Description
Stand with multi-element panel
Field of technology
The technical solution concerns a stand with a multielement panel, mainly intended for public areas, including a perimeter frame, which can be attached to a base panel and made from profile perimeter rods for attaching a number of filler rods parallel to each other, with their ends on two opposite perimeter rods
State of art
Benches, tables and stands of various shapes are designed for and installed in public areas. The technical execution of the seating and supporting surfaces of the benches or the tops of tables and stands is subject to the design of the entire item. The tops of tables and stands tend to be either solid wood made from a single piece, or consist of a number of flat narrow panels, attached individually to a frame.
Document CN-201520293452 describes a bench, the seating surface of which consists of a number of flat narrow panels arranged next to each other in parallel, the ends of which are individually attached to horizontally arranged, opposing perimeter rods with a cross-section profile in the shape of an L, using screws.
Attaching the narrow, flat panels to the frame requires a number of screws and is very labour-intensive and costly. The mutual positions of the narrow panels depend on the accuracy of their attachment to the frame. It is difficult to ensure that the narrow panels are attached in parallel and at least two
screws at each end are necessary to reliably secure the mutual position of neighbouring narrow panels.
Substance of the invention
The goal of the invention is to create a stand with a multi-element panel, design and assembly of which is simple and reliable, the filler rods of which are permanently parallel to each other and easy to replace and with a wide range of uses in public areas.
The disadvantages of the state of art are eliminated and the goal of the invention is achieved by a stand with a multi element panel, including a perimeter frame that can be attached to a base panel, consisting of profiled perimeter rods for fitting a number of filler rods in parallel to each other, with their ends on two opposing perimeter rods according to the invention based on that at least one of the perimeter rods has a toothed strip, with teeth separated by notches, into which the ends of the filler rods are fitted, whereas the toothed strip has apertures for pegs protruding from the perimeter rods for attachment to the perimeter rod.
It is advantageous if the filler rods are provided with grooves at the ends into which the notches of the toothed strip fit. It is also advantageous if the filler rods have a flat shape and are oriented with the flat sides towards each other.
It is advantageous if perimeter rods have a cross-section in the shape of an L with two perpendicular profiled arms, whereas the pegs protrude from the horizontal profile arm.
The advantages of the stand with multi-element panel according to the invention consist in the fact that the filler rods are arranged next to each other in a fixed parallel position, the ends of the filer rods are attached to the frame without any other individual connecting elements and replacement
of the filler rods is easy and quick. The flat shape of the connecting rods with flat sides orientated towards each other increases the strength and load-bearing weight of the connecting rods .
Summary of the drawings
The stand with multi-element panel according to the invention is explained using drawings, on which
Fig. 1 gives a view of the stand with multi-element panel in its disassembled state.
Examples of execution of the invention
According to Fig. 1 the perimeter frame 10_ is attached to the base panel (not pictured) by means of a vertically arranged pipe supporting element and radial connection arms. The
perimeter frame has a right-angled shape and its perimeter rods have a cross-section in the shape of an L with two perpendicular arms 13., 1_4, of which profile arm 14. is arranged horizontally. T There are pegs 15 on the two opposite perimeter rods 1_1, 12 , inside the profile, on the horizontal profile arm 14. of the perimeter rod, which protrude perpendicularly to profile arm 14. The system of parallel filler rods 1_6 and toothed strips 21, 22_ arranged opposite the ends 17., 18. of the filler rods 16, is depicted at the top of pic 1. The toothed strips .21, 22_ have teeth 2_3, 2_4 separated by notches 2_5, 2_6. The toothed strips 21, 22 have apertures 27_, 28. for inserting the pegs 15_ on the perimeter rods .11, 12.. The perimeter rods have a cross-section in the shape of an L with two perpendicular profile arms 13., 14 , whereas the pegs 15. protrude from the horizontal profile arm 14. The ends of the filler rods 16 fit into the notches 25, 26 on
the toothed strips. The ends of the filler rods 1_6 are therefore always fitted between the teeth 23_, 24. It is advantageous if the filler rods 16 have grooves 1_9 on their ends 1/7, 1_8, into which the notches 2J5, 26 of the toothed strip 2_1, 22 fit. It is advantageous if the depth of the grooves _19 in the filler rods 16 is less than the depth of the notches 2_5, 26 in the toothed strip 21_, so that the ends 17_, 1_8 of the filler rods 16. do not protrude past the edge of the toothed strip 2JL, 2_2. It is
advantageous if the filler rods 1_6 have a flat shape and are orientated with the flat sides towards each other. This ensures their increased rigidity when burdened vertically. It is
advantageous if the perimeter rods have a cross-section in the shape of an L, the two free ends of which form two perpendicular profile arms 13., 14.. The pegs 15. protrude from the horizontal profile arm 14. Within the terms of the technical solution the toothed strips 21, 2_2 may also have a shape other than flat and may be fitted to the pegs 15., which may also be arranged on the perimeter rods .11, 12. differently to the example given on pic.
1. The pegs L5 may also protrude from the vertical profile arm 13 in the horizontal direction. The pegs 15. may also be arranged on the perimeter rods .11, 12_ in many other designs that are not depicted. Of the perimeter rods .11, 12 only one perimeter rod 11 may have pegs 15 and the toothed strip 21 may be arranged on the side of just one perimeter rod .11. The opposite perimeter rod 12. may have a different shape, which, however, provides support for the other ends 18 of the filler rods 1_6. It is also advantageous if the pegs 1_5 on the perimeter rods .11, 1_2 have threads on their free ends for attaching nuts (not depicted) , by which the toothed strips 2JL, 22_ are attached to the perimeter rods 11, 12. When assembling the multi-element panel the filler rods 16 are first of all fitted and placed in a row next to each other and then the toothed strips 21, 22 are inserted onto the ends 1/7, 18. of the filler rods 16 so that the ends 17., 18. of the filler rods 16 are between neighbouring teeth 23., 2_4. In the event that the
ends 17_, _18 of the filler rods 1_6 have grooves 19, the ends 17 , 18 of the filler rods 16 are inserted into the toothed strips 21, 22 so that the notches 2_5, 2_6 of the toothed strips 21_, 22_ are fitted into the grooves 1_9, 2_0 in the filler rods _16. After assembly of the filler rods 16 and the toothed strips 2_1, 22_ into one unit, the apertures 27_, 2_8 of the toothed strips 2JL, 22_ are inserted onto the pegs 15 on the perimeter rods _11, 1_2 and the securing nuts (not depicted) on the pegs _15 are used to attach the toothed strips 21_, 22 to the perimeter rods 11, 12_ of the perimeter frame 10.
