间,接收电源分压电路产生的面板供电电压;
    所述面板供电开关接收所述切换信号产生电路产生的信号;当所述的供电电路接收到所述第一使能信号时,所述供电电路控制其面板供电接口输出为零伏;
    当所述的供电电路接收到所述第二使能信号时,所述供电电路控制其面板供电接口输出为所述面板供电电压。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的一种显示面板的检测装置,其中,所述面板供电开关包括:
    第一开关管、第二开关管、第一电阻,第二电阻;所述第一开关管的栅极与使能信号控制连接;
    所述的第一开关管的漏极通过串联的所述第一电阻、第二电阻连接到所述供电电路的电源分压电路产生的面板供电电压;所述第一开关管的源极接地;
    所述第二开关管的栅极连接到所述第一电阻与第二电阻之间;所述第二开关管的源极连接到所述供电电路的电源分压电路产生的面板供电电压;所述面板供电接口与所述第二开关管的漏极连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种显示面板的检测装置,其中,所述第一开关管是P型MOS管。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的一种显示面板的检测装置,其中,所述第二开关管是N型MOS管。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的一种显示面板的检测装置,其中,所述电源分压电路集成在系统级芯片内。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种显示面板的检测装置,其中,所述的面板供电接口为模拟电源电压VAAA,薄膜晶体管开通电压VGH,薄膜晶体管断开电压VGL,数字电源电压VDD四个接口;所述面板供电开关设置在所述 系统级芯片外,所述面板供电开关为四个,分别与所述系统级芯片的VAAA,VGH,VGL,VDD接口一一对应控制连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种显示面板的检测装置,其中,所述面板供电开关集成在所述的系统级芯片SOC内。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的一种显示面板的检测装置,其中,面板供电开关设置在SOC外。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的一种显示面板的检测装置,其中,电源分压电路和面板供电开关皆集成在SOC中。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的一种显示面板的检测装置,其中,所述数据控制电路包括:
    数据接收电路;和所述数据接收电路连接的图像数据处理电路;所述图像数据处理电路通过所述数据接口与待测面板数据连接;
    其中,所述数据控制电路还包括高阻开关,所述高阻开关与所述数据接口控制连接,所述高阻开关接收所述切换信号产生电路产生的信号;当所述的高阻开关接收到所述第一使能信号时,所述高阻开关控制数据控制电路输出的数据接口为高阻状态。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的一种显示面板的检测装置,其中,所述数据接收电路为系统级芯片。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的一种显示面板的检测装置,其中,所述系统级芯片的一预设引脚接收所述切换信号产生电路产生的信号,所述高阻开关直接调用所述系统级芯片内设的高阻模块实现控制数据控制电路输出的数据接口为高阻状态。
  16. 一种显示面板的检测装置,包括:
    检测电路,对待测面板进行检测;
    供电电路,包括电源分压电路,生成给数据控制电路供电的电压和为面板供电的面板供电电压;面板供电接口,为待测面板供电;和面板供电开关,所述面板供电开关设置在所述电源分压电路和所述面板供电接口之间,接收电源分压电路产生的面板供电电压;
    数据控制电路,包括:
    数据接口,与待测面板进行数据传输控制;
    数据接收电路;
    图像数据处理电路,与所述数据接收电路连接;
    高阻开关,与所述数据接口控制连接;
    所述图像数据处理电路通过所述数据接口与待测面板数据连接;
    所述数据接收电路为系统级芯片,所述系统级芯片的一预设引脚接收所述切换信号产生电路产生的信号,所述高阻开关直接调用所述系统级芯片内设的高阻模块实现控制数据控制电路输出的数据接口为高阻状态;
    所述的供电电路设有面板供电接口和数据控制电路供电接口;所述面板供电接口为待测面板供电;所述数据控制电路供电接口为所述数据控制电路供电;
    所述电源分压电路集成在系统级芯片内,所述的面板供电接口为模拟电源电压VAAA,薄膜晶体管开通电压VGH,薄膜晶体管关断电压VGL,数字电源电压VDD四个接口;所述面板供电开关设置在所述系统级芯片外,所述面板供电开关为四个,分别与所述系统级芯片的VAAA,VGH,VGL,VDD接口一一对应控制连接;
    所述面板供电开关包括:
    第一开关管、第二开关管、第一电阻,第二电阻;所述第一开关管的栅极与使能信号控制连接;
    所述的第一开关管的漏极通过串联的所述第一电阻、第二电阻连接到所述供电电路的电源分压电路产生的面板供电电压;所述第一开关管的源极接地;
    所述第二开关管的栅极连接到所述第一电阻与第二电阻之间;所述第二开关管的源极连接到所述供电电路的电源分压电路产生的面板供电电压;所述面板供电接口与所述第二开关管的漏极连接;
    其中,
    所述的检测装置还包括:
    切换信号产生电路,在需要更换待测面板时产生第一使能信号,在更换后正常检测面板时产生第二使能信号;
    所述切换信号产生电路与所述供电电路和所述数据控制电路控制连接,
    所述面板供电开关接收所述切换信号产生电路产生的信号;当所述的供电电路接收到所述第一使能信号时,所述供电电路控制其面板供电接口输出为零伏;所述供电电路控制其数据控制电路供电接口输出不变,为所述数据控制电路正常供电;
    当所述高阻开关接收到所述第一使能信号时,所述数据控制电路控制其输出的数据接口为高阻状态;
    当所述的供电电路接收到所述第二使能信号时,所述供电电路控制其面板供电接口输出为正常电压;所述供电电路控制其数据控制电路供电接口输出正常电压,为所述数据控制电路正常供电;
    当所述高阻开关接收到所述第二使能信号时,所述数据控制电路控制其输出的数据接口为正常状态。
  17. 一种显示面板的检测方法,包括:
    生成切换信号的步骤;
    对切换信号进行检测的步骤,其中,
    当检测到所述切换信号为第二使能信号时,所述供电电路控制其面板供电接口输出为正常电压;所述供电电路控制其数据控制电路供电接口输出正常电压,为所述数据控制电路正常供电;所述数据控制电路控制其输出的数据接口为正常状态,以对待测面板正常检测;
    当检测到所述切换信号为第一使能信号时,所述供电电路控制其面板供电接口输出为零伏,所述供电电路控制其数据控制电路供电接口输出不变,为所述数据控制电路正常供电,所述数据控制电路控制其输出的数据接口为高阻状态,以更换待测面板。
