Description

Camisole with pad
The present invention relates to a camisole with a pad, and particularly to a camisole with a pad suitable for being worn by a woman whose breast has been surgically removed.
Clothes that cover the bust include brassieres with metal wires. The brassiere with wire can hold the shape of the bust neatly, but it has the drawback that it is not comfortable to wear because it tightens the chest with the wire. In recent years, with the development of medical technology and the awareness of early treatment, the number of cases in which breast cancer is early detected and treated is increasing. As one of the means for treating breast cancer, a technique of removing part or all of the breast has been conventionally used. For women who have had their breasts removed, it is not preferable to wear a general wire-containing brassiere as it is because the bust part and the brassiere float. Further, tightening with a wire stimulates a surgical scar, which causes pain during or during wearing.
By the way, in order to eliminate the need to wear a brassiere containing a wire, a camisole with a cup having a cup sewn on a lining has been developed (see Patent Document 1). ). The camisole with a cup described in Patent Document 1 combines the functions of a brassiere and underwear with a single piece. Moreover, since the cup is sewn on the lining and no wire is used, it is worn without tightening. There is an advantage that it is easy to do.
However, in order to retain the shape of the bust without the use of wires, the fabric will be covered up to near the underarm, so for women with surgical scars near the underarm, the fabric stimulates the surgical scar and wears it. There is the problem of being painful inside.
In addition, although it is made of elastic material, it is not easy to put on and take off because it is formed by tightening the body with a material that has a certain degree of hardness so that it fits the body. When exposing the affected part to a medical examination for women, it was not possible to partially expose the affected part, and it was necessary to take off the camisole itself, and at that time there was a problem that the surgical scar was stimulated and accompanied by severe pain. .
On the other hand, due to partial exposure at the time of medical examination, if the structure has an overall allowance, or if the shoulder strap has a allowance, the shoulder strap will shift from the shoulder during wearing and the shoulder strap There is a problem that it is necessary to always care about the condition.
In view of these problems, the present invention provides a camisole with a pad that is easy to put on and take off, and has the contradictory effect of not worrying about the state of the shoulder straps while wearing. The purpose is to do.

A padded camisole that is set to be located near the center of the scapula in the side view direction, and the upper back edge is set to pass near the lower end of the scapula in the plan view direction. .
According to the invention of the first aspect, the portion to which the shoulder strap is connected in the chest side upper edge portion is formed toward the body side in the side view direction, and the portion to which the shoulder strap is connected is formed in the back side upper edge portion. , Is located near the lower end of the scapula in the plan view direction, and is located near the center of the scapula in the side view direction, and the upper back edge passes near the lower end of the scapula in the plan view direction. Since it is set as described above, it is possible to widely form the armhole defined as a line surrounded by the shoulder strap, the upper side edge of the side and the upper edge of the back side. Therefore, it is easy to pull out the arm from the shoulder strap, so that it is easy to put on and take off the arm. It is possible to provide a camisole with a pad that is comfortable to wear without the strap stimulating the surgical scar. In addition, since the portion to which the shoulder strap is connected at the chest side upper edge portion is formed closer to the body side in the side view direction, the shoulder strap can be pulled out from the arm more easily and can be attached and detached more easily. On the other hand, the part of the chest upper edge to which the shoulder strap is connected is formed toward the body side in the side view direction, and the part of the back upper edge to which the shoulder strap is connected is the shoulder blade in the side view direction. Since it is set to be located in the vicinity of the center, the shoulder straps being worn are arranged so as to be pulled toward the trunk, and the shoulder straps can be prevented from slipping from the shoulders while wearing.

Modal is a synthetic fiber made of cellulose extracted from beech tree as a raw material, and is characterized by smooth touch and elasticity.
[Upper body part 10]
The upper front body portion 10 is a cloth that covers a portion corresponding to the bust of the body, and is defined by the chest side upper edge portion 11, the armpit side upper edge portion 12, the armpit side left and right end portions 13, and the ventral side lower end portion 14. .
The upper edge 11 on the chest side of the upper front body portion 10 corresponds to the neckline of the camisole 1 with a pad, and is cut downward in a gentle V-shape. By cutting the neckline in a gentle V-shape downward, it is designed so that you don't feel too much underwear even when you see it from above the clothing.
The armpit-side upper edge portion 12 of the upper front body portion 10 is a portion corresponding to the sleeve opening of the camisole 1 with a pad, and is formed to incline while curving downward from the front side to the rear side of the body. , It is connected to the posterior part 30 which will be described later on the side of the body. The right and left side ends 13 of the upper front body part 10 are sewn together with the right and left ends 33 of the back side of the rear body part 30 which will be described later, thereby connecting the upper front body part 10 and the rear body part 30, The side upper edge portion 12 and the back side upper edge portion 31 of the posterior time portion 30 are configured to draw a continuous gentle curve.
Further, the upper front body part 10 has a double structure of a lining located on the body side and an outer material located outside the body, and functions as a prosthesis between the outer material and the lining material (not shown). You can insert a pat. An opening for inserting the pad is provided in the side upper edge portion 12.
In the present embodiment, the “planar direction” means the height direction (gravitational direction) when the wearer wears the padded camisole 1. Further, the “side view direction” means a lateral direction (also a plane direction or a direction perpendicular to the gravity direction) when the wearer wears the padded camisole 1.
Further, “upper” or “upper” means an upper side in the above-mentioned plan view direction, and “lower” or “lower” means a lower side in the above-mentioned plan view direction, that is, a direction facing the upper side.
Further, "left" or "left" means the front side when viewed from the left side in the above side view direction, and "right" or "right" means the above side view direction. , The front side when looking from the right side.
Further, “front” or “front” means a front direction when the padded camisole 1 is viewed from the front, and “rear” or “rear” means a direction facing “front” or “front”, that is, , The back direction or the back direction when the camisole 1 with a pad is viewed from the front.
[Lower front body part 20]
The lower front body portion 20 is a cloth that covers a portion corresponding to the abdomen of the body, and is defined by an abdominal upper end portion 21, a lower abdominal lower end portion 22, and abdominal left and right end portions 23.
The abdominal upper end 21 is located slightly below the so-called underline that is the bottom line of the breast, and is formed by sewing with the abdominal lower end 14 of the upper front body part 10.
The lower abdominal side lower end portion 22 is configured to form an opening in cooperation with the lower waist side lower end portion 32 of the posterior portion 30 so that the body trunk can be inserted.
The abdominal left and right ends 23 are sewn together with the dorsal left and right ends 33 of the posterior part 30. With such a configuration, the lower front body portion 20 and the rear viewing portion 30 are configured to form a tubular body that covers the body.
[Back part 30]
The back portion 30 is a cloth that covers a portion corresponding to the back of the body, and is defined by the back upper edge 31, the waist lower end 32, and the back left and right ends 33.
Dorsal upper edge 31 is cut in a U shape that is extremely gentle downward, and its line is formed near the lower end of the scapula. With such a very gentle U-shaped line, the difference in height between the left and right ends of the back side upper edge portion 31 and the vicinity of the center is about 1 cm. This line is set below the normal camisole, and by doing so, the arm hole 50 described later can be formed wider.
Further, the back upper edge portion 31 is continuously connected to the armpit side upper edge portion 12 of the upper front body portion 10 to define the armhole 50.
The waist-side lower end portion 32 is configured to cooperate with the lower abdominal-side lower end portion 22 of the lower front body portion 20 to form an opening. The dorsal side left and right end portions 33 are sewn to the ventral side left and right end portions 23 of the lower front viewing portion 20 except for the upper portion. The upper portions of the back side left and right end portions 33 are sewn together with the armpit side left and right end portions 13 of the upper front body portion 10.
[Shoulder strap 40]
The shoulder strap 40 is provided to suspend the camisole 1 with a pad from the shoulder, and is formed of a modal that is comfortable to the touch and has high elasticity.
The shoulder strap 40 includes a front strap part 41, a connecting tool 42, a rear strap part 43, and an adjusting tool 44.
The front strap portion 41 is a strap formed from a portion where the chest-side upper edge portion 11 and the armpit-side upper edge portion 12 of the upper front part 10 cross each other, and the rear strap portion 43 via the connecting tool 42. Connected to. The front strap portion 41 is formed of the same material as the cloth for forming the padded camisole 1, thereby ensuring elasticity.
In this embodiment, the front strap portion 41 is formed continuously with the chest side upper edge portion 11 of the upper front body portion 10.
In the present embodiment, the site where the shoulder strap 40 is connected to the chest side upper edge portion 11 is formed toward the body side in the side view direction. Since this is located about 1 cm outside compared to a normal camisole, it is easy to pull out the shoulder strap 40 from the arm. That is, in a normal camisole, it is necessary to fold the arm crampedly and pull it out of the shoulder strap 40. However, since the starting point of the shoulder strap 40 is located outside, it is easy to fold the shoulder strap 40 easily. It can be removed from the device, which makes it easy to attach and detach.
The rear strap portion 43 is sewn to the back side upper edge portion 31 of the rear viewing portion 30, and is connected to the front strap portion 41 via the connecting tool 42. An adjusting tool 44 is provided in the middle of the rear strap portion 43, and the length of the shoulder strap 40 can be adjusted by operating the adjusting tool 44. The adjuster 44 having a known mechanism is used, and the length of the shoulder strap 40 can be adjusted by operating the adjuster 44 to adjust the length of the rear strap portion 43.
In the present embodiment, the site where the shoulder strap 40 is connected to the back upper edge 31 is set near the lower end of the scapula in the plan view direction and near the center of the scapula in the side view direction. ing. By setting it so as to be positioned near the center of the scapula in the side view direction, the shoulder strap 40 is positioned about 1 cm inward as compared with a normal camisole, so that the effect that the shoulder strap 40 does not easily come off the shoulder is obtained.
That is, as described above, by forming the connecting portion between the shoulder strap 40 and the chest side upper edge portion 11 toward the body side in the side view direction, there is an effect that the arm can be pulled out easily and can be easily attached and detached. There is also a demerit that the shoulder strap 40 is easily detached from the shoulder. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the connection site between the shoulder strap 40 and the back upper edge portion 31 is located near the center of the scapula in the side view direction, that is, about 1 cm inward as compared with a normal camisole. By positioning the shoulder strap 40 while being worn, the shoulder strap 40 is pulled toward the trunk, so that it is difficult to remove the shoulder strap 40 from the shoulder.
Combined with the fact that the shoulder strap 40 is formed of a highly elastic modal, it is possible to realize the shoulder strap 40 that is easy to put on and take off, and is hard to come off from the shoulder.
[Arm hole 50]
In the present embodiment, the arm hole 50 is defined as a portion surrounded by the shoulder strap 40, the armpit side upper edge portion 12 of the upper front body portion 10, and the back side upper edge portion 31 of the posterior body portion 30.
In the present embodiment, the arm hole 50 is formed to be wide in consideration of the easy attachment / detachment of the camisole 1 with a pad and the difficulty of coming off during wearing. The wide formation of the armholes 50 prevents the cloth forming the padded camisole 1 and the shoulder straps 40 from stimulating an operation scar for a patient after breast cancer surgery, and exposes only the affected area at the time of medical examination. It also helps make things easier.
In forming the arm hole 50 wide, first, in the chest side upper edge portion 11 of the upper front body portion 10, a portion serving as a starting point of the front strap portion 41, that is, the chest upper edge portion 11 and the armpit side upper edge portion 12, The part to be connected is formed toward the body side by about 1 cm in the side view direction, and the part to which the rear strap part 43 and the back upper edge part 31 of the posterior squinting part 30 are connected to each other in the plan view direction of the scapula. It is set near the lower end and near the center of the scapula in the side view direction. By setting the connection portion between the front strap portion 41 and the chest upper edge portion 11 and the connection portion between the rear strap portion 43 and the back side upper edge portion 31 in this way, from the front side connection portion to the rear side connection portion. The path of the shoulder strap 40 to reach can be lengthened, and as a result, the armhole 50 can be formed wide. In the present embodiment, by setting the front side connection portion and the rear side connection portion of the shoulder strap 40 as described above, a connection portion is formed closer to the 1 cm body side on the front side than the normal camisole. Then, on the rear side, a connection site is formed closer to the trunk by 1 cm.
Also, the side upper edge 12 of the upper front body portion 10 is configured so as to form a downward concave curve. That is, a line connecting the end of the chest-side upper edge portion 11 of the upper front body portion 10 and the end of the back-side upper edge portion 31 of the posterior body portion 30 is formed as the armpit side upper edge portion 12. Form a concave curved line that curves downward from the front to the rear. By doing so, the armhole 50 can be formed wide.
The upper back edge 31 of the posterior part 30 is set so as to pass near the lower end of the scapula in the plan view direction. That is, the back-side upper edge portion 31 is connected to the lowermost end of the armpit-side upper edge portion 12 of the upper front body portion 10, but the armhole 50 is widened by setting the connecting portion low in the plan view direction. Can be formed. In the present embodiment, by setting the position of the connection site and the line of the back side upper edge portion 31 near the lower end of the scapula, when pulling out the arm from the shoulder strap 40, pull out in a comfortable posture. The armhole 50 can be formed as wide as possible.
By the way, in the chest-side upper edge portion 11 of the upper front body portion 10, a portion that is a starting point of the front strap portion 41 is formed closer to the body side by about 1 cm, and the back strap portion 43 and the back upper edge of the rear portion 30 are formed. Setting the portion connected to the portion 31 to be located near the center of the scapula in the side view direction also has the effect of making the shoulder strap 40 less likely to shift from the shoulder. That is, by forming the starting point of the front of the shoulder strap 40 toward the body side by about 1 cm, and forming the starting point of the rear near the center of the scapula, the shoulder strap 40 being worn can be pulled toward the trunk. Since it is formed on the shoulder strap 40, it prevents the shoulder strap 40 from slipping off the shoulder.
That is, in the chest-side upper edge portion 11 of the upper front body portion 10, the starting point of the front strap portion 41 is formed closer to the body side by about 1 cm, and the rear strap portion 43 and the back upper edge of the rear body portion 30. Setting the portion connected to the portion 31 to be located near the lower end of the scapula in the plan view direction and near the center of the scapula in the side view direction has the effect of widening the armhole 50, and The effect of making the shoulder strap 40 hard to come off can be obtained at the same time.
〔how to use〕
When wearing the padded camisole 1 formed in this way, an opening defined by the lower abdominal side lower end portion 22 of the lower front body portion 20 and the lower waist side lower end portion 32 of the posterior side portion 30 as in normal clothing. Wear by putting your head in the arm and putting both arms out of the armhole 50. Further, when the affected part is exposed for a medical examination or the like, the affected part is exposed by lowering the shoulder strap 40 from the shoulder, folding the arm and pulling it out from the arm hole 50. In addition, it is also possible to put a foot from an opening defined by the chest upper edge portion 11 of the upper front body portion 10 and the back side upper edge portion 31 of the posterior body portion 30 and wear it from below.
Here, since the shoulder strap 40 is formed of a stretchable material and the arm hole 50 is expanded by pulling it, when the arm is pulled out from the arm hole 50, it can be easily pulled out without taking an uncomfortable posture. . In addition, since the camisole 1 with a pad does not slide up even if the shoulder strap 40 is pulled due to its elasticity, the slipped-up fabric does not stimulate the affected area. Further, even if it slightly slides up, since the armhole 50 is formed wide, it is unlikely that the cloth will irritate the affected area, and unlike normal camisole, partial exposure becomes easy.
Further, in the present embodiment, as described above, the portion where the chest upper edge portion 11 and the armpit side upper edge portion 12 are connected is formed closer to the body side in the side view direction, and the rear strap portion 43 and the back strap portion 43. The portion connected to the side upper edge portion 31 is set to be located near the lower end of the scapula in the plan view direction and to be located near the center of the scapula in the side view direction. It is configured to form a curved line that is concave downward, and the position of the portion where the rear strap portion 43 and the back side upper edge portion 31 are connected and the line of the back side upper edge portion 31 are near the lower end of the scapula. By setting to, the armhole 50 can be formed wide. Therefore, the shoulder strap 40 can be smoothly pulled out from the arm without forcibly folding the arm.
Further, the chest upper edge portion 11 is formed with a portion serving as a starting point of the front strap portion 41 toward the body side in the side view direction, and a portion where the rear strap portion 43 and the back upper edge portion 31 are connected is formed. By setting the shoulder strap 40 to be located near the center of the scapula in the side view direction, the shoulder strap 40 being worn is formed so as to be pulled toward the trunk, so that the shoulder strap 40 does not shift from the shoulder. Can be suppressed.
