1、本实用新型,通过弧形凹槽和两个第一圆柱型通槽的束缚作用,可防止暴躁不安的患者乱动,导致无法进行穿刺抽取患者的体液;
2、本实用新型,通过将螺纹杆的上端通过滚动轴承安装在圆板的底部内部,可使得在调节螺纹杆的时候,圆板不会随着转动,可防止圆板刮伤患者病床床板的底部,从而使得该装置安全可靠;
3、本实用新型,在穿刺工作结束以后可通过旋转操作筒体将压迫单元螺接在第二圆柱型通槽的内部,此时圆形压板对患者穿刺的部位进行压迫,可有效防止患者穿刺的部位出血,从而使得该装置具备压迫止血的功能,有利于患者的治疗,实用性较好,值得推广和普及。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1-6,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:
一种肿瘤化疗穿刺辅助装置,如图1和2所示,包括基座1,所述基座1的底部居中开设有弧形凹槽2,且所述基座1的内部位于所述弧形凹槽2的两侧对称开设有两个第一圆柱型通槽3,所述基座1的上部开设有与所述弧形凹槽2相连通的第二圆柱型通槽8,且所述基座1的底部边缘处对称设有两组固定单元4;
如图3和4所示,每组所述固定单元4均包括固定安装在所述基座1底部的立板22,所述立板22的底部固定安装有横板9,所述横板9位于所述基座1的下方,且所述横板9上对称贯通螺接有两个螺纹杆11,每个所述螺纹杆11的底端均焊接有横杆14,且每个所述螺纹杆11的上端均通过滚动轴承12安装在圆板13的底部内部,所述横杆14位于所述横板9的下方,所述圆板13位于所述横板9的上方。
弧形凹槽2用于容纳患者的腹部,两个第一圆柱型通槽3用于容纳患者的胳膊,第二圆柱型通槽8用作穿刺的通道,两组固定单元4用于将基座1固定在患者病床上,可通过横杆14操作螺纹杆11,进而利用圆板13顶紧病床床板的底部,进而将基座1固定在患者病床上,通过弧形凹槽2和两个第 一圆柱型通槽3的束缚作用,可防止暴躁不安的患者乱动,导致无法进行穿刺抽取患者的体液,此外,通过将螺纹杆11的上端通过滚动轴承12安装在圆板13的底部内部,可使得在调节螺纹杆11的时候,圆板13不会随着转动,可防止圆板13刮伤患者病床床板的底部,从而使得该装置安全可靠。
具体的,如图3和4所示,所述横板9的上表面上对称开设有两个用于容纳所述圆板13的第一圆柱型凹槽10,所述圆板13的下表面上居中开设有用于容纳所述滚动轴承12的第二圆柱型凹槽15。
圆板13可影藏在第一圆柱型凹槽10的内部,可防止将固定单元4安装在患者病床的两侧时,圆板13阻碍横板9卡入病床床板的底部,从而可保证固定单元4安装比较顺利,第二圆柱型凹槽15的开设使得螺纹杆11的上端便于通过滚动轴承12安装在圆板13的底部内部。
具体的,如图1和2以及5和6所示,所述基座1的两侧面上对称固定安装有两个固定套5,每个所述固定套5的内部均穿插有扁平状布带6,所述扁平状布带6的两端均为自由端。
在将患者胳膊插入两个第一圆柱型通槽3的内部时,可方便的通过扁平状布带6将患者的手腕系住,可防止患者暴力反抗,可保证穿刺能够顺利的进行。
具体的,如图1和2以及5和6所示,所述第二圆柱型通槽8的内部还设有压迫单元7,所述压迫单元7包括外部带有外螺纹的筒体16,所述筒体16螺接在所述第二圆柱型通槽8的内部,且所述筒体16的上端为封闭端,所述筒体16的底端为开口端,且筒体16的底端固定安装有中心位置带有圆孔的端盖19,所述筒体16的内部从上至下依次活动安装有弹簧17和导向块18以及连接杆20,所述弹簧17的上端与所述筒体16的内顶壁相抵触,且所述弹簧17的底端与所述导向块18的上部相抵触,所述导向块18的底部与所述连接杆20的上端固定连接,所述连接杆20的底端穿过所述端盖19中心位置的圆孔与位于所述筒体16下方的圆形压板21的上部中心位置处固定连接。
在穿刺工作结束以后可通过旋转操作筒体16将压迫单元7螺接在第二圆柱型通槽8的内部,此时圆形压板21对患者穿刺的部位进行压迫,可有效防止患者穿刺的部位出血,从而使得该装置具备压迫止血的功能,实用性较好。
具体的,如图5所示,所述第二圆柱型通槽8的内壁上开设有与所述筒体16外部外螺纹相匹配的内螺纹,且所述第二圆柱型通槽8的内径大于所述 圆形压板21的直径。
使得筒体16便于通过螺纹的方式安装在第二圆柱型通槽8的内部,第二圆柱型通槽8的内径大于圆形压板21的直径,可保证圆形压板21能够顺利通过第二圆柱型通槽8与患者穿刺的部位进行接触。
具体的,所述基座1的棱角处均为倒圆角结构。
可防止基座1的棱角磕碰患者或者医护人员,从而使得该装置安全可靠。
工作原理:该肿瘤化疗穿刺辅助装置,弧形凹槽2用于容纳患者的腹部,两个第一圆柱型通槽3用于容纳患者的胳膊,第二圆柱型通槽8用作穿刺的通道,两组固定单元4用于将基座1固定在患者病床上,可通过横杆14操作螺纹杆11,进而利用圆板13顶紧病床床板的底部,进而将基座1固定在患者病床上,通过弧形凹槽2和两个第一圆柱型通槽3的束缚作用,可防止暴躁不安的患者乱动,导致无法进行穿刺抽取患者的体液,此外,通过将螺纹杆11的上端通过滚动轴承12安装在圆板13的底部内部,可使得在调节螺纹杆11的时候,圆板13不会随着转动,可防止圆板13刮伤患者病床床板的底部,从而使得该装置安全可靠;在穿刺工作结束以后可通过旋转操作筒体16将压迫单元7螺接在第二圆柱型通槽8的内部,此时圆形压板21对患者穿刺的部位进行压迫,可有效防止患者穿刺的部位出血,从而使得该装置具备压迫止血的功能,实用性较好。
使用方法:使用时,将基座1横跨患者的腹部,将两组固定单元4卡持在患者病床的床板两边上,然后通过横杆14操作螺纹杆11,进而利用圆板13顶紧病床床板的底部;将压迫单元7拆下,通过第二圆柱型通槽8对患者进行穿刺工作,在穿刺工作结束以后可通过旋转操作筒体16将压迫单元7螺接在第二圆柱型通槽8的内部,此时圆形压板21对患者穿刺的部位进行压迫,可有效防止患者穿刺的部位出血。
安装方法:
第一步、首先将立板22固定安装在基座1的底部,然后将横板9安装在立板22的底部,再将螺纹杆11贯通安装在立板22上,然后将螺纹杆11的上端均通过滚动轴承12安装在圆板13的底部内部;
第二步、安装固定套5,然后将扁平状布带6安装在固定套5的内部;
第三步、安装压迫单元7,按照附图5和6组装压迫单元7,然后将组装 好的压迫单元7螺接在第二圆柱型通槽8的内部即可。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种肿瘤化疗穿刺辅助装置,包括基座(1),其特征在于:所述基座(1)的底部居中开设有弧形凹槽(2),且所述基座(1)的内部位于所述弧形凹槽(2)的两侧对称开设有两个第一圆柱型通槽(3),所述基座(1)的上部开设有与所述弧形凹槽(2)相连通的第二圆柱型通槽(8),且所述基座(1)的底部边缘处对称设有两组固定单元(4);
    每组所述固定单元(4)均包括固定安装在所述基座(1)底部的立板(22),所述立板(22)的底部固定安装有横板(9),所述横板(9)位于所述基座(1)的下方,且所述横板(9)上对称贯通螺接有两个螺纹杆(11),每个所述螺纹杆(11)的底端均焊接有横杆(14),且每个所述螺纹杆(11)的上端均通过滚动轴承(12)安装在圆板(13)的底部内部,所述横杆(14)位于所述横板(9)的下方,所述圆板(13)位于所述横板(9)的上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种肿瘤化疗穿刺辅助装置,其特征在于:所述横板(9)的上表面上对称开设有两个用于容纳所述圆板(13)的第一圆柱型凹槽(10),所述圆板(13)的下表面上居中开设有用于容纳所述滚动轴承(12)的第二圆柱型凹槽(15)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种肿瘤化疗穿刺辅助装置,其特征在于:所述基座(1)的两侧面上对称固定安装有两个固定套(5),每个所述固定套(5)的内部均穿插有扁平状布带(6),所述扁平状布带(6)的两端均为自由端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种肿瘤化疗穿刺辅助装置,其特征在于:所述第二圆柱型通槽(8)的内部还设有压迫单元(7),所述压迫单元(7)包括外部带有外螺纹的筒体(16),所述筒体(16)螺接在所述第二圆柱型通槽(8)的内部,且所述筒体(16)的上端为封闭端,所述筒体(16)的底端为开口端,且筒体(16)的底端固定安装有中心位置带有圆孔的端盖(19),所述筒体(16)的内部从上至下依次活动安装有弹簧(17)和导向块(18)以及连接杆(20),所述弹簧(17)的上端与所述筒体(16)的内顶壁相抵触,且所述弹簧(17)的底端与所述导向块(18)的上部相抵触,所述导向块(18)的底部与所述连接杆(20)的上端固定连接,所述连接杆(20)的 底端穿过所述端盖(19)中心位置的圆孔与位于所述筒体(16)下方的圆形压板(21)的上部中心位置处固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种肿瘤化疗穿刺辅助装置,其特征在于:所述第二圆柱型通槽(8)的内壁上开设有与所述筒体(16)外部外螺纹相匹配的内螺纹,且所述第二圆柱型通槽(8)的内径大于所述圆形压板(21)的直径。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种肿瘤化疗穿刺辅助装置,其特征在于:所述基座(1)的棱角处均为倒圆角结构。
