Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif, un système et un procédé pour modifier des actions associées à un appel d'urgence. Un dispositif mobile fait fonctionner une application d'assistant virtuel qui se connecte à un appel d'urgence qui comprend un répartiteur et un appelant communiquant sur l'appel d'urgence. Le dispositif mobile surveille, à l'aide de l'application d'assistant virtuel, l'appel d'urgence pour déterminer des informations de contexte de l'appel d'urgence. Le dispositif mobile reçoit, au niveau de l'application d'assistant virtuel, des données de capteur provenant de capteurs associés au dispositif mobile. Le dispositif mobile corrèle, à l'aide de l'application d'assistant virtuel, les informations de contexte avec les données de capteur. Le dispositif mobile amène, à l'aide de l'application d'assistant virtuel, une modification d'une action associée à l'appel d'urgence sur la base d'une corrélation entre les informations de contexte et les données de capteur.
