第一支撑腿24的内部开设有第一榫孔22,第二支撑腿26的内部开设有第二榫孔25,且第一支撑腿24的一侧安装有支撑杆23,支撑杆23设置于第一支撑腿24和第二支撑腿26之间,支撑杆23的一端连接有第二支撑腿26。第一榫孔22设置于扶手杆21和支撑杆23之间,第二榫孔25设置于支撑杆23远离扶手杆21的一侧。第一支撑腿24和第二支撑腿26相当于椅子的杆件,支撑杆23相当于椅子的部件,杆件与部件的通过榫卯结构的垂直连接,提高了椅子的稳定性。
第二边架5与第一边架2相对设置,且第二边架5的结构与第一边架2的结构类似,其不同之处在于,第二边架5上榫孔的位置,均设置于朝向第一边架2的一侧,便于安装背靠板1和前架4。
第一边架2的一侧安装有前架4,另一侧安装有背靠板1,即前架4和靠板1相对设置,且均连接第二边架5和第一边架2。前架4的顶部设置有横杆41和设置于横杆41两端的两个支撑前腿42,且横杆41的顶部开设有插孔6,横杆41的两侧均安装有支撑前腿42,前架4的一侧安装有第二边架5,即两侧的支撑前腿42分别连接第一边架2和第二边架5的第二支撑腿26。
前架4与第一边架2连接,以及前架4与第二边架5连接时,第二支撑腿26与支撑前腿42相连接。第二支撑腿26与支撑前腿42之间的连接,相当于杆件与杆件之间的平行连接,采用榫卯结构的平行连接,有利于椅子的安装和稳定。具体地,支撑前腿42的一侧设置有单边燕尾榫43,单边燕尾榫43与第二支撑腿26的第二榫孔25匹配连接,从而将前架4与第一边架2安装在一起。在本实施例中,单边燕尾榫43与第二榫孔25的数量可以均为两个,能够将支撑前腿42和第二支撑腿26两个杆件稳固地连接在一起。
单边燕尾榫43与第二榫孔25采用的是榫卯活动式连接,组合构件可以任意组合拆装,不用任何专用工具徒手便可以安装和拆卸,便于使用者使用,
坐垫板3连接背靠板1、第一边架2、前架4和第二边架5。第一边架2 和第二边架5的两个支撑杆23上均设置有安装槽27,两个安装槽27相对设置,第一边架2和第二边架5之间安装有坐垫板3,安装槽27用于容置坐垫板3的侧边。
背靠板1包括挡板11、第三支撑腿12、第四支撑腿13和横向杆14,挡板11的两端分别连接第三支撑腿12的端部和第四支撑腿13端部,横向杆14的两端分别连接第三支撑腿12的杆部和第四支撑腿13的杆部,且横向杆14、第一边架2、第二边架5的支撑杆23和横杆41之间相互匹配形成的平面,与坐垫板3相匹配。横向杆14、第一边架2、第二边架5的支撑杆23和横杆41形成的框架,在与坐垫板3配合连接后,能够增加整个椅子的稳定性。
第三支撑腿12和第四支撑腿13上均设置有与第一榫孔22相匹配的燕尾榫15,燕尾榫15可以为单边燕尾榫,还可以为双边燕尾榫。在本实施例中,燕尾榫15的数量可以为两个,第一边架2和第二边架5上的第一榫孔22的数量可以均为两个。通过第三支撑腿12的燕尾榫15与第一边架2的第一榫孔22相匹配,以及第四支撑腿13的燕尾榫15与第二边架5的第一榫孔22相匹配,实现杆件与杆件之间的连接,采用榫卯结构的平行连接,有利于椅子的安装和稳定。
坐垫板3的底部设置有插销7,坐垫板3通过插销7连接横向杆14和横杆41。
为了便于坐垫板3的固定,优选的,插销7共设置有四个,且四个插销7呈矩形阵列分布在坐垫板3的底部。
为了插销7的安装,优选的,插孔6共设置有两个,且两个插孔6对称设置在横杆41的内部。横向杆14上还设置有与插销7相匹配的安装孔16,安装孔16的数量为两个。坐垫板3通过四个插销7与两个插孔6和两个安装孔16相连接,实现坐垫板3与背靠板1和前架4的连接。
为了便于使用者使用,优选的,坐垫板3为梯形结构。
为了便于椅子的稳定性,优选的,单边燕尾榫43的长度与第二榫孔25的深度相同。
在一具体实施例中,连接结构100还包括密封件(图未示),密封件设置于单边燕尾榫43与第二榫孔25之间,和/或者第一榫孔22和燕尾榫15之间。密封件用于增加连接处的紧密性,避免单边燕尾榫43与第二榫孔25之间,和/或者第一榫孔22和燕尾榫15之间出现松动。密封件的材料可以为硅胶、海绵、橡胶等柔性材料。
在一具体实施例中,第一边架2和第二边架5均包括容置槽28,容置槽28设置于第一支撑腿24的另一端部和第二支撑腿26的另一端部,容置槽28的槽底接触地面。
前架4和背靠板1分别与第一边架2和第二边架5安装在一起时,前架4的两个支撑前腿42,分别容置于第一边架2和第二边架5的第二支撑腿26上的容置槽28中,进一步将前架4与第一边架2和第二边架5连接在一起;背靠板1的第三支撑腿12和第四支撑腿13,分别容置于第一边架2和第二边架5的第一支撑腿24上的容置槽28中,进一步将背靠板1与第一边架2和第二边架5连接在一起。容置槽28与坐垫板3相配合,使得前架4、背靠板1、第一边架2和第二边架5在受到向上或者向下的力时,都能保证椅子的稳固。
在一具体实施例中,第一边架2和第二边架5均包括防滑片(图未示),防滑片设置于容置槽28的槽底接触地面的一侧。防滑片能够能加椅子各部件与地面的摩擦力,避免椅子在地面上不稳固,进而避免使用者使用椅子时摔倒,保证使用者的安全。
通过调整防滑片的数量和厚度,进一步可以调节椅子各个部件的高度,避免出现高低脚的情况,使得椅子更加平稳,增加椅子的稳固性。
本实用新型的工作原理及使用流程:使用时,使用者将椅子的各个部件位置摆放好,使用者拿取前架4,将前架4上的支撑前腿42上的单边燕尾榫 43插入第一边架2上第二支撑腿26内部的第二榫孔25,插入之后对前架向下施力,此时单边燕尾榫43在第二榫孔25内部向下滑动,使得单边燕尾榫43的燕尾部卡设于第二榫孔25中,使得对椅子前后方向施力时,单边燕尾榫43不易从第二榫孔25中脱落。再将前架4另一边的支撑前腿42上的单边燕尾榫43插入第二边架5内部的榫孔内部,然后再对前架4向下施力,相应地,单边燕尾榫43的燕尾部卡设于第二榫孔25中,使得对椅子前后方向施力时,单边燕尾榫43不易从第二榫孔25中脱落。前架4固定在第一边架2与第二边架5两个边架之间,在利用同样的原理将背靠板1固定在第一边架2和第二边架5之间,即将燕尾榫15的燕尾边卡设于第一榫孔22中,使得对椅子施力时,燕尾榫15不易从第一榫孔22中脱落。最后将坐垫板3垂直向下放在背靠板1和前架4的顶部,将坐垫板3底部的插销7插入横杆41和背靠板1内部的插孔6和安装孔16内,并将坐垫板3的两个侧边容置于安装槽27中,进一步避免了背靠板1、第一边架2、前架4和第二边架5中任意一个结构在受到斜向的力时,在连接出产生松动。坐垫板3安装完成之后,椅子组装完成。
本实用新型中所揭示的连接结构100组成的椅子,当使用者对背靠板1、第一边架2、前架4和第二边架5中任意结构,施加任意方向的力时,例如施加前后、左右以及上下的力,燕尾榫15的燕尾边卡设于第一榫孔22中,避免了背靠板1与第一边架2,以及背靠板1与第二边架5之间的松动;单边燕尾榫43的燕尾部卡设于第二榫孔25中,避免了前架4与第一边架2,以及前架4与第二边架5之间的松动;坐垫板3的两个侧边容置于安装槽27,避免坐垫板3、第一边架2和第二边架5之间的松动;插销7插入插孔6和安装孔16内,避免了坐垫板3、背靠板1和前架4之间的松动;安装坐垫板3后,通过侧边与安装槽27的配合,以及插销7与插孔6和安装孔16的配合,能够避免燕尾榫15从第一榫孔22中沿安装的上下方向松动,还避免了单边燕 尾榫43从第二榫孔25中沿安装的上下方向松动。
本实用新型中所揭示的连接结构100组成的椅子在受到各个方向的力时,相邻结构之间相互配合,增加连接的强度,进一步增加椅子的稳定性,能够避免在连接处出现松动。并且,当背靠板1、第一边架2、坐垫板3、前架4和第二边架5中任意一个部件产生损坏时,只需更换损坏的部件,其他几个部件可以继续使用,避免造成资源浪费,能够节省经济成本。
本实用新型设置了单边燕尾榫,使用时,采用榫卯结构原理,把原来的固定式连接改为活动连接,将背靠板、第一边架、坐垫板、前架和第二边架都变为可拆卸结构,当单边燕尾榫插入榫孔内部后,使用者向下施力,即可让两个部件紧密结合,拆卸时向安装时的反方向施力即可,采用的是榫卯活动式连接,连接结构可以任意组合拆装,不用任何专用工具徒手便可以安装和拆卸,便于使用者使用,设置单边燕尾榫,提高了加工效率,适用大批量工业模块化生产,同时采用拆卸的方式连接,降低了成品包装的成本,在运输和储存方面也节省了成本。
本实用新型公开了一种杆件与部件总成的连接结构100,连接结构100包括背靠板1、第一边架2、坐垫板3、前架4和第二边架5,背靠板1与前架4相对设置,第一边架2和第二边架5相对设置;第一边架2和第二边架5均包括支撑杆23、第一支撑腿24和第二支撑腿26,支撑杆23设置于第一支撑腿24和第二支撑腿26之间,第一支撑腿24的内部开设有第一榫孔22,第二支撑腿26的内部开设有第二榫孔25;前架4包括横杆41和设置于横杆41两端的两个支撑前腿42,横杆41的顶部开设有插孔6,两个支撑前腿42的一侧均设置有单边燕尾榫43,单边燕尾榫43与第二榫孔25相匹配;背靠板1包括挡板11、第三支撑腿12、第四支撑腿13和横向杆14,挡板11的两端分别连接第三支撑腿12的端部和第四支撑腿13的端部,横向杆14的两端分别连接第三支撑腿12的杆部和第四支撑腿13的杆部;第三支撑腿12和第四支 撑腿13上均设置有与第一榫孔22相匹配的燕尾榫15,横向杆14上设置有安装孔16;坐垫板3的底部设置有插销,插销匹配插孔6和安装孔16。通过燕尾榫15第一榫孔22相匹配,单边燕尾榫43与第二榫孔25相匹配,插销匹配插孔6和安装孔16,使得连接结构100的各个部件能够紧密配合在一起,在复杂受力情况下不易发生损坏。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种杆件与部件总成的连接结构,其特征在于,所述连接结构包括背靠板、第一边架、坐垫板、前架和第二边架,所述背靠板与所述前架相对设置,所述第一边架和所述第二边架相对设置;
    所述第一边架和所述第二边架均包括支撑杆、第一支撑腿和第二支撑腿,所述支撑杆设置于所述第一支撑腿和所述第二支撑腿之间,所述第一支撑腿的内部开设有第一榫孔,所述第二支撑腿的内部开设有第二榫孔;所述前架包括横杆和设置于所述横杆两端的两个支撑前腿,所述横杆的顶部开设有插孔,两个所述支撑前腿的一侧均设置有单边燕尾榫,所述单边燕尾榫与所述第二榫孔相匹配;所述背靠板包括挡板、第三支撑腿、第四支撑腿和横向杆,所述挡板的两端分别连接所述第三支撑腿的端部和所述第四支撑腿的端部,所述横向杆的两端分别连接所述第三支撑腿的杆部和所述第四支撑腿的杆部;所述第三支撑腿和所述第四支撑腿上均设置有与所述第一榫孔相匹配的燕尾榫,所述横向杆上设置有安装孔;所述坐垫板的底部设置有插销,所述插销匹配所述插孔和所述安装孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种杆件与部件总成的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一边架和所述第二边架均包括扶手杆,所述扶手杆的两端分别连接所述第一支撑腿的端部和所述第二支撑腿的端部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种杆件与部件总成的连接结构,其特征在于:所述插销共设置有四个,且四个所述插销呈矩形阵列分布在坐垫板的底部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种杆件与部件总成的连接结构,其特征在于:所述插孔共设置有两个,所述插孔共设置有两个,所述安装孔的数量为两个。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种杆件与部件总成的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一边架和所述第二边架的两个所述支撑杆上均设置有安装槽,两个所述安装槽相对设置,所述安装槽用于容置所述坐垫板的侧边。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种杆件与部件总成的连接结构,其特征在于, 所述连接结构还包括密封件,所述密封件设置于所述单边燕尾榫与所述第二榫孔之间,和/或者所述第一榫孔和所述燕尾榫之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种杆件与部件总成的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一边架和所述第二边架均包括容置槽,所述容置槽设置于所述第一支撑腿的另一端部和所述第二支撑腿的另一端部,所述容置槽的槽底接触地面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种杆件与部件总成的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一边架和所述第二边架均包括防滑片,所述防滑片设置于所述容置槽的槽底接触地面的一侧。
